Beautiful place! Service was warm and accommodating. We came in needing many things (we forgot at home) and they helped us out with all of them. Thank you so much!

I’ve stayed at this hotel, so many times in the last 20 years and it has always been a pleasant experience. Whether it was the midst of Covid or while they had extensive renovations going on, or during a packed and busy holiday season, I have never had one single problem with this hotel. I love the Jacuzzi and the quiet pool area! The bar is such a cool place to get a drink in the evening and meet other travelers. The lobby is what a hotel lobby should be. Bustling with people, but not crowded or frenzied. Throughout the years, I’ve stayed in many different room styles, and I have always been happy. The beds are comfortable. The televisions stay up with the current technology and sizes. Wi-Fi is strong and dependable. I stay here to go to Disneyland. It’s definitely not across the street from the main gate, but I appreciate the distance from the park. The shuttle service is regular and dependable. And I’m not in the midst of Main Gate madness. I find everyone who works there to be efficient, courteous, and kind. I find the price point to be acceptable and sometimes even better. I’ll be staying here with my in-laws in February, and they wanted to book a room across the street from main gate at the Marriott residence Inn. I compared room sizes, beds, and so forth between them and Hyatt Regency, Garden Grove, and convinced everyone to change their reservations.

Service was wonderful and the renovated room was great! We enjoyed the shuttle service to Disneyland.

The hotel lobby is beautiful but kind of sets you up for some disappointment when you see the room. They aren’t bad, but they aren’t as pretty or lavish as the grand lobby. My biggest issue with the room is the nightlight, which is part of the bathroom light switch just outside of the bathroom. You can’t turn it off, and it’s BRIGHT. Like, I couldn’t sleep bright. When I asked if it could be turned off, the receptionist said they’d have to talk to their “engineer”. Nothing was done about it. We had to put the ironing board up against it to be able to sleep. If you need a completely dark room to sleep, book elsewhere.

Very accommodating and the services is excellent. I highly recommend this Hotel to all my friends.

Stayed in 2 bedroom king suite. Nice rooms, 2 nice bathrooms, 3 tv’s, pool, good amenities. Even got a decent session in the fitness centre…. Would definitely stay here again 🙂

Great service from check in to housekeeping staff. Everyone was helpful and attentive.

I am here for work and not with family so therefore I had a good time! Staff is very polite here and the bartenders were nice. My room was great, nice upgrade to another room by the hotel. Hey I can't complain since I am here for work… but I would bring the family here for a vacation to anything going on around here and recommend staying here.

Had a work conference here for a few days, easily one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There’s a bar, Starbucks and cute little breakfast place inside, multiple swimming pools, fire pit on the 3rd floor as well as an amazing fitness center! Had everything I needed to enjoy my stay, highly impressed!

The room was very nice and very clean. The food was less than expected. The Burger at the oc brew was pre cooked and looked and tasted like a hockey Puck. The Starbucks was very convenient and probably the most efficiently run operation of the entire place.

Miss California USA 2022. June 3-5. Love the breakfast in the downstairs cafe. Pool & jacuzzi plus tons of available towels. Starbucks. Staff are amazing, especially the bell hops. Definitely recommend Hyatt Regency Orange County.

We had a great experience! The lobby is beautiful and the hotel. The OC brewing Company had a tasty salmon salad and the hummus and olives were delicious. They also have local beer. There’s a Starbucks and a Gift shop in the lobby. The employees were very kind and friendly. We will definitely be back. The shuttle takes you to Disney. We had a terrific time.

The price was exceptional. The hotel was extremely cleanly. Everything looked really pristine, and new, which who doesn’t like that? We loved the fact that Starbucks was right down stairs, it made morning COFFEE, & breakfast super streamlined. And lastly but not least we enjoyed the (bus) ride to and from Disneyland. It’s across the street from a plethora of restaurants, and a Target, which came in handy when we needed Tylenol from all the walking. The only downfall, was paying for parking, I’ve never and will never entertain the idea of paying for my vehicle to be parked somewhere on my hotels grounds. That’s just silly to me. Otherwise we were really happy with our stay, the amenities and the staff.

My family was very impressed with the room! Very clean and soft walk for the kids.

Outstanding quality service. I had several issues with the reservation line but Marcie went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasant. She was very accommodating with my schedule, she upgraded me when my suite wasn't available and she comped a smores kit for my family to enjoy at night around the fire. Marcie and her staff were always there when I needed th room cleaned or to restock the towels and cups. One of the maids even took the ice bucket out of my hands and ran down the hall to grab me ice without me even asking. The service was on point. A very friendly and caring team.

I really enjoy coming here for all my conventions and competitions my girls go to. It’s comfortable, the convention rooms are big clean, super cool considering a lot of dancing bodies. They always have fresh ice water everywhere to grab a drink. A bar and breakfast buffet with amazing omelettes. Parking is good just expensive. Recommend to stay if your coming from out of town to an event.

Simply amazing! The service is great and the property is very classy. Also, we have 3 kids and I love how they all can have their own bed and space!

Have stayed here on 5 separate vacations. It’s a lovely hotel and great location for Disney, beaches and so many restaurants. The north tower is our favourite as it’s quieter but the south tower is great for entertainment aspect eg games etc. The two bedroom suites are so spacious and large lounge. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Great coffee and is replaced every day. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced daily. Lots of space at both pools and plenty of sun loungers.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

If you are looking for a good family friendly hotel to stay in SoCal if you are planning to visit Disneyland and/or Disney California Adventure, this place is Great. I have stayed in Disney Hotels and this hotel is just as nice and family friendly as the Disney Hotels for a fraction of what Disney charges. Hotel is very luxurious and is filled with friendly staff. For a family, I would strongly recommend the kids suite. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

The people who work here are extremely courteous/hospitable. From arrival to departure they were responsive to all my inquiries and needs. Hotel is also very close to everything. Thank you for a great stay!

We booked the Hyatt conference room for a work function. The staff was extremely helpful the entire from beginning to end with room setup and audio/visual setup. The food was excellent. The room was a nice open space, clean, and comfortable temperature. Excellent hotel, and the hotel staff took it a notch higher!

Great location, free shuttle service to Disneyland. The pool was fantastic with a lot of open chair seating. The rooms were decently sized. Our only issue was parking. It was far from the entrance and wasn't free. This made going out for quick trips a chore. Although Target is walking distance.

Amazing facilities, staff, and location / transportation (extra fee) relative to Disneyland. My wife also loved the fact that there's a Starbucks on site. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because every morning our bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke due to the scent coming through a common vent. The staff was notified and immediately came up to deoderize but not much could be done. There was no vent fan blower in the bathroom and that might of helped. The scent did go away after a while and the room itself was mostly unaffected. The cigarette smoke certainly wasn't the hotel's fault, but the common vents with no blower hurt our experience there. All in all we'd easily stay there again… it's probably one of the nicest options in the area.

Stayed for over a week in one of the kids suites. Great customer service, informative and helpful all the while tending to all the dance students with LADM. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when we go back to Disneyland. Nice gym, pools, activities within the hotel for the kids. Walking distance to local restaurants and department stores. Very very busy week but “all” of the staff took great care of us which lessened all the stress from activities. Great job.

Called a month before our stay to verify there was a fridge in our room and was told yes there was. Checked in and got to our room… no fridge. The bellman managed to find us a fridge but said “don’t tell anyone where you got it from”. Strange. Went in to use the restroom and the toilet was full of urine. Went to use the gym the next morning. It was 80 degrees in there. Asked the worker in there if they could turn the air down to cool it off. He said he would ask permission. Never got turned down. Went to the gym the next day and the air was turned off. Went straight to the front desk and asked for it to be immediately taken care of. When they finally got the air on it said it was 88 degrees in there. Our fourth night there the alarm clock (which we hadn’t touched the whole stay) goes off at 4 am. Went to the gym again. 80 degrees. All plumbing drains very slowly! Long, long waits for elevator rides.

Location. Next to Disney land. 2 miles from convention center. Very solid. Customer service. Great. Welcoming warm. Maid even made my room for me without asking even though I had my do not disturb sign up past noon! Rooms. Okay. Comfortable. Not the feeling of exceptional cleanliness but certainly comfortable. Pool and play areas are a nice bonus. Good work Hyatt. Fix your elevators though!

This is the third time in a year and a half that I've stayed there, and I love it. The staff is wonderful, and the location is perfect. 10/10 recommend!

The best bargain EVER! Have never stayed anywhere so comfortable, caring, roomy. A child and 4 adults shared a suite for just over $100 a night. Pillowtop mattresses on queen sized beds in separate room from living space with full couch, desk with all necessary hookups for electronics, fridge, microwave. The bathroom was huge. Could get hooked on the shower alone. Can't say enough good about it. The only negative was the cost of the on premises food but the location was central to plenty other options.

Hyatt's are very good and this hotel is no exception. We stayed in a family suite that had a wonderful bunk bed for the kids in a separate room with its own TV. Everything was clean, attractive, new and the room smelled nuetral. It was a nice place to relax after walking around all day.

Love this hotel. Easily accessible from the freeway. Adjoining rooms was nice. Comfy beds. Liked that there was multiple pools. Over all a lovely stay.

The hotel is very clean and we were there for an event. Conference rooms were spacious with comfy chairs. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Only issue was leaving the parking lot after the event.

We have had a lengthy stay at the Hyatt Regency for the last three years. The last two years our experience was great! This year things were different. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency between April 4-April 16, 2018. There seems to be several maintenance concerns with the elevator, parking area, poor signal on the television and the smoke alarm was beeping during the night. We ate at the restaurants a fair bit during our stay. The staff were friendly but the service was slow and often the orders were incorrect. Also this year there is a $12 charge for children to eat at the buffet. Whereas the last couple years children are free at the buffet. The bell hop service was great! The room attendants seemed to do a nice job. There was an incredible amount of garbage in the parking lot! Shocking how people feel it’s okay to throw their garbage all over the place!

This hotel is really nice. It's high end and gorgeous. The service was excellent. Even the restaurant bar have great food. I would visit here again any day.

Great place to stay with many places nearby to visit.

Big rooms that were maintained well. We used the ballrooms for a company event and the ballrooms were very nice. The staff tended to us well, ensuring everything was clean and we'll stocked for the event. Pricing for just about everything here is incredibly high. $10 for in room delivery.

Standard room was fairly 3 star experience. Hotel was clean Friendly staff, over phone or in person Clean, non smoking room. Standard TV and powerful AC Bad Even water was paid with no refilling stations throughout the building as long told me. You have to pay $3 for every bottle of water or go to lobby to get 1 complementary bottle. Lock in bathroom didn't work. Beds were too high, it would be an exercise for kids to climb in and out of it.

I was there for the Heartbeat International conference and it was superb in every way. The rooms were comfy, staff was very nice and helpful, the food was awesome. My only 2 complaints was they almost froze us out the first day and the menu prices in the restaurants outrageous. $27 for a breakfast buffet? Are you kidding?

I was only here one night while my wife was working at a conference but it felt unfortunately very average. Nice lobby and I like the car driveway approach outside but I'd say that's the only highlight I remember. Rooms on par with much less expensive hotels. Bathroom small and nondescript. No complaints but considering it was a work trip and we did not pay anything, there wasn't anything memorable here. If I had paid the listed rates I would have been upset.

This very car the citio for the old and bad care that this. They also charge $28 per night for the parking lot. It's well-located. They don't offer a free lunch.

This is probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were very spacious for our family. Our room separated into two rooms which was amazing for our small family. My kids loved the bunk beds.

We continually return to this hotel over the past 10 years because of its great location, friendly environment and spectacular staff. We can easily reach the San Fernando Valley or Southern Orange County in under an hour and are only minutes from Disneyland (a family favorite). The staff is always attentive to our requests and the property is nestled away from the traffic an noise by one of the neatest driveways in the area. Great value for a great property.

Good quality and service near parks and malls.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was not at all impressed. We got a king sized bed with another room and two bunk beds. They did not provide enough glasses or wash rags for four people. The soap and lotion was very small for four people and low cost supplies. The window looked out over the lobby and you could see how fifthly the lobby was inside. We spoke to the lady at the desk and told her about the soap, washrags, and glasses. They came up and brought only washrags. One of the elevators was down. The remote control did not work correctly for the Television. There was no Keurig the coffee pot was very dated and only provided two throw away coffee cups. They charge for parking and the shuttle to Disneyland. The only thing we were happy with was the buffet breakfast which could still use more variety however their was a gentleman who waited on us the first day at breakfast who was amazing. For a hotel we thought would be a 4 or 5 star hotel we would expect these items to be a non issue.

Although the room was nice and they were kind enough to give me free parking for a week, this hotel has been a headache. First off, my mother in law paid an extra $150 for my husband and I go enjoy free breakfast every morning, they told us that was not part of our package even though it was paid for. Then they refused to credit the full amount and only said they would refund $75. But instead of crediting her account, they charged me $75! I had to call about the issue and while I was on the phone the lady said I was also charged for a bottle of water (which I never used) my husband and I bought our own water for the whole trip and did not touch their over priced water. They also charged me for a Starbucks trip I never made, and for a $20 sandwich that I never ordered. Also, lights were out in our room, things were unplugged and the water was even turned off in the south tower while we were staying. I have never stayed at a hotel where a week after my checkout I am still seeing random charges on my card. The lady in accounting said I will get refunded for everything in a couple days, so we shall see. But I also never saw the hold for the deposit come off either. The room alone was $800 but with all these ridiculous charges everything was easily $1, 500. Never staying here again. Hope they need my money more than I do.

The staff was all very nice and accommodating. Using valet is only a little bit more than self parking and is totally worth it to me! We left an item in our car and when the staff dropped off our luggage, they were able to run back down and bring it to us! Our view was gorgeous as well. My sheets had holes in them though and some of the surfaces seemed dusty.

Beautiful hotel. Conveniently located across from Target. Room didn't have a microwave but housekeeping was happy to bring one to our room. Was a little too chilly for the outdoor pool when we were there but they have nice furniture on the pool deck in the sunshine. And at night they have a fire pit that they light. Good dining across the street as well at Oggie's, Outback, and the Crab Shack.

Ballroom was lovely. Good sound system. Nice projected images. Hallway reception area was nice. Catering was delicious and catering wait staff were attentive and speedy. Only negatives were poorly stocked restrooms and lengthy parking lot waits. At the end of the night, there was no toilet paper in stalls. And when trying to enter parking, and leave parking, there was long wait times and confusion regarding payments of tickets.

I've stayed here multiple times. It's a nice property. Very large. Rooms are modern and classy. I booked a suite and it had a very nice bedroom and separate living room with a large sectional. The bedroom and living room were separated with a large window that had power shades which was a nice touch for the relatively low price I paid for the room. They offer a complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to Disneyland and they gave me as many shuttle tickets as I needed. Staff is courteous and polite. As I stated before, I've stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here every time I make a trip down to Disneyland. Highly recommend it!

We really loved our stay at the hotel. It was beautiful and our room was in perfect shape. The breakfast that came with our room was delicious. We also enjoyed the hot tub it is beautiful. We would most definitely stay here again.

This is a really neat hotel with an Atrium extending the entire length of the building up to its top most floors. We brought our family and all of us enjoyed the pool area Outdoors as well. Driving to and from Disneyland is a very short trip, but watch out for the overnight parking charge which feels like a lot to spend.

I was initially excited when I secured this room via Hotwire because I generally believed Hyatt to a top brand hotel chain. However, when I arrived at this location after driving 2 hours in traffic from Los Angeles, I was utterly disgusted from what I felt was highly prejudicial treatment that really unnerved my whole night. Not just one but on two occasions was I snubbed in favor of non-Black patrons who were allowed to skip in front of me to get serviced first. I was made to wait over 30 minutes to check in, even though I already had a paid room at this place, in favor of some dude who just was allowed to jump in front of me to inquire about a room. What kind of mess is that? Then I was told to wait even longer because one of the agents apparently had more important things to do. Then after all of that, they give me a room with a tacky bed that had some of the trim peeling off of the headboard. I won't even talk about how crappy the room service options were. Even though I was very hungry I was happy the food options were so crappy because I did not want to spend one more dime in this establishment after my experience at check in and seeing the condition of the bed in the room. I am extremely disappointed because I expected so much more from this brand.

Our stay at the Hyatt was great. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious. We stayed in a suite with a King bedroom, central sitting area, and a second bedroom with two double beds. It was perfect for our family, allowing for privacy and quiet time for all. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and affordable considering kids under 6 are free and older kids are half price. Having a Disney shuttle readily available was fantastic. This hotel is perfect for Disney goers and far more affordable then staying at the Disneyland resort.

I feel like this is a nice hotel that just hasn't been keeping up with regular maintenance. The water pressure and temperature for the shower was terrible. We had to crank it to the hottest setting, and it was still just warm, never hot. The faucet for the sink, however, has two settings; scolding hot or cold. The toilet needed to be flushed twice when used in order for it to be clean. But worst of all, it door didn't lock unless we lifted it up a bit too get the latch. We told guest services about it, but it was never fixed and even came back to our room one day and were able to just walk in because the door wasnt properly shut. Luckily none of our things were missing, but it really made us nervous about letting housekeeping into our room while we were out for the day. We never knew if the door would be secure after they were in there.

The staff is very courteous and accommodation. They reached out to us before our stay asking if we needed anything. My husband jokingly asked for a rubber ducky. Sure enough there was one in our bathroom with a lovely note on it. Great place to stay! We will be back.

It's a very fine resort, very comfortable and the staff is very attentive. They were on the lookout for all our requirements before and during our stay. As amenities you have Starbucks coffee, and service to rooms of excellent quality.
I recommend it extensively and I'm sure I'll stay here on my next trip.

Nice property overall. Parking fee is a bit of a bummer considering the fact that you're in the suburbs and pretty much have to have a car. Staff is fantastic. Roof pool is nice enough but could have a bit more atmosphere. Ground floor pool area is nice but too shady.

Overall, I do like this hotel. Had stayed here twice and both experience were fantastic. Employees were helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Pros: — Room are nice & clean — Lobby area is very open — Parking lot is huge — Swimming pool — Arcade room — Shuttle service to Disneyland — Close to Target — Bug free Cons: — Far from Disneyland — Parking lot is far from entrance — Not much food choices in the area.

Beware because when you arrive even though you may have paid in advance they’re going to ask you for $50 a night to be placed on your credit card. They charge for incidentals such as upgraded version of the Internet access, ($3) bottled water, etc. Which of course is standard Hotel fair. However there are many hotels that offer very decent continental breakfast is at no charge that also offer newspapers at no charge that also offer even some laundry and dry cleaning at no charge. This is not that place. Also there’s no complementary shuttle to and from the airport or to and from places like Disneyland. Once you’re checked in, what you’ll see is a very stripped-down moderately decorated room. The rooms are small and not well planned or thought out doors open to other doors the sink toilet and shower bathtub are all in one room even though there are several bed there’s only one lamp the desk is very small and the chair does not hold someone’s weight of say 180 pounds or so and that’s not good if you are a tall person — makes it very difficult. In addition if you’re expecting refrigerator or microwave you’ll have to special request a refrigerator (which does come at no charge, but they may not have enough to go around) microwave are not an option.

This review is for the suite. The suite is very spacious but is sparsely decorated. The bathroom was very dated. Overall the room was just ok. Great if you have a meeting or a large family with kids, but not worth it otherwise. Lobby was nice. It is a good property to stay at if you're going to Disneyland.

Beautiful hotel with fun amenities for the kiddos; a pool, tennis court, basketball court, shuffle board, ping pong, an arcade, and a Disney movie playing in the lobby all day. Paid parking but they don't gouge you, its fairly reasonable. Shuttle to Disneyland… or walk a block. All around a great place to stay. They just need more food options.

Beautiful hotel! Staff is wonderful (tip those valets! ) and very respectful and courteous. Amenities are great, and close proximity to Disneyland is wonderful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Shuttle to DLR is very convenient. Definitely our hotel of choice for Disneyland trips!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! Hands down the best Hyatt and Hotel experience I have had. As our children's first Disney Land trip ever, we wanted to make it special. Hyatt helped us provide it for them. From the moment we drove up, we were treated like family. With two kids, traveling can be a hassle, but everyone was so welcoming it was such a relief. Once at the desk, Eric, the manager of the hotel, was amazing and made us feel even more at home. The Hyatt is so blessed to have this man along with his team as the welcoming team. Throughout the time we stayed, Eric really made the trip memorable and so comfortable, out family had no worries at all. Thank you Eric and thank you Hyatt for an amazing vacation that will last a lifetime!

I really love this hotel. The customer service is A+++++ I have stayed at all the Disney Hotels in Anaheim, I have to be honest that this Hyatt feels so much more solid. The rooms are quiet, you do not hear any noises in the hallway or next door. The rooms are big and very clean. The shuttle cost on a few dollars and is so convenient for going to the Disney parks. I am very pleased and would recommend this Hyatt to anyone going to Disney or Knotts.

The worst thing is they get dogs and didn't know it so I didn't like the hotel although I got a luxurious suite I was not comfortable and also needs a small reenovacion. Of furniture.

Me and my girl celebrated our anniversary at the Hyatt we dined at the restaurant Tusca omg the service was excellent our server Steven was freakin awesome he explained all the dishes on the menu even with the wine he helped us have a really great experience. Was so awesome thank you much Steven you are an excellent we had such a great dining experience thanks to you. The food was so good I mean so so good I recommend the tusca to everyone and if you want a great experience ask for Steven. Thanks again we will be going back for sure.

Very nice hotel, the service very friendly, clean, has the shuttle to Disneyland that happens in the hotel, and the restaurant and bar food very good.

While visiting major theme parks today, we enjoyed being able to sign in and park and take a shuttle into the entrance of the resort. Huge beautiful lobby, Starbucks downstairs, 24 hour fitness center, nice pool and jacuzzi. We choose a kid's suite, so parents could have their own room! Great idea for bunk beds. Lots of cool extra details, like coloring, movie events, and themed activities for kids. A little Sidney, but totally worth it.

The hotel is clean and they always serve me well. I love the breakfast but if it is expensive. The gym is terrific.

Parking fees were to high. The directiry was not easy to find or get directions from. Tue staff was not that approachable. The arcade was dirty and most games were broken. A few games kept the coins and no play time. The restrooms near grand nall room were ok. The bar food was disgusting and over priced. The salsa was completely disgusting. Parking for valet or event was the same high price. The kids meal was super small and over priced as well.

The hotel is really nice with a really nice vibe. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly also. The rooms we got are really nice and we got the joining to the our family's other room which I would imagine would be great for children. (I think this is subject to availablity but we came in summer and still got one). The hotel has decent free Wi-Fi for up to 5 days or you can upgrade to even faster Wi-Fi for a reasonable fee but we found even streaming netflix in one of our rooms (standard quality though) that the complimentary Wi-Fi was more then decent enough for general needs. I will say the water bottles in the rooms are not free and are super over priced at 3$ for a fairly small bottle. We ended up buying big bottles and refilling which we got for 2$ from a local store and must have been atleast 10x the size probably more. The location is very nice especially if you plan on going to disney land. Lots of shops around and places to eat. There is a target (big chain supermarket in america) with a farmacy just over the road and some really nice diners and restuarants. There is an outback across the road which do really really nice steaks and is astrialian themed and a really nice diner across from that aswell which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 24hrs a day. If you are planning on going to disney the hotels shuttle busses run every half an hour but my slight complaint is that they arent very nice quality.

Amazing hotel! Our favorite place to stay in the area. Very clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are top notch and the staff are more than nice. You wont be disappointed.

Good hotel for families visiting Disneyland. Suites are large and the hotel definitely caters to families. 2 pools on site. However service is mixed. Had to make 3 requests for a pack n play before they actually brought it and argued with front desk on the 3rd request that I had actually made the request 2 times already (the staff claimed we hadn't made the request before).

The hotel is nice overall, good resturaunts, nice pool and recreation. Good service. Some paint was chipping off the bathroom door. Hairdryer was broken and the TV needed a repair. They promptly fixed both.

High expectations for what turned out to be an extremely low class hotel! They should change the name to Horrible Regency! It would suit the image of the hotel better! Management here is too cowardly to respond to their former customers who had horrible experiences! This hotel provided my family with the worst vacation ever! I would have given the Hyatt negative stars if it would have allowed me to! The Hyatt Orange County will not provide a safe and fun family environment, it will only bring you stress, agitation, and anxiety! Bring your boxing gloves because you will literally need them when you are physically confronted and harassed by the angry and overly aggressive valet staff! They are pushy, rude, and will try to intimidate you! And forget about the management… They do not care! My family stayed here for over a week and were instantly and continually harassed and stalked by an angry valet. We could not walk or drive by the hotel lobby and valet area without getting dirty looks and stare downs from the valet! It was as if he wanted to fight in the back alley or something! During our entire vacation, I was constantly on the defensive making sure this valet did not attempt something… Even with my children around! It didn't stop him the first time, so why would it be different any other time? The only time we were safe from this nonsense was when we were away from the Hyatt!

Had an appt to check out the rooms for our overnight guest for our wedding. My fiance and I fell in love with the place. Their attention to detail and little disney surprises here and there made it even better. Can't wait to have this place as a part of our wedding.

We had the best stay at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. Our room was clean and enough space for 2 people. Nancy on Guest Services really helped make our trip special, helping to organise and take care of all trips we went on. All staff members were friendly, and helpful. This hotel will be perfect if you are playing to spend a lot of time at Disneyland or planning to use it as a base if you have hired a car. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and would choose to stay in another Hyatt Regency hotel on my next trip to America.

It was at the Hyatt for a Conference and the rooms were very clean and the service all were good. I want to go back to go to Disney with my daughter!

I came here for a business event. The room we had held great energy. The staff was great. We had team that stayed here and were satisfied. I really enjoyed the internal design of the place. The lobby has this miraculous glass wall structure open feel to it. Last great touch was when I went to to the bartender, not as a customer, but asked for change for a hundred how I wanted, he didnt even hesitate to exchange like ive had issues with some hotels… Anyways. Hope this helps.

This is a great hotel for a quick vacation. Next time I'll need to remember that Disney is nearby though. It's very much a family hotel. Service was great and the beds were very comfortable.

I performed at hyatt for an event. My group performed certain parts of the play grease. While at hyatt there were many friendly staff, clean rooms, and free water. While performing, the audience was very respectful, they enjoyed the play a lot and even recorded us.

The room is nice, parking is very expensive, and there is no where more parking the car. Do not offer free aqua costs $3. The location is very close to many restaurants. I was at a dental Convention and there it was. The service is good.

Hyatt regency hotels have always been great for me and my family. Rooms are spacious and always very clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There are always plenty of dining and entertainment options which make it a great family hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for a 2 day conference. Room size is comparable to any luxury hotel. Rooms have all necessary amenities. OC brewhouse lounge and bar conveniently located in the lobby. Starbucks located inside the hotel. Super friendly staff. Less than 10 minute drive to Disneyland. Overall a great hotel.

A functional business hotel with good service and friendly staff. Mostly geared toward business conferences and corporate functions. Another audience is families going to Disneyland nearby. Rooms are comfortable, not fancy. We had the kids suite with two rooms, a large King and a bunk bed. Not efficient use of space. Lack of electrical outlets near the bed is inconvenient. Having a Starbucks downstairs is good for the morning coffee run. Dogs are allowed but they charge a non-refundable fee of $100 per stay, which is pretty steep for a couple nights. Shuttles are available every half hour to and from Disneyland. Adults $5 and kids under 10 $2 a day with unlimited rides. It takes about 12-15 minutes each way.

The Hyatt was a great place to visit for a conference. The staff is friendly and attentive, the space is clean and open, and the food is good. The hotel is not loud or bustling, they keep the facilities clean through out the day, and they are quick at turning over rooms for meetings or food. I enjoyed this hotel and will return again.

I spent one night, for my birthday, at the hotel. The hotels grounds are beautiful and walking into the hotel you are greeted with a beautiful look and smiling faces. The valet and front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The experience was great. The room that we stayed in was good, but the shower was a little dirty and could have used a scrubbing, the bathroom light switch was located outside the bathroom which was odd, but other then that everything was great!

We had the best experience ever! We called in on our drive out to the hotel to ask it they would be able to place some balloons and a card in our room since we where celebrating our daughters 10th birthday the manager said that she would see what she would do for us. We get a call back not even 10 minutes later and the manager tells us that do to us being platinum members they would upgrade our room (at no additional cost) to a kids suite and make our daughters and our stay extra special. Balloons and a card where waiting in our room when we arrived as well.

We came here on a business trip and everyone was so kind to us. David V was amazing and he made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

I am currently staying for 5 nights and am on night 4. Each night we've come across an issue with the hotel. Issues and all are normal things to happen especially in a hotel but it seems to never stop here with the Hyatt. First the pricing was incorrect from the original quote, they charge $24 a day for parking after stating it was part of the hotel stay, there is a 14.5% hidden city tax per day that was left out when I asked for a total with taxes when I first booked. The other main issues have come from the restaurant and bar in the hotel. We were harassed by the bar manager for my girlfriend's ID the first night due to a crack in it. We were told we couldn't return to drink anymore after the first night. We had the papers showing we ordered her a new one but it was being mailed. This was straightened out but then as of last night we finally decided to go back to the bar and the same bar manager screwed up. He charged my bank account multiple times with $100 bills, locking that extra money up. Finally as of 2 hours ago we were woke up from a flood of water pouring from the ceiling. We were moved but it was another thing just to add on to an already shitty stay. Some things of course can't be helped but others can. Overall the hotel is beautiful but too many problems. There was even more day to day issues such as pool closings and the air not working in the hotel room. Along with one small hot tub for such a big hotel.

Love place. I live in Los Angeles, went to a conference for 2 days, I got there, wow! luxury, big place, great atmosphere, customer service is great! also, you get Wi-Fi anywhere. The restaurants are great. Morning, they have a buffet! love it, will come back again. The rooms are great, great sheets and pillows.

I asked for a quiet room and got just that. I also got a room which apparently caters for people with allergies, no feather pillows and an air purifier. Overall the hotel was adequate and fairly typical. The décor in my room was somewhat drab and is rather dated and the whole hotel could do with a facelift in my opinion — others may think differently. There are not enough elevators to cope with high volumes but again this is typical of most big hotels. The staff were unerringly pleasant and helpful. The conference facilities were good, and the chairs comfortable — a big factor when you have to sit in them for 10 hours a day! Overall an OK experience and close to Disneyworld for those who care.

I had a business seminar in the hotel so I decided to stay onsite. The overall feel is clean but when you get down to the details they fail: 1. Booked a King room. When I asked the receptionist for the room I book I was told I would have to pay more then the price the hotel originally quoted. 2. TV in room, several channels where broken and had no sound and/or video 3. Ice machine was broken had to walk up to a different floor 4. Hair dryer in room was broken and didn't blow air and then started SMOKING! 5. Deli says its open until 8pm but at 7pm they had no food left. 6. Room service uses "sustainable" disposable packaging, i'm pretty sure that it would be more sustainable to use regular plates instead of creating more landfill waste, especially since they have to come back to the room anyway to pick up the glassware.

If as a four plus star hotel you can't keep your gourmet restaurant open on a very busy weekend that I am sure that they knew was coming at least month before then you don't deserve any of your stars. I mean come on I am setting in a high end Italian place ordering the same food as the hotel bar. WTF! Not to mention that the wait staff seams to have lost their minds.

An amazing oasis that's very close to Disney sans the inconsiderate mob. Gotta love Hyatt. The gold standard for a relaxing hotel experience. They have shuttles to Disney or you can catch the Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) across the street. Pools, basketball, tennis courts and an awesome Italian restaurant. Nuff said.

I went there this weekend while attending the Anime California Convention, which was at the hotel. Overall, I had a great time here. In addition to only paying forty dollars to attend the convention, I also got a good deal: $109.00 for one night, plus free Wi-Fi. The main atrium of the hotel was magnificent. The front of the hotel had multiple windows that went all the way to the top, which let in sunlight. The two guest towers on both sides made people think there were actually two buildings instead of one. According to one of the receptionists, you can even ask to get a room looking out into the atrium for no additional charge.

My Wife and I from Tasmania, Australia, stayed for six days in July. All staff were very courteous and friendly at all times with most wanting to know about where we came from. Room good, beds comfortable, if there was one problem we had that was keeping some medication cold, however this was overcome by using the ice bucket and ice. Breakfast, scrambled eggs with the smoked streaky bacon, Tazo tea served by delightful staff. The Bar served a good range of beers and other alcoholic. Drinks I consider the Hyatt to be centrally located to Disneyland, shopping plazas and for bus tours. I just hope one day we may be able to make a return visit to be guests of the delightful staff at this lovely hotel.

Have never had issues with Hyatt so was disappointed with room. Reserved 6 months in advance for room with kitchen, (family headed to Disneyland for Christmas for 1 week) instead got a kitchen that contained a sink, a toaster, small fridge and a microwave. Was told I arrived late (15 hour drive, arrived at 9:30) so lost out on room despite me calling to make sure I received what I reserved! Front staff friendly but has no authority to make guests happy. Breakfast was unruly and very cafeteria, not real eggs, food always out. Will never stay at that property again.

I stayed in the Hotel in September 2013 for the Aquatic Convention. I had a nice, quiet room. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean. All the staff was polite and helpful and check in/out was very easy. Even though there was a line at the front desk at times it disappeared very quickly. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection. It was the second time I stayed there for this convention and each time I was very satisfied. The hotel's location is very convenient to Disneyland and I saw shuttles going very often to the Disney area. Unfortunately, I was not able to make use of it this time but did last time. Several good restaurants are within walking distance if you don't want to eat at the hotel.
