The property manager/front desk was the best. He was an amazing guy that wanted to help and make sure we were accommodated. He alone is the reason why I enjoyed my stay. We drove up from San Jose in the middle of the night and made a last minute reservation for a room. We arrived way before our check out time but we were exhausted and wanted to sleep. He made efforts to get us checked in earlier so we could get the rest we deserved. Thanks again.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The bed was disgusting the floors where absolutely filthy, the bed had blood and pee on it as well as brown dirty stains as well as BED BUGS! I took pictures of hotel room as well as my bed bug bites to show the filth I was then later held financially responsible for the room despite its condition. After checking into the room not even 20min later I notified the staff as well as Danny (the owner) of the condition of the room. There was no remorse, they simply replied “if your trying to get a refund I will not be refunding you based on the condition of the room. ” After paying $120 dollars for a room I could not even sleep in IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE! Complete TRASH AND FILTH!

This was a perfect alternative to the mega coin that Disney hotels charge. Clean, good area, and friendly staff — we almost stayed another night! Close to food and attraction options. If you are looking for Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm hotel accommodations that dont cost an arm and a leg for quality, I would highly reccomend the Anaheim Lodge.

The location of this hotel was great for our trip to Disneyland. The service was very friendly and the place felt safe. Pool is small, but that's not what I came for. For the price, I was highly satisfied.

The host here is exceptionally friendly. If you let them know there is an issue they handle it immediately. The owner came and tended to our needs himself. How you very strongly recommend the Anaheim Lodge.

The Anaheim lodge is in a great location close to both Disneyland and the Huntington beach pier. It is easy to get out of and into, and has Wi-Fi. The rooms were clean and there was an abundance of hot water. I'd be happy to stay here again on my next visit.

The owner appeared to be super nice, but the facilities are not the greatest. The "pool" is about the size of a large hot tub and wasn't very clean, there were exposed wires and cables from the outlets, we found various species of beetles in the room, the whole facility smelled of cats (their website says "no pets" & their front desk had a sign for "no pets", but we saw in the window of one of the "long-term guests" units 4-5 cats, with many other cats outside the unit. When pressed the owner said they were pet friendly which was confirmed by another guest leaching their room with a dog. ), many other dirty and run down items in the room. Like other reviews have mentioned price may be good, but be wary. My family was not able to sleep well. Rating is based on cleanliness and how well kept are the facilities along with experience. Saw online they charge $50-60/night, we were charged $80/night.

Extremely friendly staff! If someone is making too much noise just call them they will take care of it. The best customer service I have encountered in a long time.

Staff is very friendly, rooms are super clean. I recommend this hotel. Do not stay at rainbow inn, to dirty and the rooms smells like smoke.

The Anaheim Lodge is the smartest place you could stay at. The husband and wife team that own the place are the kindest business people in the Anaheim Motel area. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the linen is fresh and clean. There is plenty of on site free parking, Wi-Fi, basic and premium channels for your enjoyment. Don't forget to enjoy the sparkling swimming pool available all year round. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed here to get a place for the nights I got back from Disneyland (only 10min drive). It has laminated wood like floor and tile floors in the bathroom. You can hear the traffic outside but not to bad that u can’t sleep. The walls are not paper thin like most lodges (meaning u can hear other people in there rooms). You get a microwave and refrigerator in your room. I would totally stay here again.

We stayed here one night in early Nov 2017. We chose this place based on the good reviews. I am not sure who wrote the reviews because they were very in accurate. The office staff was friendly and accommodating but the rooms needed help. The bathroom was the only clean part. Upon first look the room looked clean but when I sat down on the bed I saw everything. The nightstand had splatters all over it. The chair had white stuff all over it. The furniture was all nicked up. There were drip marks on the refrigerator. The lampshade was caked in dust. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The baseboards were dirty. The place just needed to be cleaned. Cleanliness is the number one criteria I go for on a review and the reviews said it was clean. So not the case. I took pictures to prove our experience. We will not stay at this motel again, nor any near this location. There is a brothel nearby so you can guess what you see right down the street.

Very nice and affordable and super close to Disneyland. My fiancé and I stayed there for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was welcoming and all the rooms appliances were sufficient. I fully recommend staying here and I will be booking here for my next Disneyland trip.

The staff is the best here. Very nice and friendly. I've stayed here two weeks and plan on only staying in this motel every time I come to knotts or Disneyland! They are close by and the rooms are clean and smell good. The non smoking rooms actually smell good not like cigarette. Way better than the Dixie which I also stayed there prior to my stay at the Lodge. Keep up the great work! Very happy customer. Everyone should try it out. Best prices too!

It gets the job done. They could improve some of the furniture, but they did remodel the rooms. 15 minute drive from Disneyland. It gets the job done. Really friendly service, they always made sure if I was comfortable.

My boyfriend and my son just stayed here over the weekend to go to Knotts and Disneyland. The room was very clean the beds were comfortable and it is close to everything in Anaheim. The manager Danny is super nice and has Excellent customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone who is going to Disneyland or one of the theme parks down there. I have stayed here twice already and I will definitely keep coming back.

Location was easy to find, rooms were fairly clean, but found a pincher bug in the bed when I woke up so that freaked me out too think I was sleeping with that in the bed. No hair dryer to begin with but all I had to do was ask the front desk, they were very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of hot water for the shower, fridge/freezer was not cold enough and that was evident by the melted ice cream left in the freezer by the previous guests.

Quiet. Inexpensive. Very Clean. By far one of the best motels I have stayed at. The receptionist was very nice and accommodated our stay. Will be choosing this place again next time I'm in Anaheim.

Nice remodel… great rate and friendly service… small pool but no big deal… AC works great, quiet… good cable… second stay I'd come again!

Clean rooms nice staff. Got good pricing for last minute booking. Stayed 3 nights. Nice little fridge, and microwave.

We stay here each time in area. This time, there was no room on first floor. I booked it four weeks in advance. The only room on first floor was ten dollars higher than when I booked. Being disabled, can't climb stairs, so I had to pay more. Room was nice. Slept well, hot shower. Ok!

Clean rooms, low cost. TINY pool… more like an oversized hottub. We stayed here because it was close to Disney, so it worked for our family. The rooms all have microwaves and refrigerators, so that was nice for fruit/snacks in the morning. Not really in walking distance to anything, but has ample parking, and friendly staff.

Room accommodations were very basic. It had a hard bed, a microwave and fridge. No ice machine on the premises but did have a couple vending machines. No closet, iron, hair dryer, or tissues. Minimal bedding. You get what you pay for, I guess. Staff was courteous and the room looked pretty clean.

Such an amazing hotel! Staff are so nice and very friendly! The hotel may not seem grand or anything but the rooms are super nice. The bathroom is really updated and beautiful. It was our first hotel experience and it surpassed our expectations. It's close to everything we needed. It's only five miles from Disneyland!

I had called and asked to be connected to my room and it rang and then just disconnected I tried calling back for the next 4 hours but nobody would answer so when I got there I wanted to see if your phone was broken or if they were ignoring me I guess what they were ignoring me when I walked in I hit the call button and the phone started ringing not professional on their part it was a lady better answer the phone the first time and I also was there at the counter not very professional I would not go back there again just because of that why wouldn't you answer your phone.

The manger was awesome It was nice and clean. We running late to get there and the Manger made sure we still had a room.

The outside looks a little janky but when we got into our rooms we we're happy about how clean it was and looks very new. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. 15 minutes to Disney! Overall very happy with the place, especially considering the price. Thumbs up!

I stayed here on my honeymoon and it was amazing how great this place was. I've stayed at double trees, comfort inn and at many other good hotels and I gotta say this place was so well put together, clean and affordable. The location is close to Disneyland, various stores and an In and Out! I will definitely be staying here again when I come to Anaheim. My name is Joseph and I approve this place!

The location is at an ideal distance from Disneyland and knotts. The only problem is that lar bedrooms are not very clean. We find hairs in the savannas and the floors are not very clean.

The owner was very polite and helpful. Rooms are being remodeled with many upgrades. Very comfortable rooms. I plan on staying here again and I would recommend you do as well.

Checked in tuesday and checked out Thursday and let me tell you the prices were great I thought hmm I hope the rooms are decent and when I checked in let me tell you it met beyond my expectations for me and my girlfriend. Being from vegas and working for casinos in town ive stayed and seen alot of rooms take it from me these are definitely some nice and clean hotels rooms customer service was great even after showing up at 3am after a night of drinking there was no problem getting some extra towels its my go too every time im in california from now on 5 stars all the way!

My socks stuck to the sticky wood floor. The rooms smelled funny. Our first night there, we went to Disneyland. When we were coming back, there were dirty men digging in the dumpster and firing bottle rockets. At 11 PM! No hanger locks on the door. Just a dead bolt. Our next day there, we spent all day at Disneyland. Returned to the hotel around 12:30 AM and again, in the parking lot, we saw what seemed to be a hooker/prostitute paying her client. Did not feel safe or sanitary so we will not be returning here. The staff is polite, but could do a way better job on upkeep and keeping the weirdo's off of their property.

They staff is very friendly, and the room was noticeably redone. But with that came the clean up. The floors are new linoleum, I don't I know if they have house keeping but the floors are filthy. Probably left over from linoleum installation. The sheets, have a stain from what I'm not sure what and the under bedding seems to have black lint or something on it as well. Bottom line it doesn't look clean. Some may consider that minor, some major problems. So u be the judge.

I decided to go to Disneyland for my birthday this year and it was amazing… this locating is fairly close by and also close to other locations such as a couple of fast foods restaurants and a couple of grocery stores… it is not to crowded and very well kept. The rooms are great as well. Will be staying here again at my next visit… thank you Anaheim Lodge.

The management was very kind, and helpful. The room was well kept, and looked great. The layout of the room was simple. Great deal. And decent location to Disneyland, and most places. Would book again.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Located close to Disneyland at a reasonable price too. It included a nice and cooled temperatured room with HBO/movie channels which is amazing to have. Over all if your going to Aniheim this is the place you'd wanna stay at!

I chose this place because of the price and the pictures looked nice. When I drove up I'll admit I was a little sketchy. The outside appearance of the place is a little run down but the rooms are so nice! The rooms are remodeled! The best part was when I checked in I was walked to my room and shown inside to make sure I had everything I needed. Who does that?! He was very friendly and I loved that he didn't just give me a key and nod me off. Definitely recommend this place. Wish it was in a better location.

Okay, this is going to be long but this place deserves it! I stayed at this motel while visiting the area (I'm from SoCal but wanted to avoid traffic) and I have to say that this is the best motel (& it's still really affordable) in all of SoCal. First, I was checked in by the Manager, Danny, who gives you that 'hotel hospitality'. He personally walked me to my room and double-checked that everything I needed was there and that I was satisfied (what motel does that? ). I got to speak with him a bit while walking and apparently they just bought the place from the previous management and are going through a complete renovation, which was evident because the rooms are georgeous! There are very nice wood floors, attractive furniture and decor, nice size television, pretty bed linen and very comfortable and new mattresses. The room smelt fresh and brand new upon entering and the bathroom and linen were very clean (these are all hard to come by in a motel). Now the area and the outside of the motel does look a little shabby but Danny also mentioned that they will be doing some renovation on the exterior as well. I've been out and about the rest of the area so I havent used the pool, but I did notice how clean and very sparkly it was. Like I said the area surrounding the motel looks a little shabby too but I haven't seen anything crazy going on at the motel. Their rooms are always full but it's very quiet except for the occasional neighboring room, which is to be expected.

Great customer service. Very friendly staff. Helpful. Brand new rooms was the best part. Newly remodeled rooms. New beds and covers. Felt safe. When we walked in the room smelt new. I enjoyed my stay highly recommend it. Worth it! The price was good too.

This is a craphole of unmeasureable proportions! Avoid it at all costs!
