This is a great location close to many attractions and the beach. It is a great deal for those on a budget and basically need a place to sleep. The staff was very helpful. It is not a Hyatt but a basic, clean hotel.

The room was very clean and everything was in working order. The reception personnel were helpful and efficient. For the price I paid the room was a bargain. Furthermore the motel is near a bus line and next to the Garden Grove Freeway. Very convenient.

This was a terrible area to stay in and I was with my friend. Definitely do not stay here especially if it’s just you alone or even 2 females because we felt like we were being watched the entire 3 nights we were there. No refunds. Drugs dealers, prostitutes, a man followed us to our room and the. Kept walking by and looking through the window. There were homeless people living in the room next to us with their dogs and they were loud all night long. Pumps tried to pick us up as their girls. This was a terrible experience and the sheets and burn holes in them from cigarettes, sticky floors, the lights didn’t work as well as multiple gun shots outside throughout the first 2 nights. I felt like my car was going to get stolen as people kept loitering next to it all night. The curtains didn’t shut all the way so you could see inside. From desk was extremely rube and so was management. This was a very uncomfortable stay. And there was no way for us to get our money back to go somewhere we felt safe. And not to mention the fact that a man was killed in this hotel by another man who shot him back in December 2017. So fairly recent. This area is absolutely terrible I could not stress it enough. Black mold in our shower, the room smelt like mildew. This place would be shut down by the health department if they came here. They are violating so many mandatory regulations.

The bathroom floor needed a good sweeping. I was taking a bath and notice that the toilet was not completely clean on the bottom. Overall I did enjoy my stay.

We love to stay at this motel when we come to LA. This time we stayed 4 nights and every morning I was greeted by the front desk clerk Diana she was amazing and made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. No complaints. Thank you all for a great stay!

People were constantly banging on my door looking for their pimp or drug dealer who had the room the day before I guess front desk said no refund but gave me another room — 1 door away! Only good thing was room was relatively clean except for fire alarm under the mattress! Never stay here unless you have no other choice or need to get drugs or run down prostitutes.

Used to be Cleaner and a better Value for price. Paid extra for fridge in room and it had no ice department and did not seem to keep the food cool enough. I ended up throwing left over mexican food out rather than risking getting sick. The toilet had a brown rim around the seat (yuk) and the tub had hair from previous occupant. The bed sank in the middle. No more Aarp discounts. Male front desk clerk at night was very nice though. At almost a hundred $$$ a night in March I feel I can find a better value elsewhere. One plus is motel 6 is very pet friendly.

This hotel was great and everyone was very friendly. I have come here every time I am in town and the people at the front desk are so helpful. I always recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you to the staff that works here for always making my stay great.

For a motel 6 it is very nice. Good location with a decent courtyard and rooms. The man who helped check us in (Jared) was super friendly and accommodating. For the price, I 10/10 recommend!

I was a guest of a guest. Both host were heavily sent, no doubt! Security is top notch. All the while both had given me the Royal treatment. A warning to all; neither will put up with type of riffraff! I was blown away by the hospitality. And being from Alabama myself I know Southern Hospitality. I pray that I am welcomed back by both my friend and the hotel. Alabama,

There is one employee that works the night shift that needs to be retrained in customer service. Not only did he advise me to check out if I didn't like how he spoke to me. But he said he was also security he is an expert on private property laws. I have continuously heard many other guests complain about this employee on several occasions to the day manager and yet he is still allowed to harasse guests there is a proper way to address customers but to tell them to leave go someplace else when they have never had an issue in the last 10 yrs of staying at this facility is not acceptable especially after paying over 100 dollars to get service as if you were in some sort of detention facility as long as he remains an employee ill take my business elsewhere and be sure to let anyone that wants to be treated as a criminal to do the same don't waste your money here its not worth it.

I love this place. It's clean, comfortable, it has a sparkling pool and most of the staff are very professional and friendly. Overall, it's a great value and I can highly recommend. Don't leave your mobile phone charger in the room though, you're likely to not get it back.

The truth I can never sleep… The rooms sometimes smell bad… But the staff treatment is very good so it's not so bad…

Upstairs room. One call to make sure customers are happy with their stay. Easy to extend nights. Friendly environment.

The service was good, only the bed with some "balls" which makes it inconvenient to sleep.

Experience was fine. Motel was adequate for what I was looking for and expecting. I mean, you get what you pay for right? Definitely not a 5 star hotel but I wasn't expecting one so no let downs here. Good enough to sleep at!

I will admit, I was somewhat suspect of this place when we pulled up but that's because I hadn't seen it from the front. This place is clean and secure, which is essentially all you'll really need from a cheap motel. I do wish they would give you more towels, but I suppose you can always call for more. Bonus is that there's a great diner literally right across the parking lot.

We stay at this Motel 6 whenever we visit our daughter who lives in Long Beach. The staff has always been cordial and courteous. The rooms are clean and well maintained and recommend this establishment. There is a Starbucks, Subway, Korean Restaurant next door and it is next door to a Golden West restaurant. My only complaint is that the ice machine is always low or out of ice.

Alma and her Staff were very nice and helpful. Had to change room, and they didn't blink a eye. AARP discount. Good for a clean room to sleep and shower. Would stay again.

I have stayed 5 or 6 times in the past in 2014 and 2015. We went there for tree nights last week, it's not the same. It has gone down hill, It was disgusting. We had to ask for clean bedding when we first arrived because there was a nasty stain. The room did not look like it had been well for weeks, it stunk and there was dirt in the corners. We went to the ear by rite aide store for Lysol spray, air freshener, and hand soap. I was afraid of bringing back bed bugs or something else gross back with me. There so a lot of noise at night. I do not recommend staying here EVER to ANYONE.

This is the only motel 6 I will stay at. The people that work here are totally cool and they don't trip off having other people visit you or things like that where other motel 6s won't let anyone visit you for everything five minutes unless you have them show ID at the front desk. This one is totally chill and you can't beat the price. Right now it's only 64 on weekdays and like 79 on weekends!

I stay at Motel 6 quite often saying that I travel a lot. When we first checked in we were greeted by a gentleman named Hudson that was absolutely amazing! Our room was clean compared to most Motel 6's that I've stayed in, but our heater was broken. We immediately called down to the front desk and spoke with Hudson he informed us that he would put in a work request order and it would be taken care of first thing in the morning. He also hand-delivered two blankets to our room for us! I know this might not seem like much to others, but I feel like he went above and beyond especially seeing that when I stayed at other locations I always had to go down to the front desk to get whatever belongings that I needed. So on the second night of our stay we return to our room to see that it hadn't been cleaned although we had requested it. We called down and spoke with Tai and she said that she would leave a note for the manager telling her the problems that we had been having. I called the manager on the following morning and she took one nights stay off of my bill. I think that is very good customer service, and I will definitely be returning to this Motel6. They were extremely helpful and felt bad for the inconvenience.

I have been very happy staying here while I look for a forever home in Calif. The people in the office and housekeeping are very friendly and keep things very clean. They really can have their hands full with some of the people that like to check into that location. But have done a great job! Thank you for your professional and friendly disposition! W/ senior discount, I'm paying $58 p/night, taxes included, Sun. Thru Thurs. You can't beat this — for a place that's reasonably safe & clean — in So. Calif. You can easily pay $80+ even for budget places. Office staff friendly & efficient. Linens & towels clean. The nearby 22 Fwy is noisy — could bother a light sleeper. Good hot water in shower w/ decent pressure. Water flow very weak in sink. Let sink run a couple minutes to get hot water. Starbucks, Subway steps away. It's not the Hyatt Regency, but, as we all know — you get what you pay for. I do recommend for the budget traveler, + smokers & those w/ pets.

I was checked in/welcomed by your night clerk — — a very friendly and efficient desk attendant. The following morning, Anna was very helpful and equally cordial. I did contract food poisoning at the Westminster Grille (next door), but I suspect that establishment is totally NOT connected with Motel6, in any way, shape, or form. Your establishment was clean for the most part, though the bedspread was quite nasty — — obviously old, heavily stained, and I did my best to NOT touch it with any part of my body.

Just fine — customer in Garden Grove — quite close. Your place is clean and tidy — you have good management — that's why. I left a pair of jeans in the room — I will be back. And somebody — not me — put a wrap around the smoke detector in room 218 — please fix. Reason for room condition low rating checked below. Did not notice until I was checking out — was in a hurry — did call back and advise.

I live locally but need a room once in awhile. The location is great I like the courtyard in the pool. This time at check-in there was a new Gal. You've got to know she was excellent. And she didn't blurt my room number out loud so other people could hear it. Her name is Diana. I didn't get her last name but she's a young girl named Diana. And you really should give her a pat on the back.

An individual identified himself as the "night manager" informed me that he would not "confront a guest on my behalf" when I informed him that cigarette smoke was pouring into our nonsmoking room from another nonsmoking room… I informed him that reminding people of the hotel's rules is not an act of confronting on my behalf… Later in the lobby while I am using the microwave, he confronts me… So take a moment to examine that, he wont "confront" the person breaking the rules but he feels compelled to confront me to tell me why he wont say do anyting about the situation, I inform him that I am aware that he will not do anything to enforce the no smoking sign so we had nothing left to discuss… And to please stop talking to me… HE WOULD NOT.

I had not stayed at a motel 6 in a long time. This stay was not to bad. My last stay in El Monte, Ca. Was real bad. Police went to a room twice and the manager had to open the door and with bolt cutters cut the safety latch. Also I was confronted by a prostitute/druggie, she wanted to use my room to take a shower. I did NOT feel safe at this motel 6. The worst part about it… I did a survey and called you and no one ever responded. My conclusion is you don't care about guests.

Motel 6 always does their best to place me in a room location that I request. Alma is great. Fast check in and if I don't like room she moves me without any questions. Quiet and clean place to stay.

Very happy with this Motel 6 location. Rooms are upgraded/nicely remodeled, very clean and extremely nice, fluffy, new pillows. Love that Motel 6 allowing pets (up to 2) at no extra charge. All other chains and independent hotel/motels charge deposits and extra charges per pet. Choose Motel 6 if you are traveling with your "babies. " It is so nice to know that your pets are wanted!

The room upgrades are pretty good with wood floors and for the price, I can live without a fridge and microwave, but I had two major problems and one minor: 2 major — My top blanket was full of cigarette burn holes and looked gross and the rooms are non-smoking but come with ash trays with no smoking signs on them. People take their chairs and sit right outside their rooms and smoke. Minor problem — the people beneath me had little dogs that barked. I wasn't aware dogs were allowed at Motel 6. Motel was cheap price and I was able to sleep, so that was good. Also, the floors weren't very clean.

Last minute booking to extend our stay in California one more day. The location and the proce were very good. The room was nice, but being in a room facing the busy street kept us awake most of the night. If I were to stay again I would request a room on the back side, away from the busy street.

Stayed at the Motel 6 and the front desk gave my room to someone else after I checked in and was in my room. A perfect stranger unlocks my door and walks in saying that she was given that room. Then my room keys would not work. Slept the rest of the night with my luggage against the door to make sure no other hotel guests would be given the same room and walk in. Told the front desk the next morning when I checked out and just got told "we have a new computer and sometimes it makes mistakes". How do you assign or book the same room to two different people?

The process of getting the hotel room and checking in was very good I give it a rating of 5 stars. The room was clean and accommodating facility was clean and there was convenient walking distance to obtaining some food. However the noise outside my room the thin walls people stomping upstairs I could not sleep very well. So to sum it up check-in process the staff and everything else was a five-star but I give the facility as far as comfort and safety only two stars.

Room was cleaner than expected. Walls were pretty thin, so I was kept awake from 4-5am from a noise outside and from our neighbors who entered and left the room at strange hours. Hotel overall seemed empty, so that was nice. Front office staff were pleasant, although we did have to ask for more towels even though they knew we had 4 guests. The 24 hour diner and in N out in the same parking lot were super convenient, and there was plenty of parking for 2 cars. Recommended for a cheap hotel!

Enjoyed my stay going OK was late getting yah rent by 12noon a few days on my 27 day by rules just check out. Came back two days later and was told I could not rent? Manager said my roo m was dirty.! And cause of late rent which they told me was OK due to freeway or whatever being the case. So if you could reinstate my privileges that would be great John. It wasn't bad (room being unacceptable "as a matter of fact I rented a room for another day… then I go to pay rent and that's when I was told of this situation. This motel is perfect location for my job. So ounce again John could pad you please lift the restrictions and let's move on. Thanks.

I enjoy get this Motel 6 because it's convenient affordable and all the staff are friendly also the rooms are very clean. I never have a problem here and is always quiet the housekeepers do a good job and everybody minds their own business.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area around the motel was quiet. The sheets on the bed however were like burlap.

The staff was nice and accommodating but the room furniture is old and the heat did not work. You have to pay for the internet and I was in town for 7 days on business. I liked the location of the hotel close to the freeway and I ate at the Cafe next door. The breakfast was great!

Accidentally We were displaced from our home while waiting to get back in our home we needed a temporary place to stay. Motel 6 was it. It was affordable with clean rooms. Erica and her staff were accommodating and went above and beyond to help us out. The location is great close to everything we needed. Would recommend this location to anyone for a night or longer if needed.

Clean and really nice especially for the amount we paid. We would have gave it 5 stars if there was a mini fridge in the room… but we would definitely stay here's again! Happy grateful customers.

My wife and I stayed there August 21st. And had a very nice experience. I was a bit concerned about the area, and being next to an In n Out Burger. There was no problem registering or checking out. This was the second time in this motel. The room was clean and comfortable, just as the ad says, and we were happy to have our dog along at no extra charge. The cost, $79 plus, was reasonable for the area.

My daughter and I stay in this motel 6 for 2 nights while visiting Disneyland. I would not recommend this motel. There were guys everywhere hanging out on steps and dark places even though they didn't do anything it made us feel uncomfortable. I had to pay $2.99 a day for Wi-Fi that should have been free and it was not that good service. No frig or microwave, had to leave my id with front desk just to use a iron. Vending machine would not take quarters, dollars only. Only gave us one washcloth. Bedspreads really looked bad and could use updated. The only good I can say about this motel was it was clean.

Convenient location to Fwy, room was super clean & smelled good, service was good not too invasive, very polite, no hassle at checkout. I enjoyed staying here & will definitely be back in future!

I love motel 6. It's affordable, clean, and very convenient for me. I stayed at the one on Golden West in Westminster CA. My room was on the first floor and the service there was very accommodating to me.

Westminster Blvd near the IN N OUT is horrible. Picked up a friend. Shady looking people all around it.

They should have mini fridges & microwaves. It would make experiences much more convienet. Oh & how about free breakfast. Cmon update your hospitality.

Great front desk help, clean rooms tidy bathrooms, good selection on TV programs, quiet area, close to freeway and tons of food and shopping in area.

Over all my experience at this location was satisfactory. Location is great, as it's right off the freeway with easy access. Also the place has recently undergone some upgrade.

Worst place ever! The wood laminate floors had not been mopped for weeks. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with some toilet paper and it was black with dirt. The whole floor was like that. No free Wi-Fi which every hotel/motel gives now, no shampoo or conditioner, only 1 washcloth, 1 handcloth, 2 small bath towels for 2 people. No plastic bag for dirty clothes, tub plug broken. Asked for more pillows and they weren't sure if they had any. Dust bunnies under the bed. Dust collect in the little shelf where they put the towels. I could go on and on. I would not use their shower and walked around with a towel under my feet. Got all our money back. Rude manager showed no concern. Must be hurting for money if they can't give you little shampoo/conditioner containers and free WI-FI.

Don't stay here unless your armed. Many very scary individuals frequent this motel parking lot and adjoining gas station. The many security cameras do make it feel a bit safer along with the many police patrols through the area but I would never stay here again. As we were checking out, a homeless man asked to use our shower, and then I was propositioned by a female prostitute as I was loading the car. It is pet friendly which is the only reason we stay at Motel 6 and most have been decent but this place needs some serious improving. Plan on ducking to use the shower head unless your 4 ft tall, and the toilet looks like a toddlers toilet. What ever you do, don't plug in anything as it will cause breaker to trip. The hotel staff look like a bunch of gang members but seemed mildly friendly and were quick to check us in. Asking for fresh towels the next day seemed an almost impossible task as my wife had to wait hours to take a shower and have a fresh towel. Thank god we survived this stay…

The motel itself was fine. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I think if I had stayed in a courtyard room, I might have stayed the entire night. In the middle of the night people start banging on the door-luckily it was double locked. A woman starts screaming while two men beat her up-all on our motel door. After the police came we got out of there. The staff did refund my money, which I'm grateful for. Again, motel was fine-that part of Westminster-not so great.

I have stayed at this and other Motel 6 locations while I have always been satisfied I have to say the housekeepers and front office staff here goes the extra mile to make your stay very comfortable.

I procrastinated on booking a hotel for a weekend conference and had few options, but lower end hotels in the area. This hotel had some good reviews, so I gave it a shot. I wasn't expecting too much for my $60, however, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, the hotel was well maintained and the staff were very friendly. If you are looking to avoid spending $120 on higher end lodging I would definitely recommend the Motel 6 Westminster North.

Stayed there for 5 nites tiffany made us feel welcome at check in — the we got a room in the courtyard that had been recently remodeled — they were contractors working on others though only seen them didn't hear them — grateful for that — the room was an adequate size couldn't do any entertaining but we just wanted a clean comfortable room to sleep in after running around the so ca area during the day — this fit the bill — beds were comfortable — internet was fast enough for the little we used it — the room was clean and had hardwood type floors which are a must for a pet friendly motel — we had our shtiz-poo with us and she didn't have any problems either — seen a post were someone (must have been frm Park Ave) claims to have seen a bunch of drug dealers etc — we just seen mostly working class folks — nothing there to alarm. We will be staying there again on our next trip to Orange county.

We lived in Westminster years ago and always heard bad things about this motel, We were in need to stay in the area and took a chance on it, price was right for what we wanted to pay, We were very pleasantly surprised, How Clean, Quite it was. We stayed in one in the inter square by the lobby, upstairs didn't hear people coming or going. The only con, but I don't think they can do much about it is that the room is extra small the beds, we had 2 full bed and one was right up against the air conditioner, and the other against the bathroom wall no walk space on one side of each bed. And I also would like to mention that there were like 7 very large touring buses there and didn't hear a bunch of people running around. We checked in about 9pm slept very well. We would stay there again when we need to stay in that area.
