Simply amazing! A perfect long weekend retreat for a couple. After about 5 visits we still want to go back! :)

Just outside Spoleto… Completely renovated village… well thought out the common spaces. Sober elegance. The swimming pool and the restaurant are beautiful. Visited at the festival of the two worlds.

Just wonderful place. Nestled in greenery. Beautiful swimming pool right in the middle of the park. Feeling of peace and well-being. Excellent cuisine. Great staff and unimpeachable professional.

We had a splendid 5 nights here. The catering was splendid. Breakfast & lunch, mainly. Some of our evening meals we went out to restaurants in the wider area. We were there as a group and took over most of the facilities, including the two lounges and a larger space we used as rehearsal room. The rooms were very quiet and we got a good night's sleep. Some of the group were happy to swim in the open air pool. Spotted in the extensive grounds: a hoopoe in the day, a nightingale at night.

A literal slice of heaven. Super laid back, charming and quiet. We loved our stay here so much and its super accessible to all of Umbria!

Large green spaces, swimming pool and farm in a period complex restored with great refinement. Under The long pergola the tables for ceremonies by candlelight, suggestive fittings for ceremonies and conventions. Excellent Cuisine exalting the Umbrian tradition.

Great modern room, clean. Beautiful grounds and garden, with pool in summer. The huge living room has a honor-system bar and tea/coffee facilities. An annex building has the restaurant that serves up breakfast. Dinner was also quite good.

Very beautiful country house. All is clean and well worked. The location is very suggestive. Breakfast is complete, coffee is good.

A magical place that combines the link with history with the natural beauty of the Umbrian landscape. Everything taken care of in the smallest detail, from food to rooms. Simple but refined furniture, in theme with the philosophy of the place. I hope to return soon!

The most romantic holiday of all! Manicured environments that convey all the charm you a time and the warmth of a home! Excellent breakfast, with table arranged in a simple and elegant!

This is one of the most special places in earth. If you want a laid back experience this is where it starts and ends. The property is stunning, the pool is so beautiful and peaceful. Our room was small, but beautiful and private. Don't expect people to wait on you hand and foot. This place is all about being laid back and leaving you to relax. If you are reading this review just book this place right now.

In a single word… Exceptional! If you stop, you won't want to leave again! Try the restaurant too!

Very relaxing rustic accommodation. Converted farmhouse buildings. Very well kept. Outdoor pool lovely. Spacious grounds with fig trees. Nice continental breakfast, and English breakfast at extra cost. Two large nicely decorated lounges. A few small issues with the room (noisy air-conditioning, broken sink stopper and loose showerhead) and no milk a few times for coffee in the lounge area were strange niggles to be had for a room at 120 euros per night, which kept me from putting 5 stars. Also Sauna was 10 euros extra per person per use. This should have been included in the room price really in my opinion.

Had my wedding here on 17th and it was absolutely perfect, nothing else I could have wished for.

Beautiful, peaceful location. The grounds are charming and each of the well-appointed rooms has its own private terrace. The hotel restaurant serves simple, tasty food and the staff are pleasant. A lovely getaway!

Had a very restful stay. Beautiful grounds with plenty of space to sit and relax amid Umbrian hills. We enjoyed our meal at the restaurant and the service was friendly and efficient.

Warm and equally professional welcome. The place is cared for in every detail and the stay, although only one night, was very pleasant. Abundant and of excellent quality The international breakfast served the following morning, before departure. Helpful staff to provide advice on places to visit and to experience the delicious local cuisine. A place to come back for sure!
