Nice, spacious room with a shower that has good water pressure. Breakfast was hot and free. My only complaint is the beds are a little stiff.

This was my first time at this Best Western. The room looked clean, but I experienced several bug bites, and the toilet clogged up the first night. They did unclog the toilet as soon as it was reported. With those exceptions the staff was friendly and helpful, including providing extra blankets within minutes of me asking.

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating when we requested a late check out on a busy weekend. The AC worked so well we had to turn it off at times. The bed and decor was nothing special, but the room was very spacious! The bathroom was simple. Breakfast was very good for complimentary… They offered boiled eggs, yogurt, a waffle maker with all the toppings, fried eggs, sausage, potatoes, muffins, bagels, multiple juice options, multiple coffee options, and I’m sure I’m forgetting more… it was a nice layout for such a small hotel; my husband and I were impressed to say the least. Now to the best part: THE SPA! The spa in the room was a wonderful addition to our stay. (Especially since the spa hours are 9am-9pm and it was closed by the time we had arrived) My only complaint is that we had to keep the water on the majority of the time because the stopper didn’t work correctly and our water kept draining out slowly, but surely. This prevented us from being able to hear the TV without raising the volume to an extremely loud level— which we didn’t want to do as we had checked in past 10PM and weren’t sure if we had guests in the room next to us trying to sleep. We didn’t report this to the front desk though so I would say it wasn’t their fault if they weren’t even made aware. We will be back and definitely recommend for the price!

Very clean, free parking and breakfast, front desk agents were friendly and it was an easy to check in and out, location is nice. If you come back late you might not get parking. We parked by the jewelry store next to the hotel. Overalls pretty good place. Only took us 30 min to get to Disneyland.

The room was clean and well maintained. The front desk workers were attentive and pleasant. On the negative side, the water pressure in the shower was poor and the room smelled like paint, though it seems like they remodeled recently so I'm guessing the smell is a temporary issue. Overall a comfortable place to rest your head.

Great hotel in the Redondo Beach area. The hotel is clean and the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Nice hotel, great amenities! Huge spa that is clean and HOT! Just ask front desk for towels. No pool. Parking is free, away from the street, even have a few covered spots. Hotel sits higher than the street so it feels secure, nobody is just wandering through. Snacks at check in is a nice touch. Hot breakfast includes waffles and eggs and lots of other items and is good. Breakfast area constantly kept stocked and clean! My room was clean and had a microwave and frig. Not sure if they all come with that. Wall a/c worked great, no issues. Keurig in room with complimentary coffee. Entry to rooms are outside like a motel set up, which I didn't expect but again, felt very secure, no issues. Great stay for a good price in the area.

Very convenient location, Candice the manager was awesome! Nice jacuzzi! Clean rooms comfortable beds reasonably priced lots of snacks and Waters and the breakfast is nice too.

Very nice hotel! Room was very clean and nice! We stayed in the Jacuzzi room and it was amazing. The room was pretty BIG! Close to Mall in South Bay and not far from the Beach! Would recommend to friends and family! Will be back for a future stay.

Decent accommodations. High priced, however for what you get overall. Hotel staff not too friendly or courteous.

I just want to say wonderful hotel me n my family stayed for 4 nights n it was awsome great breakfast in the morning my favorite are the hug waffles n strawberry's with a cup of coffee! Not to mention everything is lovely we will be back in the future.

Rooms are the cleanest rooms that I've had on this trip. The location is good, but the hot tub is phenomenal. Short hours unfortunately but all in all I will be staying here again!

This was a nice hotel. Spaceous room, nice amenities, close but not too close to the city. Unfortunately like most hotel rooms however the lighting was less than decent. Also the hot tub (that is massive by the way) is only open until 9, however I don't know how much that rule is enforced.

Were 6 nights there and were very satisfied.
Super Hotel, something clairvoyant, as seemingly everywhere in the US, but very clean, spacious rooms, super continental breakfast with toast, bagels, muffins, fried egg, bacon, sausages, potato corners, yogurt, cornflakes, soy milk, boiled eggs, jam, Cream cheese, some juices, coffee and much more.
Jacuzzi is very pleasant us most of the time no one uses him.
Staff were very helpful and always friendly. There is also the option to do and dry with $2, 000 of laundry each.
The area seems to be well maintained and safe. Looks good, anyway, and you're not afraid.
Would definitely take the hotel again.

Nice hotel, very near a mall and other conveniences, and acceptably close to the major attractions in LA. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is nothing fancy and the area for it is very small but it does the job. There is a swimming pool but it's right by a busy road so I didn't try it.

Be careful when you book here, I tried to cancel a reservation 24 hours out, and was told the limit was 72 hours out and I would have gotten this information when I booked the room. I checked the email confirmation and the 72 hour policy was not on it. Buyer beware! I guess this is why I usually stY at Marriott…

We came out to visit my son and family who live in Manhatten Beach. Stayed at a hotel there for twice the price but half the value. This was perfect in every way which made our visit a real pleasure. Room was large, bed extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was great with a large selection. We will definitely book ere again next year. Overall, a great value.

This is a very nice hotel. I think it was a motel remodeled as the doors are all outside more like an apartment building. They did a good job though. In-room microwave, refrigerator and safe. Good King size bed. It is located on a fairly busy street but I never heard the cars and it is so centrally located to the freeways, Galleria mall and the beach. Location was perfect for me. (The sunrise was beautiful even though there was no "view" per se) I didn't ever make it to breakfast, but the lobby has granola bars, fruit and water. (Very small lobby) I'd return. Hope to hit the monster hot tub next time.

Construction on going during our stay, which was a bit noisy. The rooms were clean and the breakfast hours were longer than most I've seen. The staff was very attentive.

This is an OUTSTANDING hotel! The staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and the rooms sparkling clean! Breakfast is varied & very good, including fresh waffles. Candice, the manager, truly is caring and competent The location is close to LAX, the beach and shopping. This hotel is THE BEST! I stay there every time I'm in LA. Highly recommended!

Rooms were nice staff was friendly and helpful very good breakfast hot tub was nice as well parking is the only thing I can really complain about parking lots very small for the rooms at the location.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. Our room was very clean & spacious. It had a microwave, mini refrigerator & an in-room safe which was helpful to place our valuable items. It took awhile to figure out how the available hair dryer works once plugged in, just wait a few minutes & a light at the bottom turns on then it's ready to use. The free breakfast was our favorite. It had a lot of selections to choose from & we loved the make your own Belgian waffle the most! We will definitely stay here again!

I was very happy with the service I received from the front desk… ceci and candice were great… rooms are nice too… will stay here again.

Rooms size of matchbox. Walls paper thin. Its set up like fish bowl outside. You can see watch and hear all other guest coming and going. At 11:01am front desk mnger was cop knocking and standing in front of door even while we were packing car. Overcharged my girlfriend 140$ too…

Very nice hotel located near the beach and a major mall. Staff was pleasant to interact with. Fast Wi-Fi connection and surprisingly good coffee in the lobby.

Amber, the front desk clerk, always is so friendly and nice. We originally came here because we had someone that wasn't friendly at the Best Western about 2 miles from this location in Torrence. She always has a smile on her face and knows how to treat people. As a corporate person for the a major grocery chain, I know great customer service when I see it. Amber has that great quality and you should be proud to have someone like that on your team. It was by chance we came to this location the first time, however, it was because of Amber we came back the second and any future stays at this location.

The room literally smells like cat urine — it feels completely unsafe and I'm hesitant to even stay here for a night. Sketchy.

If you need a place to stay in that area, the rooms are clean and beds are decent. The bathroom we had was also clean but the water pressure was low. This just meant the toilet struggled to flush, and there wasn't much shower pressure. However, I am not sure if it was just our room, or the whole property. If needed, they do have a continental breakfast, washer/dryer, a small pool and pool area and an elevator. It's a block or two from a great mall, and east access to Hermosa Beach and/or Redondo Beach.

We were going on a cruise. Read reviews prior, took chance and booked. Stayed two nights. Excellent all around. Staff fabulous, room same. No problems, clean, no bugs or mold anywhere we could see. Certainly disagree with some negative reviews posted. Breakfast fantastic and beyond expectations. Free internet in lobby. If you want to pay Marriott or HIlton price, then stay there, don't complain about this Best Western. As long as facility safe, clean and food great for the price paid, what more does a traveller need for short term. Centrally located to ship and Los Angeles about $40 one way to both areas by taxi. Great price. Close to mall (5 min. Walk) and local eateries same. Felt very safe in location. Post cruise, we re-booked for another night to continue touring area. 15 min from airport. Will stay again if can get from East Coast to Los Angeles in future.

I will start with the fact that it is a motel, this may be ok to some and not to others, that should not bias the review. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. When we got there we went up to the room and were greeted by an over whelming aroma of. I don't know what. We then began to look closely at the beds and saw some black dots, NOT bed bugs but meh the beds were dirty. after a while of looking around we decided to change hotels to a hamton in Hermosa beach, it was much nicer. We were still charged for the first night at the best western.

We liked the place and stayed for three nights! ceci the receptionist who works at the reception office was very friendly and nice. she gave us all the information we needed. good luck ceci with your studies! *** the rooms are clean, Wi-Fi was complimentary and good and breakfast was good as well. michael.

Lovely little motel for the price! Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, grounds were tidy, staff was moderately friendly! I would recommend and stay again.
