Good service. I honestly never stayed out of state (I’m from Vegas) before. It was confortable and I had no real problems other than the Wi-Fi being kinda slow but I didn’t go on vacation to be on my phone, so it didn’t really matter.

Great location. Close to Disneyland which is a plus. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and stores around it. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Very nice location. Gives off a palm springs vibe. Nice and shady with a pool. As well as next to major grocery stores for shopping convince.

I had a wonderful time. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely be coming back. It was so close to the beach. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Jessica, I see your response to my husbands review. I will not stop saying WE DID NOT SMOKE IN THAT ROOM! I am shocked at how we have been treated by your Palm Garden Inn location and Best Western in general. You stole our money and you know it. Now you are hiding behind policies that we did not break since WE DID NOT SMOKE in that room. You should put your efforts towards better customer service and overall cleanliness of the location. Overflowing trash, no maid service (I had to ask for towels and take out my own garbage) and a dumpster area that is disgusting and visible to all guests. Hmmm, wonder why the room smelled? You are a poor representation of the Best Western Brand. I will keep fighting this as I will not be told I am a liar when we did nothing wrong. I’m floored that you would not make this situation right and I see you have done this several times in the past (charged guests with smoking who did not smoke). I will keep telling my story in the hopes of helping others that may victim of your BS! Do not stay here! They will steal your money and then call you a liar. Just terrible!

This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel in years. We were accused of smoking in the room which we did not do! It’s outrageous! Instead of trying to win back our repeat business the manager Jessica chose to keep our money for deep cleaning that I wish would have happened prior to my stay. We stayed 2 nights with no maid service after we were away all day. I had to ask for towels from the maid and take out my own garbage after night one. Now I am being accused of smoking in a room that we did not smoke in and charged 150 dollars for it! The parking lot dumpster area was overflowing with a GIANT mound of unbroken down boxes and over flowing trash cans throughout the property and in the lobby. It seems as if this hotel works angles to get more money out of their guests and spends zero money on the cleanliness of the hotel. Jessica, nothing has been “deep cleaned “ in that hotel for years. I see all the previous posts of ants, bed bugs and roaches. You need a lesson in customer service, I was trying to give you one but you just wanted to be right. I will tell everyone about this experience. You get what you pay for people! This place is a dump I should have known better! So frustrating that corporate is also not any help. Why even have them around? This place sucks and we were taken advantage of! In simple terms they stole from us.

The outside looks decent. The internet was good. It was full house due to probably graduation event.

My family and I are staying here because our apartment is undergoing renovations. We choose this place due to the reviews, and because it's relatively close to work. Upon arriving staff was friendly and welcoming. Room is comfortable, clean, and quiet. Slept like an angel. I strongly recommend this place. My stay here will continue to be pleasant.

Staff unprofessional, disabled people discriminated against and owners with service animals treayed with equal civility and given rooms that are difficult to access in order to deter booking at the motel. Staff changes reservations without notifying guest even with advanced confirmed reservations prebooked with corporate (national reservation #) ignore membership for rewards and current OFFERS and create difficulties when checking in and refuse members requests that are supposed to be part of the customer incentives and loyalty perks. Breakfast was minimal and maid service was not up to the best western standards the motel is so well known in hospitality and concierge is only for guests who are picked out as he staff deems to be DESERVED. Staff does bot know motel policy nor practice. Motel standards have dropped in the last ten years.

Welcoming atmosphere. Clean. Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable room and bed. Quiet, even on the first floor.

THE BAD: Check-in set the tone for the rest of my stay at this hotel. Bizarrely, the lobby smells like body odor, and the parking lot smells like feces. I stayed in room 103, which is around the corner from the lobby and immediately next to the ice machine. The foul sewage smell from the parking lot was really potent in my room, especially in the bathroom. There were long, black hairs on the hand towel and on one of the bath towels. The mattress and pillows are really uncomfortable, the A/C works well but makes a horrible grating noise, the walls and floors are thin enough that we could hear our neighbor's TV, and the noise from people visiting the ice machine kept us up all night. THE GOOD: There was a Keurig and 4 K-cups conveniently located in the room. I also liked the size, look, and layout of the room. The continental breakfast consisted of powdered eggs, sausage patties (mine had a piece of bone in it), cheese danishes, bagels, muffins, cereal, and DIY waffles. ANALYSIS: I won't be returning. It definitely wasn't worth the $130+ I paid; I've stayed at much nicer hotels for under $100.

The location was great. Easy to get to. Parking lot was clean but was small. Parking spots were way small and they not at an angle, so trying to park parallel to the room with the inside spot was a pain. Rooms were decent. AC needs an upgrade. It was hardly cooling us down.

Wasn't the best area and the room was an extremely upscale but it was affordable and decent for its price.

This is an inexpensive hotel about 10 minutes from Disneyland. No frills room, but updated recently and it was clean. Breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

Comfy beds. Great room service. Good location. Breakfast was great as well. Only downside was the shower head would make loud noises at times which was annoying.

Hotel staffs are amazing, always with a smile. My check-in was a breeze and was recognized as a Diamond member and was given a gift bag with water, candies etc… Breakfast was quite adequate and great selection. Some random day, they even had udon noodles. I think the only negative I have about this hotel is there is no elevator, so if you were to have heavy luggages it might take some efforts to get them up the stairs.

Great location, good price, clean comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast with good range of choices even gluten free bagels.

I've stayed at this hotel before and choose to stay here again. It's very conveniently located, clean, great bed and pillows, and a friendly staff. I rated this stay 4-stars instead of 5-stars because of the TV cable box getting stuck on programing and the battery died in the door lock to our room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again.

It is clean and tidy and especially attentive.

Nice rooms. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Maid service was good as well. They noticed we were working nights and offered to clean our room first. Hotel has a pool and hot tub. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel, great position close to Huntington Beach and shopping areas. Safe area of Orange County. Clean quiet rooms. Very good Wi-Fi. Would stay here again.

A great place to stay if you're visiting and want to see the Westminister area. The room are newer and cleaner than previous Best Western I've stayed at. The parking lot is small. Conveniently located with a short drive to all the Vietnamese shops and restaurants.

Nice location not far from main roads so easy to get to with the needed amenities all near by. Very clean motel with nice grounds and excellent desk help!

I went to check in and girl told me I didn't have a reservation at this hotel but the one about 15 minutes away. This did inconvenience us as we were further away from our venue in Long Beach. The hotel was nice enough, clean and the bed was great, didn't wake up with my back hurting.

Super clean. I was very pleased. Wood floors make for a cleaner room. Pool area was small if that's why you are staying I wouldn't. Comfort of beds great. Great staff. Good breakfast. Great safe neighborhood!

Now this is the best kept secret in town. Clean amazing newly renovated rooms. Just a great place to rest, and close enough to anywhere you could want to go. I will stay here again.

I agree wjth this Asim we book the other room and I wish there was a place for zero star these guys are thief.

Don't ever go to this place call there self 8.2 rating and what u get wow oh my God we booked 2 rooms with 2 adult each and these guys gave us one bed in each room and expect us to sleep on that at 3am we came all The way from Texas paid $900 for this crapy hotel.

LA is very spread out, but this hotel presented a nice compromise between location and price. It is fit into a tight location, but we had adequate parking. Breakfast was nice, as was the pool. Near the 22 and 405 freeway to take you east or west. Also, you can drive south on Beach Blvd. For about 20 minutes to reach Huntington Beach, the ocean and the Pacific Coast Highway. The employees who checked us in and out were very friendly and helpful. We were happy with our stay here!

Very nice hotel. Jacuzzi in room, but didn't hold the eater well. Outdoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast served daily, but if you don't get there early they run out of their allocated daily food. Very friendly staff. Our room wasn't cleaned one day, but we just asked for clean towels. Family friendly location and weekends are very noisy with children in the pool. For the price, this hotel was by far one of the best in the area.

The staff here are super friendly and happy to help you. They have redone all the flooring since our last stay, getting rid of carpet for laminate flooring. Which is great.
Breakfast is good and kept stocked and fresh. An elevator would be helpful, but not a huge deal once you get your luggage upstairs.
We've stayed here before and if we return to California we will stay here again.

All the pepole in here are nice and have a nice breakfeast, I like it this place.

Wifi is awful, beds are hard, and garbage collection takes place early Saturday morning. Be prepared to be woken up by it, can't see how anyone can sleep through 5 minutes of dumpsters banging together and a truck beeping like that.

My wife wanted a different room but she was told no more rooms available. Later we see people checking in.

Disliked the staff. Even though the hotel itself looks nice and seems well maintained, I very much disliked the "customer service". The hotel is near a military base, so the staff treated me like a drifter or perhaps it was the prejudiced indifference toward military personnel that have given them an attitude of distrust toward all their guests. Like most Best Western's, which I stay at exclusively, I called the front desk to see if I could get a late check-out (since I often work very late at night), and they simply told me "11 is the latest checkout". And when I woke up in the morning, I had already been checked-out by the front desk and a receipt was in my email inbox. What respectable hotel does that? I'm a Rewards member! I didn't get the chance to stop in or call the desk and ask for another night, or change my card or anything. I don't like being treated like I'm staying in a cheap motel. When I went to the desk and pointed out that I didn't like their service, I was treated like I was out of *my* mind, and that I should expect that my card gets charged at midnight — like a common drifter or someone who'd skip on their bill. I'd not stay there again. I'd rather drive up the road and stay in the next Best Western.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. They even helped my mom fix her shoe that she needed to wear to my daughter's wedding. Tony at the front desk is always cheerful and happy to see you and assist. The rooms are standard size but very comfortable. They are updating the rooms 1 at a time. We had an older room not yet remodeled, but my mom had a newer one and it was lovely. The free breakfast was more then expected and we appreciated that :) I would definitely stay there again :)

This was a very nice surprise. Went to visit my son in a treatment facility in Long Beach and everything was either sold out or very expensive in/very near Long Beach. I wasn't familiar with this area so was worried about out of area choices. My husband found this hotel online and it was only about 20 minutes away. It has been recently remodeled and everything was new and very clean. Breakfast included eggs and sausage with the other usual choices and the staff was extremely friendly. They even provided a check in gift with some snacks and a bottle of water. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Decent room for price and location.

They have an electronic safe that locks with either 4-6 digit pin or a swipe from any credit card. 3 stars just for that.

Great place good service.

Everytime I come to Westminster I always stay here, and when they are fully booked I continue calling them to see if there has been any cancalations, other hotels nearby dont stack up to this place, mainly the up to date rooms and the cleanliness too.

Great for disney trips, amazing breakfast, newly redecorated rooms were perfectly appointed for the price.
