All the hotel staff was very nice and friendly. I love the hotel desk staff, Oscar. He helped me with my shuttle bus, and when I met him, he was very friendly and super duper nice. I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel again.

The staff is friendly and helpful. A small problem occurred in my original room, they moved me to a new room immediately and made sure everything was moved smoothly. They offer speedy airport pickup service and the in hotel bistro is good and reasonably priced.

Very good price for the quality of the hotel, bedrooms are pretty big and the service was very nice, close to the airport and has a bus shuttle. Perfect if you plan on taking the plane tomorrow and want a comfortable easy night.

I enjoyed my stay at the Marriott. The rooms were very clean. Overnight Parking was not free and I was charged $15 for it. Street parking isn't available either.

It was okay not that much room. Not enough lightning. For what we paid it was not all that. The only great thing about it is that it has a small cafe and in the morning it turns into Starbucks.

I have stayed in this hotel for one night and the service was horrible. I always recommended Marriott hotels to everyone, but I was so disappointed this time. The front desk lady did not talk nice and the hotel shuttles took time forever to pick us up (and almost miss the flight). However, there were a couple of the workers that deal professionally with the customers. NEEDED big improvement.

Nice Courtyard, close to many restaurant's, LAX and freeways. Great pool with a fire pit and plenty of outside seating.

Was at the Marriott for a quick meeting and the area was really quiet. Area was really clean and spacious for a meeting in the lobby.

Exceeded expectations! Got upgraded, friendly staff, great modern room. Parking cost fraction of the price of the other airport hotel options. I would return!

Marriott is usually my go to but Honestly couldn’t even tell you how the rooms were at this location since I never got to stay! The service has the worst communication I have seen recently. I made a reservation online. Called and walked in and they said that they did not have the room available and I had no reservations. It was best for me to look somewhere else. Mind you we drove 4 hours to this hotel. At first I thought I was at the wrong one but the address and name matched. At this point we didn’t have a choice but to look somewhere after 30mins or so. Welp a few days late I check my account… I got charged! Now I have been fighting for 3 months with managers, front desks, and voice message systems to get a refund for a stay that I never even received! Good luck if you are doing anything Online… this Marriott does not meet the standards like others. I would recommend walking in IF ANYTHING.

Usually these aren’t bad, but this one is particularly bad. They charge 15 just to park your car, which is offensive given the ample parking. There were crumbs on the floor and bathroom was not as clean as you would expect at a Marriot.

After checking into this establishment everything went so smoothly the rooms are comfortable the water was hot and the facilities were very accommodating I really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely come back this visit is definitely a five-star event for all who visit Los Angeles enjoy the Courtyard Marriott as it is a wonderful place to call home for a few days or a short stay.

Seems to be slipping lately. Parking no longer free, hallways a bit dirty, and wine was over price.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very inviting upon arrival and throughout my stay. They were very helpful in directions and recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable which made my stay like a dream. The bed made me want to stay in the bed all day!

Recently remodeled spacious rooms. Free shuttle to/from the airport. Very professional service. Fancy, but not complimentary breakfast.

Easiest way to catch a 6AM flight. Can't beat it! Hope the renovations come out well.

WORST experience I’ve had at any hotel. First the TV wasn’t working, signal kept getting lost and it was very blurry. Then all our food and drinks went bad because the hotel forgot to plug in the refrigerator in our room. They said they couldn’t fix the TV and had us move rooms. This was a big inconvenience because I was hurt and not very mobile. Then we move to another room and late at night when we were sleeping the A/C unit starts smoking. The good thing was that my mom woke up to it before anything got worse like a fire starting. She shut it off and called the front desk. They sent someone up and told us they couldn’t fix the A/C and they needed to move us rooms again. This time it was an even worse inconvenience because it was only us 3 girls in our PJ’s in the middle of the night having to move all of our things to another room. It was so embarrassing to have to walk to another room after just waking up. I don’t recommend this hotel at all and it’s such a disappointment to know that you can have this bad of an experience with Marriott.

Friendly staff, large rooms, everything was clean, short distance from the airport, and they have a shuttle, so it's very convenient. Only real complaint is the walls are paper thin. I only got 4 hours of sleep before I was woken up in the middle of the night by the people in the next room going at it. They turned up the music and it was really loud, but I still hear EVERYTHING (including what they were saying) on top of the thundering music. I don't care what other people do in their own time in their own room, but I have my own schedule to keep and it would've been nice if my much needed sleep wasn't interrupted by my neighbors. I am writing this review as I am waiting for them to finish since I obviously won't be able to go back to sleep until then.

Upon my arrival I was promptly greeted and checked-in. A few minutes later I received a call from the front desk inquiring if the room was to my liking and if there was anything I needed. The entire three days I was there this was the kind of service I received. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone.

Ok for a short stay but bathroom could be upgraded as it is very small and outdated looking. Floor feels musky and needs a good steam. Found some pillows with yellow stains. Pros is that there is a free shuttle to the airport as it is close by.

Stay was enjoyable. Check in went smoothly and my room was clean. I liked the free shuttle to the airport.

My husband and I found blood stains on the sheet. The customer service from the general manager was horrible. We tried to get in contact with her in the morning in regards to this matter. She finally replied around 5pm. This is disrespectful. We left and won't ever stay there again! I recommend checking the room to ensure it's clean when you arrive promptly.

Great conference area. Perfect for a group of about fifty. Staff was great and very accommodating.

Nice place, overall. The rooms are clean, nice sized, and have little balconies overlooking the pool. The toilets have flush options for and The shower pressure could be a bit stronger. There is a Starbucks in the hotel. And you're walking distance from a great, little Greek Restaurant and a few other places to eat.

A Marriott that certainly, could use some Revitalization in terms of Astetics and Customer Care on some levels. Decent location, small and quiet. Nice Bistro, with Great Workers on the Weekends! Close to many outside endeavours. Unfortunately our stay was tainted by the poor Service by some of its employees. Who absolutely could benefit from Customer Care Training, perhaps even Humanitarian Courses. Appalling and Disconcerting. However, if not for the Valiant efforts of the Proud few, that made every efforts of the Proud Few, who truly understand the Hospitality industry. Chadiri, the front Desk clerk was very Courteous, Understanding. Clara, is always on the move, intending to make your stay the Best! Christina, at the Bistro. Coordinating and embodying the true Marriott Work Ethics. And there was a lady at the Bistro on Sunday morning. She as well, was quite Professional. These employees stood out, and saved our trip from a Disaster.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and quite and the staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.

The room was clean and well furnished. It is a quick ten minute drive from LAX. It is located close to several restaurants. The room was spacious. The service was nice. Checking in and checking out of the hotel was easy. The hotel also had a business center where I was able to print boarding passes for my flight.

Always a great experience. Bistro is invaluable. Mobile check in always gets me to my room faster.

The hotel seems dated. The location is nice, but everything in the room came in 2s… 2 sets of towels, 2 mugs, 2 cups… but we are a family of 4. We stayed here using the free stay certificate so I shouldn't complain too much. Cross the street is the Automobile Driving Museum, which is really awesome. In-n-out and Ralph's are also nearby, so it is convenient.

Not the worst. Good, fast Wi-Fi, but the room feels a bit crowded, and the bed sags in several spots. Not unhappy, but like likely would look at other options before deciding next time.

They made us wait because they claimed that Expedia hadn't sent the reservation. They didn't even check the fax until we called Expedia and they told them to check. They did not have a King-room anymore and gave us a smelly room with 2 Queen beds. Totally unfriendly and not at all recommended.

Me and my girlfriend were to fly into LAX to start a massive road trip across the state. We wanted a place to stay overnight before we started our journey. We chose this Courtyard because we wanted something really nice for a good price, I think it was like $120 for the night? We got there super late and the staff was very friendly and we quickly went to bed. The next morning we woke up early and spent the morning at the pool and hot tub. It was very quiet and relaxing and afterwards we had plenty of options for breakfast in the area. We left for our road trips very refreshed. I'd stay at the Courtyard at LAX anytime i'm in LA regardless of the rate, it was that awesome.

Great facility as well as all the Marriot Americans. I stayed on 21-22/12/2012 and spent $40 a night for a 4 seater room. Clean, spacious rooms, Wi-Fi fast, friendliness from the staff, and Starbucks inside.
