My car broke down in their parking lot, and was waiting for the tow truck. Already been waiting 2hrs, so it was upsetting to be refused by the front desk staff to use the ladies room. Really? where is the humanity? plus its 108 degrees outside!

They are right off the interstate. No restaurants nearby. But within a few minutes drive.

The room smelled like smoke even though it was labeled as non smoking. The staff was friendly but there was shaky characters hanging up and around the property late at night. There was holes in the comforter, the door looked like it has been bashed and was a pain to close or open.

Felt welcomed from the time we walked in. We are smokers. Everyone seems to discriminate against us! Hard to find a decent place to stay! So I would highly recommend this Inn. Very nice and helpful staff and a nice clean room!

They are clean and have a breakfast but it's not great for diabetics. Clean rooms but not enough handicapped rooms. Showers are very nice. Low lip for easy entry just too low toilets and no grab bars for handicapped people! The VA pays and doesn't keep handicapped room for needy patients. Why don't motels have enough handicapped rooms or handicapped height toilets in every room.

I love this motel. Nice staff. Working on remodeling all the rooms. Very reasonably priced. I've been here four times and will recommend it to everyone I hear is traveling across I-10.

Chose to stay here due to it being affiliated with RedLionHotels. I am a rewards member. The is property is AAA Approved Ice maker and guest laundry on site $1.50 US Dollars to wash. The pool is absolutely beautiful, retro-old school. There were 2 grills on site to cook with family, plenty of chairs to lay in the sun. Easy controlled access to pool. Our room (#205) was beautiful, well maintained. Staff offer to clean and restock our towels, coffee etc. There was a great refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Plenty of drawers for our vacation things. Quiet and friendly area. Beds were comfortable and fresh. Thank you for allowing my service animal.

Good hotel to stay a night but not what I would recommend for longer if you are one of those who like quiet places. You hear everything that goes on in the other rooms.

We stopped here on our way driving from Houston TX to visit relatives in San Diego CA. It is Quaint, quiet and nice and clean! People were nice! I recommend this motel and would stay there again! C&B Texas.

Quiet with good price and quality.

This hotel was nice. The price was right. The room was a good size as well as clean. The hotel was quite, no problems. This hotel is in a very good location. Many places to eat as well as shop. This is a good place to stay.

Decent place, good people. Not fancy, but well apportioned for the price. I stay here a few times a year when I come through on business. They are working hard on upgrades and the staff is consistently wonderful. If there is a way to fix an issue, they are on it. The rooms include fridge, microwave and single cup coffee maker. They do have rooms to accommodate pets and /or smokers. They also have a lot across the street for large vehicles like RVs and big trucks. Breakfast is a bit skimpy, but again, for the price I can't really complain.

We've been here for a week so far & just paid for an additional week's stay since we're new to Arizona & still on the hunt for a Home. This place is great. Very clean, attentive to customers & Stacey seems to only work the night shift in the office but she's literally the best of the Staff. We have two little ones so cleanliness & a safe atmosphere is extremely important to us… you will find these qualities here at America's Best Value Inn.

Their maintenance workers started pounding and talking loud at 630 am in the apt next to me. I complained and all they said was we will let them know. Not worth the 72 dollars for this horrible customer service.

A great place to… shopping center, gym, nearby park, bank, laundry, … has it all!

Looks pretty typical from the street but the staff the best, the rooms are SUPER clean, fluffy towels, clean sheets AND blankets, cold air conditoning and breakfast! For the price it CANNOT be beat. Cleaning staff is SOO friendly and VERY thorough. Office staff are so helpful. The ONLY complaint would be the night man. He's rude and very condescending. Other than that it is WONDERFUL for the price. Would have definitely expected far less for the price… EXCEPTIONAL.

Georgia in the office hung up on me on the phone, the room I was in 142 was filthy, the place is full of crack heads and drugs. Nasty nasty. Won’t be going back. Free coffee in the morning was beyond terrible. Felt very unsafe there.

America Best Value Inn (benson hwy, Tucson, AZ) was a pleasant surprise on the inside. Clean, quiet and newly remodeled. It was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and TV. It looks rather dumpy from the outside so I was nervous. But relieved when we walked in. The place was quiet and the lobby offered coffee and cereal for breakfast. While you can’t really walk to much of anything, we booked it given it’s 1 block proximity to the Rodeo parade route.

We stayed in October 2006 for a night here. The room we had booked online and paid what worked great. The room was as usual equipped with two king size beds, bathroom, television, desk and the other trinkets. Sufficient for four people. Shortly after obtaining the room we received a visit from the bathroom. We called it "Mrs. Jaquzzi", something in the way of a cockroach disappeared under the bed and set out over a lingering biscuit. We took it with humor, the receptionist did not want to look at the animal and gave us sight unseen a new room. The motel is located on a busy street intersection and close to the highway. The pool is nice and the breakfast is good. Price at that time $57.

Rooms were clean and we'll kept. Continental breakfast was served in lobby from 7 AM till 9 AM. Staff on the most part was friendly and efficient. I would stay again.

Good location.

I only stayed one night and in that night I was moved to 3 different rooms for various reasons. (1) first one lacked a working phone (prior occupants ripped out the cord) and missing TV remote. (2) The second room wasn't made up by staff but used as a party HQ the night or more before. Gross. (3) The third was eventually OK after a new line for a phone was brought to me along with some Ash trays. Because it was a Non-smoking room to begin with. Before I got the third room they tried to get me to go to another motel. Then the night person realized that I was on a lodging voucher from the VA Hospital. She wasn't happy at all, and told me so, I reminded her that I surely was not the one to be blamed for it Also about the Golden Rule of a Hospitality professional, it is that "The Customer is Always Right" (at least to a point). She smirked.

A very clean and comfortable.

It's not bad but I made a reservation to show up and its cancelled. I am on the do not rent list for unknown reasons. I was out late the last time I was there but other than that I didn't cause any problems. So if you are out on time it's alright.

Convenient for up to 5 people (if you ask an extra matress… which is actually quite comfortable). The people were very nice and welcoming. Rooms were clean though small.

So went to stay at the Americas best value inn. This place is disgusting, I had roaches crawling on me and all over the room… go into the bathroom and there is blood squirted all over the bathroom door from a prior junkie being there. The manager at front desk refused to refund any money only offered to discount another night at the place. Worthless. Dont stay here. Pay the little extra and stay somewhere that actually cleans the property!

Everything was okay except we asked non-smoking, but it stank. It would have earned 5 star.

Completely sucked their customer service is crappy the worst hotel I've ever stayed at they dont give a damn about their customers very rude knocking on the door at 8am seriously?

Horrible. We requested a rollaway bed at check in… 5 hours later, it was delivered to our room. It wasn't delivered with sheets, it has curtains and a pillow. When we moved a bed to make the rollaway fit, the headboard fell off the wall. It was so late at night, with kids, we made due. It definitely reflects poor upkeep. It certainly took away from the comfort of our visit.

I really like this place the only problem is k when you tap a neighbor of the room to hand k does not let you sleep x k has all the music high in the night I think k they do not sleep.

An amazingly clean hotel for the price. It's not an expensive place, you can stay for about $45 a night, but the room is clean, comfortable, and it's mostly quiet. I'd rather stay here for $45 to get a nights sleep than a $300 place… to get a nights sleep.

I've been staying at America's Best Value Inn for approximately a week and a half during this time they have shown the most disrespect and lack of concern for not only my being a guest here but also my safety I told then that I feared for my safety due to another guest staying here threatening me with a metal pipe I asked for simply to be moved into a different room within the camera's view that request was denied in till tomorrow so I have to spend the rest of the night here in a room where no camera views it and I could be attacked easily and nobody would know who did what you tell me if you think this is caring for your guests. My monies will be going somewhere else from this point on I will no longer reside here I will ask for full refund of any remaining days which probably will not be granted. All of this started from someone slipping up insane but I said something but I didn't so it falls on to the fault of either an employee or management of this facility for the reason that I am in a dangerous situation.

Very nice welcome. Outdoor pool very good. Rooms to the standard. But the presence of cockroaches (bed and bathroom) and breakfast is not one. Too bad…

Great service and value for room.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool is nice and clean. The staff is wonderful especially Stacie.

I have, now been at this lovely and very welcoming hotel that I give five plus plus plus stars to, for over a month. I absolutely love it that much here because I said in a previous review, every staff member on every shift, this is to include the awesome security guys all do their part in making the stay here that much more pleasant. I imagine soon I will part from here and I will miss it because I can honestly say for a hotel it is like a second home to me. The cleaning ladies are so nice and treat you with respect and you can but only give that back to them. Gosh so I wish I had extra money to spare because I would want to give them so much. People that have given this hotel anything less than a five ***** star rating came here already looking for flaws and sure, no one is perfect, and what comes from that is second nature… human error, but I looked myself to find wrong in the staff and my room and sorry I cannot report anything negative about my room or the staff… I did say I have been here for over 39 days now… I think by now if there were any my review would reflect that but as you continue to read on I do not have anything bad to say about "America's BEST VALUE INN! " THANK YOU AMERICA'S BEST VALUE INN for everything you do to make this hotel on my list. You deserve more credit then you get and you deserve more than we give. The staff was nice, the room was clean and you get free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Love it.

Decent place. Motel style bathroom. Convenient access off highway. Not much else around. Everything worked okay.

Ghetto hotel. More like motel. Night girl at desk looked like she was on drugs and looked like she hasn't sleep in a week. While I was at the front desk a guy comes in yelling talking about this isn't a joke, get down. That's not something you say unless you want to get your ass whopped by the wrong person that won't think twice to swing away right away. Turns out is was her crackhead brother. The room key didn't even work. Called the front desk but no answer. Bed sheets had cigarette burns in them. Basically this hotel is so ghetto. Don't believe pictures on websites.

Its a great place to stay… being centrally located makes it so easy!

Rooms are nice staff and house keeping very friendly. Only thing I didn't like was no soap holder. But no big deal. Our semi was broke down. And if u don't have no wheels u have to walk to get food or order out. Taxi is not cheap. Really enjoyed our stay.

This is a great place they cater to our American veterans you gotta hand it to this place they know the importance of a veteran.

Great service and a comfortable room — all you can ask for given the price point. The bed was a little uncomfortable and walls were thin but for an overnight stay between spots on I-10 it'll definitely do.

Room was outdated, although non-smoking there was a smoking room next door. You can LITERALLY hear every footstep, toilet flush, conversation, sneeze… need I say more? The entire hotel shook like a damn earthquake whenever someone closed their door. The toilet doesn't work well, the towels were suspect, old school TV with cable, and a lot of stains all over the room. Place is OK if you're staying for ONE night and then plan on getting the hell out of dodge by morning. I personally don't recommend though. Cause I won't be going back. I slept on top of the covers cause I didn't even trust the bed. Oh and the heater for the room sounds like a helicopter hovering over the building while it's on. That is all.

The room was clean. Tv was old bad pic. Beds were hard as a rock and pillows were hard not soft. The room above me on second floor you could hear ever step people took the floor squeaked and cracked very badly … People above were having sex and you could hear ever pump … Would not recommend staying on first floor… Breakfast was worthless …

Nice rooms, nice staff they let us check out a room before we committed. With 4 kids we need space. I'm weird about hotels and check ratings and reviews and rooms before I will sleep there and this one passed my test. The pool is nice 3ft 5ft and 8ft at the deep end. It says its heated but it was cold today. Overall nice experience.

Never had any problems staying here and I've been staying here for well over five years!

Be aware of the quality of service lurking behind the excessive price. What's burned my toast? The abysmal Wi-Fi coverage in our room. This location has three (3) Wi-Fi towers but even standing right below one in the parking lot still failed to yield any sustainable coverage. Our room was less than 100 feet from one of the towers and yet during the entire length of our stay Wi-Fi service remained spotty, sporadic, and shoddy. I notified the front desk the day we arrived and during our stay… but signal strength and availability never improved. Housekeeping is the strongest asset this location has going for it. The rooms, although clean, are showing their age and their wear. Bedding was clean, but the towels were like sandpaper. And by the way the room had a CRT television? Really? Are you serious?

I was passing through town, decided to stay at ABVI 810 E Benson Hwy Tucson, AZ, I checked at the front desk, where I met Jon or Jonnie she was very mean with a nasty disposition, was not very helpful, seemed liked she did not want to be their. And it showed, She did not let us know about the breakfast among other things, which I found out through someone else. I would not recommend staying here the way I was treated, never again.

Rooms are rough. Motel 6 is better. fighting in room netx door. dor slammed every 20 minutes throughout the night. Manager done nothing about it. not impressed. Will not come back. 120.00 for room no coffee maker no microwave poor management dirty carpets dirty walls for this price should be much much better.

It wasn't the greatest but, as I hadn't planned to spend much time in my room, it worked. The 'continental breakfast' they offer is orange juice, coffee, apples, bananas, oatmeal and cheese and fruit danishes. AND it's only from 6 am to 8 am. Definitely not worth it. The bed was hard as a rock, but it was nice that I could get a king size bed for the same price as a double or queen. Everything else that I would complain about would be a problem at any hotel: the guests above me were too noisy, the kids in the pool also made a racket and I'm glad I have a sound machine that I sleep to because it doesn't seem like anyone was doing any sort of curfew or even trying to be quiet for those of us trying to go to sleep around midnight. I didn't have much interaction with the people that worked there so I have a hard time judging them. Basically, if I'm going back to that area again and it's got the best price compared to ratings, I'll probably stay again. Just nothing to brag about or recommend.

First of all, you aren't allowed to enter the office when you check in. I had to stand outside the window in the middle of the night and wait for the lady to check me in. I didn't feel safe at all and she took her sweet time. Also, the room was swelteringly hot. Even with the air turned on as high as it would go AND the ceiling fan, we woke up drenched in sweat. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all, and the door was almost impossible to open. We had to try both keys several times each before we finally got lucky. I definitely won't be recommending or returning.

For the money the best place I have stayed since I was in des moines iowa march 2. Staying in a lot of dif places the best thanks teresa hockensmith poland.

I Enjoyed my stay at ur hotel it was very clean and the price was reasonable but you have two of the worst customer service employees at ur front desk I spoke to Johnny and Georgia and they were both unbelievably rude and if it wasn't for john ur graveyard employee I would never recommend this place. I would suggest getting rid of those two employees and getting better more friendly people to work the front desk.

TripAdvisor internet deal was listed for $40.00 total, I was charge $86.78 at the door per one night. Worst value hotel, outdated appliances, stains on the carpet …at Room 137 For this price u can get *** hotel deal. i did not get what I paid for.
