I got 2 rooms paid by butte county social services. One had major bed bugs so the moved us. The next day the moved us without telling us and then sent house keeping the next morning into our room and told us if we didnt want house keeping then we need to hang a do not disturb sign on the door, for some reason they don't have any signs available… We didn't know that policy. We came back at 4pm in the afternoon with our door wide open. We contacted butte county and he lied to them about me giving me getting angry with him also lied about why the room door was wide open with the only things we own. Our kids clothes and toys and food. He told butte county that they left the door open because of harsh cleaning chemicals. They use soap and water… He stopped by my window constantly staring in my window like a pervert. Literally up against the window. Please don't rent at this place. This place violates everyone's rights. It needs to be shut down. Someone needs to stop these owners and operators of this business. I will never come back. I'd rather sleep on the streets in a tent with my kids. Atleast I know they won't get bit buy bugs. Their stuff won't get stolen and they will be safe. Please don't rent at town house motel.

Ok so it's true no pool Wi-Fi? Shows its there but can't obtain pswrd. I like the rooms. Spacy for the price. Ac/heat works good. Tv looks 32 inch 720p/ dish network. Cant figure out how to make a call. Busy signal 3 digits in even after dialing 9. Our towels are coKe White. Bring a chrome cast and a Wi-Fi hotspot. And drink the complimenty beer left in the fridge.

If I was able to give less than one star then I would. This place was absolutely grotesque and filthy. I only stayed as everything else in town was filled. I probably should have slept in my car. There were blood stains on the sheets, the towels were a weird beige color and stained. The carpet was really filthy, so glad I am in a habit of never walking on motel floors barefoot. You get two Styrofoam cups and one packet of coffee. A tiny sliver of soap. Cheap rub your ass raw toilet paper. Light switch broken at bedside. Wi-Fi code did not work even when asking for assistance. The pool is non-operational and probably a huge safety violation in the case of children may be falling inside. Overall… the place is a dump but the only place available due to Chico State Alumni Week. Bring a tent instead.

Roaches, bedbugs and flies in rooms. All towels were stained and/or black and were originally white. Stains on bedding and cigarette burns. Pool is a swamp. Green algae and mosquito filled cess pool which is hazardous to health. Rooms also reek of cigarettes even though every room is supposed to be "non-smoking". Lamp shade had rips and tears in it. Carpet turns feet black due to lack of cleaning. Faucet in sink leaked Everytime it was used. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I'm just happy Jesus is with me wherever I'm at, even in a motel. It's ok here, it's an opportunity to minister to God's people who are lost. I recommend Jordan Crossing in Oroville to anyone who needs help and is reading this. They will house you and help you find hope and restoration. Bless you.

Worse room I've ever had the displeasure of staying in, first room had water all over the bathroom floor. Asked to be moved and the clerk said if I could just deal with the water on the floor, and turn off the water supply to toilet. I told him that was rediculous, I am not a plumber, and to change my room. Next room the toilet would flush but kept running all night because it was also broken. Rooms and towels were all filthy. Would never stay again.

All of the motels in Chico have the same problem. Bad manners by the owner/manager/employees. The TownHouse is nice and cozy, relaxed, and the shot callers are kind and helpful.

Typical low end motel. Went there to deliver Christmas presents to a family. One good thing is that they do not appear to allow a lot of drama there.

Decent rooms for the cost. Owned and ran by a very friendly and attentive family, which in my opinion makes up for the motels mediocre accomodations and makes this one of the best value priced lodgings in Chico.

Avoid! Avoid at all costs! Place is infected with cockroaches. Rooms smelled of pot, and had pot leaves in drawers of dressers holes filled with toilet paper… Tv doesn't work remote missing batteries place needs to be shut down!

Seriously the grossest hotel I have ever encountered, and I am all about cheap rates. Roach invested and ridiculously dirty. I am far from a snob and was disgusted by this place. Do not waste your money.

This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever been at. You walk into your room you turn the light switch on and all you see is roaches scattering around trying to hide. I can't believe we're staying here. Sux to be broke.

I give the place 1 star just for the location. It's located close to chico state. The hotel itsself will get no stars. They put my family in rooms that a pig would frown on. Where do I begin. The towels were horrible. Luckily I travel with my own. I used theirs for the floor. Poor floor. The toilet would not flush. I dont know what was uzzing out of the refrigerator. Cigarette burns in the comforters. Rips in the drapes. The TV didnt work. No head boards. The beds were uneven and sunken in. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and funk. The pool that was advertised looked like a toxic waste experiment. We saw roaches. The walls and the inside door was filthy. And the staff had the audacious to have an attitude. The man was horrible. The lady who moved us to our 3rd room, attitude was a little better, when I asked if she would let her family stay in those rooms. The third room is not great, but it was better than the first 2. At least the toilet flushed. They only put me in the third room when I requested my money back. We were simply going to sleep in our car. Never again!

We booked this as a 3-star hotel. In reality, it's a very low-quality motel. Roaches, Wi-Fi doesn't work, no chair for the desk, threadbare linens. Definitely won't repeat.

Rude staff, lousy housekeeping. Filthy linens, flat pillows, saggy beds. Great location, nice furnishings, lousy management. Only 4 cars there for the night in a 40 plus room hotel. That tells you something. A real waste. Pics are what the room looked like when we walked in. Were sent to 3 rooms before we found one halfway clean.

Where to start. We paid 100$, which isn't bad for a Saturday night, but it really wasn't worth it. The entrance isn't too bad, the pool looked a little sketchy, and there were people hanging out and drinking on their tail gates in the parking lot. Still, not bad. We get into the room, the light switch doesn't work and the bed light closest to the door isn't working either. They were both missing lightbulbs! The pillow cases had stains on them. The bathroom had water roaches (beetles). The coffee station was filthy. There is no hair dryer. The TV remote batteries were dead. People were banging around in the rooms on either side of us until midnight. In the morning we woke up to see a huge cockroach on the wall right above the fridge/microwave. Obviously not impressed. It seems to be more of a place for druggies to call home. :/ would NOT revisit!

The motel is clean, low key, near the highway and just minutes from the downtown area. The location is convenient for travelers and also for exploring the town and the area. It's quiet and the staff is friendly and respectful. It felt a little too bargain basement for what you pay. I expected decent towels at least, but was met with little more than sandpaper. I hope they replace these towels soon. The satellite worked intermittently as well. Other than that is a good value.

The room smelled of mildew and stale cigarettes, there was only one power outlet in the room other than 1 in the bathroom, the room only contained 1 mirror which was in the bathroom, it was such a hassle to get ready.

Linen/towels and filthy! dirty stays little. The person serving you is very grocero. We ask for a room without the cigarette smell and twin and olia apart ugly qe light did not work. We let you know and us command to another room with only one bed. Horrible place!

Very rude family owns it, cockroaches in the fridge let them know told me they would call pest control never did, paid for a week and when tried to leave early still charged daily rate, on top of it towels are all dirty and stained and water never gets hot for showers.

I like the rooms. Pretty clean. The cleaning lady named jeanette is a sweetheart. The manager is a dick. To bad for the rude service. Would recommend but would not go back because of the rudeness.

Over all pretty good. Besides the staff being assholish and giving me shit for my prop. 215 and it's robust sweet flavor and smell, and the occasional tiny cock roach overall pretty good.

If they didnt have Rude staff I would reccomend this place. The only downside besides that is that There's no hot water. 2 times we've stayed here and both times, separate rooms the water won't get more than luke warm. However, the quality and overall niceness of the rooms is better than some of the other motels in the same price range. They do have a refrigerator and microwave, and coffee pot which is more than the competition that I've seen. The price is also affordable. A few dollars cheeper than motel 6.

Wouldn't recommend staying there. Thier rooms are infested with vermon and rooms do not get serviced.

I stayed there 5 mo. And enjoyed it. The people were friendly and the place was clean. I have to go back there in a couple of weeks for 2 more months and plan on staying there.

I tend to look for the lower priced hotels, so I don't expect much. The guy was very rude, I think he thought just because my boyfriend and I are younger, we were gonna start trouble or something. The next morning he walked in our room when we were sleeping, and it was still before checkout, didn't knock or anything. Very very rude. Never going to go there again. Not to mention the sink was all messed up, holes in the wall and bathroom door. Not worth $60. Assholes.
