Review of Anaheim Carriage Inn 2*

We stayed here for 4 days and we were pleased with the stay. The staff was more than accommodating and kind. We arrived before check in and our flight left after check out time. BOTH times they 'allowed' us to 'store' all of our luggage in a spare room which was very helpful. We rented the 'family suite' (2 adjoining rooms) and we felt the price we paid was a great deal! We were in Disneyland every day all day so we didn't spend a lot of time in the rooms and didn't take advantage of the free breakfast or try out the pool. TV's worked fine, bathrooms worked great, fans worked (a plus) no complaints about water pressure or temps for our showers from any family members! (Also a big plus) The rooms were clean and we believe they were recently updated with new carpets and mattresses! The beds were very comfortable, and after spending many hours walking all day long we were able to get a decent nights sleep! The only con I can come up with is the inconsideration of other 'guests' who will yell and stomp up and down the hallways at all hours of the night and morning or allow younger children to. (I will never understand why some people can be so inconsiderate of other guests that they know are trying to sleep! ) This in no way should reflect on the hotel or it's staff. The hotel is located a little over a mile from Disneyland but I strongly recommend that you do not attempt to walk it. There is the Woody and Friends Shuttle bus that we used which is about 2.5 blocks from the hotel. For the price we paid for our family of 5 we felt that this hotel was a great deal and a great place to stay.
