Clean Rooms Unfortunately pools we’re closed due to coronavirus.

Arrived at the hotel (7-8PM) to find the building all dark. Figured it was a power outage so we go grab something to eat and kill some time. 1.5 hours later we check back and the power is still gone. Contact Choice Hotels who have no information at all for customers and suddenly it is 1030PM and we are told we cannot stay there and we "may" get a refund. A mistake happened, that is fine, so we expected we’d be placed in an available Choice Hotels room since the mistake was on your end (we offered to pay the same rate we had already paid). Unfortunately this was not the case. While any reputable company would realize they made a mistake and offered to comp us a room (there were unsold rooms at 1130PM on NYE), this was not the case with Choice Hotels. We offer to drive anywhere from Victorville to LA and they still want to charge us well over 50% more than what we paid for our room that we never got in Victorville. After hours on customer service we are told it's a shame we can't get a room even when they have rooms available in other Choice Hotel locations. We were left without a hotel at 1145PM on New Years Eve. To make up for this, they offered ~$14 in Choice Hotel points, not even a quarter of the price of a hotel. Terrible customer service, miserable experience, and would not stay at here or any other Choice Hotel locations again. If you book here, pray you don't have to deal with customer service. Power outages happen, that is fine.

Just tried checking in at 3 am. Tried to CHARGE me for 2 nights for checking in early. I am a diamond member working nights and couldn't make a reservation for Thursday. Charge 2 nights for a 3 am check in. Every other hotel would give me a Saturday check out.

We always stay here when we come to town to visit our mom. Friendly staff always willing to attend to our needs. Rooms are a good size. Free continental breakfast at an affordable price!

Nice place big rooms right out the highway quiet. The only bed part is I slept so good I miss breakfast. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Next time I'm in town I'll come back. Staff is friendly.

Great place to stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and well maintained. The daily warm breakfast was fantastic and staff is there the entire time to make sure that everything is refilled. The room looked great and was very clean. One thing that stuck out to me was the fact that they had around 4 luggage carts at the front door. This made getting all of our luggage up to the room effortless. Their parking lot offered plenty of space and we had no problem finding a spot. The location is very near many restaurants, shopping centers, and on-ramps to the highway so it was very easy to get around.

When I stayed at Comfort Suite I was very satisfied. The room was clean, an open, the bed was comfortable, the windows need more covering. The service was great; they provided a free breakfast. The prices was reasonable. I was highly satisfied.

Very nice! The night clerk was exceptional. She was professional, extremely helpful and very nice person. She never once acted put out by our numerous questions. The location is great. Close to restaurants, not far from restaurant row and the fwy without being noisy. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Overall very happy with our choice.

Reasonable rates, always clean and cared for. Love the breakfast that is included with the stay. Hotcakes eggs sausage and bacon. Real breakfast! Cold AC, friendly staff. The only hotel we use locally when we have relatives come out from far away.

The bed was heavenly. They have handicapped parking close to the door. I've stayed at a different hotel up here where they put their handicapped parking at the far end of the building. I've been staying up here once a month, trying all different hotels. I have come to the conclusion that Comfort Suites is my preferred hotel in Victorville. Staff was friendly and prices were competitive. Yes I loved this hotel.

Nice, only problem in my opinion the pool is not as clean as it should.

I love this place. We actually live about an hour and half away, but there are some weekends that my family and I like to get away. (We're military and there's nothing to do on base. ) The rooms are cheap and EXTREMELY spacious. My 1.5 year old son actually has room to run around and get out some energy. We have never had an issue with our stays and the workers are always so nice to us.

Staff was pleasant. The room was clean and nice. The motion activated light switch in the bathroom would only turn the light on for about 2 minutes. This wouldn't have been a big issue except it wouldn't turn back on by motion activation after that. I'm not sure how long it was before it would again, only that it did turn the light on once by motion in the morning.

This was the cleanest hotel my wife and I have seen in years. The staff was extremely friendly and the location was excellent and close to great shopping and dining. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely will stay here again.

I love comfort suites. The name says it all. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean, and the bed is so comfortable. The only thing that needs work is breakfast.

First, I wasn't sure how long my trip would be or if I'd be able to check-in on time and had so much on my mind, but Jeanne at the front desk was such a big help, very informed, and I was able to not worry so much. Had a nice breakfast, everything was clean. The rooms were spacious. Everything was perfect and great, just amazing for the price we paid. I would come back and recommend it to anybody. Super friendly, excellent customer service through out our stay. It was really nice and my family loved the stay as well.

Nice facility. Wish they would keep their pools maintained. Hot tub was cold even after cycling it for half an hour. Rooms are very nice.

Room was spacious and comfortable, and clean, and well maintained. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfasts were standard fair, and good, in a clean eating area. This is a very nice hotel at a reasonable price.

Customer service is awesome! The ladies at the desk are real helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Only ding I have is the curtains do not close all the way and are see through.

Had a sporting event for my daughter and stayed here because it was affordable. It is also located close to the freeway as well as local eateries and mall. Checked in exactly at 3 and got to the room. The hallways smelled like it had just be sanitized and gave my family a sense of cleanliness. The room was spacious for the 5 of us and was very clean. The only issue I had was that the bathroom door squeaked every time it moved, even just a little bit. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly the room was clean and wonderful and they serve a real breakfast I will be coming back real soon I have told family and friends about this place love it!

This is the best hotel we have stayed at in victorville. Rooms very clean and nice setup. Breakfast was the best variety wr have had at a hotel breakfast. Front desk staff very friendly and nice.

Overall a nice place to stay. First room we had he mini fridge didn't work. Only other issue is that there's no fans in the bathroom… Making it fog up quickly with anything other than a cold shower. Staff is pleasant. Second room was great.

I did not like. Noise and decoration old but clean on the side of the highway.

Got a room with two queen beds, front desk staff are very nice. Had a little problem in our bathroom that was resolved quickly. Breakfast is a treat at comfort suites, always nice to wake up to a hot meal.

We travel frequently to the Victorville area, and only stay at Comfort Suites for their outstanding service. Compliments to the staff and manager for they set an excellent example for others to follow.

Name says it all! I did not want to get out of bed. Kids loved it. Bathroom was clean. We received free breakfast. Kids loved the waffle maker. Will definitely stay here again.

The Queen suite was ample to fit 4 people. The gym was great with the basics (treadmill, elliptical and dumbbells 10lb-50lbs). The gym was cold and offers cold water. The breakfast is better than average. Serving eggs, ham, cereal, yogurt, bagels, oatmeal and other stuff. Overall the stay here was great. One thing I disliked is the parking. Limited parking in front near the entrance and majority of parking is on the side/behind the building.

Very clean rooms. Breakfast is fine. Staff is great. I would have given this hotel a 5 star but the beds are a little to hard for me. They did have a pull out sofa and that bed was great. I really like that they have a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

This was a last minute stay. Didn't want an expensive room but didnt want a cheap one. I was happy with the price but expected some issues. There wasn't any issues. The room was inviting, clean and the bed was comfortable. I had to learn that the AC does turn to fan after a certain time that it is on, but I was never uncomfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Staying at the Suites was worth the price… Jonathan Huynh, General Manager, was "extremely courteous" in every aspect in "hotel hospitality". Jonathan reflected a positive approach, caring for "his guests", and providing the utmost services he could. Our 12 hour road trip to attend my brother's funeral and arriving a day early, was made pleasurable by Jonathan's sincere concern for our comfort and short stay. Qualities lacking in other hotel management personnel! Mr Huynh… should be advanced "ahead of his peers", deserving of a sizeable salary increase, AND moved to District or Regional Management. Will definitely make Comfort Suites our vacation and business suites.

Great staff very clean rooms great rooms for great price.

I recently stayed here while visiting California. The people who work here were extremely nice, especially Lemaune, Raul and Anthony. I would recommend this hotel to all. :)

Pretty standard hotel. Not too fancy but not too dirty.

Stay away from this crack den. Nut job behind the counter got mad because we didn't want stinky room started cussing at us and flipping us off for wasting his time told me to go f my mother Will never go to this hotel chain again. Jackass should be fired and deported. Insult to all veterans.

Service was incredible I loved the interior and it was just great.

The rooms are big. The bed was comfortable and clean. I was happy with everything. The free breakfast was pretty basic, but good enough for me. The breakfast room was pretty small. It would be good if they expanded it a bit.

One problem… food. Bagels (more than one) harder than a stale rock. (Being truthful. ) That is a minor problem since there are more than enough food facilities in the area to accommodate your eating pleasures. The staff was excellent! A couples issues were fixed lickety split. You pay for what you get here. Excellence. Thank you!

Not very child friendly. Paying customer told to keep the noise down in my room. My children (2yr old twins, and a 3 yr old) were just playing IN OUR ROOM… IDK… MAYBE the Grinch was next door. Merry Christmas?

It was very nice clean place staff friendly my only problem was the bathroom door did not lock.

Pros: Clean room w/TV and decent internet. Bed was comfortable, shower had nice water pressure, staff is very friendly. The hotel has been renovated and looks nice, well lit. Lots of parking. Cons: Our room was not fully painted from the renovation. Not a huge deal, but very sloppy looking around the windows. Paint was sloshed all over the windowsill and AC. Hallways were kept pretty hot (mid 80's) but wasn't a huge deal, just one of those uncomfortable things. This hotel uses literally the worst toilet paper I have ever encountered. If you stay here, buy a couple rolls — — You'll thank me for it. Or just use the Kleenex, since that will be worlds better. If you don't listen to any advice from a review, listen to this: If you'll be here more than a few days, you'll definitely want something better than. 00008 ply. — We didn't try the breakfast but it always smelled delicious.

I made reservations online, and they gave me the wrong confirmation number, but the funds were taken out of my account immediately. After 2 hours of the run around, they finally gave the correct confirmation number. Once I checked in on 3/7/15 at 2:00pm, I was ignored by the day assistant manager, Mcoe. She didn't even greet me and my husband at the desk. She said confirmation number! Then asked for $50 for incidentals, I asked what is that? She responded, In case you get Spots on our Towels Or Sheets! I have never heard of such a thing. I complied, then went to Walmart to buy my own towels. Couldn't Sleep, thinking I would have to pay for used sheets. Once I checked out I had a manager come to check the towels and the sheets to insure I'd get my $50 returned. What a mess, never again!
