Very good hotel attention in english and spanish the beds formidable cleanliness very well to the rooms pool and jacuzzi Breakfast Buffet.

Do not recommend: Staying July 2022 at Best Western Tucson Airport: Dirty, smells, door is warped and hard to open and close, linens have holes, curtains have holes, carpet unraveling into bathroom, mold in shower, toilet dirty. We had a 4 day reservation. After we checked in at 2:00 I cleaned everything with wipes and then turned around to ask for a cancellation for our trip. They would not cancel/refund the first night because we had already checked in. We called 800 number for Best Western and they pretty much said yes you have to pay for that night. No way to checkout and be refunded. Ridiculous! What horrible customer service. If your room you are renting for the night is unacceptable you should stand by your product. Horrible management and customer service!

Just one thing wrong with room in the suited heater in the living room does not work other than that room are nice and clean. They may want to fix this before renting it out again especially if it cold outside.

Filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The Carpets were stained, the curtains were gross, the bed skirt was filthy, the bathroom wall had blood spatter. The pool didn’t have very good lighting, making it hard to see at night. This place needs immediate attention.

The staff are cool as can be though. We would enjoy daily laughs and jokes, like old friends. The chill skinny Mexican dude was the realist though. Cool people rooms… I would say check everything and I mean everything to make sure it works. But it’s a cozy place and the pool is pretty dope and they have a hot tub.

First of all, we ordered a king room and they tried to give us a Queen. It was over an hour past checkin, and the front counter Chantal, really asked us to come back. Then after we refused, the sassy Chantal at the front counter tried to blame house keeping. I asked to speak to management and she brought out the housekeeping manager because “it’s her problem to deal with”. The nice house keeping lady had rooms available the front desk lady was just lazy. When she was finally checking us into our room, she said “someone doesnt know how to enter things into the computer correctly obviously”; speaking about the housekeeping manager. Very unprofessional. When we got checked into our room, it was hot and stuffy and the TV didnt work. I tried talking to the “manager” the next day, and she gave me some BS, but basically didnt care that her front staff was rude and that her customers were unsatisfied. We tried to go swimming but the heater was broken, so that was a disappointment. The breakfast was DISGUSTING. There was no yogurt or spoons, and the kitchen lady had sore feet which was the reason she wasnt in a hurry to get me a spoon for my oatmeal. This was the worst Best Western experience ive ever had. Mark this place off your list!

Everything was great! At breakfast we met the nicest person, Jennifer. She works the breakfast and is awesome!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable of the area and try to answer any questions. I've stayed twice. Great breakfast, nice rooms. The first time I stayed there I flew into tucson, when I got off plane I called them they had their shuttle there within 10 minutes and they went out of there way to get me where I needed to be the next morning.

The hotel was very nice the suite was great for our kids and us. The breakfast area was big enough for everyone. The thing I would say is not such a great idea is having the waffles station in the place it is. I would definitely stay again.

Good bar should open during day though it would b better rooms are good.

We wanted and paid for a hotel with a pool and hot tub this place has them but they’re both broken. That wasn’t mentioned at booking or check in. Didn’t get what we paid for. When we got to our suite our 6 year old granddaughter found two cans of beer in the fridge, so that wasn’t cleaned.
Update this morning the manager sat with us at breakfast and hooked us up. Took care of the room, gave us passes to old Tucson studio, and credits to use there. We have been satisfied.

No fault of the hotel, but the people next to me slamming doors at 1130&12 at night. I just wanted to sleep and I couldn't until about 1230, I did find a random long black hair on the pillow case when I arrived, the breakfast was. Mediocre at best, but. I just needed a place for the night. So it was my best option. It was a bed and shower.

Customer service is great. Everybody give you a nice welcome n gives you that come back soon. It's an old building, rooms are small. Bathrooms are small. Lighting is terrible. The hand n bath towels were very nice n soft. They seem newer. The wash (cloth) towel were old n one either stained or dirty, it shouldn't be use anymore. The bedside clock had the wrong time one hour ahead. The comp breakfast was very good n the help was very courteous. Even with the few flaws I would stay again. And recommend it too.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and it was ok. We checked in no problem, very friendly ladies at the front desk. We had two rooms and the rooms were mediocre. I was expecting more, I think the hotel is due for an upgrade. The paint did not match in our room and the tub needed a good cleaning. The air conditioner was not that cold. The room cones with a refrigerator at no extra cost. However the ice machines and the the soda machines were all out of order. Overall the kids loved the pool and the adults loved the Ramada. The continental breakfast was very good, they had a good variety of items. All of the staff members I encountered we're very friendly. It was a good stay overall.

I've used this hotel several times for summer trips to Tucson. Not great, not terrible. It's definitely a cheaper hotel… this last stay involved a lot of noise coming from the person above. Definitely recommend getting an upper story room, not 1st floor. Pool is nice and warm, breakfast is good. If you need a room and other hotels are more expensive, this will do fine.

I went to Tucson to surprise my dad to be there for his first chemotherapy treatment. The entire staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating with the every changing plans due to an emergency with my dad. The hotel was better than expected and close to all the places I needed to be. The restaurant had a small menu but the portions weren't and the french fries were amazing. I only had two minor issues. 1. My towels had random hairs on it but they quickly brought me new ones 2. The shuttles air conditioner wasn't working but they were very sorry about it and gave me free soda and 10% off the restaurant. Even with those issues I will still give 5 stars just alone for how helpful and kind the front desk staff was.

I have used this hotel almost exclusively on my visits to Tucson. Sadly in recent stays the quality of service, the comfort of the rooms, the recognition of an "Elite Rewards" member, the quality of breakfast has decreased to the extent that my review has dropped from a 5-star to a 3-star. This has been recent and could be attributed to a change in management if that indeed did occur. Regardless, the management needs to correct the deficiencies. I will select another Best Western on my next visit.

Nice clean hotel. It's an older hotel building, but they've done a good job of updating everything to modern standards. Free parking and some of the spots are covered, which is very important in the Summer. Has an attached restaurant/bar, but I didn't try it. Free hot breakfast in the mornings. Free Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. This place isn't going to "wow" you, but it's a solid place to stay.

Really nice location, easy to see from traffic. Nice rooms, smoke free and breakfast eggs cooked to order. Po area and the grounds are well maintained, the staff helpful and friendly. Excellent night rates to boot! This is the best, Best Western I've ever stayed at.

Perfect location for the Tucson airport, with free shuttle service on the half-hour starting at 5:00 a. M. & going until 11:00 p. M. Surprisingly very quiet for being on the main drag. Never heard any traffic. Breakfast was the expected offerings and then some, all which were very good. Clean rooms & bathrooms with safe non-offensive décor. Great employee in Manny who drove the shuttle. Front desk really needs some training in customer service. The two times I called the phone rang for over a minute; front desk did not acknowledge guests presence if they were on a call; and a wake-up call I clarified twice was still placed incorrectly at an hour late. This is my second stay & I will certainly be back. Excellent overall value.

Service desk people were very helpful. I was given a nice upgrade to pool side room just for being polite and asking for the bottom floor. Covered parking is available, sundry shop, ice machines, great pool and a really good work out room by hotel standards. Prices very reasonable and the room was comfortable. Close to all kinds of activities, shopping, restaurants and the airport.

We will never stay at a Best Western again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent deal… Like home.

I was not pleased with my stay. The floors sound hollow on the ground floor and are seriously noisy. There was a faucet or toilet or something water related making a bubbling noise all night in the room above us that we could hear in the walls. Our mini fridge was left open so it was room temp when we got in the room and tried to put all of our stuff in it. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and nasty brown water spots on quite a few of them. The ice machine in our area did not work. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting and had poor service. The room doors had no hydraulics or anything on them so they slammed really hard and were extremely loud all night long. Our bed sheets had blood stains or something similar on them. Looks like they spent all their money on the lobby and no where else.

Excellent place to stay with your family, in one of the most strategic roads in the city.

My family LOVES this hotel. Every time we are in Tucson… which is quite often, we stay here. The rooms are clean, quiet, homey and comfortable, and the grounds are beautiful. The staff is always friendly and helpful. In fact over the last few years many of the same staff remain and are now like family. The breakfast is always great and the breakfast staff could not be better. We love them! Our experience here has been nothing but great so I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Tucson area.

Our family has stayed here many times. This time was horrible. We asked for double beds and got a queen. When we asked to switch rooms they said they couldn't. The front desk was very rude. We stayed with the queen. The pull out didnt have a fitted sheet and asked to have them send one down it never came. Apparently only one person works the fro t desk and can't leave his post. Then by accident we couldn't find our toiletries bag. Called the front desk once again dealing with the same rude front desk and once again they can't send no one because no one was available. Horrible stay service!

Very nice place. Spacious rooms, beautiful courtyard with swimming pool. Some rooms open right up to it. My favorite hotel at the Tucson airport now. I just recommend you don't eat at the restaurant. The food wasn't good.

The first room I was assigned had not been cleaned. Back to the lobby with my belongings to have the front desk assign a second room (without any apology or offer to help move my belongings). That room was dirty, with a prior guest or guests hair on the bedroom and bathroom floors. There was black mold in the shower and the shower curtain was so short that I had to hold it inside the tub so it didn't fly out of the tub and dump water on the floor. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were discolored (by a prior water leak in the room above) and should have been replaced. The pinnacle of the evening may have been the onsite restaurant didn't have two of its limited number of entrees in stock and the bartender/waiter sang (badly) along with a scratchy, out-of-tune (? ) country western radio station. With all the available options within a half mile of the Tucson airport, I would strongly recommend choosing another until this hotel gets its act together.

Stayed at this hotel at this time last year for a week and had a great experience. This year not so much. They had my reservations wrong and so we had to stay in one room one night and move the next morning. The staff made me feel as if it was my fault and that I shouldn't reserve online — even though I used Best Western's website. I heard many other people complain about their reservations being wrong as well. The breakfast was the same eggs and potatoes every day. They need to switch it up when they have so many people staying multiple days. Also would be nice if the bar/restaurant was open longer hours and they need MORE STAFF! Front desk staff wasn't very friendly either. In "defense mode" when speaking to them. Was told they switched management. It showed! Too bad because everything else about the hotel is great! Beautiful poolside and the rooms are very nice.

Comfortable, clean & convenient. Full breakfast was a plus! All of the staff we came in contact with both front desk & breakfast were very courteous & helpful. My husband & I were on vacation & we would stay there again when we return to Tucson. The price was a little high but seemed in line with the area.

Nice rooms. Quiet hotel, even being next to the airport. The attached restaurant is small, but serves wonderful and filling food. Breakfast bar is well stocked with a variety of foods from danish to cereal to hot food and waffle machines. Check in and out is very easy.

Very nice hotel and convenient to the airport. Check in was a breeze and as a member of BW I received a bottle of water and a snack at check in. The lobby is very nice and they have a restaurant attached to the hotel. They had a nice hot breakfast in the morning. The only thing that could use some attention would be a couple things in the room. If not for those things I would have given it 5 stars.

Friendly, efficient staff. Cesar and John Wayne we're a delight, saw to my needs. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delightful. Maggie works weekend and will take care of your needs. Laundry facilities available and the dryer dries! Mini frig in room, gym available One suggestion I do have is that there are no trash cans in the hallways and the ones you have at the outside doors are so small.

We stayed at the BW Plus Tucson Airport both before a group departure to Mexico and after the group returned. At the front end of the trip, we used a Park and Fly rate, which was very reasonable and convenient. On our return to Tucson, late in the day, we checked in using our Reward points for a free night. We were given an upgraded room, Suite, and wish we could have stayed longer. We had to depart early next morning, so did not use the pool, exercise room, and just had to sleep and go. We would recommend the hotel to others, and will return ourselves at a later date. Thank you.

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk was polite and really welcoming. Room was great. Clean and bed was comfy. Had King suite and it was nice. Sliding doors lead to their court yard that was clean and nicely maintained. I will stay there for sure on my next visit too Tucson. Thank you.

Excellent value at this lovely hotel! Lobby is beautiful, staff are friendly, breakfast is very good, pool and courtyard are nice. Very quiet hotel while we were there. Comfortable bed and pillows, clean room, easy access to hwys. Very funny lounge bartender named Crawford and helpful front desk lady named Star Garcia. This staff goes the extra mile!

Excellent service from the employees who attended us, both at the reception and in the restaurant and bar. Pleasant stay that invites you to rest and return again to this hotel for its tranquility and quietness.

Very nice, large and clean room. The bathroom was very large and clean. Gym, outdoor pool with beautiful garden. We felt very comfortable here. Ideal for taking some trips in the area.

BEWARE, CHOSE ANOTHER HOTEL ASAP! For the money the room was very basic and outdated. We accidentally left some jewelry I our room after we checked out. When we went back to get the jewelry it was gone. The front desk said nobody had been in our room whatsoever. That was a lie as we found the bag our jewelry was in but the boxes the stuff was in was gone. When we confronted them with these facts they threatened us with law enforcement to leave the property. So beware they have lstaff there with sticky fingers. 3 star prices for shady motel staff and environment!

Very calm hotel, check in was nice and easy no line was attended quickly everyone who worked here had a good attitude and was very friendly. Breakfast was phenomenal! Room was clean and had all the amenities you can think of and they worked perfectly.

The staff are wonderful to interact with and the decor is well maintained. However, the owners clearly do not invest in professional repairs or things as some as reliable Wi-Fi service to rooms. The only reason I rated this hotel with 3 stars or would consider returning is for the wonderful staff.

My stay here was great! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect room! I had a suite on the ground floor with two sets of sliding glass doors that opened up onto a beautiful, grassy, shady courtyard with multiple, covered seating areas. The pool was a stones throw away from my room and we utilized it every day. My favorite thing was sitting out at the table in the courtyard every morning while drinking my coffee. The only thing that would've made the room better was if it had a microwave. There was a mini fridge, but in terms of kitchen items, that was it, other than a single serving coffee maker. The staff was so helpful and extremely nice. When I return to Tucson, I will definitely be staying at the best western plus again!

Room was clean and modern.

The place looked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast. The breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were cleaned and organized. I did feel like the room was somewhat smaller than what I thought from looking at the pictures. Navigating the place was simple. For the size of the hotel maybe another ice machine would work better. During my stay I did have issues with the key card system. The key cards would stop working. It happened twice where I had to wait for someone to open the door for me. Just keep in mind that the rooms are not huge. 2 people is okay. More than that and it feels crowded. My room was not a suite. So maybe the suite works better for more than 2 people.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and the rates are reasonable. The room and the entire hotel is clean. Staff was very professional and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff members were very courteous. It has many nice things. It has pool, a huge garden with orange trees and a gym. The rooms are standard size. It contains a reading table, a flat screen TV, a mini fridge and coffee machine. Nice place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. The room was great, with very comfortable beds, good internet & a very good complimentary breakfast buffet. It makes a huge difference when you've been traveling long distance & just want to rest & relax for the night. We had no hassles whatsoever & the staff was very kind & helpful. I recommend it.

The rooms they are very old and worn out. Our room smelled musty (134). We found hair on some of the towels after we checked in and the hallways were dark and dreary. There were also stains around the room from curtains to walls. We also came back to the room after a long day to find our door propped open via the security latch. Luckily, nothing was stolen. Staff seemed nice. Also there are parking lot lights on the back of the hotel that do not work. The entire side of the hotel is pitch black. It is understandable why there are signs about securing valuables in the car when it is that dark at night.

There are upgrades needed as the doors to the suite I rented for two days were a constant concern. 3 key card reboots were needed in 24 hours as the code was being lost on them. When the keys did operate the lock the door sometime still would not open for some unexplained play in the deadlock. The maintenance worker sent to help "showed " me the necessary technique needed, except the technique faked him as well. (? )
Then a tweek of my TV was needed to allow full function of the nicely packaged and sterilized device. Day two I also needed to run down housekeeping as they had neglected to refill my coffee supply.
But these are minor if nagging complaints. It is an above average facility, clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and accommodating and I will be back. I was alone but all the families in house were obviously enjoying themselves.

I do a lot of traveling cross country. I have stayed in many hotel rooms, some better than others. This hotel room matched the quality of the grounds. Breakfast was fantastic, a chef was cooking omelets and looked like he enjoyed his job. At night the lighting in the courtyard is amazing. If I wanted to I could escape to the courtyard for moments of peace and reflection. This is also an animal welcoming hotel which is a big plus. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are big. In essence it has the quality of a Holiday Inn Express minus the big price tag. Thanks for making this trip cross country feel a little more like a vacation!

I had a quick overnight stay. The room was very clean, the bed was amazing, large flat screen TV, the remote was in a special bag that and was sanitized. Went down for breakfast. It was amazing. Hot eggs, awesome potatoes, sausage and everything else that you would need. And not to forget the staff. Very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.

We have been here since Friday, in Arizona for 2 weeks, this is our last full day here then we are going back home to North Carolina. The nicest place we have stayed, wish we had found it sooner! Beautiful thru out, the nicest staff and wonderful breakfast. A great place to be if you are looking to do day trips around the area. Highly recommend!

This was the nicest hotel experience I've ever had! The building and grounds were beautiful, the room was large and comfy, the food was great, and the staff were the friendliest I've ever encountered in a hotel/motel experience. I loved this place!

My initial remarks about my stay are pretty okay. The biggest flaw with our stay was the "overbooked" rooms. That meant that the rooms my family booked weeks in advance weren't ready for when we got there for the normal check in time. We were promised they'd be ready by 2 pm. We arrived at 3:30 pm and they said that the rooms were ready and that we needed to wait an extra 45 minutes. After 45 minutes I went to go check in again and was told that they still weren't ready and that it'll be another 45 minutes. By that time my family and I already had another engagement to attend. Needless to say we left disappointed. Althought a discount was acquired, the damage was already done. Apologies and discounts only go so far. I wish they honoured "bookings" exactly as they are. They are predetermined rooms for guests ready for when they arrive. This wasn't the case. The hotel was a beautiful place. The breakfast was far superior to any other breakfast at any hotel… unfortunately the service did not reflect these accommodations. I'd consider staying here again if need be, but that check-in fiasco really left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope this issue doesn't happen to anyone at any hotel.

The worst BW we ever stayed in! I slept in my sweats then had to go to a place and wash them! The room and halls smelled of strong ammonia! And there was something sticky on the ground outside. The desk said it had been reported but it was still there next day. The pillow cover had a brown stain, and there was mold in the bath, we were afraid to try the breakfast foods in case they were not good either. Will never recommend this place! Also looks like very old but repainted very sloppy.

I stayed here for a month and I had no complains. Great price and the breakfast is real good. Some days better than others but always good. Nice place to stay I recommended.

We were very disappointed in room. The first room was handicap room with no sink counter and no toilet lid. No room cleaning or even empting of waste cans. This was for three days. We asked for a room change. They did this, but this room also was bad. Bathroom floor tile loose with caulk missing. Shower rod ready to fall. Back of door hook loose and ready to fall off. We have always stayed in best western but this one was terrible.

Standard room with 2 queen beds. Microwave was provided when we requested. Pretty decent breakfast choices but no hard boil eggs or sausages. I used the gym for free weight and treadmill. Gym was clean with water and towers.

One of the very better chain hotels I've stayed at. Rooms are great. But tonight GM John gave us a parking lot faced room, after we asked for, and he specifically promised pool side facing room. We left home early in order to enjoy pool, and called ahead, being told there was plenty of pool side room availability. And as a platinum BW member, Ive always gotten an upgrade, until General Manager John decided to "expertly" train desk clerk how to treat customers. Great hotel. GM is clueless. Hotel was virtually empty this evening, on a Monday night. We'll be going to newer Nogales BW next time. John, thats how you lose repeat customers. Only 7 cars in parking lot. Is that how you really want to treat clientel? Several hotels adjacent to Best Western on this short road. Dont expect any consideration here, if youre a platinum Best Western member.

I got what I paid for, a beautiful looking room at a reasonable price. However, the maintenance of the granite shower was poor due to not sealing it properly. Black mold was getting into the crevices. Due to mold allergies, I opted out of showering. The ice bucket and bathroom cups are in the TV council while the coffee is in the bathroom — confusing upon a late arrival time.
