Don't book at night! Make sure this guy understands you BEFORE you pay! I called at 1030 p. M. To book a room for the next day and when I got there Tony said the room was booked for last night! Grrrrr! They tried to charge me a NO SHOW fee! THAT sucks! Be careful with this place! Any way Tony fixed the problem only because it was a Tues! If it was the weekend I would have slept in the car with the family!

I had a really good experience staying here, Roberto their maintenance employee was really nice and friendly, The breakfast was really good! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Quality Inn. The continental breakfast was a great start to our days, the room was spacious and nice, the air conditioning was cool, and the location was prime for us. We would definitely return.

Easy checkin staff is very friendly. Breakfast is really good and the rooms are very clean.

Nice place to stay. Decent breakfast. The grounds were impeccable. People were constantly working and cleaning. I will definitely stay there again.

The rooms were better than expected. Clean and what seemed to be, decently treated. We booked on their online website and had no problem whatsoever checking in. They had a decent complimentary breakfast in the lobby. Overall, great stay and would stay in again.

This is the most substandard hotel that I have seen in all of my travels. Watch your credit card charges as they charge you $300depoist even if you use your credit card lol for incidentals and up their internet prices as well after you went over them and platinum member. Lol This is a joke and choice hotels are becoming an even bigger joke because of greed with franchising out their hotels to it seems anyone. I'm out.

As others have said this hotel is nice not great but good. We were in California from Friday till tues for a family party & Easter. Pros: The rooms are clean, beds & pillows are comfortable. Its quite, very nice accommodating owners, workers & patrons water was hot & pressure was good, and their breakfast are very good with great scrambled eggs, not like most places, sausage, waffles, very good coffee & all the other goodies! Best of all they serve until 10am everyday for us late risers. Yay! The pool is nice, small but very well kept. As is the whole property. Cons: Their bathrooms do have a urine smell but I do believe its the pipes not the bathroom itself, they could also be updated! Their blankets though comfortable are wrapped in sheets not covered in dueves. Which are just blanket covers so as to keep the blankets clean & make it easy to take off and wash. On the day house keeping decided not to make my bed, I saw that the edge of the blanket were filthy, like they had been dragged on the floor. Thank goodness I travel with my own pillows & blankets! I will check them at ever hotel from now on. There cheap on towels like someone is going to stealing them. No microwave but they do have a min fridge. I saw 1 cockroach, I know its a big commercial place with lots of people & food stuff going in & out but I will be checking my bags before I bring them in my own home!

They were nice but increased price on us everynight we were they.

This place is very well maintained and cleaned daily. For being a QI in the middle of a busy city I was very impressed.

Hotel room was not bad, bathroom did smell slightly like urine, breakfast was good selection. I do believe someone was going into my room taking the housekeepers money everyday when I left. I did speak to a supervisor about it.

For the price l paid for the weekend, there were things missing or broken. They offer free Wi-Fi, l could not use. But most if all, they failed to let me know that there was dog kennles right outside the window which they started barking early am. The only good thing were the bed was great.

The hotel was ok, not 5 star but fine to stay in. Breakfast was nice and there were a variety of foods to choose from. The maid service was not the greatest. I tip good and had to ask for new towels one time. Overall I would stay there again.

Just checked out after 7 nights. Room was spotless. Employees were great. Good room service. Fresh breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles). Computer in lobby. Lots of places to eat and grocery stores nearby (walking distance). One mile from 405 freeway. Close to 605, 22 & 5 freeways. I would definitely stay again.

The front desk person was not very friendly. The room itself was nice and very clean. Other staff members were really nice. The location is ok. Felt safe and very well lit area.

Amenities are nice, but Little things like extra tp, do not disturb sign missing. A few Bugs, silver fish, moth.

Stayed here for the beach and Disneyland. Rooms have been recently refurbished. Nice and clean.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff breakfast was mediocre at best. Parking lot was dark which caused me to worry a bit about my car. The pricing is higher than it should be I felt but the place was highly occupied. I would patronise again.

Excellent, very hot water. Good water pressure in shower. TV fine. Reasonably good hot breakfast included. I had senior discount. Smoking permitted in certain rooms — a rarity today. (My point: If you're a smoker, you don't have to smoke in pk'g lot. ) Towels & linens, room clean. Fridge in room; no microwave in room, but looks like one available in office. Good number of outlets in room for charging devices. Safe in room didn't work — wasn't openable + battery-low light on.

Minutes after arriving we found spiders on the bed, we swtichdd rooms only to wake up to spiders crawling on us, went to go complain and was told there was nothing that could be done. So we lost a good evening, sleep, and money.

I originally was going to rate this hotel a 4 out of 5 for being quiet and clean and being friendly at check in but with that said people be aware when we got there they only wanted cash for the deposit and room which at first I thought was weird but being so tired from the trip I didn't think twice then the morning of check out as we were getting things down to the car I dropped my coffee realizing there were no paper towels in the room and clearly toilet paper wouldn't do I used a small wash cloth to clean up coffee by the door not thinking I was doing anything wrong. So I get to the office and to check out and get my deposit and it took them forever then finally a man comes In the office with the towel I used to clean the coffee and they said I damaged there towel so I would not be getting my $100 cash deposit back. They began trying to tell me I wasn't allowed to bring outside food and drinks into the room. When the coffee I spilt was there's that was provided to us in the room. After having to get upset and threatening to call an officer and having my boyfriend come in was when they decided to give me my money back. I'm appalled with this place that they would scam out of town people out of there money like that.

Slept like I was in my own bed! Convenient location, easy access to theme parks and beach!

They messed up our reservation, didn't answer the phone all day when we were calling to confirm (someone turned the ringer off, ) and anyone planning on staying here should know that there is a pet adoption place next door and you will hear barking dogs. They start barking early so don't plan on sleeping in.

A bit aged (mildew smell) but fairly large with good selection of stores. The layout is interesting as well due to it being on a hill.

The hotel is clean and appears to be in the process of being updated (new mattresses, refrigerators). It is relatively easy to get onto the freeway and Seal Beach is a quick drive away. The only thing that bothered us was the person who decided to set off fireworks in the parking lot on our last night.

Reasonable price for something so close to beaches and fun parks. I come from Australia. Getting a safe clean friendly place within five miles of major attraction usually attracts stupid high prices. The area has all facilities even movie theatres. Stayed a week. We will come again.

In this place the people are very friendly and it is very clean.

I definitely enjoyed my stay here at the Quality Inn it was very close to all the shopping centers Home Depot O'Reilly Auto Zone clothing stores Goodwill restaurants Gas Station freeway definitely it go to spot however due to the closeness of everything it was very loud and hard to have quiet time assignment especially 9 man jacuzzi located inside the room.

Terrible experience. A roommate accidentally left behind her sneakers and the hotel claimed that there was nothing left behind. Employees were very rude about the situation. The continental breakfast was also awful. There was an ant crawling through the food.

The bathroom smells like pee. The attendant is rude. But good lord the bed is definitely comfy. But other than the bed yea room service sucks the AC is loud and the stupid alarm clock makes weird noises well you sleep. And I had no clue there was free breakfast. The parking is minimal. Oh and expect half the things in the room to not work.

Where should I start. I think the only good thing about this hotel was that they let us check in early. We had 2 separate rooms and had to buy candles for both of them. The bathroom in my room smelled like someone died in it. It took 2 days of having a candle to get the smell out of the bathroom. My moms room was MUCH worse. The entire room smelled horrible. They would only let us have 2 towels at a time and anytime we tried to call the front desk, no one answered. Also, the smoke alarm in my room was missing and when I called the office they said they knew and that I wouldn't be charged for it. No concern at all about the safety of me and my child. I was a bit disappointed too that there was no microwave in the room. There is also a veterinary clinic right behind the hotel so we were woke up early every morning by barking dogs. I will definitely never stay there again.

Parking is free but you have to find a spot. Get there early if you want parking. Rooms are nice for the price and the beds are really comfortable.

My wife and I were at the place for one night due to fumigation of our apartment. The only thing decent was the comfortable bed. The ac was quite loud. Curtains missing hooks that could not be closed properly to prevent outside light from getting in. The bathroom smelled of urine and the toilet seat was coming off hinges. The area was a bit nasty. We saw a fight on our walk to a Mexican dinner across the street from the motel. The front desk person, an older Asian male, was slow, uninformative, unfriendly and impolite, answered your question with a smirk as though he was doing us a favor, if he decided to answer at all. We forgot our toothbrushes/paste, and saw sign in room stating that essential toiletries were available for the asking at front desk. Once there, the same front desk person pointed out the door and said sarcastically that brushes and paste would be available at a 7-11 nearby, completely unapologetic of misleading information. That front desk person should not be in the hospitality industry at all let alone working at front desk; there was no hello, goodbye, have a nice stay nor even a smile from this person. He acted the whole time as if we were wasting his time. I would neither recommend nor stay at the place again.

Well nites inn did it again. Now they have stolen a antique watch of my granmothers. And today a 200 hun cell phone. If the roaches wernt enough.

1st of all the people who run this place barely speak english. Checked in about 4pm after waiting 30 minutes because of some confusion. We got the upgraded king for the jacuzzi tub, but after going out for dinner we came back and got it all ready. It didn't work, I called the front to see if I was doing something wrong. The guy at the front said "I'm new, I don't know, I try to find out and call you" we never got a call back and never got to sit in the working jacuzzi we paid $30 extra for. When we asked for a refund in the morning for the extra we paid, they told us the guy from last night was sleeping and we should have checked it at 4pm when we checked in. Bad customer service. Oh and we found a long black hair on the wall in the shower and there were no light bulbs in half the lights in the room.

So disgusting, dirty, and old. We checked out the next morning cause we wouldn't even showered there.

You cant get a early check in on top of that its a $50 dollar deposit OLD ROOMS OUT OF DATE TV BAD UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS the room had bedbugsssssssssss uggggghhh : (DONT NOT stay here I would of had the A/C on high but it was broke and its the only way to stop the bedbugs bites : (it had alot of furniture in front of the door of my room I couldn't get my bags in this really really SUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKSSSS GOODNIGHT DONT LET THE BEDBUGS BITE.

Good location, this place is decent.

This is a national franchise, owned and operated by a local Vietnamese. They are sloppy, dirty, and unprofessional. Our first room smelled of a strong stench. They "allowed" us to change to another room as though they were doing us a favor. Other than the stained carpet, the second room seemed OK — — until we pulled off the covers and saw that the sheets had long brown hair and short curly pubic hair on them. They begrudgingly changed the sheets for us, the entire time berating us for not checking the sheets before accepting the room. In summary, this place is dirty and sloppy. Don't be fooled by the national brand name.
