The service is awesome from the checking too the next morning breakfast. The employees are welcoming and friendly. This is a good hotel for long period stay. For vacations.

Kids and I woke up with ants all over us and our belongings. The air didn’t work and the TV gave us data not available. Paid good money to sleep in heat with ants.

This place has horrible customer service made a reservation over phone and asked if I can pay in cash they told me yes when I showed up to pay they refused to tale cash also happen last time we paid online with a prepaid card when we showed up for check in they said they dont tale pre paid cards but their website already took our money so they had no choice but to let us stay that night… they were very rude about it also.

Great place. Easy on and off I-15 and lots of conveniences close by.

Everything very clean. Friendly staff and indoor pool. Plus shopping center right across the street. Rooms have microwave and refrigerator.

They stole my belongings out of my room, because they screwed up and thought I had transferred to a different room. Yet I still had a functioning key to a room they thought was vacant. Privacy and security issues, and they tried to swipe it under the rug by offering my free quarters for laundry and points. The laundry was because when they took my things they shoved all my things including my toiletries and dirty laundry back into my bag and held it, still open, at front desk. Zero effort to correct the fact that they can easily hand out incorrect keys to anyone. Make sure you dont leave anything in the room if you don't want it rifled through, and potentially taken.

Had a great check-in experience with Justin who was able to find me a room with no connecting door. I appreciate the great customer service… Thanks Justin! This is a new property and overall a great value for money. Will definitely be back!

It was a very hot day over 100 degrees and when I checked in I expected a cool room although I ended up getting a room that did not have the ac on so it was even hotter inside. I turned on the ac and all that was coming out was more warm air. Terrible experience — I called front desk and they said they would look for a fan. Finally after waiting almost two hours in a hot room I told them I was leaving and there was no way I can be there any longer. Not recommend! Horrible experience avoid the inconvenience.

First of all it took me 20 minutes to realize there was nobody at the front desk only a technician from the hotel. I had to booked a room through a third party to make sure I got a room. I booked a room with a king-size bed and got a two queen bed to find out a few minutes later that the TV in the room did not work. I call the front desk to let them know that the TV did not work, it took them two hours later to try to make the TV work was not resolved. 4 hours After that I got a call to my room at 1am in the morning once I was already asleep with a question from the front desk that if I still wanted the TV fix Incredible. But what was more incredible once it came out to check out time the front desk was really precise on making sure that I was out of the room not a minute more not a minute later. I wished they would had the same urgency to fix my TV. Front desk personnel needs more classes in attention to customer service. With people like this all the great ratings are useless. A bad manager can take a good stuff and destroy it, caussing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation.

The cave room is the cause for 2 stars. They call it a suite, but the room with the couch has no lights, not a ceiling light, not reading lights, not even a floor lamp. The desk does have a small desk lamp, but it doesn't throw much light into the room. The king size bed is extremely comfortable. It has a chair with a decent light over it. The bed has reading lights that could be brighter, but are adequate. The bathroom is nice, modern with good lighting around the mirror. A large shower with a good shower head. It also has a microwave, refrigerator and a single cup coffee maker. The best feature of all Holiday Inn Express lodges is the great breakfast. The cinnamon rolls are sweet and lots of cinnamon. Usually has biscuits and gravy as well as scrambled eggs and sausage. We like Holiday Inn Express but it is a waste to pay for a suite and get a dark cave next to the bedroom.

Excellent price for an amazing room. Very clean, nice beds, pillows even nice sheets. I specially liked the roll down shades they had on the window that made it really dark. Electrical outlets were conveniently located for charging. They even had international outlet plugs for European travelers which I thought was awesome. Breakfast room was really, a lot to choose from. Pool and hot tub was really nice and indoors. It was conveniently located by freeway and other retail stores for convenient. All in all a great hotel and at a great price A+

This hotel is fantastic. There was a small outbreak of ants and they immediately upgraded our stay and moved us to a suite! Staff are amazing.

Location is decent. Lots of parking. They redid their lobby and breakfast area, which looks so BEAUTIFUL. The staff is very courteous. They are always theur to help you with anuthing you need. I was there to use a conference room. We ended up needing more space and the hotel was very kind in helping us to accommodate all our guest.

This place is ok/good, never seems crowded. Hotel is always clean and most of the staff is always nice. Theirs an Indoor pool, a hot tub, and also a mini gym (couple treadmills). The rooms are big and always clean. Also just to throw it in. The guy at the front gave me a couple of beers (4) when I checked Inn. They were complimentary but I guess I must of look thirsty to him or something haha. Up on this Holiday inn.

Hotel staff was very accommodating! Quiet and friendly place. Fuel Station/ Convienience store right next door Handicap accessible Pet Friendly Continental Breakfast was one of the best RV Trailer parking friendly King Beds with updated furniture AV and USB friendly outlets Plenty of parking.

Comfortable beds in good sized room, as stayed in one with two beds and pull out couch as with daughter and grandkids were with us. Room darking shades were also great.

Lovely alternative to its lower rent motel six sibling down the street. Nice decor, spacious, solid staff, and a bangin continental breakfast.

Great little hotel in the mountains. Delicious continental breakfast. Despite being in the mountains I would have loved an outdoor area, like a patio or even the pool outside. It would have been great to breathe in the mountain air while reading a book!

This hotel not only was very affordable, but very very nice, clean and very affordable m, it’s definitely a plus!

Beautiful. Convenient to the freeway. Quiet. Awesome breakfast. Indoor heated pool. Friendly service. Some guests out of line but staff reigned them in.

Stayed here because wired internet in the room was advertised. Unfortunately neither the wired nor wireless internet worked there 2 nights I stayed at this hotel because they were upgrading the internet. They finished right before I left, and it did seem pretty fast. I will probably go back for the day internet next time even though this time was kinda lame.

Great rooms. Good price. Good breakfast. Great bathrooms. Lost a couple stars for slow, intermittent Wi-Fi and disconnected room phone. Could only stream Netflix at 240p when it did work. The booklet in the room says to ask for an Ethernet cord if you need one, but they didn't have any. They were able to fix the phone quickly, but concluded there was nothing they could do for the Wi-Fi.

This hotel was great. It was clean and comfy. The breakfast was decent with choices of waffles, pancakes, biscuits and gravy and many others. It was good. The only thing that bothered me were the towels, they were very scratchy almost like sand paper and the shower had no water pressure. But other than that I highly recommend this hotel. The price was very affordable as well.

Really a nice place to stay, rooms are large with two Queen size beds. Fridge, breakfast, coffee and microwave in room. Also wine or beer, or snacks for complacment. Also new mattress for the best notes sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.

Normally I love the Holiday Inn expresses, as for the hotel like always was clean and comfortable. There was just a lot of loud running up and down the hallways until late at night and someone down the hall had their TV so loud could hear word for word what they were watching.

If tthe fitness room could have more equipment, like weights and 2 more exercise machines, will be as good as the other locations in So. Cal and the Valleys.

It was a nice room & the breakfast was great. It was a convenient location for the event, we would book it again.

Pretty nice place! Towels had a slight vinegar scent to them, but other than that good service.

Beds and pillows are comfortable. No central AC. U have a wall unit. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The bathroom door closes itself. Make sure you close your front door cuz it does not close itself. The rooms have the same shower heads as an express. The breakfast is the same. Fake egg omelette with sliced cheese. Bacon and sausage suck. Biscuits and gravy are good. Cinnamon roll yummy as always. Best thing is two free beers with trail mix from 5pm-7pm. Aubrey is nice and has awesome customer service. She also directed me to a yummy sushi spot in Victorville.

A very clean and well maintained Hotel staff is courteous and polite stayed there for approximately 5 days everything was excellent glad they're in our community.

Service was great but the room and the BED was awesome. The best night's sleep I've had at any hotel.

Rooms were dirty with broken furniture, ice machine was out of order. Management promised to give me enough points to cover my next nights stay but TWO years later I still have no points. Not even to points for my stay.

Easy access of the highway, and tight on parking if their close to full. Attendants were very helpful in getting us checked in and attending to our needs. Word of caution, if you use a 3rd party booking service, they may actually be sold out. We called a couple others to check availabilities which showed there was rooms but in fact that was not the case. Would stay there again if in the area.

No Security Cameras. Our truck and trailer were broken into, and they made off with over $5, 000 in property. Police officer informed us that the motel 6 located directly behind this hotel, is where probation drops off the guys who don't have a place to stay. So needless to say, if you stay here you will be hanging out with all sorts of criminals. Also, in the morning I went to get breakfast, which was open until 10. It was 9:35 and they wouldn't give me anything besides the blackened bananas sitting there. I was literally told, "Yes sir, breakfast is served until 10, but we had last call at 9:30. " I didn't know a motel had a last call haha smh f'n stupid.

Checked in went down to the pool only to find no lights. After going to the front desk to inquire about getting the lights turned on and waiting 20 minutes for lights we find no towels. Go to front desk again and ask for towels they look at me with awful looks because I even want towels then say they will bring them. Ok then when they brought them it was bath mats. So now a good 45 minutes into trying to relax and enjoy pool had to take bath mats to them and ask for towels again and be told it isn't allowed to hand out towels. Finally managed to get 3 towels for 6 people. So we had to share towels. Proceed to the jacuzzi which was not even working to bath temp. Not relaxing or fun. So we go to our room freezing with no towels and change. Try to relax and do some reading and paper work re: business and no lights. Ask if someone can fix and were told no one on duty. What an awful experience and not holiday inn quality at all.

Had a wonderful time. Everyone was so kind. You get free breakfast and it was fabulous. It was a full breakfast station. And new things were offered everyday. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature.

The location is right off the 215 and it is across the street from a super target. There was a lot of different options for fast food and a golden corral. It's also right next to a Gas Station and an empty lot. The room was OK, very clean. My construction worker husband noted that the door was installed upside down. I liked the shampoo and conditioner it smelled really good and cleaned my hair. The indoor pool is great! Big and warm. The Jacuzzi is nice to! Service was polite and smiley. Good times.

Hotel location is very good. Although the House is small but very clean, hotel staff helpful. Hotels near market compared to the other shopping places in Venice, shopping is cheap, anywhere and by boat to Venice in just 20 minutes.

Place has bugs! I checked in and took the double queen bed suite, Room 207. You better check this room out before you take it. First there was an ugly unknown stain on the sofa, but I was prepared to let that go. Next, the ventilation fan in the bathroom apparently does not work. So you are pretty much forced to leave the door open all the way blocking the entryway, or you come back to a trerrible musty smell. As I lay in the lumpy bed trying to fall asleep I thought I might watch a comedy show on HBO, but about ever 3 minutes the channel would disconnect and I had to change channels and then go back to get the program back. After about 5 times of that I finally gave up. Had a hard time sleeping and kept feeling like things were crawling on me. When I finally rolled out of bed at 5 am with hardly any sleep I noticed two little ants on my pillow. I went and hopped in the hot shower and four or five more washed off me into the tub. Ughh!. Then when I went to hang my damp towel on the towel rack one side just pops off the wall and the bracket and bar made a horrible clatter. Sorry neighbors. I went to the front desk to complain and they tried to upsell me some sort of frequent stay program so they could give me points. I told the guy I don't want to join your program or be given points, I think this horrible stay warrants a discount. Well, all the desk clerk could do for me is promise the maid would take care of the bug problem when she cleans.

Hesperia hotel has s good staff and overall is a nice clean hotel. However the king and queen beds are old, hard and worn out. The queens are a little softer. We are booked for here for a month. Also the same exact hot breakfast every day gets old. Smoke rises into our second and third room floor from the smoking area outside the front lobby below us if we have our windows open. The view is tile roof from rooms 219 and 221 byt there is not much to see beyond that anyway but a freeway. The indoor pool is nicely heated and fun. The jacuzzi is small but nice and hot. Otherwise its a decent hotel in a convenient location.
