Comforters had cigarette burns, people above me made so much noise, called office twice from my cell, room phone was not working, security did nothing. There was no parking. Never again.

Excellent service good also tea and safe.

This is probably the nicest suite I've been in for this price. It's beautiful, and the location is great.

Friendly the price is really reasonable.

Clean room, free breakfast was great. The shuttle was useful and saved us from paying for parking and driving through traffic. Only negative is they need to make sure each rider has a working seat belt.
Would definitely stay here again.

Worst experience ever we were already upset the pool filter was broken so the pool was closed. We stayed at knotts for about 11 hours. Come back super tired. I pulled down the blankets and see blonde pubic hair all over the bed. I went to the front desk. No apology he just said that's disgusting. I told him I want all clean blankets for both beds a guy comes with all the blankets and I had to make the beds myself. $117 for this. I felt like coming back to the room to relax not clean up after the last guests mess. So disgusted. And even had to move the beds to plug in the lights. Will never stay here again and pray I don't get a rash from this place. Calling the health department tomorrow… gross.

We have stayed at Best Host Inn numerous times both my family and our car club. We have always been well taken care of until this last trip. We checked into the hotel at about 10:00am and when we came back to get fully checked in at 9:00pm we were told that they had canceled our room. They were fully booked and left my family stranded in the middle of the night with nowhere to go. The counter workers solution was to offer me some phone numbers to call around for a room. I have never been so angry in my life. I will never stay there again.

Two Separate Times Me And My Wife Veronica Stayed At This Hotel Which Is Cross Cornered From Knott’s Berry Farm, CA! I Will Say An Excellent Atmosphere And Location, Soft Beds, Beautiful Spacious Rooms And Free Breakfast! Friendly Staff, I Mean, What More Can You Ask For?

Our stay was good and very accommodating. Loved how there are bunk beds in the room which was perfect for my family of five. There's a full on hot breakfast which my husband and I thought was great. Unlike other places that only offer coffee, danishes and juices. We will definitely stay here again for all our theme park visits in the future.

This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced! Not only was there animal vomit on the floor of our hotel room I have tried contacting the manager multiple times and they never respond. Also would not refund our money after not even being there an hour and checking out after taking the kids to a filthy pool then back to the room to see the vomit smashed in the carpet.

Love it! They have improved 100% Great price, Great Rooms, breakfast is good… as any other hotel that serves full on breakfast bar! Friendly front desk employees! (I have my favorite :) Employees work breakfast bar, umm…, NOT so friendly or nice. This place is always my first choice. Enjoy!

The rooms are very fair for the price. Beds are decent, having the carpet cleaned would definitely make a big improvement to the rooms. The included breakfast when factored into the price makes the rooms a really good value. I have stayed at other hotels in the same area and keep returning to this one when I need to as I know I'm getting my money's worth.

This is an older hotel, but we would stay here again. We do wish they would spray for ants. The breakfast is great, and the pool is heated. We had a great time at the pool. The room we booked has a kitchenette which was important to is with two kids. We could save our food in the kitchen, reheat for other meals and have all the utensils we needed right in our room. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of Knott's Berry farm. That was a huge plus for us with not having to drive and park.

I had the worse visit last month. Was there 3 nights. Dirty room, no TV or Wi-Fi the first night there. Pool over run with out of control kids and parents. Kids running around at 1am yelling. Am sure other guest couldn't sleep either. Dirty laundry from past guests in the room. No welcome wine (could of used it) or basket of snacks. Guess the Inn changed owners : (

Definitely a decent hotel. Its location alone is a huge attraction. Our room was quite nice. It has 2 queens and a separate small room with a bunk bed, sink, and cabinets. The other room had a bathroom, fridge, and closet. Quite comfortable actually. The floors in the room were dirty. You couldn't really see it because of the color, but our youngest, who had been carried from the car up before setting her on the floor started to get one black foot where she had lost a shoe. I think this has to do with the pool. The pool is across pavement parking. This gets your feet all black if you aren't wearing shoes, which gets tracked back to the room. The pool was nice, but the cement outside of the pool had been painted several times with a slick paint. I slipped once and so did a daughter. There is also a build up of water pooling and growing algae. The pool doesn't seem to have been well thought up. I had mixed emotions about the breakfast area. It is again across the parking lot from the room by the pool. The food was fine, but the space wholly inadequate. It was packed to overflowing on a Tuesday. We had to eat at tables around the pool and brave the problems I already mentioned there. To sum up, not the best hotel, but comfortable and in a great location. Be especially careful around the pool and go early to breakfast.

Great hotel for the price. These folks really know how to make you feel welcome! Very clean and comfortable room with more than you'd expect. This is my fourth time here and I intend to stay here every month now for my work related trips to this area. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic. Give this place a try and you won't be disappointed.

I’ve stayed here 3 times so far and never had a problem until today. Employee refusing to return my $100 deposit for a 2 night stay and claiming he does not remember me.

Worst hotel experience ever. Travis, who is supposed to be the manager, was very rude when we checked in. We were charged $194.94 for an extra room we did not need and had called 4 days prior to our arrival to cancel, so beware if you are trying to cancel your reservation. I’ve been trying to contact the manager through email, but he is obviously ignoring my emails because he doesn’t plan on returning the money he is stealing. Oh and beware if you check in to rooms 123 or 127 because there are bed bugs. My family and I are dealing with these bites right now. I really wish I had listened to all the people who left the low star ratings and comments. I will NEVER be staying here again. A Motel 6 would have definitely been a much better choice. Don’t say I didn’t warn you guys. I know this place is cheap, but I would rather pay a bit more to stay in a higher standards hotel. I will be waiting for the comment from the owner which will probably say something like “I’m sorry we didn’t meet your expectations and we will work on fixing those problems as soon as possible. We hope you will stay with us again”. How about you respond with “I will make sure to return the charge for the extra room that I’m trying to steal. ”

The Best Host Inn was a bit of a dicotomy. The hotel/motel has obviously been here for a very long time and shows her age. With that being said, the room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were greeted by a welcome basket which included a bottle of wine. The beds we comfortable and the breakfast was yummy. It was a great value for the price!

Well I was just there to help a friend out, and in return he showed me a lot of good spots and great foods at the inn. We chatted about the good rooms, and fast service that it provided. It was a good inn to stay for people who needed to see California better.

Zero service full with children, loud, no Internet 1, 5 hours to check in. Not again.

This place and its employees were awesome! They have free water, cookies, apples, drinks and a restaurant that you can eat free breakfast at. It's the most complete Hotel I stayed at in a while. It also has a laundry room where you can do your own laundry I would stay here again and again and again.

Small rooms. Great free treats in the room (chips, chocolate bars and even a bottle of wine! ). However the internet was not working and that really was a problem for me. And the breakfast is only open from 7 to 9 am! That didn't work for us and it was one of the reasons we chose it, because it offered breakfast!

Place is alright for the price. Location is good. Easy access to loads of local stuff. Freeway access too! Staff is way to eager to kick you out of your room come checkout. I understand if it's busy. But in the middle of the week when it's dead.

Upon late arrival we were upgraded from a single king room to a king suite, which included a large Jacuzzi in living room. Mirrors everywhere even on ceiling over 4 post bed with shear drapes pulled to the sides. Reminded me of a honeymoon suite. We did have problems with the toilet not flushing properly. Otherwise very comfortable in a good location. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, too early for me. I'd rather sleep. Would stay again.

Host Kevin was great! Because of all the great reviews I didn’t inspect the room. Had everything we needed extra towels, wine, beer… got a great night sleep, but in the morning I found some extra guests, BUGS… not sure what kind of bugs but checkout the pics, you decide. Informed the lobby, they wanted to see it first, I had my wife and kids still asleep, so that was a no. Now before checking out I haven’t told my wife yet, I will hear itching all day! Taking extra precautions, don’t want to take the bugs home!

Everyone was very accommodating! Constantly people on the grounds cleaning for up keep! And very courteous and pleasant all around. Will stay again and tell others about the service at this hotel. There was ample amenities and a SWEET complimentary gift basket in the room! Thank you for a comfortable clean stay.

We drove down from Montana to visit some of the Theme Parks and watch NASCAR. Along the way we stayed at a couple other hotels. Not great experiences. We absolutely loved The Best Host Inn. Clean, comfy beds and a wonderful staff! We'd definitely come back!

If I could give more stars I would. **********Kevin and staff went above and beyond. The hotel itself was wonderful, better than my stay at the Hilton in Hawaii. Clean, comfortable, affordable, close to Disneyland (8-15) minute drive. Price included a breakfast, (eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, waffle, and the standard fare) and 2 beverages per guest every day. We were there for our daughters birthday. Kevin and staff surprised us, by decorating our room, and cupcakes and other goodies. This will be our go to hotel for all our future trips to Disneyland. Thanks again Henry, Kevin, and all the amazing staff.

This Inn IS family oriented! Every Employee was friendly and helpful. Plenty of food for breakfast. Free beverages, including some champagne and beer. My room was clean and comfortable. There was a personal welcome note on the table with a welcome basket and a bottle of wine. I love this place. I WILL STAY NOWHERE ELSE when I am in the area. It was so welcoming do plan on going there from time to time just to chill and when I go to the beach. GR8 job Best Host Inn. Ezekiel Franklin.

Obviously remodeled and looking good. Just whom ever did the remodel needed to do more prep work I think. Paint moss matching and etc. The service was the thing to note with this hotel. It was fantastic. Walking distance to Knott's.

The room was clean and spacious, the breakfasts were good with lots of options, the pool was clean and warm, they had a nice gift basket in my room when I got there, the shuttle to the parks was convenient. I just had 2 issues: maybe it was just the location of my room, but it was so NOISY! thank goodness for earplugs because I could hear all of the traffic outside pretty clearly. The other issue was that the carpets in the room were so dirty, they turned my feet black and I felt like I had to wash my feet before I got in bed. The carpets are black so it's well hidden and it doesn't look dirty, but it was surprising when I got out of the shower, walked across the carpet, and went to put my shoes on and my feet were black. But other than those 2 issues, my stay here was pleasant.

From the outside you would never realize how nice this hotel is. The rooms were clean and much bigger than I expected. They have a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster, even plates and silverware. There was a gift basket in our room with snacks and a bottle of wine. Free full breakfast included. Didn't use the pool but says it's heated and looked clean.

We stayed here for the weekend to take the kids to Knott's Berry Farm. It was rated one of the best hotels in the area and had some of the better amenities and a great price. They didn't disappoint, the staff was friendly and helpful and the hot continental breakfast was great! It was also nice to be so close to the park we actually walked back to the hotel for lunch which save a ton of money over the park food and we rested a bit before returning for the rest of the evening. We already have plans to stay here next year for our annual trip.

Love this hotel. Very friendly and clean. Free cookies, drinks cold or hot and breakfast. Excellent service, location. Nice basket with wine, chocolates and chips for free in every room. Good price.

We've stayed here several times over the past two years. Our first three stays were so lovely and affordable, with them even decorating our room for hubby's birthday! Gift basket of goodies so sweet. However the last 3 times no gift basket. They offer free goodies in the lobby and two free drinks per night (soda, water and beer) Good free breakfast each morning if your able to get up that early to get any (it's offered for two hours only and very, very crowded. Inconvenient if you've been up late the night before doing theme parks. Only once have we been treated with indifference and they ate not good at answering their phone. Housekeeping is friendly and the rooms are relatively tidy, not necessarily "clean. " The carpets turn your feet or socks (which I highly recommend you wear) BLACK they're so in need of a good shampooing. PARKING SUCKS! But employees are very helpful in creating your car a spot. Even though there is room for great improvement, and we've really only had one negative visit, we will stay there again. As annual pass holders to both Knotts and Disneyland, it is a comfortable and inexpensive place to stay.

This hotel has awesome perks. Room is very spacious, with mini fridge, microwave and large closest. My wife loves the large bathroom with the long counter space, huge mirror, blow dryer, iron and board. The heated pool is no joke! We enjoyed the hotel's free breakfast; delicious verity and plenty. They have free shuttle service to nearby theme parks. My wife and I came here to celebrate our 1st anniversary. The hotel was gifting a GIFT basket with a bottle of Wine while supplies last. We were very impressed and satisfied. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Clean, affordable, friendly staff. Nice little welcome basket and a welcome note in room. Room has microwave and refrigerator. Always a good thing to have. Pool has perfect temperature water.

I stayed here with my brother. Fernando, at the front desk, covered my butt when the cops came lookong for me. It was such a great gesture, but I found the cop to let them know who I am and it turned out to be another person with my name they had a warrant for. So if you want to be treated with respect, give this place a try. Also, Vilma, a maid there, does an awesome job cleaning our room.

This place was good. Everyone was nice, it was very clean, and there were snacks when we checked in which was great after a long day of travel. Breakfast was free and there were a lot of options. I liked everything I tried. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Very accommodating! Breakfast was a full meal with eggs bacon and waffles. They provided free water soda or beer. And they left a welcome basket with wine and goodies. Very friendly. Safe location around lots of shops. I would stay there again for sure!

We decided on this hotel as it had decent reviews and was working walking distance to Knott's Berry Farm. We reserved a family suite with 2 queen beds along with bunk beds. It also had a separate living room and small kitchen area along with dishes. A full got breakfast was provided in the clubhouse. It was quite crowded but nice to grab a quick bite. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again if in the area.

We booked a room for knotts scary farm. Less than a 10 minute walk and most of that walk is spent waiting at lights. The rooms were very accommodating, the hotel provides a special goody basket, they have coffee and snacks in the lobby, with a heated pool, and complimentary breakfast (which was very good! ) I will come back again and again.

This is a good hotel. "Albert" was at the front desk to help us. Upon check-in there are free cookies and fresh fruit. He also offered us free soda. Our room was ready and clean. It was on the older, original side (first floor on the corner #122) and we had no problem with road noise. The air conditioner worked great and provided just the right amount of ambient "white noise". We were able to park directly in front of our room. The bathroom was spotless. The furniture was a bit dated but in good repair. The mattress was comfortable, our sheets and pillow cases seemed brand new. In the room there was a "welcome basket" that contained filled water bottles, a bottle of wine, candy, chips and crackers. There were plenty (stacks! ) of towels. The FREE breakfast had scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage and bacon as well as "make your own" waffles. i would definitely stay here again. This hotel seems to have a personal touch that isn't found in many hotels. Nice stay!

Love staying here, and Henry always makes this easy and fun when I go through him. The service here is amazing. The breakfast is Denny's level good… But parking sucks. I'll back back though, again, and again.

Amazing value for money. Spotless rooms, comfortable bed. Very good facilities. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Gym could be improved but overall very happy.

I always stay at the Best Host when I am in town. It is a great hotel for an affordable price. It is very clean, comfortable and the staff is awesome. Albert at the front desk is the best, always does his best to make my stay amazing. There are family suites here which is a definite plus. And last but not least the free breakfast is the best in town.

If you are going to Knotts Berry Farm this is the place to stay as they are just across the road! Renovations were still progressing when we were there, but they weren't intrusive. Plenty of free parking and breakfast included too. Staff were helpful and friendly and we had a "welcome basket" with wine and snacks which was pleasant. Admittance to breakfast was by ticket, once only which was no problem, but don't forget and go back to your room as re entry wasn't allowed!

Nice hotel. Enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean and received a gift basket because of the holiday. Unfortunately limited parking, one vehicle per room but was not told ahead of time about this rule, I feel that this should have been something that should been mentioned to the guest before they reserved the room especially because they will tow your vehicle. Friendly staff.

Everyone that worked here was super nice. We had a gift basket waiting for us when we arrived full of snacks and bottled water and even wine! There were cookies and punch in the lobby. You could tell the room was old, but it wasn't dirty. Breakfast was good hot food. We took the shuttle to Disneyland, my friend's ticket fell out of her pocket during the drive and the shuttle turned around and came back to bring it to us. The night we arrived there was no where to park and the guy working the front desk moved his car so we would have a space. They had great customer service… we really enjoyed it!

Our stay at Best Host In was great. Our room was very reasonably priced for what we got. The staff was very hospitable, the room was clean, and it's right across the street from Knott's Soak City. The complimentary breakfast was better than most… eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, bagels, croissants, fresh made waffles, fruit, hot cocoa, juices. We would definitely stay there again!

Very Cortez the place and very nice, was the most accessible to go to Disney.

I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel look at my pics they may be currently under construction which they never mentioned in their ad. I was given a room in which I felt unsafe for my children to even be in not including the missing wall which you could hear people on the side walk talking and every car. I asked for another room initially and was told they were booked solid with no other options but when I refused the room he found another under a stair well that had a musty smell. Sat on the bed which sounded like an air mattress so decided to actually check since it even felt weird. When I pulled up sheets and covers the mattress had a black substance on it like mold and the room smelled musty with zero air. I looked in the bathroom and ended up killing a misquote in the tub while looking. Now they are refusing to give me a refund and I'm sure they may have still rented the room to some other suckers who didn't speak up with no loss to them. Since people were calling for rooms while I was checking in; they offered 30% off my next visit, are they kidding me if I'm not staying now why in the hell would I stay in the future. I want a full refund end of story stay away from this shaddy motel. Yes I used a third party site but they have no problem doing a refund and only need this place to authorize the return of fees. Maybe the state health department or OSHA needs to do a site check. Please help me get my entitled refund by sharing my story.

Our family visits Knott's Berry Farm about 6 times a year, we have always stayed at the Knott's Hotel until last weekend. We tried the Best Host Inn and we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort. The front of the hotel was currently under construction but did not interfere or unconvince our stay what so ever. The room was very fresh and clean, beds were very comfortable, the free breakfast was a big bonus and the staff was friendly and helpful! We will be staying here again. Thank you!

Awesome customer service. I was going to Knott's Berry farm for my birthday and graduation. When they heard this, they decorated my room with balloons and streamers and a big graduation banner. When I opened the mini fridge, there was a small box of walmart cupcakes and a bottle of sparkling cider. It was the sweetest thing. When we first entered our room, they gave us a welcome basket with some snacks, a bottle of wine, two classes, and some water bottle. I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Disneyland, or Knott's Berry Farm.

Our room was pleasantly comfortable. Very clean and enjoyed their gift basket welcoming us. First good night sleep and my kids were feeling the heated pool. That's all that my family needs.

The location is close to all theme parks. The amenities are bountiful. Hot Breakfast in the morning is great. The parking lot can be really packed at night. 1 car/van per room should be enforced! Also the rugs need to be cleaned or removed! They are gross.

Hotel is very close to Knott's you can walk to the park. Hot breakfast is decent eggs, bacon, sausage, waffels, along with the traditional continental breakfast. They left a gift basket with a bottle of wine which was nice but no opener. Wifi seemed to work well. Also there is only one ice machine near the front desk and we were at the the other end of the hotel. You have to ask to have ice machine turned on then I was watched while I filled the bucket. Hotel is pretty nice for what it is we noticed a few little issues here and there but nothing that would stop us from coming again.

This was the best place we have stayed in, in a long time. Even thought wr had to bring our kids with us on our 16 year anniversary. The staff decorated the room with a banner that said Happy Anniversary with champagne on ice and cupcakes in tje fridge and a full free breakfast. We rentes the family suite which was wonderful. Wewill definitely be back in the summer with our kids. Can't wait to try the honey moon suite.

Heated Pool. Employees are nice. Close to Knotts. Rooms are pretty good. There were lots of other families with tons of kids. Picked the perfect hotel for this trip.

Decent place to stay especially if you want to walk to Knotts or Knotts water park. They're doing some remodeling, but it's still an older hotel. Not sure they'll do the level of remodel the place really needs. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had lots of options.

After calling about 30 hotels in the area which required me to have 2 rooms to fit my family but only had one room available, we tried Best Host Inn. This is by far the nicest and cleanest Inn I have stayed at, they had a breakfast buffet with great tasting food. When I arrived to my room there was a welcome basket waiting for me. The beds were very comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud and the pillows were very soft! We had a positive experience here and will return when we are in the area again. Thanks for the great service.

Horrible… I decided to stay here for the shuttle service… that did not pick us up. The shuttle was scheduled for 10pm and no one showed. I called the hotel from 10:05-10:10 with no answer received. My daughter and I decided to walk back as it is just under a mile… But after a long day & it being 10pm at night and we are two girls… I was unhappy… when I arrived back at the office I found the manager in the office. He was uncaring and told me that the shuttle was there I wasn't and that I didn't need to be so upset. Well. Let me add that my daughter and I were confronted by a homeless man on our way back too and chased into the parking lot. So YES I was upset and there should have been some consideration and remorse that they messed up. The man didn't even apologize. He couldn't answer the phone when I called it for 5 minutes straight wondering where the shuttle was, but tried to shut me up twice to answer the phone when I was in the office. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered… Not to mention I have no idea how this is a 3star hotel… Its a mediocre motel at best…

I love this hotel. They gave us a welcome basket with wine, chocolate, chips, and water. They offer full breakfast everyday and they're walking distance to knotts berry farm.

Initially my wife and I skipped over this location as it appeared to be a standard run of the mill motor lodge we'd rather not bring our kids to. However, due to the price, we ultimately settled on it — and I'm glad we did! The room was clean and well decorated, the complimentary breakfast was well received by our children, and the staff was extremely friendly. We will be staying again the next time we're in the area.

Helpful staff with clean rooms. The room was modestly appointed and had a slightly bizarre odor. The breakfast whilst free was lackluster with no fruit available. Only pastry's waffles and juice and yoghurt. Overall a very acceptable cheap hotel for a night or two Max near Knott's berry farm.

We came around 11:30pm on a friday. Eddie at the front desk was so kind and offered us a soda free of charge. We asked for a room at the bottom level and it was super clean! The only problem we had was the key to the room. There was a gift basket full of goodies. We also recieved complimentary breakfast. They had waffles. Thank you Best Host Inn for the wonderful stay!

It was CLEAN my bed was made for me and the maids were great! THERE WAS A BREAKFAST BUFFET, IT WAS DELISHOUS AND FREE! when I came in there was a gift basket with cider and cheese crackers! the carpet needs to be cleaned though best of all its right across the street from soak city this hotel also has a good pool.

Best host inn is a well organized inn to stay at. The one in buena park seems to be compatible to be comfortable at a visit in this city. The room ae tidy up and clean all the time. The service was excellent to every need.

The bathroom facilities were partially remodeled improving the sink and counter. The shower was not renovated and needs it badly. The hot water was intermittent. The bed was above average. The lighting was way too bright with no way to dim the hard wired fixtures other than unscrewing the bulbs.

I'd give them a million stars if I could! The Best Host Inn staff really are the best hosts! They were friendly upon check in and extended the welcome with decorating our room for our anniversary with streamers, balloons and a banner, along with a welcome basket that included wine and snacks. There was also cider and red velvet cupcakes waiting for us in our mini fridge! They had an amazing free breakfast that included eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, the whole shebang! Everything was clean and amazing. The hotel also provides free shuttle to Knotts/Disneyland which we also utilized since we have Knotts passes (: Love that they make the stay feel so personal! Will definitely stay here again!

Location is fine. I could hear pretty much everything going on outside my room within a 50 for radius. The beds weren't turned down upon arrival, found a long stray hair sitting atop the toilet and a used bar of soap on the floor under the sink. I probably won't be returning any time soon.

It is cheap but really great place! But there were 3 little and tiny dissatisfaction. First I dont know it happend to me only or not, but in my case unlocking the doorlock was not working well. Second. To get an ice, customers have to ask to the front desk. 3rd. Tv's volume was not stable. I mean, at some channels the sound was loud enoguh, but other some, it wasnt. But as I said those were minor things and it seems those problems does not happen alot. Also they really try to give us the best services. Beds were really comfortable location was good and they were kind. Really good place.

Love this place! Complimentary snacks in lobby and gift baskets in hotel rooms. Shuttles to major theme parks, excellent customer service, very comfortable rooms, great tvs! Will Def stay here again!

Nice place to stay! The staff is very friendly! The breakfast is awesome so many choices. A short drive to the beach, a quick walk to Knotts berry farm and soak city! Would stay here again!

Best nights rest for the money in the area! We booked only a week prior to our last minute trip to So Cal and glad we got a room at the Best Host Inn! The breakfast was beyond what we expected, fresh waffles, eggs, bacon, the works! To top it off, their shuttle bus driver (I think his name was Armando) went out of his way to make sure we made it back after our one day at Disneyland… we didn't want to miss the Diamond Anniversary Light up the Night Parade and were not on time for our pick up, but he made sure to find us and some others at the pick up zone. It's not the Ritz, but the staff and the accomadations for the price are a great bargain! We'd stay again if in the area!

Very nice employees, clean room's. I rented 2 rooms for a baby shower in that area. We were attended to very well. I will return, I believe I've found our new family vacation spot. Everything is close, Knotts, soak city and many other attractions.

My daughter stayed here for a dance competition last week and said the rooms were nice. She accidentally left her cherished Paris hoodie in one of the rooms and we called to see if we could get it shipped to us. Albert at the front desk was extremely helpful and even brought a box from home to put our shipping label on it and boxed it up for us. Great to know that the employees really care about customer service.

Our room was clean and well stocked. We reserved a deluxe room with two queens a microwave, refrigerator, a sink and dishes for four. We were surprised to see a complementary gift basket with snicks, candy, spring waters and a bottle of wine with wine glasses. This really impressed our weary travelers. Although the free morning breakfast hours are minimal (7am — 9am when we were visiting), the breakfast included hot eggs, 2 breakfast meats, potatoes, cooked to order waffles, hot and cold cereal, fruit, toast/bagels, four types of juice, coffee and milk. This included perk can really save a family a ton of dough on buying a hungry family a breakfast before hitting the parks. Shuttle service is complementary, and Besthost does not charge you for Wi-Fi (another savings over the big-box hotels). The staff I observed over our stay were hard working and dedicated to providing the best customer service they could! If you need something just ask. Check-in and check-out was quick and painless. The reviews on this property are well deserved, but at this price point do not expect the Thump Towers. This property is older, but clean, and the employees and management are dedicated to making your stay hassle free and generally they exceed your expectations.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed with my wife the was roaches and bed bugs never again will I stay at or recommend this place customer service was the worst the person who say they were the owner named Mike was rude and pompous. Rooms smell like smoke and are ugly to boot don't waste your money on a bad experience.

The price was very competitive, we got a non renovated room (there are renovated ones) and it was possible to see signs of wear in the restroom. The place was ok, however the management tried hard to make us happy with perks such a nice welcome basket, breakfast, extra soap and shuttle to Disneyland. So I guess the overall experience was positive.

I had an amazing experience, while staying at Best Host Inn. The mini suite that I stayed in was extremely clean, came with a microwave, fridge and iron, several types of shampoos, lotions, and soaps. The location was also perfect, the staff was friendly. But the thing that I loved the most was the PRICE.

Great place, spent it with family. Good deals! Love the big rooms and breakfast! Also next to Knotts.

Loved our stay! I'll be honest is saying I judged it at first, but everything was perfect. Staff was amazing, best hotel staff I've dealt with. Shout out to Tiffany at the front desk for doing a million things at once with a smile on her face! Rooms were clean. Location was great. Doors were a little thin so you could hear what was going on outside, but after 9pm things got pretty quiet. Not a big deal at all. They even gave us a welcome basket with wine and snacks. Breakfast was pretty good too. Overall happy with our stay. Definitely recommend this place.

The location was great; near restaurants, shopping, Disneyland, Knots-Berry Farm, The Best Host had a shuttle service and a breakfast. Ricardo at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. He greeted all of my family with a smile and was there bright and early assuring that our stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay at this location again.
