Beautiful rooms, friendly staff!

Front desk very helpful. Nice, clean and quiet surrounding at very concomitant corner of freeway. Walking distance from stores. Near by mall. Will highly recommend this hotel.

Nice and clean rooms with great customer service.

The bathroom floor had black hair everywhere. Definitely the room has not been cleaned. Flying ants in bathroom And the Worst part, the carpet is softer than the hard bed covered in loud plastic. Don't stay here. Spend a hundred and go to a better hotel…

Decent hotel. Not to big, not to small. Its clean and has a pool. Its next to a couple fast food restaurants.

A quick place to lay over on your travels, but does not have all of the 'bells and wistles' of other chains. The beds (2 queens) were a topic of conversation. Felt like a squishy air mattress, but was a box spring…

Rooms are just OK. Nice to have a larger, jacuzzi style tub in the bathroom rather than a standard tub (didn't use it, but nice to have the option). The room itself could use a major update. The popcorn ceiling and dirty and dated carpet are right out of the 80s. Other motels in the area have wood laminate flooring and it really makes a difference with the "cheap motel" vibe of the room. The pool here is very small and not maintained all that great (dead lizard in the pool and a bit of dirt at the bottom) and the hot tub was filthy and green. Also, no pool key is provided. You have to call management to unlock a padlock for you to get to the pool area. The price is on the lower side of motels in the area, so if you're just looking to save money for a night of sleep, it's worth a stay.

Best value for comfort I've stayed in for years. Super good price, quiet back room, great bed. Admittedly dated but at this price and convenience I don't care. I'd have to pay *2 for an updated place like this.

Absolutely the dirtiest, nastiest motel experience in my life! Paid 100 bucks for a room on a Friday night. Tub and shower were black with God knows what. Did not want to touch your feet on the floors. Had knuckle mark indentions in the entry door. Pretty rough. Don't do it!

Employees are very kind and helpful also the rooms are clean and comfy. Also the prices are great. Highly recommend.

Stayed here last night (4/2/18). Had great service, a super comfy bed, and awesome shower. Been on the road since 12am (mountain time) from New Mexico to Hesperia to visit family. Would definitely stay here again if I make the trip to Hesperia again.

Room was clean and blankets and pillows were clean. A quiet place to sleep. Always comfortable there.

The place was a disaster. The first room I was given the battery on the door in order to enter was not working. The second room I was given smelt like cigarettes and it said no smoking on the door. Finally the third one I could deal with the rug was dirty, the bathroom was dirty this place is unacceptable.

Definitely dirty and run down, but just plain sleazy. Dealers, vagrants, crackheads, even saw a shady dude talkin to a cop in his car, and within minutes the cop went in a room with a dolled up broad following soon after. Classy as a toilet seat.

Clean breakfast is decent nice rooms great service and no bugs worth every penny!

Almost everything was good. Kinda wish they had better bedding and less damaged floors and furniture. Bathroom was good. Bed was comfy. Its pleasant on the outside. No problems with the staff. Price was fair. Coffee was decent. A few snacks for breakfast.

Decent clean room especially for the price. However, the real reason I am leaving this 5 star review is because of the outstanding customer service I received from Isabel Arellano at the front desk. Too often do people who get great customer service not leave a review, I am usually one of them, but after a long day of work, I went to three other places before here who seemed like theu didn't care for my business, Isabel's customer service was so refreshing. It was well worth the extra few dollars. She showed me the room before I booked it because I'm picky about bathroom cleanliness. She was more than happy and willing. Thank you. Stay here if you are in the area. Don't waste your time at other places even to save a few dollars.

It was a hell hole would never stay there agin had bugs in the bed and rude people.

Rooms were ok. But kind of ugly. And all the lights were an ugly yellow. So all the lights are on but its still kind of dark. Good continental breakfast and all the staff is very nice. Beds were comfortable and the swamp worked great.

Staff r very nice of u need something they take care of it right away. Room 122 is the best the hot tub has bomb jets and the bathroom is Hugh. Beds r so soft u don't want to get up in the morning. I would stay here before any other motel.

This place was disgusting. Its so dirty. We had to move rooms because our sheets weren't changed at all. Blood on sheets and a bunch of short hairs all over the pillow cases. Carpets were filthy as well. After we moved our stuff off the sticky dressers and our 4 sleeping children, the other room was slightly more clean. I did appreciate the call rushing us to check out or they would charge $30. Will not stay again. Had to give one star because the app would not let me give zero stars… terrible.

My Aunt and I returned to the room a bit late from a gathering and our key cards would not work. It took 4 or 5 times going back and forth to the office before the night clerk stepped out to help us. He also suggested that we might be scamming him. It was insulting and very frustrating.

They allow dogs, and the price was right, but it was not clean, not for lack of trying but because it is too run down to properly clean it. Really in need of complete interior remodel. But bed was comfy, and it was a peaceful quiet night of rest.

No top mattress cover, could be because this is a smoking room. Air conditioning works, TV has a red colored screen that we could not fix. Takes small dogs a plus. They could do better. Not sure if non smoking rooms are better. It works well for sleep.

Front desk clerk was very polite and helpful, the room was clean, and they gave me a late check out without any issues. Very satisfied with my experience here.

My fiance and I came here while house hunting last weekend, and I was extremely displeased, which we are both rarely picky. Looks nice and inviting on the outside but the inside is a horror show. We had to switch rooms 4 times due to wet paint and terrible smells. The absolute worst part was the last two rooms both had blood all over the sheets, bed and little splatters on the walls! Whoever said this hotel is clean is lying. The dust was so thick on the bed frame I had to clean it off myself. When complained for the last time they only offered a half off price. So gross not to mention I had my baby son with us. They need to get real and realize that not everyone who stops in are heroin addicts. Someone needs to call the health department. I would have if I didn't feel so bad for the staff. We also stayed at the not so classy Days Inn down the street and it wasn't half as bad! I didn't have one complaint…

Filthy, disgusting $#! THOLE! Needs pest control!

First of all, I've stayed here on several occasions and every time it is worse. It was always cheap and came with everything that would be expected with that. There are hookers and drug dealers roaming the parking lot and homeless sleeping in the street nearby. Last time I stayed here they messed up the billing so when I came to town this time I tried a different hotel but they were sold out. I use a direct billing service to book my hotels so options are limited and when they we sold out I ended up here again. Just like I remember, dirty stained carpet, leaking toilet, and a smell so bad I needed to get air freshener out and spray the room. Then to top it all off, they started construction in the room next door at 7 am. When I said something they said sorry and continued to keep working. Hey, at least they are trying to fix stuff. I will never stay here again. Would rather sleep in my car in the walmart parking lot. And the high speed internet is VERY SLOW.

Stay here quite a bit for work. Good value for the money.

It is a clean place to stay and the beds are comfortable. That says everything. My daughter got sick during the road trip and started vomiting so we had to pull over for the night. This fit the bill fine. The place looks a little run down and the heat/air unit was so loud that we had to turn it off to sleep, but it is clean. For the money it is a low frills, clean place to sleep and we would stay again if we needed a place to crash.

This hotel has excellent customer service. Nice and friendly staff there rooms are clean and the beds are a great size very comfortable! I had a good stay both of the times that I stayed here and I would stay again.

It's just across the mall and the restuarant strip! My friends and I had a pleasant time in here! The staff accomodated all possible request we had. (The ones that they said they can do. ) The front desk clerk was very pleasant as well! He deserves a two-thumbs up.

I have stayed overnight. It was a nice place to stay. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. It's very quiet too compared to the other hotels I've stayed in town. I noticed the new granite counter in my room, the parking lot has been newly painted and when I asked the front desk staff, she mentioned that they have been renovating the hotel. Good for us.
