Horrible place, horrible hard beds. Stayed in a room with queen beds, double bed and King and all where hard to the point we didn't get sleep and left sore. Staff was horrible and rude. Asked for towels, after was asked why and told no we didn't need any, said yes we do there are 3 females and need towels to shower after going to the beach he asked what we needed them where are they going on our body… Then was told no again and yelled at I was angery and yelled to bring me towels now. We complained to the front desk and manager, all they did was laugh and said he's known to be rude and they seen nothing wrong with it. The building next door is being torn down and hits the hotel so hard it shakes the entire building. It was a horrible experience and I really don't recommend anyone staying there. The only reason they deserve 1 star is because the valet and gift shop staff was awesome. Spend the extra $14 to stay anywhere else that has breakfast and swimming pools with slides and kid slash area.

The Camelot in and suites is one of the hotels that borders the Disneyland resort. It's located near the McDonald's. The room that we had was one of the suites and was able to accommodate 2 Grandma's and a family of 4. The room was very nice with a good amount of room. The only things that I think are lacking were the need for another bathroom and the parking situation. That said they did a good job getting the vehicle into a spot. All the staff that we encountered were nice and friendly. It will definitely be a place to stay when we visit the Disneyland resort again.

Great hotel, walking distance from Disney (about 5 minutes from my room to the Disney gates). The room was clean. Soaps, coffee, towels etc were replaced and well stocked. When they made the bed they even propped up the stuffed animals my daughters bought/brought, against the pillows and laid their pajamas back in place after making the bed. Everyone was curious and smiling. The safe operated well, and there was plenty of drawer and hanging storage. There is even an iron and ironing board in each room (no more waiting an hour for someone to bring me one. Also the rooftop pool is a perfect place to watch the fireworks at Disney should you leave before they begin, as we did the second night of our trip. My past at hotels has been a nightmare. When I traveled for work I tended to check in late and they will book out my reserved room, leaving me with nowhere to go. Camelot noted in their system that I was coming in late and made sure to keep my room. Everything went so smoothly I will be returning to this hotel again for sure. Best hotel experience I've had.

We've been staying here for about a day and it's great so far. The family suite is a really nice size for our family of 6. The staff was really friendly and the rooms are clean and we'll maintained. It's also less than a 10 minute walk to Disney which is a huge plus.

We had two queen beds. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay again!

Our room was super comfy and clean. 7 minutes walking from both Disney parks and friendly staff. I can't think of anything negative to say about our stay here.

The rooms are definitely worth it, given the price and distance to amenities like Disneyland and the Honda Center. I slept on the pull-out mattress, with only minor discomfort, much better than most pull-out (two others slept comfortably on the king size mattress). Restaurants nearby are great, and we had a full view of the fireworks. Haven't tried the pool, but they definitely have one. Valet service was nice, especially with the difficulty of parking in the area. We came for hockey, instead of Disney. This hotel would be absolutely ideal for Disney, and definitely works for visiting fans to the ducks/angels. The age range skews heavily towards young families (closer to Disney than the sports complex), so if you're planning on drinking heavily or cussing or any of that, I would seek shelter elsewhere.

We have stayed here a few times and it has been a decent experience. The pool is pathetic, as is the hot tub but that isn't really why anyone books here. It's for the distance in walking to the park. They have scooter rentals right at the hotel to make it easier for you to have one without renting at the park itself. This allows you to take it anywhere outside the park with ease. So if your handicapped, it makes it very convenient. The rooms are clean, but the beds aren't very comfortable. Still, compared to other neighbor hotels, we prefer to stay here.

This is our favorite property to stay outside of the resort. Literally save hundreds of dollars while being just as close and having a bigger room. Weve been staying here for over 18 years now and have watched it change hands and management. It has consistently been clean and the staff has always been accommodating. I would love to keep this place all to myself but I must give credit where it's due.

It's very conveniently located next to Disneyland. The room prices are very good. The cleanliness and amenities are good enough. To be honest, if you're visiting Disneyland, you're not going to be spending too much time in the hotel anyways.

The hotel was very nice, and the view was very good. The swimming pool was not so good but the hot tub was hot and excellent. I saw Disneyland fireworks from my hotel room. The breakfast was delicious and good. This was a wohlfuhlendes hotel.

This hotel worked out great for our family and the prices was decent. The best part is that it's across the street from Disneyland so no waiting for trollies at the end of a long day when your exhausted and your kids are too. Patience doesn't always have to be a virtue. This hotel is a great option for Disneyland goers.

Great price, great location. Very clean and modern rooms. No shuttle service to Disneyland but no need, the magic kingdom is across the street. It would be prime if they did breakfast, like some of the other hotels in the area. Overall, I'd stay here again. They have suites that can easily accommodate 5-6 people. Mini fridges and microwaves in their suites, not sure about the regular rooms.

The staff was very nice and welcoming when we first arrived the valet staff was very quick to help us get our car parked and very knowledgeable with nearby stores and restaurants. The room was nice but you could hear almost everything right outside the door the bathroom was a little run-down the shower wasn't too great and the sink water kind of smell sulfuric. The room itself wasn't the greatest but the staff was more than hospitable I would consider staying there again if they made some upgrades.

Camelot Suites is a fantastic spot to stay for a Disney Vacation. Located just a few blocks from the park entrance, the hotel is an affordable option for many families. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet. The staff are quick to respond. I would highly recommend staying here!

It's a good hotel, very close to the Disneyland gate.
It's a bit dated but it's also comfortable.
The rooms are old but they are clean, usually the dust causes me asthma attacks and the carpet did not produce any, which tells me about their cleanliness.
The prices are very high compared to other higher luxury hotels but a little farther.

Clean, large basic rooms with great beds. What more can you ask for after a big day at Disney land. Score was given based on this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. But it works well.

Location is very convenient for access to Disney. The rooms were nice and clean. The suite only had one bathroom, with access not in the main room, which was a minor nuisance at worst. Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you planning on spending a lot of time in Disney. It's convenient to come back to for a midday break.

I stayed for a four night trip to Disneyland and enjoyed my time at the Camelot inn. The location is amazing, has a good view of the park for fireworks, and a nice spa/pool. We had a minor issue early on that was quickly and completely taken care of. Really impressed with the professionalism.

Stayed in the King Suite which provided enough room for 3 adults & 3 kids. There were 2 Queen beds in a separate room and a King Bed in the main area. Both rooms had a balcony, TV, Dresser, & Fridge. Main room had a 4 person dinner table and sofa (with pull out bed) and and 2nd room had the only bathroom (which was the only negative thing about this place. Still worth the 5 star rating… Walking to Disneyland was as easy and only across the street. Less than a 3minute walk.

The location was excellent and rooms were quiet. The beds were a little hard for my liking but other than that it was a great hotel. Will stay again for sure in the future!

It is a lunar well close to everything like food, Disneyland, and the freeway to be able to go to other places easier. The employees are may simpatico and have helped us when problems happened. For example, there was no place to park, and they took our keys to park the cars. It is clean both outside and in Nustro room, and it was well fun to swim outside.

Our room was clean and cozy. We had a door leading to the next room that was unlocked with no way to lick it. I went to the front desk and let them know and they immediately went and locked the door. My kids bright their animal shaped pillows and left them on the bed. When they made the beds room service also arranged those pillows nicely on the bed. It was very nice.

Great location! Right across the street from the Disney parks and next door to a McDonald's. Large room. Rooftop pool. Nightly view of the fireworks from our balcony. Only thing that they could do to make it better is if they would bring the continental breakfast back. Very awesome though. Would stay here again.

Camelot is an affordable place for a family to stay for Disneyland. Very close to the park and the suites are big. The rooms can use some updating, though. The pool and hot tub area also need some work. The employees are very nice and it was a pleasant stay.

Happy happy happy. Friendly staff. Quiet hotel. Would book again. Would do all my Disneyland trips from here to be honest. Can see the fireworks shows from our room, 5th floor perfectly. Food next door and everywhere around us. Received packages of mail we ordered goods from local companies at reception. They had no problem us buying stuff of the net and delivering to this hotel. Nice rooms, not that we're in them much but our sheets and room are tidied up everyday when we've gotten back. Nice. A short 5 minute walk to Disneyland car park entrance and front gates to Disneyland. No transport required to get to the two Disneyland parks.

Great location. Only a short walk to Disneyland and California Adventure's main entrance. Next door to a McDonald's and Panera Bread for a quick breakfast or late night snack after being in the parks. Valet attendants were friendly and extra accommodating to my sister with a severe handicap. Rooms were great and slept a group of five comfortably. I would definitely stay here again.

Pretty good hotel. Beds arnt bad. Good room service so far too. The biggest plus is that you are only a 5 min walk to the Disney parks!

I love this hotel and have referred several friends and family members here. The prices are comparable to nearby hotels and the location is great. The rooms are clean and nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool is great, especially to see the fireworks. All of the rooms face the same direction (looking toward the Matterhorn / castle across the street).

The valet registered the cars, they were quick and polite. The front desk checked us in. The room was clean and pleasant. The prices are absurd because they are across the street from disneyland. It is convenient, clean, and nice.

The rooms are a bit dated and there are not enough power sources easily available for the number of devices we all carry. Overall it was very clean and the staff were wonderful which really eared the Inn at least a star and a half more than what I would have rated just for the facility.

The rooms in this hotel are decidedly no frills (although ours did have a refrigerator, which was a godsend for us! ). However, the rooms were clean and the location is perfect for walking to Disneyland. The hotel is just a block from the pedestrian entrance — — I don't think that you'd be any closer parking in an official Disneyland lot — — and this way you don't have to deal with traffic at the end of the day. Just walk on to your hotel and fall asleep. Also, if you're lucky, the end rooms closest to the street have views of fireworks at night. Definitely a great way to whet your appetite the night before you head into Disneyland! I have recommended it to friends before, and I would stay there again.

We got a room to stay while we were taking a trip to Disneyland. We came with some family and would have liked to stay in rooms fairly close to each other, that was not the case for the first night because they obviously very full. They were happy to find us a room two rooms down from our family the next day and even move all our luggage from the previous room. It's very close to the Disneyland park entrance and would stay here again.

We arrived around 1 pm and they got us right into our room. The rooms are basic with a fridge, microwave and tv. The room had a small safe also, but we did not use it. The beds were cofortable, great after a long day at disneyland. Extremely close to the park entrance.

We stayed in the Family Suite and it was great! The room was very comfortable and clean. It's a great place to stay while visiting Disneyland!

Chose this hotel for the location, in part to avoid the high parking fees at Disneyland. Though it didn't work because the hotel charges you to park your car in their lot while you stay there! The answer I received when I asked why you're not informed when you purchase the room? … "we don't know if you're bringing a car. " … 90% use a vehicle to get to Disneyland. Am I supposed to use Aladin's magic carpet? Pathetic.

Room 308 family suite. The hotel was common to say the least. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and the beds were not at all comfortable. The service was acceptable and the location is excellent. What I paid for this room I could have stayed at the Paradise Pier hotel and been on Disney property. The worst part about the hotel was the price paid for getting so little. I personally will never stay there again.

Location wise it's great. But the rooms are more like a motel than hotel. The bathtub mat had mold under it.

We stay here frequently. I love how close they are to the park. All the employees I have interacted with were always polite and as helpful as they were allowed to be. There's a couple things that bug me though (and these are not unique to the Camelot, I've encountered most of them at other nearby lodging properties that I have stayed at) : 1. They can (or will) only make 4 keys per room, which I feel is silly if you have one of the family suites/rooms, 2. The water pressure for the showers is almost non-existant, I'm not expecting a lot, just for the water to actually rinse the soap out of my hair, 3. Having stayed here multiple times over the past few years, I can say that the rooms are starting to show their age. I know that with their occupancy volume it is likely somewhere between difficult and impossible to take rooms offline for even a soft goods remodel (carpet, upholstery, etc. ). But the fscility really is looking overdue.

It was nice the pool could have stayed open a little longer … and in need of better beds.

Anytime my family goes to Disneyland, we always use this hotel. We have been going there for years, and even before the remodel, the staff and rooms were awesome. I'm generally a picky person. This is not a 5 star diamond resort. But the rooms are very clean, safe, and always have had wonderful experiences with the staff. They used to have continental breakfast, but with McDonald's next door and IHOP right down the street, there was not really a point. You don't miss it. It is within 5 minutes walking distance, and you can watch the fireworks and park happening from the balcony. Anytime I know I am staying there, I know I will be treated with courtesy. They do have parking for an additional fee, but because they have a security company that provides it. I for one am happy that they have people who are monitoring around the clock. The rooms are safe, clean and generally noise free. But I mean, it is a disneyland good neighbor hotel. You will hear kids if they are loud, at any hotel you will have that. But it is quiet and people maintain themselves. There is also a pool on the upper floor. It is always fun and a great way to keep the kids entertained during down time. They do also have a laundry room if you need it on the lower floor. It has come to my rescue many times. The worst thing that's ever happened to me was at 2 am our toilet stopped flushing and then the water kept running. A quick call to the front desk and they had it fixed very quickly.

Great place to stay for Disneyland! Only about a 10 min walk to the gates. Nice rooms. And good rates.

It was very nice n clean. The staff was nice but one little thing the ballet couldn't find my teys because the ticket that they gave me didn't match with the one on the car keys so it took longer to figure it out. N my sister lost her ticket n they said that with out ticket they couldn't give her the keys because they didn't know which was her car. So again it took longer to figure it out.

Stayed in April 2015 — — NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN! EVER! My son had bites on his little body and I can't even email the hotel and when I called, I got the run around. Never ever ever.

Best hotel ever! Great service. Fixed a broken light (my son broke with a ball) within 2min. Of me calling. Stayed 4 nights in September 2014, will be staying again in July 2015. Going to use this hotel every time I take my family to Disneyland.

The hotel is awesome! Rooms are super clean and well kept. I don't think it gets more convenient to Disneyland with being directly across the street. Definitely will stay there again and again.

There is NO excuse for bad service in the hospitality business. Would have given a higher rating if your employees and policies were more customer focused.

Stayed 1 night here for the Avengers 5K in November. Room was nice, clean, and very comfortable bed. Within walking distance of Disneyland. Would stay here again.

Good hotel near disneyland. Easy walking distance. Room was clean. We arrived early and they were able to get us a room early.

Not Ideal for a larger family. Booked reservations 7 months in advance for a jointing rooms for Me my Wife and 7 kids and ended up being 4 rooms apart. T. V. And Wi-Fi were out of service for over half of our 3 day stay. Parking Fee That was never reveled to us until we checked in. They really didn't seem to care or even try to accommodate to our request of a jointing rooms in any way. Front desk people were rather rude, Parking lot attendants were nice but that's about it.

The room was large, very clean. We stayed 4/4/14-4/7/13. The staff was helpful. It was a perfect location since across from Disney's main entrance and close to several places to eat. Will definitly go back if we return to Disney. Loved watching nightly fireworks from the room.
