Love this hotel, highly recommend.

Room was very clean and the front desk girl Erica I believe is her name was very friendly and was very accommodating. I asked if I could look at the room before we made a decision to book it because my wife and I had a horrible experience at the Best Western in Eureka about 15 minutes north of this location. I would recommend staying here if you're driving by and need a nice clean place to stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not helpful and very rude.

Lay-over here when I make a delivery of malt to Lost Coast, use to stay here back in 2010 when I was filling the V18s at the PG&E power plant off King Salmon with motor Oil. Fine group of people who want to serve.

Not the first time we've been here. A fun place to stay in the Fortuna area. Good breakfast and indoor/outdoor pool. Enjoyed ourselves very much. Two thumbs up!

Place has gone down the drain! June 2018: Sperm spots and dirty hair left on 2 beds. Had to change our own sheets. Stayed 3 nights, no maid service the entire time. Had to ask for the trash to be emptied. Upon check out, I wanted to talk to the manager,. She was not present. It took her a week to call me at home. I had already paid the $800.00 charge for 3 nights. The manager refused to compensate us in any way. She insisted she was in the suite and checked it. I have stayed there over 10 times. Never again. No recommendation from me except to check your sheets, the phones and you will have to change your own sheets IF dirty. Sad!

We stayed here about four years ago and loved it so much that we came back to stay this past month. The rooms are nice and spacious, which makes a difference when you are staying with several kids. We have stayed in their rooms with 2 queens, as well as their Sequoia suite. Both were great. And the breakfast is excellent! We plan on coming back next time we visit the Redwoods or drive up the coast.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Humboldt county. Always clean and very friendly. I love the pool and spa! Great electric handicapped chair to lower you in and out of both pool and spa. My grandmother loved that!

Will definitely stay again! Great price and room. Comfortable and quiet. Tasty breakfast! Wish we stayed longer!

Had a wonderful time. Its a beautiful place. Spent time with my family and friends in our room and at the pool. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay there every time I visit my family.

It was good. Nothing super special that made me want to go "Wow this is extra special". Just nice rooms, a pool, and breakfast. The usual stuff.

Convenient, quiet location and a comfortable and clean room. Front desk personnel were very personable and helpful. Breakfast choices were good: breakfast sandwich, waffles, strawberry waffles, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, and baked goods. Would stay again.

Fantastic hotel! Absolutely exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Great room, really excellent breakfast with so many choices including a hot buffet. Beats the pants off Holiday inn.

The outside of the hotel didn't impress but the interior was comfy! The beds were soft and we slept very well. Little to no noise during the night and breakfast was yummy. Our toilet broke but maintenance fixed it within minutes. Good service!

Great hotel. The room was decorated very nicely and was very quiet. The hotel is in walking distance to a good restaurant and is also a short drive from local Fortuna restaurants or those in Ferndale. There is a nice walking path along the river that is easily accessible from the hotel. The breakfast area was well stocked and kept tidy. Would definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

Very Nice place to stay (Fortuna, CA. ) Rooms were large and clean and staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was also much better than the Ramada Inn we had stayed at in Medford, Or just the night before.

This by far has to be the best BW I have ever stayed at. Staff is very friendly and goes out of their way for you. Not much in the area to do besides the redwoods but a very nice get away.

Every thing about this visit was excellent. By far the best Best Western we have ever stayed in! The staff was friendly, the room was nice, the towels were extra soft, the jacuzzi tub in our room was a very pleasant surprise, the breakfast was delicious and the location really worked for us. I offer my strongest recommendation for this facility!

This hotel was one of the Best I have stayed in, not only clean and friendly but they even include little extras like homemade cookies, chocolates and fresh fruit in the lobby anytime you would like to enjoy. They include a paper hanging on your door in the morning and a awesome continental breakfast. The beds are so comfortable and the pool in very different 1/2 inside and 1/2 outside its very clean and unique. Highly recommended.
