Nice rooms. Free parking. Good breakfast options. Close to beaches. Didn't use the pool — it was small but seemed to be clean well maintained. Staff was nice. Would stay at this hotel again.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Late one evening, I pulled into this Best Western on the off chance they would have an available room for me and my service dog. Mia, who was working the desk, showed me an available room, which I booked for many nights. The room was amazingly quiet, and the bed was almost too comfortable! We got a lot of well needed sleep! Most importantly, I felt safe at this hotel! All of the hotel staff members are amazing: However, I would like to personally thank and acknowledge Mia, Janet, and Stephanie for their patience with me!

Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Nice amenities in the standard room including a refrigerator and microwave. Bed was not luxurious but still comfortable. Room and amenities were nicer than those in a Hilton we stayed at the month before. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here any time we are in the area.

This is a clean, welcoming and well-located hotel in Redondo Beach. Highly recommended; good value received. And, it's a quick stroll to the best ice cream on the planet — Handel's Ice Cream!

We've have stayed here many times. The hotel is a good value for the price. The breakfast included comes in handy. We appreciate the Best Western Plus Brand.

The Hotel is on the whole very nice and well cared for, spread over 3 floors with large rooms and if necessary also communicating for families, the hotel also offers a shuttle tour service lasting about 6 hours with intermediate stop to visit some of the focal points of Los A Ngeles, for info and prices ask at reception. There Is also a large free parking area, the ice machine and a beverage maker. The breakfast is varied, not huge but I think it is able to cater to all tastes… Obviously the coffee is American… Evaluate you. The Only flaw was a rise of water from the tub that obviously brought a bit ' of crap, but they changed the room immediately and they proceeded to repair the fault.

Very clean and large rooms. Outstanding location to the beach and pier area of town. The staff is very professional and have great personalities. The breakfast and coffee was filling and hot or cold depending what you wanted. We had an outstanding experience!

Our stay at this Best Western was nice. Employees were extremely nice and we had no problems during our stay. The hotel was clean and located near a few places to eat within walking distance. I would recommend staying here. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choices.

This a great hotel with an excellent staff, a very good complimentary breakfast and very comfortable rooms. This is not a new fancy high tech place, but it is a clean, comfortable, updated place to base you vacationing from. There are excellent restaurants in the area, and only a few minutes from the beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. They welcome families with kids, and there is a pool. I’ve been staying there one or twice a year for the last 10 or 15 years (for whatever that’s worth to anyone). It’s a good place with good people.

Good hotel, good location and very good breakfast buffet. A star deduction because of the deafness… especially if you have a Verbidungstüre to the neighbouring room. We were unlucky to have a teenager next door who heard about 21h full of heavy metal. We had to complain at the reception. After Miternacht, a loud strike broke out with the father, so we had to bang on the wall to keep them quiet.
The rooms are large but rather dark. You have to turn on the light everywhere to feel good.
On the weekends the hotel is very well attended, were at a concert on Friday night, and when we left, we took one of the last parking places.
All in all a good hotel and recommended.

I had a very pleasant stay. The lady at the desk was very nice, sociable, and carries a nice conversation with me while she was setting up my registration and room. She clearly pointed out my room and guided me bad map she handed me after pointing where my room would be and even walked out to the front of the building to further ensure I knew where it was at. Rooms were spotless, wall cares for and maintained. Unfortunately, I had to leave very early the next day. And, again, was greeted very warm with a social conversation while I was checking out. They thanked me for my stay, handed me my receipt and welcomed men to come again. If I ever get to Redondo Beach again I will definitely be staying at this place again.

Great hotel and room with fantastic staff. We stayed there for the last two nights of our honeymoon and received very good help from the reception manager and his staff. Highly recommended, thanks so much! Rooms are big and clean and location is great for access to public transport, beach, restaurants and the airport. We will be back!

The rooms were clean and well equipped. Internet speed was perfectly acceptable. Morning breakfast had plenty of hot options and some items changed every day. Parking was plentiful. Overall nice hotel.

We had a very nice stay. Clean room, friendly people, good breakfast and good location with small shopping center within walking distance. (CVS and food shops mostly. ) Something to remember. A breakfast service lady was so nice and helpful when my wife wasn't feeling well and remembered to ask the next day, how she felt. She was very kind and personable. These type of acts are what people remember, and it's what will make me want to stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed here on a round trip in a "1 King Bed Deluxe" room. The room, located in the main house, was very nice: The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom large enough & with enough space next to the sink & in the shower for shower gel etc. Breakfast well & without exception all staff very friendly. There was also enough parking, so we always had one late in the evening.

The Best Western Plus Redondo Beach Inn earned a 5 star rating from both my husband and me for our recent three-night stay there. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished; there were plenty of outlets for our phones; the bed was so, so, comfortable; the air-conditioner/heater worked perfectly; the room was virtually sound-proof; and even the clock worked perfectly. The complimentary breakfast the hotel offers on the main floor was great. The hotel staff was very friendly, maid service was top-notch, and everything was very clean and well-kept. We have stayed at plenty of luxury hotels throughout the states and this one ranks as one of the best at a reasonable price. We will certainly make this hotel a regular "must stay" on future trips to the area!

Stayed at the Best Western with my daughter to go to my nephews wedding. Great hotel! Very clean, accommodating, good breakfast and in a great location. Near shopping, restaurants, the beach. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This Inn went beyond our expectations! Clean, well maintained, decorated well. Amazing staff, ask for Janet at the front desk! Lovely breakfast, well stocked. Terrific location, quiet, really can't say enough about this gem of a hotel. Will be back!

This was a great overall experience. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in a great part of town. The rooms were clean and well appointed. I will definitely return when I'm traveling to the South Bay area.

Loved our stay! Staff was very helpful and kind, especially towards our kiddos. Everything was really clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was exceptional! Close to the beach which was a perk. Highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel, pool and hot tub were clean. The gym room is very nice. Breakfast was wonderful with a good variety of food. Eggs and sausage. Waffles, potatoes, all kinds of breads with fruit and yogurts. Coffee, juices. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Arrived at the hotel and straight away was impressed with the exterior. The hotel lobby was very clean and bright topped off by a warm welcome from the Front desk staff. The location is in a safe neighbourhood withing walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the pier with plenty of restaurants near. Rooms were well presented and very clean, plenty of free parking at the hotel. Breakfast were good as there was plenty of choice for all but maybe a bit repetitive would be my only slight criticism, and I mean slight. The pool was small but never overcrowded and pool area was very clean also. From cleaning staff to breakfast staff and front desk they were all friendly and always greater with a hello. And a small gesture from the guy on reception : You ask for change for the vending machine and not only does he give it but then also goes to machine and gets the coke for you! That's how good they were, Nothing was a problem Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Easy to find and walking distance from the beach. Rooms were well kept and breakfast had waffle makers to cook your own Nutella waffles!

My wife and I stayed here for four nights in April 2016; we liked it. Clean and tidy with good TV channels, good breakfast, pool area and parking spaces. IMHO a good location too.

The rooms looked nice, but I was saddened to find a live Roach on my bag after being there a short while. The next morning we also had ants all over our counter and in our towel. When I told the staff at checkout they didn't seem to care.

I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly and accommodated with all of my picky requests. Free parking, Free breakfast, cheap bike rentals, Free unlimited fast speed Wi-Fi, large rooms with a microwave and fridge, comfortable fresh bedding, and a great sized 42" TV. If you don't want to pay for parking each night and each little necessity, this is the way to go.

When we arived the man at the frount desk said we would have to wait an hour for our room. So, we decited to go swim at the beach, but we could not because the water was green and filled with seeweed. You could not go five feet in the water without feeling akwared! since that did not work we went to the pool, wicht had kids in there cloths that clearly we not staying at the hotel! Worst of all was that the pool even had seeweed in it and when we finnily got our room there was a tray of breakfast food in frount of it! wourst experience ever! : (.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff was excellent. Had cruiser style bikes available for guests to rent at a very reasonable price. Can easily access the Redondo Beach bike path along the coast and can head north to as far as you want to go with great sites.

Best Western went above my expectations. The staff was always busy working. No wonder the facilities were clean. Breakfast was nice and delicious. The hotel's perfectly located a short walk or drive from the beach. What a wonderful area to visit. Redondo Beach is da bomb.

I found the rooms clean, proper, quiet and the whole hotel very well-maintained. What really made the experience excellent was the quality of staff, from the front desk staff who were unfailingly pleasant, professional, friendly and helpful, and who did everything possible to make things right, right down to the housekeeping staff who were cheerful, courteous, and professional. My room was always immaculately made up, and over an almost 3 week stay where I was primarily working in my room, they even assembled a new more comfortable and supportive desk chair for me. In a lot of hotels, a room is a room is a room. In this hotel, the room was absolutely fine, but it was the people that made my protracted stay a real pleasure. I would recommend this hotel highly, and will definitely be going back.

Absolutely recommended. We were two nights here and very satisfied. Very nice staff, clean rooms and a good Breakfast. There is Toast and Bagels, cereal, various cereals, waffles for even baking as well as yogurt and fruit cocktail. In addition, two kinds of juice, coffee and milk. The location is good, easy walk to the beach. Also, the whole highway with the car from here as well. At night it was quiet.
