Decent price, clean rooms. Turning on heat made a wierd smokey smell so beware. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and shops. Wi-Fi access was wonky and really slow.

Went with my girlfriend this weekend, place was inexpensive, clean, ZERO bugs or anything which was really surprising to me, A/C unit works better than an actual built in A/C, no complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely going again.

Hotel wouldnt answer so we couldnt check in and still charged us even though we cancelled.

Super awesome price! But the place is not in the best area the National Inn hotel was super sketchy. In other words when you go to sleep make sure to put a chair on the door. If you have kids definitely look for another hotel since the sheets look like they aren’t changed often enough and may case irritation on their developing skin.

Good price but bare minimum accommodations. Bring all your own toiletries.

Lack of maintenance, the minibar is noisy (I did not know that there were still freezers that make frost), it enters a lot of noise from the outside, the carpet in bad condition and the towels somewhat threadbare.

Would have been fine if not for the cockroach in the bed.

Strong clear and accurate when giving me directions.

This is a good price to rest.

Was alright for the price. Internet was pretty fast too compared to other free Wi-Fi they usually give u to use at a hotel. I don't mind gong back ad of now…

It wasny bad the room was a litten torn down and the dresser drawr wouldn't stay closed but other then that it was good.

The owner is a very nice individual… You'll love the service and very clean as well.

Rooms were relatively clean. Nice staff. Not a luxury hotel by any means but a clean room and a bed if you need one.

Staff was super nice and helpful. I booked my trip with Stan, and he was very accommodating with my requests and check in time. When I arrived, Phil was very helpful in suggesting good places to eat and things to do in the immediate area. Once I got home, I realized that I had lost my necklace. I called and spoke with Stan, and he said they would look for it. Phil called me back within two days with news that it had been found behind the bed. The bed had to be pulled out from the wall so they could retrieve my necklace. Phil saved me money by allowing me to send an SASE to him, and he put my necklace in the envelope and mailed it back to me. Great communication of staffers to meet client needs. I would definitely stay there again! Great service, great price, great experience!

For the price I thought it was a great place. It is a bit dated, but the hotel is clean and maintained decently. If you want an average place that won't break the bank it is a great option.

The National Inn is a relatively clean, inexpensive place to stay that is fairly close to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. The staff is friendly and attentive, and quickly addressed any problems I had.

It was clean, relatively cheap and fairly close to our main destination. It's not 4 star, but it wasn't a complete dive either for the price.

Roaches, rude service to no service. And refrigerator not cleaned out bathroom dirty, who knows what else we didn't catch being checked in tired at 2am. Will not ever stay nor recommend anyone this place again.

We were looking for a super cheap hotel and this is where we ended up! Place is outdated and a little worn yet clean and it gets the job done. Staff is very friendly, no complaints so far!

Not a bad place to stay. It's affordable, and the room was nice for what we paid.

Horrible service. The clerk was rude to us as soon as we came in, as well as they gave away rooms we reserved THE DAY BEFORE! And I quote "I dont care about the online reservation, I have these rooms do you want them or not? "

White people are not welcomed here nor are nice people with lots of money… f them and the boat they floated in on…

When I walked into the room I thought well not to bad. It looked clean until later that evening I went to the bathroom and saw roaches of many different sizes running around. We should have left then. That morning there was a dead roach in the bed. This was disgusting. I will never stay there again!
