Great coffee here. Straight from the machine with 2 sugars and I loved it, not your typical black death. I wish I paid attention to what kind it was. Complimentary breakfast was good too. Nice rooms as well. We had a TV, fridge, and microwave in addition to a bathroom that hand easy to use timers for the light and fan.

This hotel is the absolute best. They have an around-the-clock shuttle that picks you up and take you wherever you need to go. They picked us up from the airport after we missed our flight, they offered to take us to any store or restaurant we wanted to go to and they even drove us through California to the Mexican border. It's clean and not over crowded. The have all the essentials you could think to ask for too. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. The breakfast is basic but it's clean, they also have a happy hour at their in house bar every night where you get two free drinks. The bartender Donald is the best. You get complimentary bottled water in your room every day which is helpful in weather that's over 100 degrees. It's also perfectly located near a mall and about a dozen food chains. Everything from Italian to Chinese to steak burgers and ice cream is nearby. I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel at all… This one hotel would make me recommend any other Best Western. Again, I had an awesome stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at Best Western. The room was extremely comfortable, including the bed and pillows, which is important after several hours of driving. Can't say enough about the breakfast buffet, everything was delicious. Service from the front desk was friendly and informative. Will stay here again.

Nice friendly staff. Reservation was for a two queen bedroom. We were given the choice of an upstairs or downstairs. We chose downstairs for the sake of our daughter and hassle with luggage. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The shower and restroom great! Didn’t attend breakfast but was told they had a breakfast buffet. Overall experience was great! We would stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean, comfotable, and updated. However, they could take a closer look at maintenance. The toilet flap needed a hand in the tank to make it go down after flushing and the tub drain was slow while showering. Nevertheless, the photos are a good representation of the motel. We enjoyed the pool and workout room. There is also a comfotable reading room and lobby. We'd come back.

I was here for a business trip and really enjoyed this hotel. It is clean, rooms are decorated with contemporary decor and the staff is friendly and professional. I really appreciated the free shuttle rides they offered. The breakfast was tasty and I enjoyed the free happy hour as well. I would stay here again.

This hotel is huge! We were upgraded due to our Diamond rewards status so we stayed in a beautiful suite with a jacuzzi tub. Bed was comfortable and the grounds were quiet. Breakfast was very good and so was the staff.

Very upset this time. Stayed here more then 25 nights over the last 2 years. I don't know what's changed, but housekeeping gets an "F" from us this time. We were fighting the whole time for what we booked, which was one of the LARGE suites and a soaking tub. We NEVER got it. We are platinum members but were treated far from it. Ashley at from desk was missed! Breakfast and staff get an "A" from us. Diane at front desk is not familiar with this property. Untill she is nothing will work right. Head housekeeping needs to be replaced. Asap. Sorry but it's a fact. Way way below acceptable this time around. Going back in April to presidential suite. I will demand to treated better this time. I'm not letting anything slide. Best western rewards is with me. I do LOVE best western Yuma palms! I want it to be better again. Drain the swamp.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. Good breakfast every morning. Overall, a positive experience.

I'm on my way back again! I love this place. It's amazing. It's really clean, staff is top notch. The breakfast is really great. We have stayed in the presidential about 5 times. And one of the executive suites as well. The privacy is wonderful. They put the rooms so perfect. The prices are unbeatable. I can't wait for Friday to come. I love this place so much, I could live there. You guys rock!

Nice stopping point from southern California to Phoenix Arizona. Hotel rooms are large and clean but a little attention to the darker places could be better. Free snacks and cocktails in the evening. Free hot breakfast in the morning. Good value. Staff was friendly. Shopping mall right by.

Excellent treatment and service from the staff, besides the amenities that the hotel offers (social afternoon where there are some free drinks, pool, jacuzzi), very good location for shopping; Close to department stores, close to restaurants, near the church and very close to the exit to the freeway.

Very attentive and friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed. Happy hour and breakfast were well above our expectations for food choices. My only complaint is the bathroom vanity. Not only is the counter very high (36"? ) But the counter is deep with sink set back about 12" — very hard to brush your teeth. For anyone shorter than 5'5" it's impossible to use the sink without a step stool.

The staff is VERY nice. The rooms are okay, you get what you pay for. Free drinks the night you check in and free breakfast — overall a nice experience! Very good location. Close to a mall, the freeway, and lots of restaurants.

Fantastic breakfast! Beds were a bit hard, but cleaning was awesome (we stayed for a week). Only real problem was that we couldn't get our tub to drain the first day. Maitnence came twice and got it to drain by the third day, so problem fixed! All staff was very pleasant and helpful. I'd definitely come back!

This is a clean, updated, well-maintained hotel. The rooms have been updated with modern design. The grounds are beautiful and contain lots of outdoor seating and cozy spots. The staff is the best I've encountered in a long time; everyone friendly and accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel twice in the past decade, once when I moved to Yuma and two years later, when I moved from Yuma. Due to my past experience, it was my first choice of a place to stay while on a long distance motorcycle trip with friends. Due to three in our party, we needed a suite room with a convertible sofa. This suite room was great with the separate bedroom/living room feature with two entrances to the bathroom from each room. I like the location from this property as it is across the street from the Yuma Palms mall and all of its restaurants and amenities, as well as Interstate 8 off ramps. Great service, and hot breakfast was better than the other hotels who offer a hot breakfast. I will stay hear again.

This is a great Hotel to stay. The Property is Beautiful. Kept up well. Friendly staff. If you have problems they take care of them with no problem. Breakfast is great and wonderful and friendly cook. Visit soon.

Nice looking and cute but a bit too much background noise.

The room was clean, recently somewhat updated. Pet friendly. Cafe/bar on site with 2 complimentary drinks. The bed was ok comfortable. Located near lots of shopping and restaurants.

When I arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful during check in. I arrived right in time for the free burger and drinks provided by management in the restaurant, which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. I rented a room with a private Jacuzzi which was at a great military member rate. The king size bed was very comfortable, the room was large, and the bathroom was adequate (which was great, I wasn't expecting a fancy bathroom). I very much enjoyed spending the night in my private Jacuzzi, relaxing before the last day of my cross country drive. Also, the hotel is pet friendly, and charged a fair fee of $20 for my dog. Overall, this was my best (and possibly cheapest) stop while driving across the U. S.

Best Western Yuma Hotel and Suites was an excellent choice! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the amenities were good and appreciated, but by far,,,, the staff was fantastic (professional, friendly, and helpful). Enjoyed my stay and will return again next year.

We go to Yuma a lot and did not realize that this weekend was a well-known dove hunting season. So the hotel was extremely busy but they managed to take care of everything and everyone so kudos for that. Our room was good, the bed was great. I loved their pool, it actually was heated — many Yuma hotels say they are heated and it turns out that's not quite true. Breakfast was pretty good felt bad for the poor chef cuz they were up in the middle of the night feeding the Dove Hunter's so they had a long day but everybody else in the hotel had hot breakfast and a cheery attitude from the chef was nice to see. We will utilize the Best Western in Yuma the next trip down.

This is a solid Best Western, great front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms and convenient location right by I8 and the mall. I am giving 4 stars because this is a great dog friendly inn. In terms of other dog friendly hotels/motels in the area against quality, amenities and cost — I would stay here again. They charge a flat $20 if you have pets, external doors allow you easy in and out with your fur babies and their pet area rocks with lots of lush grass! They offer free hot breakfast AND a happy hour in the evenings including 2 adult beverages.

Aubrey is really awesome she went above and beyond her normal duties. She actually took care of us and made sure our stay was a pleasant experience. The thing that made Aubrey so special as a worker is that she took care of us as if she owned the hotel. Employees like this are very valuable when it comes to the work environment. We stay an many BW throughout the year and I honestly have to say she is some of the few that set the bar high for other emplyees to follow. It's not too often that me and my wife give out 10's across the board but because of Aubrey's attitude and personality combined with the comfort of our stay there's no way I can't give nothing less than a 10 if it went any higher I promise I would even go above that. That's how satisfied we were with our stay at the Yuma Best Western.

They have very clean rooms and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable. They even call your room to make sure you are happy with your room. The breakfast is always great and the staff makes sure to make items that are different and fresh. Thank you for a pleasurable stay every time I'm up there.

This place is wonderful. Their rooms are all great and very comfortable. The staff is attentive. The breakfast buffet is my favorite yet. Their pool is to die for and it's a great central location no matter where you are going in Yuma or further. This is definitely our choice hotel for our Yuma trips.

This is an excellent hotel in an excellent location. Very nice rooms and very helpful and pleasant staff. The value for your money is exceptional here, I would definitely stay here again when in the area. We did not have a chance to take advantage of the free happy hour but did have the breakfast. Very good selection of both hot and cold items. If you are looking for a nice clean large room, a great location for a great value — stay here.

We booked the Presidential Suite for four days with the full kitchen and Jacuzzi tub, as we had stayed here before during Thanksgiving and the room was perfect for us. We actually made part of our Thanksgiving Dinner in the room to take to my son's house, and always like to cook our own dinners, and so having a full kitchen is essential. However, when we arrived, the hotel clerk said that the Presidential Suite we booked wasn't available and tried to put us in a different suite with a small fridge and microwave and a regular tub. Before we left home, I had printed my full booking description which said full kitchen, stove, refrigerator, balcony and jacuzzi tub — — as we've had problems in the past with hotels not honoring what we booked. I showed it to the clerk and he said he was sorry, but there were already long-term guests in the room we booked and they planned to stay for quite a while. The clerk asked us if we wanted to see any other rooms and gave us keys to multiple rooms — none of which were even close to what we booked. Every time we walked past the room we booked, it appeared that it was empty. Even from the parking lot, looking at the balcony, it appeared that no one was actually in that room. When we brought it to his attention, he told us that there were definitely guests in that room and they had been there for days and were staying long-term.

Great location and walking distance to a lot of places, if you don't have a car and don't mind a short stroll. Love the staff at PJ's bar, so friendly and breakfast is wonderful. The social hour with free drinks is a very rare treat from a hotel, but this place has got it. Love the pool, clean just like the rooms are modern and good size. They even offer a shuttle service to the border for a decent price. We hear a bit of traffic from interstate but it's not bad. If and when we come back to Yuma, we will come back to this great hotel.

If you're looking for a low price hotel this is it! I paid a convenient price of $89 per night for a King Size room, but you get what you pay for. The room was decent, nothing overwhelming or luxurious in my opinion. The bed was comfortable and having DirectTV was cool. I stayed in the KOFA building. The walls are paper thin! I could here my neighbors cough and even have sex (next door and upstairs as well). Quite entertaining! The air condition worked perfect, but there was a terrible stench of old/stale water whenever it turned on. The smell lasted about 1-2 mins then either it stopped or I just got use to the smell. I also noticed the same thing in the shower and sink. Such an over powering smell. The smell was so uncomfortable that I preferred to use bottled water to brunch my teeth. The hotel is conveniently located to a lot or restaurants and shopping (Target/Walmart). I worked long days the week I was in Yuma and to be able to quickly change and pick up food or hit the downtown local restaurants was convenient. The staff was extremely polite and very nice. Housekeeping did their job very well and I'm appreciative. The bedding was clean and the towels as well, except for one day. I noticed one of the wash clothes I was given was dirty so I his opted to use the other one. Again, this hotel is cool if you want to not spend a lot of money while you're in Yuma. My next trip I'll spend more and stay elsewhere.

Hotel staff was great. Housekeeping… well, they needed some help. The views from this hotel, if you have a room with a view, go for miles! Can even see the KOFA mountains an hour drive away. Easy access to food, gas and freeway, but quiet at the same time.

Great location, but needs so room TLC. Breakfast was good. Lots of stairs to pool and breakfast.

Great accommodation, great staff, great place what more could you ask for.

My husband and I needed a room as our air conditioner had broke just as the true heat of an Az summer had hit in the beginning of June. A young gentleman named "Colton" went above and beyond to get us a handicapped room as my husband was still 100% wheelchair bound from a recent surgery. And the hotel happened to be at capacity that night and the several days that followed while we were there. He made sure that our a/c in the room had been turned down nice and cool and he was incredibly pleasant to work with. Sometimes it's the gracious hospitality from the people who work somewhere that makes your stay enjoyable. Our bed wasn't as comfortable as we're used to at this particular establishment but we were more than happy. It's usually their Cloud 9 beds that draw us to there in the first place. We still managed to get the two room suite we needed even! I hope management reads this so they'll know about this great employee!

Presidential Suite, very nice, but you have to walk upstairs so pack light or make a couple of trips. Free breakfast is in another building, but with a full kitchen excluding oven you can cook your own, dishes were a mish mosh of style but so what you're not having a dinner party, coffee maker is only the 4 cup drip style so I had to make many pots! The shower is large but its about a 8" step up so be careful! Bed was so comfortable. THREE televisions with direct tv, you can watch TV in bed, in the jetted tub or the living room which also has a remot e control fireplace below the TV on the wall. Nicely decorated. The bathroom and tub area has two small sinks, not much shelf space but we made it work. Even has a mini washer dryer in the suite. Large balcony had a large table and 4 chairs in case it is ever cool enough to sit outside… haha it is Yuma so its HOT in the summer. We did not use the pool or jacuzzi but they seemed nice but small. The free breakfast was okay, the standard fare, make your own waffles, hash, sausages, muffins, bagels toast yogurt and some kind of eggs that were just nasty, not your typical scrambled eggs… I eat most anything but these were just awful. You do get 2 free drinks in the cafe in the evenings but we did not attend, still a nice perk. Staff was awesome and helpful and kind. It was quiet and we had no disturbances whatsoever. It is close to many restaurants and shopping, just off the freeway. Not hard to find if you can follow directions.

The hotel is great! Breakfast is excellent, and housekeeping and service are good. BUT Booking with Innsuites is deceptive; this is not a Best Western company but a third party looking like it is Best Western. I had to change my reservation and it became a nightmare!

Crappy place very poor customer service and poorly treated. Stay across the street at la Fuente inn.

I stay here every time I visit Yuma now. I have never had anything less then an exceptional experience. I'm commonly checked in by a man at the front desk named Colton and he has always been very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here if you happen to be in town.

Great place to stay! Nice happy hour and GREAT breakfast with real eggs and bacon and biscuits and gravy instead of the plastic nuked food. Room clean and bed very comfy. Will return for sure.

I stayed there on a Priceline deal and was thoroughly impressed! the breakfast was delicious, it was centrally located next to dining and shopping, and the rooms were clean. Also, the staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to take care of me. If I ever go back to Yuma, I will be staying here.

It is too bad I can't put a picture here, because one picture of the broken and falling out tiles in the shower would sum up this hotel pretty well. Or perhaps a picture of the full size fridge in the living room, or a video clip of it rattling so loud you can't hear the TV. Maybe a picture of the worn out furniture, or door covered in dents. No, it's too bad I couldn't capture the moment I was standing outside the breakfast room freezing, asking to come in one minute early for breakfast, so I could try to not be late, but the surly girl yelled at me "you are too early, two minutes". Just let me in so I can have some juice, at least, perhaps a bagel. Then she was snippy and rude when she did let me in. Sheesh. More than $100 per night I paid for this experience. The advertised rate is for two rooms, and you can be sure they are sold out every time. I wonder if they even exist, and if so, how much worse than this "executive suite" they are.

This poor hotel is trying but still needs help. We stayed in a 2 rm suite. The renovation concepts are nice. However the finishing is poor. Our suite had bubbling wallpaper, poorly trimmed wallpaper, carpet that needed restretched and cabinet toetick fell off. The living room has a nice large flat screen TV that you can see from the couch if you look at over your shoulder at a 90 degree angle. Or you could sit at the desk chair 18" from the screen. The kitchenette has nice granite counters and tile backsplash. Just don't forget to pack your cookware and utensils because there aren't any provided with the room. The couch is a sofa bed — a TWIN sofa bed not mentioned. Taking a shower could double as exercise because you're constantly dodging the either scalding or icy water. The room remained humid, probably because the bathroom fan didn't work properly. The floorplan made no sense. The bathroom door is through the kitchen and the bathroom sink is in the bedroom. So the nearest sink exiting the bathroom is the kitchen sink. We got locked out of our room. Had to hike to the front desk because we though our key had demagnetized. It wasn't the key. Our lock stopped working but no one was available to fix it. We had to stay in for the night or call the front desk when we wanted in our room. We stayed 3 nights. The bed and location were good and they allowed our dog. The only reason we didn't leave after the first night was we didn't want the hassle of checking in somewhere else.
