Decent hotel. Great location I'm regards to the nearby shops and restaurants. My room had a stove and stuff so the grocery store next door was very nice. No fitness room. No pool. My main issue was 1) no elevator. Kind of a pain. And 2) I ended up having to throw away my pants cause when I first sat on the bed, there was a small wet spot that I sat in that turned out to be bleach. My pants were completely ruined. Bleach on the bed also indicates that the sheets weren't washed. Why else would there be fresh bleach? The woman at the lobby was very friendly btw.

Rooms were nice and a little bigger than normal. Full kitchen supplies. Clean, not much else to say but seems better quality than others I’ve stayed at. It’s close to the airport and next door to a grocery store you could walk to.

Stayed here for over 3 months while I was in town for work. The front desk employees are polite and helpful. The room service staff is also polite and efficient. There's a Ralph's, Chase bank, Starbucks, gas station and dozens of other banks and restaurants all within a 3 mile radius. Not to mention LAX being 10 minutes away. I liked that they had vinyl floors in our unit and everything was recently upgraded.

An average room with a kitchen. Suitable for long family stay. Located in prime area. All facilities are available nearby.

Conveniently close to LAX, groceries, fast food. Rooms are adequate with an apartment size fridge, microwave, stove, sink. You must go to front desk for dishes, pots, pans, flatware, etc. Which can be a drag. Bed was comfortable and the room was similar to a studio apartment.

A good hotel if you're staying a few nights. Girocery store next door and several restaurants near by. Decent kitchen area and work space.

Good, front desk is lazy though. I was out toilet paper and they wanted me the customer to go to them at the front office and get my toilet paper. Customer is always 1st.

Poor experience. Urine and bed bugs under "clean sheets". Was told to find another hotel since they were full. Went to a much nicer hotel across the street. Received my refund, but Never again!

Clean, recently renovated. Kitchenette was great for home cooking on my trip. Nice TV. Comfy bed. A well lit table for doing my computer work. Within walking distance of many local office towers and local food. El Segundo has a lunch shuttle that runs around the area and will take you, for free, to and from down town restaurants.

Hated working here. I was a GSR & housekeeper, literally did everything for low pay. Hours varied and even had to work graveyard for same rate. Even if you get promoted the pay still suck, you will always struggle unless you work for corporate. They will work you as a slave although it’s a billion dollar company. They do Not compromise No matter how hard you try. They are also kleptomaniacs so be careful because corporate don’t believe in reimbursement of anyone’s property including the guests belongings such as laptops, jewelry/accessories, wallets, purses and other personal expensive things.

The staff was very rude. We were here for about 3 weeks. There were 2 ladies at the front who were very friendly. Other than that, they were not so nice. At one point I walked out of my room and saw an employee who cleaned the rooms. I asked her if she minded bringing towels by our room whenever she had free time. She simply said, 'I don't have any', turned around, then turned back around and while rolling her eyes, and said irritably 'what room? " She later brought by 2 towels, one of which had something pink all over it and looked and smelled like it hadn't been washed. I'm super friendly, always smiling and extremely patient. I treat everyone with absolute love and respect. So it takes a very ugly person to respond that way. I can't stand when a person mistakes kindness for weakness. And tries to belittle someone who is being kind.

Everything went well in my stay. A lot of places are within walking distance to eat cheap. This is a no-frills economy hotel.

I give this place 0 stars will never come here again and never recommend anyone to stay here. There us no maid service. You have to turn in your towels to get fresh ones, no sheets on did a bed and you have to go to the lobby yourself to get them. There is a kitchenette with no pots, glasses, utensils so what is the kitchenette for show? They advertise as on of the amenities free parking and they charge you additional $15 for parking per day false advertising. You pay your money for no amenities it's a do it yourself. Do yourself a favor and pass this place by. I was on the plane when I made my reservations last minute change in plans and the description is all false.

It is a clean, and pleasant hotel, the room is just right for my visit. I like having the cute kitchen for my small needs. The location is perfect for my needs, and the office people are very nice and very helpful.

Clean room, decent service. Not the best room… A bit run down. But equipment works well like the fridge, micro etc, convenient to have a mini kitchen. Also, nicely located (Starbucks in same block, 50 steps away). Only reason it didn't get 4 stars is because you get what you pay for (for example, a curtain that covers your closet instead of a door).

It's a good way apart hotel. Ideal If you mainly need a place to sleep if the whole day is passed outside. It's very close to Ralphs supermarket.

Horrible. To avoid. Room was dirty when we arrived, there was blood in the bathroom and the room was a big mess. I was told I couldn't have a different room so I had to wait until it was cleaned. I was also refused a refund for the night. Staff is rude.

The hotel is nice and clean. I didn't give it five stars because the air conditioning controls don't work, the TV remote only sometimes works, and there was no shampoo in the room when we got in. Otherwise great experience would stay here again!

Remember that this is an Extended Stay hotel so it's designed for people who intend to stay for awhile. Because of that there is a full size fridge, cabinets and a stove in each room. The rooms are big but may seem a little dated to some of you. Personally I loved mine. The one big thing that turned me off and probably resulted in this but getting a 5 star review is that they don't make your bed and clean your room every day if you're staying less than a week. That part stinks to me.

Positives: free coffee/fruit/muffin breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. Negatives: Stiff mattresses, no complimentary toiletries other than a small bar of soap. No drinking glasses (i had to use a empty water bottle)

Room was clean and newer and included a kitchen. A little small. Asked for plates and cups to be brought to the room because you have to request them, and they never brought them. No breakfast unless you like 1 type of processed packaged granola bar.

Went to Universal's horror nights with my girlfriend & stayed here. It was like less than a 5 minute drive away. Robert was super friendly and he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything. Cool little quiet place. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, nice shower with good water pressure unlike most hotels. Free parking and it is nice having your car parked right by your room. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I was very happy with my stay here at Extended Stay America. With the reasonable price and my experience during my stay here, I will most definitely come back. They don't have any shuttles to pick you up from the airport. The clerk at the front desk was very cheerful and accommodating. I couldn't get a room on the ground floor like I requested, but she was very sincere when she apologized, and it might have been partly due to a delay in my flight here. She called a few minutes after I got settled in, to make sure that I had no problems with the room. There are no elevators so I had to bring my own luggage upstairs. The room was very spacious, well-lit, and clean. The beds were very nice and comfortable. The room came with a fridge, a microwave, and a stove (with a pan, no spatula though). The bathroom was also spacious, with a nice shower. There were no shampoos provided. The television was of very good quality — good video, good audio. There is no safe, you'll have to go through front desk if you want to have some valuables kept. There's also a DIY laundromat (2 dollars per machine as of the time of writing). There's a huge parking space. The location is very nice — there's a supermarket right next to Extended Stay America, and there are also a good number of places for a quick bite nearby.

CAUTION: Stay at your own risk of loosing everything, Specially International traveler. Burglary on rise in these areas. This Extended Stay does not guarantee safety of its residents or their belongings. One of my colleague got robbed of everything in his room, last Sunday (20 Sept, 2015). Investigation is on.

It's your basic 2-star hotel, so if you go in with that mindset it's not bad. It's your basic motel type set-up with no frills, the furnishings are nice, the room was clean, and the area is safe. It is a motel type set-up though, so you get the crowd who is living there on a weekly or monthly basis. I chose it purely based on location, and the fact that the other hotels nearby were booked up. The only downside though was that it was WAY overpriced for the kind of place that it is; it should have been more like a $100 for a room, but I think there was some event in town so the prices went up to $170, and for that much money I should have gotten at least a 3 star hotel, but they were all booked.

They should warn you that they DO NOT have a free airport shuttle!

Nice place to live. The receptionists are very friendly. Its worth your every penny.
