This is a hotel that really needs a facelift! Our room was old, universally dirty and damaged, and barely serviceable. Every surface was grimy, stained, and worn. There were odd lumps in the carpet, cigarette burns on the curtains (in a non-smoking room), no screens on the windows, moldy grout in the shower, no modern conveniences to speak of (USB? Ha! The normal outlets are so loose they barely hold your charger), an air filter in the ceiling that clearly hasn’t been changed in months, and foul smells rising up from the drains. For what we paid, we expected a LOT more for a con adjacent to the convention center.

Really needs improvement on their AC. It is only March and despite the mild weather outside and the AC set to 60⁰ my family was unable to comfortably sleep because it was so hot in the room! They have no microwaves in the room or on property food or drink except water and ice. There's no vending machines or breakfast options, " we don't have a kitchen" and " likely because of covid" were the reasons given by the front desk. There's a 711 within a couple blocks. Housekeeping didn't come by once in our 4 day stay.

Absolutely disgusting run down I'd say hotel but it's more like a motel or one of those crack head extended stays. Do not trust the pics they have online that's not what you get! I feel robbed to have paid almost $700 for 2 days! I'll try to upload accurate pictures of the rooms. Oh and after reading Google reviews looks like they have a theft problem as well! Portofino do better thats all I can say!

I booked back in January of 2020 for a March stay learned that Disney and all surrounding attractions were closing effective on March 14th due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I called them on the 10th and they refused to accept my cancelation and still billed me for one night stay. Unacceptable Portofino. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company.

First the good: Nice rooms, not far from Disneyland so we were able to walk in the morning and save on parking. The bads: Concierge was rude when we asked where to park because the main lot was completely full. They waited a MONTH to charge me for the hotel stay. We were there early February and they waited til March 7 to take the amount from my account. I had the amount in my account the weekend we stayed there, so there is no reason I couldn’t have been charged after check out. The bill they slipped under the door was only for $56 as well, so I’m not sure what went wrong. We woke up to a sudden $450 charge we weren’t prepared for.

Older establishment but extremely clean and well presented. Its proximity to Disneyland (easy walking distance) is second to none!

Great accommodations and very good prices!

We just returned from a 4 night stay. The kid suite was amazing! Everyone had their own bed. The room was clean and very spacious. I was hesitant staying on the floor with families because I was nervous about noise, but we found it it be very quiet. I highly recommend this place for families!

Great place to stay to see the parks. Bit expensive for what it was but everywhere seems to be expensive near the parks.

Clean room, friendly/helpful staff, and a short walk to Disneyland. No complaints! Would definitely stay again.

We were concerned about bed bugs because of reviews but had no issue with them hotel was great staff was friendly and it was about a 10 minute walk to Disney!

False advertisement! Called in they didn’t give me a good answer why they have this on their site. They do not have any Disney packages they are just trying to get you to book.

Update: I have been contacted by management who has indicated that they will refund the room charge. Their responses were helpful and professional, which I appreciated. Original post: The room was dirty and the sheets looked like they had been slept in. We were traveling with three children and had to check out at midnight and find a different hotel room when we found blood on the sheets and a piece of sharp broken wood in one of the kids rooms. Could not stay the night. Front desk was not helpful at all. I was told to contact the managers Diane or Peter the next morning for a refund. Left messages for both of them with no return call. This almost ruined our weekend and they still billed us for $350 per night even though we checked out 2 hours after checking in because of the conditions of the room. Front desk staff was rude and not helpful at all.

Definitely not impressed. Upon arrival, our beds looked like they had been slept in and our room smelled horrible. They were out of the landyerds that came with our package. They were out of shuttle passes, and when asked for coffee, we were told they had none! Very unhelpful when needing information. I definitely won't stay there again.

It was a great hotel experience. The staff was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. Room service was great, even after my toddler left a few messes. Everything was easily accessible. And Disneyland was within a 10 minute walk. Thank you, Portofino, for helping with our great Disneyland/California trip.

Had a room reserved for over a month check on our reservation two days before and they said it was all good. Drove over 8 hours for them to say booking. Com canceled our appointment (even though we were on the phone with booking. Com) when we were showing proof we didn’t with a reservation # and everything. Lady who says she is the “manager! ” Was absolutely rude and said… “ this happens a lot? ” Could not do anything took us over 2 hours to find another hotel for 5 of us… Don’t come here as the lady said loosing people rooms happen a lot.

Close to Disneyland (15 min walk) and not as expensive as the Disney hotels which are pretty much next to it. Has free Wi-Fi, in room refrigerator, some with microwaves or just use the one on the first floor, a pool, hot tub, small gym and mini arcade room with air hockey. You can easily buy Disneyland tickets from the front desk instead of waiting in the Disneyland line. Con: thin walls, squeaky complimentary crib.

Our first room had a significant leak in an air conditioning tube causing water to drip from the ceiling. Maintenance was up promptly and they got us into a new room all within five minutes. They handled it very well. A little further from Disneyland than we would have liked, but not too bad. Hotel was dated but comfortable and clean and price was right when we booked. Front desk was friendly. Overall a good experience even with the hiccup with the first room.

The hotel is ok. The staff is terrible. We left an item in our room and they still have not returned it. They received our shipping payment and all necessary information but the item is still sitting there when I called today. It has been with them for over 2 weeks. Checking out of the hotel was also an issue. We booked through a third party website and the hotel double charged us. A two night stay at this cheap hotel ended up costing us over $550.00. This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life, and we travel often. The purpose of the trip was to have a good time with my family at Disneyland and have a comfortable place to stay. This hotel was a huge disappointment and caused more stress than enjoyment.

Fairly close to Disneyland Resort, less than a 10 minute walk. Even closer to the Convention Center. Easily able to sleep 4-5 adults with a suite that includes a bed, couch bed and bunk beds. Although it would be nice if they has a shelf for the top bunk to out a phone or something.

Location is close to Disney parks. Rooms are dated. Parking is limited but access to another structure is available if necessary. Must return parking key or you will be charged $50. Walls and floors are thin. You hear everything! We could hear snoring next door. Room was spacious but it could use some renovating.

So far so Good! Check in was fast and easy, the resort fees are not crazy. Everything looks and smells clean. I'm looking forward to s great stay.

Super clean Rooms, and great staff! If your going to Disneyland and only need sleep at your hotel? This is the best one to do that! Super affordable and short walk from Disneyland. 10/10 would reccomend.

The hotel is nice and close to the Disneyland resort — within a respectable walking distance. The rooms fit our needs. I wish that they had continental breakfast, but it is what it is. Also, if the hotel is booked when you check-out, and you want to be at the Disneyland park all day, you have to repark your car somewhere else. Kind of a pain, but understandable. All in all, a good experience.

Staff is very friendly & social. Hotel is within walking distance to Disneyland, Plenty of restaurants nearby that are also within walking distance. Hotel room we got had two TV's, mini fridge, couch, two sinks one for the bathroom and one for getting ready, & bunk beds. Curtains completely darken room all in all it's a great hotel that I would definitely recommend.

Amazing location and beautiful accommodations! Even better? Fantastic customer service! We started there and walked to Disneyland. There's food, convenience stores, and plenty to see and do within walking distance. The kids/bunk tons are spacious and the front desk had pretty much anything you need for your vacation. There's even a nice souvenir shop right next door. I had everything we needed for us and five kids! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nice sized suite with bunk beds and fold out couch/bed. Very clean room with nice housekeepers. The walls look a little dingy and the doors and other paintable areas could use a new coat. Very short distance to Disneyland!

Great big clean rooms with bunker beds. Free parking but no breakfast. Very close to Disney land.

The atmosphere here is totally Amazing because the staff really cares. The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland. A very nice hotel to stay!

Stayed 4 nights did a disney package which cost more than if I purchased separately. The staff was very nice especially the front desk. Did not receive daily housekeeping which was ok we aren't messy but would have been nice. Found a tick in the room and was assured it was just a little spider. (Ticks are well known in the Orange county area so we weren't upset) you get what you pay for and this was a cheaper hotel. We had a kids suite and the beds were pretty uncomfortable.

2 blocks away from the park entrances and very quiet in the room. We enjoyed our stay.

Bunk beds! Need I say more? My 4 year old made me sleep on the bottom bunk and it was not terrible. My wife got the king size all to her self for two days so she liked that. The room did have a strange odor but it either went away or we got use to it. Not sure. Hotel was close to the mouse. I'm not a fit person and the walk was not bad. I would stay here again.

Nice. Clean. Easy access to the convention center. Pool is small but clean and nice.

Parking is free but limited. The suite we stayed at was spacious for a family of five. Housekeeper cleaned our room everyday and the bathroom is well supplied with lots of towels. We will stay here again.

This is my 3rd time staying here. Always a great clean room and very friendly staff. My only complaints are no breakfast, pool closes too early, no microwave in room.

No complaints. This waa our second stay here and it was awsome. The kids suite is really nice and the pool area very clean.

It was great for the price, bed was comfortable, the room was clean, it was quiet, nice/helpful staff. Close to everything, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. It was a good experience overall.

Loved the location. Ideal place for those traveling with younger children. Conveniently located next to stores and restaurants. Highly recommended if you plan on visiting Orange County, CA.

From the parking lot to the inside I had no problem finding my way around plus the workers are so helpful they make sure that you have a super comfortable and easy going time I would definitely recommend it.

Comfortable, clean, safe, very close to Disney and the friendly staff also speaks Spanish, highly recommended.

Staff was friendly but this place is gross. We pulled out the pullout sofa to find a candy wrapper and crumbs on the sheets, obviously this was never changed prior to us complaining. Hairdryer didn’t work, TV remote did not work. Staff was friendly and efficient and quick to address issues but we just left and it seems everyone at this place is sick, the CVS next store is packed with people looking for cold and flu remedies. If you stay disinfect your entire room and be careful what you touch, good luck!

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Location is good for those wanting to visit the Disneyland parks. Check-in/out was simple and quick. Room's were very comfortable and clean. Would visit again.

The hotel is nice, but my stuff has came up missing both times I stayed here. The bath tub water lingers around. I don't think they clean the tubs right. I had to get transferred to another room right after I had unpacked. It was so annoying. After traveling for 8 hours I checked in my room and took a shower and the water was up to my ankles. I called front desk and they offered me to a room across the hall. Will not be booking at this hotel again.

This hotel is not as nice as it seems in pictures and on the outside. The hallways and rooms need some updating, they are clearly well worn and outdated. The beds were mostly comfortable and the rooms with the bunk beds were big. It was nice to have beds for each kid. The layout was a little confusing to me. It seems the couch and bunks should be in the main room and the large bed in the closed off room, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The curtains are heavy, which is good for sleeping in. But, we could hear everything going on in the hallway and above us. This is a family hotel, so kids were screaming and jumping at all hours of the night and morning. The housekeeping staff were talking right outside our door for about 15 min and then played loud music while they cleaned. This was around 9a. So, not terribly early, but be prepared to not sleep in here.

Excellent service The family suit is super comfortable and has everything you necesetas, Refrijerador, microwave, coffee maker, iron, dryer, 4 beds and the price is very good, also very close to the parks you can walk.

This is definitely a good spot to rest your head. The regular rooms are a bit small because of the patio and I wouldn't eat off the floor of the bathroom. That being said, if you're going to Disney all day, it's more than enough. No frills but the rooms are clean. People have complained about the parking but I actually prefer the overflow parking at the Marriott because it is well lit with excellent security only a few yards from the hotel. Oh and the parking was FREE which is not something you see a whole lot of.

Close to Disney? Yes! Are there better options? Absolutely! The Inn billed me unfairly and then refused to fix their mistake. If it weren't the fact that I booked through World of Wishes, I would NEVER have gotten my money back. It still took them over a month to fix it. Their overnight manager (a man who's name escapes me) was horrible to me and my friend who stayed their and the reason our refund took so long. I refuse to post anything good about this hotel, as there was nothing good about the stay. If this is your first time going to Disney, DO NOT STAY HERE. There is so much that you are not told, that other hotels do tell you. If anything, read the reviews. It's cheap yes, but for about the same price, you can book in other nearby hotels.

I liked the place. The room is very comfortable. I did not like that they heard much noise from the other rooms. The toilet was a little high, and there was no fan in the bathroom, the smell was in the bathroom, and listened to everything outside.

The hotel is two blocks from Disney Park. You can walk without a problem, that's the biggest benefit. You can leave your car at the hotel and not pay parking at Disney.

Prefect location to Disneyland. I love the extended rooms for kids, our room had a king size bed, that maybe could be replaced. It was a bit uncomfortable. The room included a bunkbed and a pull out couch. Mini fridge, coffee pot, 2 TV's and was really a nice size room. I like that there was a door between us and the kids as well. Staff are super nice and very helpful. Rooms were clean and provided the items needed to stay for a couple of days. (shampoo, soap, etc) If traveling to Disneyland with kids this is a great place to stay.

Comfy beds, close to disney. Great place if you are ok with housekeeping stealing your money out of your hotel room. Just don't leave anything valuable behind when you leave.

Friendly staff, quiet and spacious rooms. Stayed in the family suite, had a king, twin bunks (my nephew really liked that! ) And a pullout sofa. Great place at a reasonable price.

Stayed here for a few nights and it wasn't bad. Beds are a little small but everything was clean. The walk to Disneyland wasn't too bad but at the end of the day when you're super tired it feels like forever! I would recommend this place to a friend.

Great price and location. You get what you pay for. No continental breakfast, tiny pool, and average rooms. If you are not planning on using the pool and just going to the parks it really doesn't matter. Staff was nice and easy to work with.

I have to say, I was a little worried about this hotel based on their Yelp ratings. I almost canceled but it was too late to find anything in the area. We were there last week for 2 nights. The place was absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable and Perfect for what we were looking for. I Would stay here again on our next visit to Disneyland.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very comfortable. It is very clean and the location is very convenient.

We were very pleased with our week-long stay here. The kid's suite was extremely spacious and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean and the staff responded quickly when we asked for an extra pillow and blanket. It's about a 5-6 minute walk to Disneyland, and it is located right next to a CVS store. My only complaint would be there wasn't very many outlets for power, so charging phones at night took some clever re-positioning of in-room appliances. The outlet closest to the bed seemed to be old and as a result, we had to balance anything plugged in just right or it would simply fall right out. The pool and hot tub were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Quaint rooms with comfortable amount of space. Most recent visit had a shower that drained slow and had a very unpleasant odor. Some cracks in paint, and discoloration around windows that left me wishing they took better care of the rooms. Nothing to complain about however. Comfortable beds, even the couches are pretty nice.

Walk-able distance from Disney parks so you don't have to pay for parking. It's basically one building away from the southeast corner of CA Adventure, so you're walking the distance of CA Adventure to get to the entrances to the parks. Comfortable room, comfortable bed. Lost one star because there is no continental breakfast and the valet wasn't always accessible.

Jonathan made sure that our stay started perfectly. Only one hiccup with the room key when we extended out stay. Other than that, promot, pleasant service.

Great front desk service. The complimentary valet is awesome especially since there is a lack of parking in their lot. Easy access to Disneyland. Either a 20 minute walk or hopnon the shuttle right outside the hotel for a reasonable price. Also love the little gift shop and the CVS right out side the hotel is very convenient. Ordered delivery from a local Mexican restaurant and the good was great. Love staying here and will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was very well. We stayed in a suite with bunk beds to my children like you idea of sleep in bunk beds.

After reading reviews, with a family of 7, I was a little worried. However, we stayed in a Kids Suite, which had a king bed, bunk beds and a sofa couch, for 6 days and 5 nights with plenty of space. The location is EXCELLENT, about 5-10 minute walk to the Disneyland Resort, and it's right next door to a 24 hour CVS and kitty corner to every taste of restaurant you can ask for, and that's not even the Best part. After a long drive or day at Disneyland, you get a spacious room with a soft bed and EXCEPTIONAL, QUALITY SERVICE with a Smile! I cannot say enough about how ACCOMMODATING the whole staff is from the Valet's, Front Desk to Housekeeping. The Inn Manager is also easily accessible as well and is very Gracious! My family and I had a FANTASTIC vacation, an AMAZING experience and created UNFORGETTABLE memories and the Portofino Inn and Suites was a GREAT part of it and we will DEFINITELY be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Portofino Inn and Suites to everyone ;-)

We loved the location! The overall cleanliness was great. There was some repairs in the room that could have made it look nicer. Parking wasn't too bad but we did have to use Valet parking once due to lack of space. The customer service was beyond amazing. They treated us amazing. We will stay again in the future!

My family of six have stayed for six days, and five nights with little to no problems in one of the kids suites. Housekeeping has kept our room clean, stocked with towels, and fresh bedding. The staff has been friendly and ready to provide whatever information they can to make our stay more comfortable. There are a variety of food Establishment's well within walking distance for all budgets and taste. If you are staying for Disneyland the walk to the park is easy, and straight. If you can't find a place to park the Portifino has a complimentary valet service that is quick and waiting if you need them. Great staff and great room!

We booked this place because it offered a great military discount, and they offered free parking which is limited at the other hotels if any. We arrived well before the check in time and they allowed us to park our car for free in the parking lot while we went to Disneyland for the day. And upon check out we were able to leave our car in the parking lot until the end of our day and come back to leave to home from there to avoid the parking fees. The rooms were clean and well kept the staff was friendly and very helpful upon check-in they did have a pool a gym and hot tub that we did not have time to go check out. The Disneyland parking lot was a 4 minute walk and from there we hopped on the free shuttle to the resort. Saving us $18 in parking fees. They also offer microwaves upon request. We stayed here as a family of 3 and it worked out very well for our visit to Disneyland and California Adventure.

In the past we have stayed and had an absolute blast. The kid suites are a must. This weekend we booked a kid suite with a king bed and ended up coming to check in and they have our room away. They put us up in two queen rooms, we were so dissapointed and the kids were sad. The shower was broken to boot. One of our rooms smelled moldy and the AC didn't work, so the room was hot and stuffy all night… not the best relaxing sleep for a long next day at Disney with kids. Not the great exprerience we were looking for as return guests. :/

I'm only in my second night, in a kids suite. First impression was that the room was clean and a good size. I'm here for Disneyland, the walk today with four small children wasn't bad 10-15 minutes. Front desk has been very helpful and accommodating with questions and requests. The CVS next door has been very helpful. So far it's been a very nice hotel and stay. I'd recommend four others and stay here again personally.
