Loved it. The room was clean, tidy and exactly right. The kids played in the pool for hours.

They are refusing to refund my money for hotel booking because I booked a “non refundable room”. Well no one knew COVID was going to happen. Absolutely absurd that they don’t understand that a pandemic is happening. Will not EVER be booking a room there.

I do recommend this hotel. The rooms are always clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable, rooms are quite at night. The breakfast was ok, it has a small pool and laundry on site. It is located near the Disney parks and there are many places to eat around the area. It's not a luxury hotel but it has all you need after a busy day at the parks.

Fair value. Great location.

King spa room is very good value.

We got a suit with 1 queen in one room & 2 queens on the other room. Very specious!

It's extremely noisy late at night and early morning. The water goes from warm to scolding hot and then cold and the Wi-Fi is basically non existent. I have to use my phone internet for school and even to leave this review.

Very disappointed they kept my deposit after reassuring me it would be released can't get a hold them they phone number is always a busy time…

Hot water in the shower cycles from scalding to cold without warning. Bathrooms are noisy and the doors don’t close properly. Beds are hard and rooms are dimly lit.

Disgusting and full of bugs with a joke of a General Manager. Don't stay unless you want bug bites and an overgrown child with the title of "GM" who can't act in a professional manner with customers.

A budget hotel with a great location to Disneyland. Don’t expect more than just a clean room and a place to unwind and sleep after long days at Disneyland. It does the job for the price. There are other food options around the property. We stayed on the second floor and no issues for the entire stay. Easy check in, no hassles, and convenient location. As expected for the price we paid.

We were very comfortable here on a week long Disney vacation 6/24-7/1/18. Carol got us on the 3rd floor as we requested at check-in for the family suite (adjoining rooms) and Celeste helped us stay another night in the same room setup when we decided not to change hotels on our last night. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels all clean, coffee and coffee pots in the rooms, free parking, & relatively quiet in our area — rooms 317/318. Small negatives were slow Wi-Fi, short shower head placement, slightly fluctuating shower/hot water temps & a different front desk person who couldn’t figure out how to help us stay an extra night when we requested it earlier in our stay. But overall, very pleased with the value of this hotel.

The service was great and the location was convenient. The employees were extremely friendly and accommodating when necessary. The breakfast was adequate. The laundry room was clean and fairly priced. Overall it was a good experience.

I like this hotel it's nice but I would love it if there breakfast hours are different and give you more Options on there food. It's a great place if ur stay few days.

Decent accommodations. The room was cleaned everyday, but the furniture and decor left much to be desired. The free breakfast was ok; english muffins, hard boiled eggs, cereal, and juices. The fruit is probably the best option.

Upon entering our room for the first time, we found a roll of tape and a partially-consumed bottle of water on the table. There were some little pieces of, ahem, "something" in the bottom of the toilet bowl (which easily flushed away, but still…). There was also hair on the toilet seat and little spots of mold on the ceiling of the shower. Throughout our stay of several days, I saw a few stray ants in the bathroom. Continental breakfast was meh. It appears they hard-boil and shell a big batch of eggs early in the week, and then just put out those same ones every day until they're gone. By Saturday they were looking a bit yellow on the outsides. I'm sure if it was unsafe to eat, they wouldn't do it, but it's something I think some people just might want to know. All the linens seemed clean, the air conditioner worked well, water pressure and temperature were good, the lady at the front desk was very nice, and the location is very close to some stores, fast food, and Disneyland. All things considered, it wasn't a terrible place to stay, but there are definitely some simple things they could've done to make it better.

Great hotel, is not super fancy but its nice clean rooms with a close proximity to disney and california adventure. Lots of close restaurants. Super friendly and accommodating staff. They were super helpful and really nice. Will definitely book there again if I ever get the chance to go again.

Nice hotel currently remodeling; the bathroom when we arrived was dirty I cleaned it myself. The carpet in our room made our feet black even after we showered, wore our flip flops it was that bad. Breakfast was great selections. Thank you for your the warm pool while we were here,

We were in town for Disneyland and we picked this hotel cause it was cheap and close. The rooms were more spacious than we thought they would be, and we actually really enjoyed talking to the employee Celeste as we were checking in. Great room, price, location, staff. I would totally stay here again.

U get what u pay for. For 3 nights we booked a double room and was cheaper then anywhere else. Plus they have a massage parlor right on the premises that give happy endings.

Cozy rooms. Soft clean beds. Hot water almost instantly. Centralized in pretty much the heart of Anaheim!

The reception staff was friendly, but not the Hotel Manager.
Minimalist breakfast: closed at 9am. When my daughter went to get her father's medication left behind in the room, the Manager of the establishment refused to allow him to enter the breakfast room at 9:10, but still reopened the door after I explained to him that it is for medicines… no smile of course! Disappointing to start a holiday day!
The parking lot is crowded at night when we come home a little late.
I would not return.

You get what you pay for. Basics are covered. Wifi, parking, continental breakfast, pool, rooms are safe and have needed amenities. With that said, nothing here is done particularly well. Wifi is slow. Pool is kinda dirty. Continental breakfast is underwhelming, no hot food. Come here if you plan to be in Anaheim and you want somewhere to be a home base and not much else. If you want a hotel that is an experience unto itself, this is not the place.

Great room for the price. Rooms were super large and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows on each one. I loved that housekeeping was not knocking on my door to clean my room and waking me up. I left for Disney early and when I came back my room was done up and cleaned, very nice. Henry at the front desk was awesome, very helpful and always smiling. I had trouble with my door key once and he personally came up and had it fixed within minutes, thanks Henry. Only reason I am not giving it a five rating is the breakfast does not have a very large selection. Maybe some bacon, sausage would make it better.

Good rooms good service, small parking.

The Service was nice and polite. The rooms were clean and tidy. The bathrooms were also clean. Nice place to stay at a cheap price.

Basic Hotel near Disney, dirty carpets.

Garrish paint color but the room is very clean and comfortable. Quiet and great staff.

Most importantly, I went to the two Disney parks walking, it will be 700m approximately. The rest is a hotel to go to sleep. Large and comfortable beds, bathroom acceptable and the place is quiet. Very good service, breakfast is limited and the space for breakfast even more. The Hotel gave me the service according to what I paid for. If you want more luxury then pay a more expensive hotel.

We stayed her in July and absolutely loved it. Room was clean, comfortable and quite affordable to be a mile from Disney. Staff was super. This will certainly be our stay the next time we get to go back to Disney.

Small and convenience hotel, it s quite near Disney land — about 5 mins to drive. The room is old but clean, friendly staffs. The breakfast is simple with eggs, donut, cereal, noddle cup…

Wonderful service. Could only book one night on a travel site, they were very helpful when I called and extended it the additional night that I needed. It is a little rundown, the Wi-Fi is slow and there are like 10 channels, but it is clean and relatively quiet. 15 min walk to Disneyland toy story lot and tram.

Rooms are very spacious, nice bed and pillows (since I prefer more harder pillows than soft ones) Only downside is the shampoo/conditioner combo. The lotion is fine but the hair one they provide is not good at all. I wish I brought my own shampoo/conditioner.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but this is a 5 star review of a 3 star hotel. My family booked a room here for 2 nights while we visited Disney. You get what you pay for. What did I pay for? A clean room with plenty of space for my family of 6. The breakfast is typical for a place like this, muffins, toast, juice, etc. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We arrived in 2 cars and they were able to give us an extra parking pass for free. Not a ton of parking here, but the place was CLEAN. We spend less on a hotel so that we have more to spend at the parks. If a place has friendly staff and clean rooms, we are happy. This place has both.

Floors are extremely dirty, beds are hard as rock, they only replenished coffee once through four nights of stay. The breakfast wasn't very good and was very minimal, thank goodness for a Carl's Jr next door. They did ensure beds were made and ensured clean towels though which was good, but overall won't be going back.

A bit old and run down. Could use some renovations and with what they charge they should be able to. The water in the shower keeps going hot/cold every couple of seconds and the room we are in the aircon is leaking at through the carpet. To their credit they offered us another room about the aircon which was good. Over all its not a bad place but in my opinion it's pricey for what you get and I would recommend this place to friends if they asked. Not without renovation anyway.

I go stood there for the 3 's shower sleep poop. I enjoyed it. Wasn't dirty, charges for ice, but the price and location I enjoyed it. Staff was great no rudeness. Beds were good. Only thing that kinda was bad was check out was at 11 I checked out at 11:15 and was getting charge for extra Time! But other than that it was a good place!

This hotel is a mile away from Disney. Has coin washing machine and vending machine. Nice people in the reception. Free parking, small pool and Comparatively more than Worth for money.

I wish that I could give this hotel a better review. We booked a 2 room suite and for the price was hopeful that this would be a great spot for our family. But as soon as we got into the first set of rooms we were issued, my sister noticed that one room smelled like spoiled food and the other room smelled like mold. My sister has an allergy to all molds and this was not going to work for us. We went to the main desk to change rooms, but they tried to just spray air freshener and give us the same room back! After explaining, AGAIN, to the front desk employee why we couldn't stay in those rooms, he was able to move us to another set of rooms. These smelled a bit better, but some lamps were broken, the sinks do not drain well, the floor seemed damp, and everything just seemed a bit dated. My sister and I do not spend much time in the rooms when we visit Disneyland, but my parents spend a good portion of the day in the rooms. My dad said it was noisy and employees we working on the roof during the stay. Also, there is not enough parking and we had issues finding a proper spot for our vehicle. My dad is handicap, but the one handicap spot opened had a car parked over the line on one side and a car in the no parking zone on the other. When we informed the night manager of this, he just shrugged. I do not think Anaheim PD or code enforcement would be happy with how they manage their parking situation. I know that was the last straw and we will not be staying here again.

What a great place. Good location with lots of places in walking distance. Clean rooms with a fridge and microwave. Very comfortable beds. The best part is the staff that mans the front desk. So kind and welcoming. Very helpful will definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great hotel! Nice room, no bed bugs, very convenient location, nice microwave and fridge, and a nice bathroom. We were there for a week for our vacation but it was sold out for the whole week but available for individual nights so we had our stay on 6 different reservations, but they were really nice and let us stay in the same room the whole week! Great hotel. Thank You.

Stayed here due to it's proximity to Disneyland and the price. Wouldn't stay here again because of the noise (thin walls, big pipes), unfriendly (to the point of rude) desk staff, unclean rooms (some of our toiletries had not been replaced so had open shampoo and soap). It is only a 20 minute walk to disney and there are food options all round. But there are also other accom choices all round and I would recommend looking at these first. They did have a room that allowed for our baggage when we arrived early and when we left LA late too. Happy travelling.

The bed sagged in the middle, the bathroom smelled slightly mildewy, the jacuzzi was barely warm, and the fitted sheets didn't fit the matress so when you sleep it would pop off. The rooms are clean and the rate was decent.

Had a very pleasant time enjoyed the pool and Continental breakfast and the turn down survice I highly recommend a stay here.

Pro: location and that you can divide the room by a door which was great for 2 couples staying in one room. Room doesn't smell like smoke, seemed fairly clean. Cons: they don't really care for you, room wasn't ready even with keys handed over to us. It's extremely outdated. Stay to save money, don't expect anything much more.

It was all right I went there last year and I'm going again this weekend. But not staying at this hotel. The breakfast could use a little work. The rooms are super outdated and the ac had smoke or something coming outta it. When I went out to the hot tub it was warm but not hot then I got in the pool and it was warmer then the hot tub lol. Wasn't to bad but defenlty needs some work!

This was a great budget option for my stay at the Expo West food show. It's a bare bones place, but everything worked and it was relatively quiet. Everything was clean. I would highly recommend this place to people staying at trade shows. Workers were professional and nice people.

The Anaheim Carriage Inn motel was a great stay. We were very pleased. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to guests. The rooms are clean and the price is very reasonable. Location is safe and convenient… Although there are a lot of families with little kids and maybe not the best stay for a couples getaway. There are definitely NOT any cockroaches or bugs. Very clean. The only thing I would suggest is adding more choices to the breakfast!

I was in a room next to a bunch of young guys that were partying and smoking outside me room. Their smoke was coming in through the AC and being that I was traveling alone with my child thought a different room would be better. They changed my room with no Hassel and moved me to a very secluded room! Room are a little on the older side but the price, it's completely acceptable. I'd stay there!

Definitely had a roach in our room. The bathroom fan didn't work and the bathroom was always humid. The breakfast was laughable. Our sink backed up and lefted this disgusting smell. Overall not a place I'd stay again.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Our room had Cockroaches, spiders and crickets… We didn't walk on the floor without socks or shoes it was nasty! Thier breakfast included stale donuts, cup of noodles, cereal, mini muffins milk and Tampico juice instead of orange juice.

Did not like the service. Had family suite down stair woke up room was flooded so moved us up stairs and mind you I have 2 babies. Wasn't even check out time and maid was cleaning our room.

We stayed here for 4 days and we were pleased with the stay. The staff was more than accommodating and kind. We arrived before check in and our flight left after check out time. BOTH times they 'allowed' us to 'store' all of our luggage in a spare room which was very helpful. We rented the 'family suite' (2 adjoining rooms) and we felt the price we paid was a great deal! We were in Disneyland every day all day so we didn't spend a lot of time in the rooms and didn't take advantage of the free breakfast or try out the pool. TV's worked fine, bathrooms worked great, fans worked (a plus) no complaints about water pressure or temps for our showers from any family members! (Also a big plus) The rooms were clean and we believe they were recently updated with new carpets and mattresses! The beds were very comfortable, and after spending many hours walking all day long we were able to get a decent nights sleep! The only con I can come up with is the inconsideration of other 'guests' who will yell and stomp up and down the hallways at all hours of the night and morning or allow younger children to. (I will never understand why some people can be so inconsiderate of other guests that they know are trying to sleep! ) This in no way should reflect on the hotel or it's staff. The hotel is located a little over a mile from Disneyland but I strongly recommend that you do not attempt to walk it. There is the Woody and Friends Shuttle bus that we used which is about 2.

Stayed here for the Stars Wars 10k and Half Marathon. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. I only went to the breakfast once, but for being included in the hotel fee, it wasn't so bad. Boiled eggs, pancakes, toast, cereal, milk, tea, coffee, and what not. The hotel use some updating, and it had a mild musty type smell. Being from Florida, that could just be from the AC unit. I'm used to central air. The hotel has an elevator, which provides to be very useful after a half marathon. My flight wasn't until later in the evening, but they stored my bags in a room off of their office until I had to leave. For the price I paid, and the limited amount of time I spent in the room, it was definitely worth more than what I paid for. My only major complaint was the Wi-Fi didn't really work all that well in the room, but I'm not sure if that was a problem with my computer, or with their router. The major bonus? The location! Carls Jr. Is right next door! Across the street is Taco Bell, Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles, Jack in the Box, and a Brunch buffet on Sundays! There is a Disneyland ART shuttle that stops 15 steps from the hotel entrance. The coloring of the hotel is bright and obnoxious, but the rooms inside are well understated. The pool is heated, and actually ended up being hotter than the hot tub. The hot tub is just that. A warm pool with only back sprays. I highly recommend the pool over the hot tub.

This place is the opposite of a 3 star diamond hotel that the website claims it to be.

Dissappointed at first, gave it a whirl. It was ok at best, sheets had a few stains, bathroom needed a really good cleaning, kept shoes on to walk around the room. Turned my feet black. Bottom line, just a place to sleep, no glitz here.

We visited in November last year, the stay was pleasant for the q is paid, I recommend it.

The person up at the front desk was so extremely disrespectful! I have NEVER felt so disrespectful in my hotel staying experience. Even after spending $200 he was being extremely rude! The hotel is good but the customer service is worst than the people who have to clean the portable bathrooms! They just don't care.

It was phenomenal, a great day with my teddy bear.

When we got here this hotel we were warn by one of the guests that watch out for the rooms they have bed bugs and next day they change the beds in certain rooms, the room we were in the beds were rippe and look like it had pee on in.

Great Deal! Previous comments are Silly. Who lives in the room on vacation. Get out of the room and just use it to sleep in. 2 Rooms $109/ night. The price was great and the location is close to Disneyland. $7 Cab ride from hotel. Maybe 1/2 mile from entrance to Disneyland. Taco Bell across Street and Carls Jr next door. Also nice staff and clean sheets! We will be back $109 for 2 rooms attached. Free Breakfast, Refrigerator and New Microwave in rooms.
