The hotel was a decent hotel overall with good service. The rooms were clean, though had a slightly funny smell. Parking is very secure as there is a gated back area. A nice little place to stay right off the highway.

This place is amazing. The breakfast is really good and the pool and spa are warm perfect for when it is cool. The rooms are nice and the housekeeping Is cool. I would recommend going here and check it out yourself. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome the rooms are cool and nice especially now with the heat wave going on you would not want to leave the room because of how cool the rooms are.

This Holiday Inn has clean, spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered is great, good variety of foods and the quality is high. Parking is easy and accessible, and the hotel location is close to multiple amenities.

This is a really good express in I have been staying at this hotel for the past few years when I travel to Garden Grove the prices are good the amenities are good the service is good plenty of parking and close enough to local businesses that you do not have to travel far.

This was a great location for a laid back trip to the SoCal area. I wanted to be close to Huntington Beach and use my points. And for 20k a night it was a great deal and a short drive to the beach. The rooms were clean and the hotel was a great place to stay with friends or family. Heated pool and hot tub that they kept open a little later for me as I got back late from Santa Monica. Nice hotel, from the outside looking in, it looks pretty extravagant. The lighting outside is also very nice and hotel has plenty of parking. It's also located next to a gas station for your convenience as well.

The location can't be beat. It's a 10 minute car ride to Disney. The rooms are great for families and easily accommodated myself, my husband, our toddler and our infant. Our room smelled of smoke, that's my only complaint.

When I go to Disneyland with my family, this is the hotel we've stayed at the most. They have very good service. This is a great option to avoid bigger prices and crowds at the hotels that are closer to Disneyland. The beds are very comfortable. You'll doze off pretty much immediately after a long day at Disneyland.

The staff here is very helpful. The breakfast served is delicious. The rooms are neat and tidy. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. They have a 24 hr gym. A swimming pool which can be visited between the given time. And last but not the least their room prices are super good.

The room was clean and the overall accommodations were acceptable. We were happy with the breakfast. The A/C unit wouldn't stay on and was loud when starting up.

We stayed here during our trip to Disneyland. It was a great stay as always with holiday inn. The breakfast was nice and the people were attentive with restocking and clearing tables. There was plenty of parking and easy access from the street.

The horel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Security was very accommodating with our special parking needs. They have a shuttle that runs from the hotel to Disneyland, but will also drop you off at the Convention Center. The free breakfast was good. I would definately stay there again.

It was nice overall but it needs some TLC. The breakfast was great. The pool was excellent and the kids loved it. There is no fridge or microwave which was super disappointing.

This is the worst Holiday Inn in a long string of increasingly bad Holiday Inns. Terrible service right out the gate. Had my wife and I in double room (2 beds) despite the fact that we had booked a king months in advance and had called the night before to verify. I am also allergic to down bedding and that hasn't been taken care of either. The room itself, when they finally prepped one way after check in time, was dingy. Cracked fixtures, terrible bed, and the A/C was insanely loud. Then to top it off the toilet was clogged and we had to use the one in lobby all night until we could switch rooms later the next day. Not a great start to our anniversary trip. The pictures below are of the faucet in the sink, the giant metal plate holding up the shower rod, and the random fridge they put in this room as we are platinum members and are supposed to be in an upgraded room. After this latest terrible experience we will be switching hotel brands.

Not for Disneyland or family trips! Write more later. Terrible parking setup. No fridge or microwave and pretty sure my hotel site said there was. Room card required to EXIT parking and to use elevator. They verify you just to get breakfast. And more issues.

My wife and I stayed here while we visited Disneyland for several days. They are much more affordable than the resort hotels and hotels adjacent to the resort. There is a bus directly to Disneyland (and back) through ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation) that makes getting to the park a non-issue. The included breakfast every day saved us a lot of money on food in the parks, and the pool was nice the first day. Unfortunately some inspectors came by and the rest of our visit the pool was emptied because it had voilated some sort of safety or cleanliness standard. That was kind of concerning and we missed being able to soak in the hot tub after long days at the parks, but all in all it was a good experience at this hotel.

One of the nicer Holiday Inn Expresses that I've stayed at, the lobby was beautiful and the guest room was very comfortable! The only downside is that the air conditioning was a bit loud, and during the night as it kicked on it woke me up a few times. The room was plenty spacious, and as always the staff was helpful and attentive!

Rooms were clean, location was good. Breakfast was nice, with several options. Hotel was quiet. Our room keys didn't work, so housekeeping let us in and the front desk brought us new ones promptly. I would stay there again.

I always stay at Holiday Inn's. Always my first choice no matter where I go. But this Holiday Inn in particular… the walls are just too thin. I heard the couple next room to me talking since 6:30 in the morning (normal tone) I can give details of what they were talking about. Additionally, the doors when they open and close are too loud. I think they just have walls at this Holiday Inn… just to say they have them because you can hear EVERYTHING clearly. I had even made a special request to be as far away from the elevator as possible due to it being too noisy but turned out worse.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. I got off an 8hr flight late at night to stay at this hotel, and when I arrived they had overbooked me and I didn't have a room. I had made the reservation about a week in advance. The lady at the front desk made absolutely no effort to try and find a different hotel for me to stay in, simply stating "they're all booked. " While in the lobby trying to find a new hotel, I overheard a conversation at the front desk about someone being charged $800 on their credit card for a purchase they didn't make. Also, I called about 3 places before finding a new hotel… Fast forward to today, I see a $423 CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR A ROOM I DIDN'T STAY IN. If you're a fan of terribly incompetent customer service and paying for rooms that you don't stay in, this hotel has a "room" for you!

Amazing stay! Everything was perfect during our time at this hotel, breakfast is included, they have coffee and water (with a touch of lemon) near the front desk, which was great. The hotel is close to the park, so they offer a shuttle service to Disneyland ($5 USD, round trip), it was very convenient. The staff was really nice too!

Our stay was flawless. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the location for the wedding I was shooting that weekend. They charged me $100 for "extras" in case I bought a movie or used the mini bar. Took a week to have the hold released on my card. I know it's standard for them but kind of annoying it took so long. I would stay here again.

Do not give this hotel your credit card. I booked a reservation then needed to cancel and they tried to tell me I had booked a "pre paid" reservation which wasn't true. Luckily my card hadn't been charged yet, however I did have to call the bank and cancel my card because a woman named Liz was threatening that I was locked into this reservation even though I didn't sign anything or agree to that. She said they were going to charge my card over $300 to cancel even though my reservation wasn't for a week! I'm so lucky I called my bank before this hotel was able to charge my card. Not only that but Liz at the front desk was extremely rude. I do not recommend this hotel based on the lacking of integrity and professionalism. I'm happy I am going to be staying somewhere else, and that I was able to make it so they weren't able to steal my money! Watch out with this one!

Had to change rooms due to a hornets nest on our balcony, we were given another suite at discounted price but some of the appliances were broken n/not working right.

Rooms look great but there's sadly no fridge or microwave (bought milk and oatmeal so that was a bust). The breakfast was great, all of the food you'd expect but a few extras that made it worthwhile. The bathrooms! They're so clean and the shower was so relaxing. A great place to stay, just don't bring your own milk.

Did not spend to much time in the room but was happy when I did get there.

The room had the basic necessities. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge but we brought a cooler and the hotel has ice so that's good enough. We felt like the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, but the front desk indicated we could get additional bedding for cushioning. Breakfast was pretty good. The pancakes were pretty tasty. The shower actually could get fully hot rather than just warm like some places. The rooms must be insulated or we didn't have neighbors because there weren't any noise issues. The staff was accommodating and courteous.

The breakfast is not free. Turns out, it's $13.00.

Room was just as described. Everything was clean. The staff running the breakfast was great! location was great, no too busy, or expensive, and still close to Disney.

Pretty run down place. Beds are terribly uncomfortable. Ac loud and rattles. Carpets are stained. Beware.

PLEASE BE WARNED I have recently been robbed by this hotel and their managing company, Intercontinental Hotels. $300 has been taken from me with nothing to show for it. I received no compensation whatsoever due to a moment of ignorance. I was attracted to this place by their offer of matching rates. I have since come to find out that Intercontinental only applies this policy between hotels that they own. I was informed of this after having requested accommodations at the Holiday Inn Express. When I realized they would not match competitor's rates, I immediately canceled my reservation, only to find out that the reservation was completely non refundable and they would not offer any other compensation. They did not even offer a complimentary stay at their facility. I am unaware of any legal action that I can take to recover these funds, but I hope that I can at least encourage a boycott of this hotel's business. The following is the only written communication I have received from them to this date: Dear Mr. Squires As per our conversation, the final decision stands as previously communicated. I do feel for your misunderstanding, however I do have to respect the final say from my chain of command. I hope you understand. Thank you and have a great night. We got the first floor rooms on the right wing of the hotel if you are facing it since all the top floors were booked. It has a weird smell we don't know what it is, so next time you there stay way from that wing. The Hotel is kind of outdated and old compare to most other Holiday Inn I've been to but that is what you get for about $100 a night. They do have an outdoor pool and a free breakfast and free Wi-Fi. If you want an upgrade, stay at the Candlewood next door, it is a little pricier though.

Called about 3 different times to schedule a business meeting. NO one answered the phone and no vice mail. Big red flag.
