From the dirt to the price I'm really disappointed. I hate leaving bad reviews. Generally I love Econolodge as a whole but this ones rooms really were gross. I expect older furniture, smaller rooms and worn carpet, but the rooms were dirty on top of all that! I picked up a vanilla waffer my son dropped and the white washcloth was covered from dirt from the floor after just one wipe of the damp cloth. Other less important complaints include the internet is not secure, the price was high for an Econolodge, and booking 2 rooms in advance does not mean that the rooms will be ready for you or anywhere close to each other.

Price was expensive considering the condition of the location. Refrigerator in both rooms that I rented did not work. The electrical sockets did not work. When I went to the rental office to ask for help the individual working there did not pay attention even though I was calling him. It waited there calling The individual working in The office for close to 10 minutes. The mini refrigerator in the room was very dirty. I brought snacks and fruit for my wrestlers and we had to place everything in plastic bags because of the uncleanliness of the refrigerator. The microwave was the same. I rented two rooms and both rooms had very similar issues. Will not be going there again.

If I could I would only give a half of a star. I must tell you that Choice Hotels has bad terrible mistakes on who they franchise out to. The representation of their hotels is terrible as the people are "owners" and I say that loosely are just nasty greedy terrible hosts. The hotel is ok in the rooms just old, but the people working here are just terribly nasty, as well as liars, I believe they maybe prejudice even. Think before you make this choice.

The hotel is great if your visiting Knotts Berry Farm or even Disneyland you can't beat the price. It's not the Ritz but I will do for a day or Two.

Bad, nothing economic, I don't recommend it, and be careful with your belongings.

A simple hotel but with all you need, close to everything, a few meters a mall where is Waltmar, good rooms, good Wi-Fi, free parking, and excellent price, if you care is the rest and not the luxury, is an excellent option.

The hotel was perfectly fine. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough. It's a fine hotel. The front desk guy wasn't a smiley friendly guy, but he did his job. I just hate how I had to pay $120. Maybe I don't know how expensive hotels are supposed to be, but that seemed like too much to me.

Absolutely the nastiest hotel in Anaheim. Sticky stained carpet. Worn beds that were not properly cleaned. (hair &dirt inside sheets. ) bathroom sink wouldn't drain due to broken drain plug, blood or some other nasty substance staining inside of sink and bathtub. Boogers on the wall and unclean bath. Please stay far away from this hotel. Econoldge should be ashamed of themselves for charging people to stay in these conditions.

Very clean. Reasonable prices. Staff was friendly. Offer morning donuts and coffee.

It's only 15 minutes from Disneyland, economical, but not the most updated place. People are "regular residents" and like to ride bikes or smoke weed in the parking lot.

The location is pretty close to the freeways, and almost down the road from Knotts, and extremely close to stores and restaurants, which is nice. The parking lot is extremely tiny and it fills up quickly, especially on the weekend, so you have to park next door. The rooms are clean, but we did have an issue with our bathroom and we had to change rooms, and the person on the reception told us that it was a better room, much more safe than our original room. It does look dated and a bit run down, but it works of you're only looking for a place to sleep at night after a day in the theme parks.

Ok place. Looks like nobody has been there a while… dusty. Only toast and doughnut's for breakfast.

The beds r super super comfy and there's a lot of pillows the people at the front desk are awesome.

I truly enjoyed my stay. Clean room, awesome staff, great Jacuzzi.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Smelled very nice. The only complaint I have is that the towels are very rough.

Very accommodating and close to lots of restaurants, rite aid is close by. And only blocks from Knotts Berry Farm, and the Pirates Dinner Adventure. The partial continental breakfast is lacking but Paul's Place around the corner makes a great breakfast. The smoking room worked out fine for us.

Our stay was great. Our check in time was 3pm, we got in town a bit earlier I went in and asked if I could check in an hour early and they said yes. Our hotel room was very clean. Everything seemed nice and up to date. It's not a fancy hotel but it does the job. We were looking for an inexpensive hotel and I found this one and for the price we paid we got a great room. It was about 10min away from Disneyland so that was great right out the freeway in a good place. Lots of restaurants close by to eat. This is an honest review so anyone that is out there looking for a hotel and is not looking to pay alot of money take this place into consideration. Our second trip will be in October and I will gladly be staying at this hotel again.

Room was decent and fairly clean. The area was great except for the hotel itself. Very sketchy! I saw so many drug addicts and prostitutes! My boyfriend was even asked by a "guest" if he had any drugs for sale. It seems like people are living there. I did not feel very comfortable/safe.

Do not book online. The front counter guy was very polite and nice though. He fixed it but the websites don't update to what they actually have and I strongly suggest u reserve it and then show up or call ahead to be sure.

Accommodations are adequate. Feels like a safe area but the walkways are dirty and some of the rooms have an odor or the a/c doesn't work right. We changed rooms, they were helpful but it might be in your interest to spend a little more and get a nicer room. We didn't plan ahead.

We had a really good experience. The night desk clerk was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. He definitely gets an A++ on his customer service skills. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because the carpets in the room we're very old and soiled and need to be cleaned. Also the breakfast in the morning was not adequately provided for. Meaning they ran out of pretty much everything except for coffee and juice by 9 o'clock. Other than that I have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends.

Overall not a bad place to stay. Had no complaints but it wasn't a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was nothing more than doughnuts, coffee, juice, and toast. But the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I've stayed at this location many many times, and it's actually my hotel of choice when visiting the area. Each room is different, quality wise. The biggest difference is the water pressure. I've actually had to switch rooms more than once because there was not enough water pressure to even activate the shower. (Baths only). Other rooms had water pressure so great, it was literally painful. There is no constant temperature in any case, the water will cycle between hot and cold on all settings. Sometimes things get a little of hand after dark, and you can hear everything going on outside the room. Don't leave valuables in your car (duh) and park within sight of your room (duuuh). Other than that, it's a very average econolodge. I do like the staff.

Terrible service, room quality was fair. Staff is not very helpful at all. Many annoying things about this hotel.

For being an Econi Lodge the room I stayed in was really great. It was clean and this room had a jacuzzi in it. I didn't use any of the other amenities but the room was great.

The front desk is too young has no experience in customer service. No security the guess are Barbecuing in front of there Room. And beats the Non-smoking policy. They don't monitor the noise level after 10PM. I consider this a Red district area.

Econo lodge was an okay place to stay. Their prices were decent along with their service.

Only 10 minutes away from disneyland, good customer service, affordable price, and rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Definitely will be back!

I checked in on September 10th 2015 room was very clean maintained with care. The first thing I checked was the sheets, pillows, all linens everything was clean. The bathrooms were maintained very well air conditioning unit working functioning properly. The flat screen plasma TV had a considerable amount of channels. I can't complain at all I would definitely stay again. I didn't mention the lady at the front desk was very nice she took care of me quickly with no problems standard size room standard set up.
