Comfortable but run down. Staff friendly and nice. Could use better pillows. I would stay here again!

Do youself a favor run as fast as you can when you see this place. The whole experience in here was horrible. When you get here you see a lot sketchy people walking around. I stayed here with my fam tried to make coffee and found a used condom inside the coffee pot and my small child got to see this it was just gross. The shower knob was broken the lights didnt work the floor was gross the beds were dirty the main door handle was loose. Breakfast what breakfast? cereal and waffles please dont stay here if you dont want to get sick.

Hotel room is clean and comfortable. The only thing that didn't make the 5 Stars is the pool is out of order especially when it's 111outside. Kinda the reason why I got the room I really wanted to go swimming!

Toilet started leaking, people arguing outside. Coffee maker didn't work, you know, the usual… lol.

They're going backwards. Rates have increased but service does not improve.

I like the hotel, especially since there are always families staying and that gives confidence in the service.

As always, a home away from home… at a great price… something that's getting harder and harder to find now days.

Let me be honest. I arrived well after sundown and at first thought it was in a sketchy part of town; but then I went to check in and noticed that the clerk was super attentive and really on top of the security cameras. Definitely made me feel better about spending the night there and relieved all fears of my car getting broken into. The room was tidy and it didn't have that "hotel" smell. You know which one I'm talking about. I really appreciated that.

Some sketchy people were staying here and it almost looked like they live in one of the rooms. On the other hand, my room was clean and the couple that manages the place are very nice, and honest.

Really nice room for the price! Everything was clean and wel l put together. Modern motif and, of course, free Wi-Fi. The hotel is close to a lot of attractions and the Kettle restaurant across the street is great, too!

Not terrible. Clean and pretty quiet. The breakfast is nothing to write home about.

Compared to the other hotels in the area this one is the best one to go to guys.

My company and I have been coming here for years but after today will be our last day it's sad because this Motel has so much potential never have we been disrespected and taking advantage of last night my guys and I got here late and was quoted an outrageous price and had already made reservations online. But was told we're already sold out of the normal rooms the price on the outside of the hotel says$43 ended up playing $81.31 which we never paid over the years that I have been coming to this Motel. Which means that is false advertising. Then at 7 a. M. We were woke up by pounding and knocking at the door then management barged into the room stating that we never paid and needed to get out and that she had no record of us paying which means that the night customer service rep pocketed the money. But luckily we had our receipt but the fact that this has happened is strictly unprofessional and never have I or my crew been disrespected like that. If they take money like that who knows what they would do with your credit card information. Also had drug dealers and homeless people and drug users walking around in the parking lot. so please stay away!

Lots of activity at night. Pretty clean staff is nice.

This motel has been taken over by prostitutes and drug addicts. It should be shut down. Whoever runs the place should be fined or jailed. I live in a nearby respectable housing complex. Recently a totally naked speed freak ran around our streets saying he had sex with his daughter, she had a miscarriage at the motel, and he threw the fetus in the trash. The police arredted him then released him avfew hours later. They probably won't protect you either. Avoid this place at any price.

Staff was rude, first room wasn't cleaned properly;toilet and something that looked like fried eggs on the floor? Second room smelled a lot like cigarettes even though it was a non smoke. Over all a bad experience and it didn't get better when the lady said a total of five words to us during our whole check in and when we got a new room after complaining about the first one. Find another place to sleep. Oh, almost forgot, TV didn't work neither.

Horrible staff, a bunch of crack heads running around people constantly selling drugs in the parkin lot you, was harassed by the owner wile taking pics this place is a joke no hospitality dont stay here.

The price is just right for the conveinance of the I 10 freeway and the food options I believe its just right. The staff were very polite and the cleanliness was up to par.

This place is absolutely horrible! Their customer service is the worst and their employees are very rude! I've had to switch out my room keys more than once because initially the first one wouldn't work! There is a bunch of crack heads around and drug dealers. The night shift worker walked into our room around 1 in the morning! Most horrific thing ever, especially being in that area and not knowing if it was someone trying to rob me or someone trying to invade me! We didn't even get an apology from her. She said her name was "Nancy. " She refused to give us any contact infromation to file a complaint. So I hope this helpful for others who decided to stay here. Do not stay here!

1. Room maintenance lacking; switchplates missing on electrical outlets, some lamps missing switches (had to rotate bulbs to turn on or off. ) 2. Bathtub hot water worked by turning temp to 'cold, ' not 'hot, ' and took some strength to rotate knob. Takes considerable time to get hot water in bathroom sink (15 minutes. ) 3. Breakfast area had no butter or margarine (bin was empty) so couldn't use toaster. 4. Literally every time we stepped or walked outside, someone asked us for a cigarette. That probably occurred ten times a day during our three-day stay. 5. Room key entry cards had to be replaced twice; entry switches are old and need upgrade. This was a very unpleasant experience and I would strongly suggest finding some other accommodations.

We stay in hotels all the time for work and at first glance we thought it would be okay. However some of our rooms didn't have t. V. S and we had a cigarette roller stollen from our room. When I called the front desk and they said they don't smoke so there isn't a reason they would take it and they just came in to put towels in our room. We had a do not disturb sign on the door too so there is no reason they should have gone in there anyways. Also still doesn't explain why it was there when we left to go to the store and gone when we got back. Never staying here again. Update: Today we saw border patrol take one of the maids away.

Came here for a 2 night stay. I don't travel often, but when I do I try to find a middle of the pack hotel price wise. For $60 a night this was pretty decent. Room had a small single chair sofa, LCD tv, plenty of lights (room is dark ALL day, you need a light or curtain open for visibility), and everything usual like cable tv, fridge, microwave and clothes hanger. I'm not a coffee drinker, but it was nice to see a coffee machine + everything coffee related there for you. Carpet was clean, walls were clean, blankets and bed were alright. My only complaints were my card not registering after my first night, which the lady up front fixed within a few minutes. The freeway traffic might be a bit loud but bearable if you're tired and sleepy like I was. I never allow house keeping to go in my room until after I leave in order to protect my belongings, and they were respectful of the door sign I put out. Overall this was a very good stay, better than the newly modeled motel 6 I took back in Oregon for a similar price. I highly recommend it to those looking for a decent stay. I walked around and saw shady hotels pricing for $30 and what not, that alone shows the shadyness and quality of their hotels. Spend a little more and have a peace of mind. P. S: The Wifi was amazingly fast and reliable for regular browsing. Not sure about facetiming, but it was pretty good with everything else.

Fridge was broken so they moved us to another room. Great. 20 minutes after relocating to another room, another couple walks in on us because the hotel gave them our key. I'll tell you what… It was the absolute worst moment to be walked in on. That aside. The hotel was a cheap hole in the wall that smelled bad.

Room is a mess, microwave is very old, air condition such as using year of 1990 … very old furniture, bed, bathtub and paid $69.25 for it. Dont go here, people around are smoke weed smell very bad for your kids to stay. I called front desk to change room and he said no. Not friendly customer service.

This is the worst motel I have stayed at they charged extra foe a double bed the maid service is bad rooms aren't very clean and then they charmed the cards alot of money extra and denied it til we showed r accounts the Manger is very rude I don't recommend that motel.

$45 a night — ok! It depends, what to expect for this money. No problems with bugs, beds were not so soft like in other motels; bathroom, towels etc were clean.

This place is a JOKE, STAY AWAY! Carpet was filthy, Refridge didn't work Bug in bed, Bed was 50 yrs. Old, Dirty and not even towels or pillows. They should pay people to stay here.

Was ok. Average. Other houses of this chain we also visited were much cleaner.

We read the reviews on here and were expecting the worst! However, we were pleasantly surprised. First, the rooms were nice, clean, and updated (including the bathroom). Second, the hotel was quiet although my husband did wake up to a train passing by at night. Finally, the continental breakfast was so much better than other places I've stayed. There were juices, coffee, bagels + cream cheese, cereal, and toast. Overall, we thought this motel was clean and great for the price — only $37/night.

Worst hotel area in tucon. The whole area is horrible. You might think the area looks bad and it is. We stay one just one night and we got robbed they rolled down the windows on our truck some how and stole $600.00 in stuff. My advice keep driving out of tucson until the next town. The whole entire service was bad. Rooms were dirty. Also the breafeast was just orange juice and muffins.

WE stayed there in Nov. Over Thanksgiving. It was nasty. No coffee in room and only at breakfast in the office. The breakfast was cereal, toast, muffin, or beigel. And we did it online, they couldnt find our reservation. Good thing we braught all the paperwork from home.

We stayed in this hole for one night on our way to Mexico, It was horrible. Crack dealer with ho in room next door kept us awake all night, moved chair in front of door because door locks are all stripped out. My wife had to get a blanket from our car because we didn, t want to see what was under the blankets. We would have moved that night but had been driving 16 hours and it was late. We are reasonable people and were not expecting 5 star, but this is place needs to be torn down. I would strongly recommend staying in Oro Valley or Green Valley. We will never stay in a Super 8 anywhere again, they have no standards, trust Holliday Inn.
