Went to a concert in tucson and. We had to stay overnight. Comfort suites was amazing. My room was nice and just felt like home. Loved it.

Second visit here and will be my last. I'm not one to usually complain but I wanted to make sure everyone else is aware. The rooms are not the cleanest from the bed to couch and all the way to the restroom. Decent rates but I will pay more somewhere else for cleaner rooms!

I usually stay in Comfort Suites hotels in bigger areas because they're comfortable and clean. In this case since it's close to the airport the rooms are smaller, front desk didn't have spare blankets for the pull out bed and the floor and bathroom were very dirty. Front desk Saturday at 2-3 pm was friendly yet very busy, when I called the desk from the room to ask for extra beddings Saturday 10 pm the girl was rude and unhelpful. I'd advice paying a bit more for a more comfortable stay before flying.

Very clean and spacious rooms! Free parking, decent pricing. Check out is noon giving ample time to leave, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Work made me go here otherwise I'd been at the double tree. Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel was clean but the hallway by the pool stunk. The pool is surrounded by gates and walls which give it a prison feel. Food for breakfast was fine — they had a waffle maker. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. Stairwells were clean and well lit. 1 old elevator but it worked. Overall, except for the pool hallway, the room/hotel were fine.

This is our second time staying here. The water is always hot. And the air conditioner cold. Best microwave I've ever used. Refrigerator could be a little cooler, but ok. Excellent service. Good morning food. No almond milk unfortunately. Looking forward to playing in the pool this time around.

We were assigned room 325 on Saturday, — June 23. Upon arrival the AC was on and struggling to cool, my thermometer read 80 degrees on the air coming from the AC unit and at 6 am it was at 75 degrees coming from the vent. Our water was milky white and the front desk told us that we could buy their water. Looking for a sock in the bed we noticed dried blood stains on sheets/comforter. This is the dirtiest/worst room ever, the management does not inspect what corporate expect!

Room smelt… door lock malfunctioned and unknown man walked into our room while wife was changing. Manager was totally uncooperative and accused us of trying to get a free room! They lost very loyal customers and word of mouth goes a long way!

This place looks old l, dirty l, and is unkept. The staff was friendly but this place needs a complete remodle. The pool looked clean but some of the pool lounge chairs were nasty. I won't stay here again:. Id rather pay more for a better hotel.

Overall my stay was good the only issue I had was with the Linen. The morning after my first night after I removed the Red scarf on the end of the bed there were 3 blood stains on the end of the comforter. After further inspection of the linen I found makeup stains on 2 of the pillow cases which tells me that they don't always exchange the linen when people check out of the hotel which to me is a serious issue. See photo below.

Nice place less than 5 minutes from airport. Pool is a bit cold. Breakfast was good.

Well worth the low price we got ($70/night), despite some of the negatives. The suite was very nice. The bed was too hard. I checked quite thoroughly and found NO bedbugs (whew! ). Parking on Friday night was full and we had to park at the neighboring hotel. The breakfast was terrible the first day as the microwaved pork patties and eggs over hard were like hockey pucks. They have lots of other food like waffles, cereal, yogurt and fruit.

The staff here are the friendliest people. They went out of their way to make my stay here pleasant.

Was a little apprehensive when I saw the outside of the building but walked into an extremely clean and comfortable room. The bed was great with lots of pillows for lounging. Breakfast included sausage and eggs and lots of coffee. I would definitely stay again.

Sweetest staff I’ve come across at a hotel. Same woman checked me in and out on Christmas Eve and Christmas, respectively, and she was so kind! Huge kudos to her (I didn’t grab her name. )

This place could be really nice but it doesn't look like they are willing to put any money back into their investment. First thing when driving up their signs are very faded and need replacing. The employees were very friendly. The lobby and breakfast area looked nice. The tiles in front of the elevator were loose and broken. First look at room was nice until we started seeing the splatter and smear marks on furniture and walls. The fitted sheets were old and had stretch marks and stains all around the bed. The bathroom had old screw holes in the wall, the bathtub was strained the toilet was stained the light switch all cracked up and it looked like it was wiped up with a dirty rag. I went to get ice and the ice machine was out of order with a sign to use one right upstairs or down in lobby so I went upstairs and that one was broken too. Like I said this could be a nice place if the housekeeping would be better trained to clean and to point out maintenance issues, and if the maintenance dept was able to keep up. More than likely they aren't willing to pay for enough staff to get the job done especially in an older hotel. Oh almost forgot Sunday breakfast ends at 9am seriously most hotels serve till 10am Saturday and Sundays.

Loved this place. Got it for only 59.00 and the rooms are very big. Quiet location with plenty of parking. Stayed here twice passing through the city. The free breakfast selection is good and staff are very nice.

Well, it's a bit outdated. More or less clean rooms. Comforter had some stains (wine and coffee it appeared) but the sheets and pillow cases were clean. The breakfast was OK, waffles, sausage and eggs. Wasn't the cleanest or fully stocked, but we didn't go down there til 8, so I'm sure they were runnin low towards the end of the breakfast time. Overall, not bad, but not the greatest. I'd stay again if I find myself passing through Tucson again.

Had reservations 2 weeks in advance. Room not ready at check in. Repeatedly told by front desk that our room would be ready in 10 minutes but always another 10 minutes… never an apology or any sign of concern. Observed many other guests checking in as we sat in lobby waiting for room to be ready. Staff behind counter was short and unhelpful, yelling at other staff members and rude to guests. One guest returned to lobby after checking in saying his room was already occupied! When we finally got in our room it was not cleaned properly… bathroom was dirty, water on mirror and fixtures, floor was sticky. Carpet in room was filthy, looked like it never had been shampooed and was worn out. Dust everywhere, looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned in months. In the hallway, two housekeepers were shouting back and forth to each other down the hall. The elevator worked but was not working right at all, every time it stopped it bumped hard twice. Pool and spa were dirty, dirt and grass in water, stained, worn pool deck, all the lawn furniture were filthy. The breakfast coupon we were given was for two guests dated in August but we had four in our room (2 adults 2 kids) and we stayed October 23 and 14. Internet was in and out constantly over the two days we stayed. After second day maid service they only left one towel in the bathroom. They said that they were "running short. " overall this was the worst hotel experience my family and I had ever had.

Nice place right by the airport! The rooms are bigger than I thought and the staff very friendly. Very happy with my stay!

Good hotel to stay with family poruna night, I would not recommend it for vacationing, but for the rest this very well, the beds are very comfortable.

Took a little getaway with the kids & I, and chose this place. Let me first start as I have read other reviews and they are up & down, but the GM (Sandra) was nice but very flustered as she was showing it on her face. GM's need to have it together especially during high occupancy. She seemed all over the place (ringing her bell several times for assistance). Never the less she was nice I just wished she could have addressed me as I waited in line for 10 minutes to check in. Simple eye contact and a short phrase, "I'll be right with you". It goes along way. Maintenance man David very nice and very pleasant. Room was nice and spacious but the cleanliness is awful. If the GM could spend that much time at the front desk she should have time to walk her property and inspect rooms as I have read that it is an issue for this property. I was so disgusted with the toilet and hair all over the place & the smell of urine. Not good and needs help. Drywall paper falling off throughout the room. I suggest maybe your maintenance man should start PM'ing. Just a suggestion. I know writing this won't make a difference as I have read the GM's responses to negative reviews and positive reviews, no personality when responding just short and over with. Word of advice it makes a difference on how you respond to reviews because it shows if you really care what guests are saying about your property. Again thank you and good luck!

Economic, and delicious breakfast.

Clean, comfortable rooms, appears to have been recently refurbished. The small sitting area within the room was a nice touch. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were appreciated! They were clean and the pool area as well as the grounds are well kept. Free breakfast has a good variety and though the other guests were sometimes sloppy, staff worked around everyone to keep the area clean & stocked. Laundry room is also available. Nice quiet place to stay, whether passing through, visiting the area or for business.

Such great staff. Lady at front desk is an angel. Very spacious rooms, and fast and friendly service. Pool & hot tub are great and not too crowded. Very family oriented.

We loved & Enjoyed our Stay on 6/5/16 Sandra checked us in she was very polite & professional. We needed pool towels and got them right away from a gentleman working. Room was very clean and beds were very nice. We would definitely stay here again. Bad note — pool closes early I think it should be open a little later during summer nights.

The place was comfortable and cozy. It was a good place to stay for the night.

They need more staff in the morning, I had a toilet issue and the first desk person said that he could move us to a new room or for us to call back in 10min when his manager got in to have her help us. All the manager did was bring us a plunger for us to unclog the toilet.

Great rooms and quiet. Only complaint was the hot tub jets didn't work. Get to breakfast early. I would stay there again.

Room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Was also the most affordable in the area. You get the most room for your money here.

The rooms were very spacious! Slept soundly and the breakfast was good as well. We have a little one who likes his milk at night, unfortunately for us we ran out. The front desk helped us out by getting us some milk. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi is a little slow and would go in and out. That's not even a big deal though. Our stay was amazing!

More of a Comfort inn than Comfort Suites. Nothing fancy about the rooms. Very basic. Housekeeping yells in the hallways all day long.

Great staff. Always get the handicap room for hubby. Nice. Always a good deal. We stat there about 8 or more per year. Close enough to VA Hospital.

Great location. Easy access to and from airport. Rooms were very clean and staff was great. I will definitely be staying here next time I fly into Tucson.
