Reviews of Ayres Hotel Costa Mesa Newport Beach 4*
Really clean, location was by great.
Hotel is very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant is open which is so nice, being some others don’t have their restaurants open during this time. Food was yummy.
Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful property and comfortable rooms.
we started coming here 25+ years ago with our girls. Now I am here with my daughter and granddaughter who loves it as much as we have. Great service and food in the Courtyard.
Pet friendly very nice pool and great atmosphere. Will definitely be staying here again.
The hotel was nicer than I expected and we enjoyed mingling with other guests at the pool. Really enjoyed the relaxed environment.
Good places and good atmosphere.
Nice ambiance and food. Great place to chill.
Beautiful hotel absolutely clean the rooms are very clean and smell really good … the pool was great … I would definitely recommend this hotel …
This is a beautiful hotel. The pool is great. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant in the bistro restaurant with plenty of room for social distancing. The room is very nice, also. I highly recommend this hotel.
The good one ☝️, it was one of the best in are.
I love the building and amenities! The staff at the Chateau Restaurant were wonderful and friendly and helpful! Our room was great, I just wish our patio had somekind of view instead of being a closed in brick wall. Maybe some plants or flowers on the walls and a small wall waterfall fountain would make it more appealing and comfortable and relaxing!
Very romantic atmosphere, love the fireplace especially when the lights are out!
Started with very bad experience. Manager moved us in the Executive suite and everything was perfect. They have old and ugly smelly suites and the next building has beautiful bigger suites with Jacuzzi.
Excellent hotel very clean good space and beautiful areas have good parking and close to gas station fast food and more places nice. I recommend it.
Great place to stay and a great area to explore.
Everything was amazing. Will definitely search for Ayres Motels.
Beautifully appointed hotel room
Over looking the pool.
Very friendly, very nice. Good service.
Beautifully ambiance and very upscale decor. What I especially liked was the Jacuzzi tubs in the bath. Definitely plan on going back.
I've been coming to this hotel for 25 years — same week every year — and I've always had an exceptional experience. This year I'm sorry to say, I was pretty disappointed. I was put in a room overlooking the pool (the first time ever) and the noise in the pool was outrageously loud until 9:30 at night. I had inquired about another room when I checked in but the representative said nothing on the side halls was available, even though I had made my reservation more than 60 days in advance. But the reason for my annual trip is a very important seminar I've attended for 37 years. Having time to prepare and a good night's sleep in advance is very important for my stay. In addition, my bathroom floor smelled of urine — not mine! — and when I walked barefoot I smelled it on my feet when I went to bed! These two experiences definitely colored my impression this year and I may seek other accommodations next year. I love your hotel, but I don't feel you value customers who have come back year after year and deserve to be remembered.
Nice hotel, 10 to 15 minutes away from the beach by car. The room was nice and cozy. Jacuzzi and pool are available. They also have two fitness center, which are very small but gets the job done. Also, the lobby usually has cookies on weekdays. Yum!
I would gladly stay with you again. But in the interest of improving your business and your guests experience… I stayed in the second building, and it kinda felt that way. The doors and paths between the two buildings could be more guest friendly. You probably don't get it because you're there every day, but for me with no car, it was not as convenient as it could be. Breakfast sucked. I loved the room, the bed the pillows etc. Not the absence of bottled water!
Location; direct driveway access appears to be only on the east bound side of Bristol if you approach headed west on Bristol you will need to make a u-turn. The signage out front could be clearer. 2 out of 5. Service; service is excellent. Rooms are cleaned with out disturbance or intrusion. 5 out of 5. Quality; rooms are very clean no untoward smells despite the close proximity to John Wayne Airport noise levels are perfectly quiet once inside your rooms. The beds are extremely comfortable as well. 5 out of 5
This hotel is 5 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The pool area has lots of seating and a great happy hour in the afternoon. The lobby had coffee and pastries out in the morning and cookies out in the afternoon. There is a strip mall next door with a massage place and a bus stop right outside the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.
I had never stayed at this hotel before and I was very impressed. The room that I had was lovely and looked as though it had just been renovated. The room was quite spacious, clean, and well decorated. The tub/shower combo was fantastic. I only wish I had been able to stay longer to really take advantage of all the hotel had to offer.
High points: 1. Comfortable, clean room with excellent air conditioning 2. Group lunch and dinner for Seaway China invitees were very tasty. 3. Courteous staff 4. The airport shuttle was a nice feature.
First time at Ayers Hotel. It exceeded my expectations. Very beautiful and historical. I enjoyed every moment from breakfast in the garden, night time hot tub and late night conversations with new friends in the living area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Or room is good. There weren't extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed in the room. We asked housekeeping for them, then five hours later, my son went again to ask for them at the reception desk. We'll see if they ever show up. This hotel is otherwise fine.
Great hotel in a sea of options! This hotel is very large although you might not expect that from the road. They have several floors, swimming pool, bar and restaurant. They are also set up for corporate events with several meeting rooms and function areas. Clean well kept rooms with comfortable beds! Highly recommended place to get a good nights rest!
Love this hotel! The staff is very friendly, rooms and property are clean and kept up. The decor is historical and educational. You get to learn about the Ayres family and Costa Mesa when you stay there. The breakfast is included with your hotel stay and it is really good with a great variety.
The place is gorgeous and the staff is super accommodating and nice. My only thing was it's a bit noisy bc the rooms over looks the pool area and courtyard. There were guests there pretty late and you can hear it in your room. Plus being close to the airport its noisy with the planes. Other than that it's great. Their bar is pretty nice too.
The food was so good! Juan and Miguel were very friendly and cool! He recommended it to everyone!
We booked Ayres Hotel at the 11:30 on a Sunday night. Our other hotel where we had a reservation could only offer us an unlivable room. Well, what looked like a disaster turned out to be our great fortune. We checked in with friendly, efficient people at the front desk, and quickly relaxed in a fantastic room! Everything was perfect — spotlessly clean, quiet, Jacuzzi tub… it was just what we needed after a very long day. Our only regret was that we only could stay one night. However, I know where we are staying the next time we are in Costa Mesa!
Stayed here for my daughter's wedding. It was wonderful and the hotel was great. The only issue was when I went for breakfast I was seated and the guy told me there were a couple large parties ahead of me so it might take a bit longer. After 10 minutes and no server I left. I did go the next day and service was fine. I just didn't think letting me sit for 10 minutes without a server coming by was a black mark on an otherwise great experience.
Hotel service was outstanding. Every hotel employee I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable stay. Very nice restaurant. Will always be my choice for a hotel in the area.
Beautiful hotel, ornately done but in a comfortable way. We got the deluxe double suite and it was spacious and well appointed. The beds were just the right amount of firmness and the pillows were comfy and plentiful. Great water pressure. I really have no complaints. Every thing was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was so awesome. We were there for the OC Marathon and they made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us an extra hour for checkout. The hotel is near the airport but you wouldn't know it from the inside. I was worried when we first got there because of that and the fact that our room was right around the corner from the elevator. I had brought earplugs b/c I knew I had to get good sleep for the race, but I never needed them, the room was so quiet! Unfortunately we weren't able to use the pool or other amenities because we weren't there long enough. The lobby and room was so nice, I would have loved to have been able to check out the rest of the place. If I ever need to stay in Costa Mesa again, I will definitely stay here.
Absolutely love this place. Will be the only place I stay when I come back. The service the food the staff the pool cleanliness Hospitality they treat you like royalty everything top notch.
Wonderful atmosphere. I loved the outdoor fountain. The plants nearby attracted lots of humming birds. I also enjoyed the restaurant. Their hot chocolate and variety of cakes were delicious. The staff was also very attentive. However, I didn't like the pool. The pool was too cold and there were children throwing pizza crusts in the jacuzzi. As for the rooms, they were nicely taken care of and I felt comfortable sleeping there. And a benefit to this hotel is that anything you need is only 10 minutes away. There was plenty of stores and other restaurants nearby. Other than the children at the jacuzzi, it was a wonderful experience.
Stayed here for three nights and felt very well taken care of by the staff and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Fantastic pool and whirlpool area with great seating and privacy. During the day there is some airplane noise from nearby Santa Ana airport but it's quiet at night. Will definitely stay here again.
The hotel staff at check-in and check-out were incredibly friendly and polite. The bed in our room was rock solid which made for poor sleep and sore backs. Overall pretty clean except our young son found a condom under the bed, fortunately it was not used and still in packaging. No complimentary breakfast but had free cookies in the lobby. Loud airplane noise as it is across the street from the airport.
Lovely hotel … a real surprise and trip back to the days of luxury hotels! The rooms were large and the furniture was classic high end bedroom decor. I hope to return in the future.
This was a nice and cozy place. Hotel staff was very nice. The bar/restaurant was good, not great but had plenty of selection. Very close to the freeway. Would stay again.
Great stay! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice pool and fitness facility. Friendly staff. Great location — close to airport and eateries, but still quiet.
This was not The Ayres I remember. Although the shared common areas are beautiful, the recently remodled rooms are just so so and resemble more of a Holiday Inn. The water pressure was very low and the water temperature was warm, but not warm enough, which made me question why they would have spent the money for a jacuzzi tub. I could never get it warm enough for my liking. I notice detail. The mix of chrome and bronze fixtures did not blend well. There was paint splatter on the faucet and the bathroom caulking looked like it had been done by a 5 year old, very sloppy. The bed linens were rough and had a starchy crunchy feeling. I remember in the past their beds were so comfortable you never wanted to get out. Now they are so uncomfortable that you don't have much desire to get in. This used to be a consistantly well above average chain, I'm not sure what is happening. Beautiful on the outside, getting lost on the inside.
My son had a bad experience at this hotel. They are supposed to give free shuttle service within 3 miles and the shuttle driver dropped my son off at his desired location but never bothered to return for him at the appointed time. He left my son stranded and when my son called the guest services back, the hotel stated that the driver was too busy to assist him.
Hotel was a bit dated and they were actively working on renovations. My other friend who also stayed at the same hotel had a significantly nicer room than I did but nonetheless, the hotel was above normal standards. Wished my stay could have been better without seeing construction and smells related to that during my stay. Should be better in the future after renovations hopefully.
The hotel is beautiful, and the bathtub is big.
They're trying hard but getting mediocre results. Hotel is a plain box with rustic French shutters stuck on. Lobby is slathered with marble tile, which turns out to be misplaced. Halls have carpeting from a casino in Vegas in the 1970s. Room was clean, bed and linens not particularly comfortable, thermostat not working. Bathroom floor tiles very polished, very slippery. Both people in my party slipped on them, with one minor injury resulting. Ayres needs a smarter interior design consultant.
Very nice hotel. This is my second stay there (both for business) and the hotel is comfortable and the staff is friendly and professional. They are in the midst of renovating their Junior Suites and the renovated (as well as pre-renovation! ) rooms are comfortable and up to date. Wireless Internet access is included, and they have a hot and cold breakfast bar available (for an additional fee). Quiet place — very relaxing.
Very comfortable rooms. Hotel full of character. Excellent food in the restaurant. Staff all helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
They have a nice hotel here. Very nicely decorated, and the service was great. They are in kind of a difficult spot to get in and out of as they are right on a corner of two very business streets. Overall, a nice place for the money.
I enjoyed my stay and will be back. Shuttle to UC Irvine is one main reason I choose this Hotel. Workout room is good. I did not eat in the restaurant but nearby places. see you again Staff at front desk was always helpful!
The hotel was beautiful and charming. Two disappointing things were: 1. There is no hair dryer provided for the suites and 2. All of the pillows were very soft and flattened easily, offering both firm and soft pillows in the room would be a nice change (there were 4 pillows and all were soft).
The entire staff were friendly and always helpful. The hotel was always clean. I was there for a one week workshop. I really enjoyed my time there, as a first time stay. I will definitely be back soon! I did give 5 star ratings on my trip advisor "boyboykatne". :)
Location is convenient for restaurants and freeway access. The hotel is clean and service is good. It is very dated and old but it is still nice. The room was inexpensive and a great value.
A beautiful property. Rooms are all newly remodeled, and very clean and comfortable. I was very surprised about the nice bar, great food, and good prices. Would definitely stay here again!
It was a nice hotel. The decoration was amazing and beautiful. The room were spacious. Would stay again there is need be. Great price as well.
Stayed here for five nights and really loved the place. It's a large Hotel with a few courtyards and a restaurant. The artwork and atmosphere is very nice around the hotel itself. Very comfortable rooms that were clean and lots of additional space for conferences and meetings. Hotel staff was very friendly from the front desk to the maitre d to the chambermaids.
Very clean room & a very comfortable bed! The staff is friendly & gave great advice about places to visit in the area. The free hotel shuttle brought to Newport Beach, which was a lovely bonus. The continental breakfast had good variety. The only complaint I could have is that the shower's water pressure was very low. Overall, a great stay!
The hotel exceeded my expectations. My room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The 2 courtyards were beautiful! I so thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet — it was excellent! When doing business in Orange County, I will definitely stay at the Ayres Hotel.
Beautiful hotel. Loved the indoor and outdoor hallways allowing for breezes. Rooms are nice size, liked the extra counterspace and sink outside the bathroom. Comfy beds. Only downside was a bad smell to the lobby and first area and up to the second floor open to lobby.
Our stay started with a negative experience but Lesley put in all the effort to turn it into a great one for my family of four! She listened to our concerns and was quick to resolve them. She has great customer service skills and is an asset to Ayres Hotels. The room was spacious and clean, jacuzzi style tub was awesome, front office staff was very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious!
Double queen room overlooking the courtyard. Thought it would be louder, but besides a few loud talkers at breakfast one morning, didn't really matter. Right by the airport, but in the room, noise wasn't too bad. The pool was nice during the day when the sun was shining down in, and nice at night, out of the breeze. Breakfast buffet was good, with scrambled eggs, tortillas, crispy bacon, french toast, cereal, and pastries. Big fluffy towels and comfortable beds made the rooms cozy. Front desk staff was helpful, and rooms were always cleaned by mid-afternoon.
Nice hotel. Very clean. We chose it for location four our daughters wedding in Newport Harbor. A group of us stayed here. I did not require any particular service, but other people in our party did and got excellent and quick service. We ate both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant due to convience. Again, the service really good, the food average and a bit pricey. I think that if you are staying for more than one night, breakfast should be included.
Overall great experience. Nice big rooms, pool area was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was nice with great variations. Poolside cocktail service was very nice also. Room service was delivered quickly. Only issue was trying to contact room service. No one answered and I was transferred multiple times. Overall great hotel. The shuttle service is great. It took me to the mall and I just took a lyft back but the shuttle would have picked me up I had called the hotel and requested a pickup.
Is rustic the right word to describe this hotels interior design? Very nice. Large rooms. The second floor of the main building overlooks the lobby. Located right next to the gas station AND a 7 eleven. Right next to the freeway. No need to leave the hotel to get food because the restaurant woke up my taste buds every time. From their salads to their seafood bisque. Some of the best hotel food I've had. Staff was nice as well… But the FOOD! Haha.
Great and clean hotel. My daughter is diabetic and had seizures. I requested for a microwave for daughter who needs to eat in the middle of the night. I had to walk/run down the hallway to care for my child. The only way I was getting a microwave was to upgrade to a suit. Front desk doesn't care for the health of their guest. Front agents has major attitude that needs to be fixed. Never will I stay at this hotel.
The property has a unique style and feel that was comfortable and welcoming. The warm cookies at check-in didn't hurt, either. My room was clean, and fairly quiet. The event that I attended on-site was accommodated in nice size meeting rooms with ample natural light. Lunch for the event was served outside by the pool, and the buffet of sliders was a great, creative idea, and very tasty, including salad and fruit plates, so I was able to eat healthy.
Wow! What an amazing experience. We had the best day of our lives having our wedding here. From the moment we met Laura I had a good feeling about the place. The intimacy of the cermony area had me sold. And the outdoor reception area was one of a kind! Having the dance floor inside the little room had me a little worried at first. But we did our first dance out by the pool and when the dance floor opened up everyone was there anyway! It was nice to be able to get outside and get air and have space and a quieter place to talk and mingle too. Seriously, having our wedding here was the first of many great decisions that made our wedding day amazing. I cannot that Laura enough for being so incredible and helpful throughout the whole process! Thank you Ayres, you made our wedding day so perfect.
We use Ayres, Costa Mesa for our company's clients weekly. They accommodate our clients greatly and when our staff needs to stay, they always do the same.
It was my daughters birthday and we were in town for a family birthday dinner. My girls love the Ayres, love the pool, jacuzzi, complimentary cookies and the cozy get away itself. The awesome staff had a cute birthday greeting for my daughter with a treat, when we checked in. So sweet♡
Suggestions of a couple things that wo…uld have been helpful;
A vending machine and ice on first floor… if there is one we didn't find it. Which leads to my next suggestion. A map of the grounds and times of everything going on on-site. Breakfast, pool hours, check-out, restraunt hours, shuttle and what's available.
Thank you Ayres staff… another great stay.
Very clean and classy hotel. Decor is "old world esqe" and very posh. The breakfast is fantastic, and the other accomodations are very nice as well. Staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything. The pool area and guys are nice as well. Short walk to local restaurants and coffee shops. Great hotel, I will be back.
The room was very clean and well kept. The food at the hotel was good, but not great, plenty of room for improvement in that area. The service, when needed was quick. Location of the hotel is close to other attractions that make it ideal, but the area around the hotel is a little congested, along with the parking being congested as well. Overall, a better hotel then others I have stayed at.
On the night of our stay, June 18th, there was a wedding. We were put in room 223 which is over the patio where the wedding reception was. It was horrible. Noise until 10:00 at night. If I had known we would be staying in a room where there was a wedding taking place, I would have not stayed at your hotel! Why on earth, would we be put in a room over a wedding reception? So rude! We went to turn on the t. V. To tune out the noise and there was no remote! REALLY! So we had to wait for someone to bring us one. The next day, there was only one cup for coffee. I think the maid must have been lazy or not committed to her job. Who knows if she cleaned the toilet! That morning it was a good thing that we got up early. Approximately 30 mins before we left, the Mexican maids were talking so loud they would have woke the dead! This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We will not be coming back. When we checked out there was no "Thanks for staying with us" or "How was your stay? " The receptionist could have cared less.
Was able to book an extra night of equal value upon arrival which was nice. Friendly service, but disappointed that two guests had to share the hide-a-bed because an extra roll-away was unavailable. Had to request extra blankets twice, but the extra towels were delivered promptly. A lovely courtyard area and plenty of services within walking distance.
I was happy with the overall look of the hotel and the amenities offered, and the staff was friendly and on top of things. However, the reason for my rating is due to our sleeping experience. The bedding was not good which for me is a non-negotiable. The pillows had no life and became flat and unsupportive almost immediately. Additionally, the bedding itself got bunched under us easily, making the sleeping surface uncomfortable. While I did like the hotel overall, we were only there for a quick night and would have loved to get a good sleep, particularly paying a bit more for a nicer hotel.
Hotel is very attractive. Room was clean and well appointed but a/c unit was loud. Tv remote didn't have a guide button to see listings and Also could hear music from an event one floor below while trying to relax and go to sleep. Pool is in courtyard so if u have an interior room it will be noisy due to echo chamber pool area. I would stay again but in a room further from pool and banquet rooms.
The accommodations were perfect for our group of about 18 people. We had the rooms by the courtyard and were able to gather inside and out. Kara Kellogg and Winston were fabulous in working with us on the rooms during the entire planning stages and made certain that we had dinner reservations at your on-site restaurant. The beds were comfortable. Rooms very clean. Staff exceptionally accommodating. And, we plan to have another event booked there soon. Thank you.
Comfortable quiet room. It was a romantic, lovely place to stay for our anniversary. The patio was beautiful with all the spring flowers in bloom and a relaxing place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and appetizers. We also enjoyed the attractive sitting area adjacent to the lobby.
Went for a bit of breakfast and a drink with a friend before her flight. The courtyard at their restaurant is really pretty. The staff was super courteous. The prices weren't bad. The drink was what you would expect at a mid range hotel. All in all we've decided to go back soon for lunch as a nice break from work.
I have stayed here previous to this stay. I have never had any problems and I love the Ayres for any stay of mine in California. The check in and check out are easy and quick. This time, I was running late to check out and needed another hour. I called the front desk and let them know and they were totally okay with it and did not up charge me. My room was clean and well maintained and housekeeping was understanding of extra things I requested.
I am leaving a five star review for this wonderful hotel. Everyone here was exceptionally kind and helpful. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and could always answer our questions, the shuttle was always ready and the drivers were prompt and courteous, and the restaurant is affordable and delicious. We are frequent travelers to this area so our daughter can receive medical treatment and we will not even think of staying anywhere else!
We have stayed at this location several times. It is close by our family. We love the one bedroom suite room, just wish the price was less for return customers. Room is clean and staff is very helpful as always.
The hotel is nicely decorated and kept clean. There could be better signage leading to the front desk. We pulled up under the large portico only to find that the front desk was in the adjacent building. The room was nicely appointed, spacious, and clean. The whirlpool tub was a nice feature. The wait staff in the breakfast room need training in hospitality, and English, as their Spanish was very difficult to understand. When we arrived in the breakfast room the host greeted us by saying, "Yes. " When I told him we were there for breakfast he asked for our room number. When he looked it up he said, "Breakfast is not included. " I had to ask if we could still eat there. He told us we could at $12.99/person. After I informed him that I knew there was a charge he said, "Okay, go ahead. " He acted more like a bouncer than a host. I would stay at the hotel again but will go somewhere else to eat.
Good spot to unwind; nice, friendly atmosphere. Restaurant within hotel has delicious, fresh food and parking is never an issue. Free Wi-Fi, cookies, newspapers, and a nice breakfast buffet, gym facilities, pool, spa. Only downside if you can't turn left from exiting the hotel, other than that no complaints.
The hotel was nice, the rooms decorated nicely and very clean and the front desk staff was friendly. I would stay again. Considering the hotel is situated adjacent to the airport, the rooms were very quiet. The only one issue I had was when we called to make the reservation, we told the representative that we were attending the AnaJet training course and would like the AnaJet preferred room rate and was wondering if we could take the free shuttle to the training. We were told that the shuttle runs there and it was very close to the hotel; however, upon arrival and check in, we asked what time the shuttle would be going to AnaJet and we were asked if we had made a "shuttle reservation"? We said, well, no, when we called we asked about the shuttle going to AnaJet on Friday and were told "yes, it runs there", and were not informed we had to make a separate and distinct "shuttle reservation". We were told that the shuttles were booked up and we would have to take a cab. This was very disappointing, to say the least. I believe the front desk staff should have informed us when we made reservations that we would also need to make reservations for the shuttle as well. This diminished the enjoyment of our stay quite a bit.
I found the hotel extremely charming. The public areas are welcoming and beautifully decorated. The rooms are very comfortable. I enjoyed several perks such as the HBO included with the TV selections and the availability of daily newspapers. The shuttle service was so convenient. I really felt taken care of during my stay. The pool area is delightful. I loved the spa, the alcoves and the curtains. It brought to mind a place where Carole Lombard and Errol Flynn might have hung out.
My family's stay at the Ayres Hotel and Suites in Costa Mesa was comfortable and met with warm service. Once we were able to find our room, which had a pool view, we were able to access a variety of the entry doors for our different loading, unloading and entering purposes (e. G. Surfboards, luggage, etc…). When we needed extra towels, they were delivered within a few minutes. The breakfast bar in the morning was tasty and had a good variety of offerings (e. G. Eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, and pastries). The food quality was quite good compared to other hotel breakfasts (where the quality is edible although poor). Our room was well maintained although on the last day, we found a broken finger nail on the carpet. Especially with our crawling infant, finding that was rather unsanitary and gross. Aside from that, our overall experience with Ayres was positive.
I am always impressed every time I stay at the Ayres Hotel in Costa Mesa. The staff is a welcome sight after my travels. They are consistently helpful and courteous, and they make me feel like a welcome guest. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and made for either couples or two singles. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and the waiters are outstanding. I love the heated pool and hot tub after an exhausting day at BASI. There are two closer hotels, but they are far less enjoyable and pleasant. I will always stay at theAyres.
