Very clean facilities with extremely friendly staff! I know it's a ploy but, I bit into it… :-) They served fresh, hot, chocolate chip cookies as we came in. They also had chilled lemonade and Waters for us. In Yuma Arizona, in August, this was a big plus!

Spent 2 weeks here. Not many problems but one day a guy barged into my room holding a chair. He said I needed it but I already had a chair. The new renovations are nice though.

Checking in was a breeze. Host was super friendly. We were welcomed with cookies and a bottle of water. Room was like new. Pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was top notch. Will stay here again. A+.

Nice place. They're renovating their rooms. Nice and spacious, very "open. " The rooms have a fridge and microwave, but mine didn't have a stove. Maybe three suites do? They also serve breakfast starting at 6, but for those unfortunate souls who have to before 6, they have to go breakfast bags. Nothing major, but still cool they do it. I left at 5 and they will had the breakfast area open so I was able to also grab a parfait. Staff is nice and friendly. They have lemon water and cucumber and lemon water in the lobby until maybe 8? 9? I was out when they put them away. But they also bake cookies and put those out in the evenings, which is nice. Only downsides are elevator was kinda slow, nowhere to hang hand towels in the bathroom after drying your hands or whatever other else, and renovating rooms. The renovating didn't really bug me as I wasn't near the renovations. But I was in the same floor so looking down the hall isn't great. Staff is nice and friendly.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. The beds are soft and comfortable. Wish the pillows would have been more firm but they make up for it by giving you a lot of them. The shower is spacious, it has sliding doors so no fighting with shower curtains.

Our room smelled like smoke. Got downgraded to another room without a significant discount. One of our keys didn't work. The railing to get into the jacuzzi was loose and dangerous.

Clean room, comfy bed, nice amenities. Free bottled water. Coffee, cookies, fruit, ice water in lobby. All good. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Our company booked a meeting room and a couple of hotel rooms for a few days. All of the staff who work there are accommodating and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed the evening before. They even brought us extra cords when we didn’t have enough. The front desk staff and manager are professional, but also friendly. Rooms are well cleaned and everything feels fresh after a long day. The lobby is consistently being refreshed and breakfast has yummy fresh fruit as an option. I was pleased with my stay and will book again!

This place is horrible! I was there for an event. We were using several of Hamptons event rooms. I went to the lobby to sit down and they said I can't sit there because they haven't cleaned up from breakfast and I would have to wait 45 min in a crowded 10x10 couch area (with no room to sit). Then he told me to go wait in my car because people here for events don't have access to the lobby area anyways. So, I waited in my car like he said (in 90 degree weather… it's Yuma). Then a guy with a leaf blower comes over, so I rolled up my windows (in 90 degree weather) and blows stuff all over my car! What kind of customer service is This!

Excellent customer service so many amenities. Have coffee available 24/7 and flavored creamer cucumber water and lemonade available.

Really big room (2 queen bed option with pull out sofa bed). Nice sitting area, big bathroom and desk. Really clean, no smells. I would highly recommend. Very helpful and nice front desk. This is our first night, I wil add more on the last day.

We didn't stay there, but attended a meeting there. If there guest rooms are anything compared to the lobby & meeting rooms then they're phenomenal to say the least! Nice job Hilton!

Hampton in and Suites Yuma is always a friendly and clean place to stay. The rooms have been recently remodeled. They have a very good breakfast. The location is eady to find and very convenient next to Yuma Palms mall. There are lots of dining, shopping and entertainment options eitin walking distance including a movie theater.

This is a First Class property in Customer Service! Very clean and comfortable. They go out of their way to please. I will always try to stay here if possible. I was very impressed.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Access to fruit and cookies most of the day at the lobby was nice. Breakfast was availbe earlier than advertised which was good for me. Fresh brewed coffee selection every morning as well. I stayed at the Hilton down the way and enjoyed Hampton more. However the location is not preferred for me. It's next to a mall so traffic is terrible and restaurants within walking distance is mostly chains so for that, I prefer the Hilton location.

This is a nice, comfortable Hampton Inn. There are lots and lots of food choices nearby and it's not far from the highways or Yuma airport. The rooms are pretty standard for a Hamton In, which is a good thing. Staff is very friendly. I think the bathrooms we're pretty recently done and we're very nice.

Horrible experience, accidentally booked here for the Marine Corps ball, tried to cancel the day of and switch the Hilton by main st, but the General Manager Erica wouldn't let us cancel saying "it was policy". Went online "Where we booked through the Hilton site" and they said they could cancel, they put me on hold and came back and said the the General Manager refused to let the refund go through. So now I lost $119 and had to book throught the ither hotel. I cant belive someone in the poistion wouldn't help, I understand rules but. It seemed vindictive. Will never stay there.

Good. As always. A storm had taken out power to half the city making check-in very unpleasant but they did their best I think. Terrible cookies though.

The hotel is great. Breakfast was great. Only problem was the uncomfortable bed. I've stayed in quite a few Hampton Inns and all the beds are comfortable.

Everything was clean and in good shape. Comfy bed and dish tv. Room was a little dated aesthetically speaking. Breakfast was your standard complimentary breakfast. Location was great as there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. My stay was enjoyable.

The fact that we had an on going issue with our a/c unit most of our stay, maintenance being rude about it only giving us a fan until morning (which I refused and was persistent to have them fix it that night… even though it ended up breaking again in the middle of the night. ) and only getting comped one night for that suite for the issues with the a/c even though I reserved 2 suites & 1 standard paid over $700… didn't sit well with me. Keep in mind, we had a newborn and a 1yr old in the room where the a/c continued to give out. The only good I can say. Is the front desk reps were nice, hotel was clean, great breakfast bar but truthfully the money I paid wasn't worth it to me. Personally, I probably won't be going back. Wish all the best of luck. -Based off my opinion and experience, take it how you may.

I travel a lot and in particular I travel a lot to Yuma. Hampton Inn at Yuma Palms has had many great things to consider when looking for a place to stay, no matter if for one night or several. Location is perfect right off Highway 8. Yuma Palms offers outdoor shopping mall from Dillard's to Target with a wide selection of restaurants from In and Out, Cracker Barrel, Kneaders, Starbucks, Aho Sushi and Steak, Buffalo Wild Wings and MORE! Want a box store — you'll find Sam's Club here too. While location and proximity to the above is great, the ENTIRE staff, lobby and rooms are AMAZING! Clean and I'm OCD about germs is something I can always count on. The customer service level is delivered from a sincerely caring person who literally cares and goes out of their way to make you feel and know you are important and providing you with service so great, you're going to ask for a late check out and not be in a rush to leave. Thank you Yuma Hampton Inn for always making me feel like I am staying with family. Keep it up!

It was a very pleasant stay in Yuma. The continental breakfast was very good, may family took advantage of it every morning before heading out to explore the city and its surroundings. The staff was accommodating even letting us use the hot tub after hours after a every long day.

The Hampton Inn was great. They have and amazing complementary breakfast with a large variety of items. They also provide all day tea lemonade coffee and cookies. The rooms are fairly big and the sheets are cleaned daily if desired. Overall, 10 out of 10!

This is my go-to hotel when stopping in Yuma. Great location, clean, good breakfast in morning. Easy walking to restaurants. Friendly staff. Great AAA rate.

Location is great: right next to plenty of shopping and dining, also great access to main roads. All of the staff I met were very friendly. The rooms were clean, and they had all the amenities that you expect from a Hampton Inn. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff is very friendly, walking distance to tons of great restaurants, and the cookies at the end of the day are awesome.

My husband's in the military so we travel a lot and we always look for a Hampton Inn and Suites. We LOVE this hotel chain. The Hampton in Yuma was beautiful! Friendly employees that are extremely helpful and polite! This hotel is fairly new about 2yrs old so it's beautiful! Our room was very clean, the furniture and the bathroom were immacculate and the beds are sooooo comfortable! You not only get a good nights sleep on a great bed but they shower you in soft fluffy pillows. The complimentary breakfast is really good too. Lots of healthy choices! I can go on and on about this wonderful hotel.
