I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay here. The King room I stayed in was large, clean and comfortable. The staff there was very friendly and professional. I'll be coming to Tucson fairly often, and this will likely be the only place I stay.

Horrible customer service. I paid $220 to sleep for 9 hours when I was told TWICE that we had it from 1am Friday morning until 11am Saturday morning. When trying to come up with a compromise, I was degraded and belittled for a mistake that was not my fault.

I would highly recommend this hotel.
My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary. I requested for a romantic set up in the room. I know the hotel does not offer such service but I still tried to ask and see if they can accommodate my request, which they actually did. We were so delighted when entered our suite and found how it was set up.
Thank you Hampton Inn for making our wedding anniversary memorable. Kudos to all the friendly staff. May you continue to delight your guests with your excellent service.

Great folks at front desk. Comfortable beds, clean room, great climate control, good breakfast (something for everyone — got kids? ). What else matters?

Clean, close to the airport and friendly staff.

Highly recommend this property, clean, convenient to airport and sights and most of all the wonderful staff. Amanda, Chris, Sandy and all of the employees were top notch. Our room was nice with king bed and very clean. During the complimentary breakfast that runs longer than most the staff were so attentive to your needs.

By far the greatest hotel stay I have ever experienced. The beds were comfy, the lobby was clean and inviting, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were incredible and beyond friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice and very comfy (big bed). For me (European) dirty floors. Near airport and free parking.

Carpet was dirty. Walked around without shoes and bottom of our feet got black. Plus when we were getting ourselves ready for the day before leaving Maid Service knocked on our door. My husband answered it 9:30am asking if we were about to check out. He replied we are still using the room and will CHECK OUT WHEN WE ARE DONE WITH IT. She replied… Do you have a ideal when that will be so I can clean it? He said … No and closed the door. We were upset to say the least. I wouldn’t EVER step foot in that hotel ever again.

The only good thing about this place was the breakfast and staff was friendly. First off we had read other reviews about them being under construction so we called before booking to make sure, the girl that answered stated there was no construction going on to be concerned about so we booked. We get there and it’s a mess. Our room looked clean but the carpet was nasty and felt so sticky we had to lay towels down. The room smelt so bad like sewage. It was coming from the restroom. The pool was dirty. For the price I expected more cleaness.

Came at the wrong time. Under construction and our room is right next to constructing area. Breakfast could have been better. Staff has been super nice. Would stay again when construction is over.

Absolutely loved the staff, so friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was good. And has a spacious area to eat in. Swimming pool was very clean and the room was nice. Definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel staff is very nice, the hotel is clean & even though it's currently under construction you can't tell because they're respectful. They have an awesome complimentary breakfast eggs, bacon, gravy biscuits, cereal, fruit, waffles, etc… They have an outdoor pool & hot tub too. Comfy beds too. Great visit.

Even though this property is undergoing renovations on it's facade it did not diminish our stay one bit. The staff was very friendly & helpful, the room was extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast had an impressive variety & everything I tried was delicious. I would be pleased to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Stayed there 2 years ago and it was bad. Attempted to stay again, only Lord knows why, and this time I didn't make it past check in. Hampton Inns in general dilute the Hilton brand but this place and it's misguided front desk clerk and absent manager who will not even come out of the office to address a member complaint almost made me sell my Hilton ownership and go back to Marriott. Fortunately, the Hilton East Tucson front desk was helpful and even provided some advice for dealing with employees like the ones at Hampton. Plus, the useless manager at least cancelled the reservation without penalty. Don't stay here. All the hotels near the airport are decent so don't waste your money on poor service. I wish Google would allow me to give negative starts.

The Hampton is in a great location not far from the airport. It is going through some exterior renovations but it did not effect parking. Check in and check iut was great and the Continental breakfast was good.

So close to the airport you can walk. The room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They have shut him to the vicinity and airport. The breakfast was just good.

This Hampton was great! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I can rarely think of a more helpful and kind group of people. The room was clean and the breakfast was also stellar!

Staff was great. Friendly, had great recommendations. Oatmeal was amazing in the morning along with their other breakfast food.

Room and service was good. Bed was comfortable and every night they had a social with free beverages. The only issue I had was with the shower. The water in the shower was never hot. Mostly luke warm almost cold. Don't know what the issue was but this is the only hotel I have stayed at that this was a problem.

Seriously the best! I stay there every time I'm in Tucson! The most friendly and caring hotel staff you'll find! So clean and professional!

Just what I needed! Front desk personnel were great. Breakfast choices were higher quality than others, wine in lobby was a welcome find, and room was nicely appointed with a table and chair perfect for delivered meal, but there is also a great workspace. Soft closet opens room up specially and visually. Clean as could be. Will stay here again!

Wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling around the edges. The window only has a translucent curtain only (the opaque curtain next to the window used to create a strange kind of clothes closet along the outside wall, which I've never seen before, can't be pulled over to cover the window), and the mirror on the wall reflects light from street lights directly at your face when you're trying to sleep. AC/heat doesn't seem to work. Luckily the window opens, however there's no screen. Elevator is also broken.

Not what I expected. The motel is newer and in excellent condition. But for $160.00 per night I had a few issues. The Pros. The room was clean and well maintained. The bath was nice with ample room. There was a good breakfast offered with several choices. The Cons. TINY ROOM! This is just poor design. There is also little insulation so you can easily hear neighbors and those who are in the hallway. Water hammer in the plumbing happened and the jets sound like they're in the parking lot. The problems listed above do not have anything to do with management, It's just poor design, and not what I expected from Hampton Inn. We checked out early and got a much larger room at LaQuinta right next door for $40.00 less per night.

Would have to say that it is the best hotel that we have stayed at in a long time. The room was very spacious the bed as so comfortable and their Continental breakfast was the best. Definitely will be staying there again. Only 1 pet peeve. No spanish stations on their Tv's. Especially when Univision & Telemundo are local channels. And when we went to the lobby for breakfast 70% of the people in there were speaking Spanish. Oh well can't have everything.

Crappy rooms and so-so customer service. Not what I was used to for Hampton Inns. Substandard. If they meant what they say about being completely satisfied they owe me two nights stay.

Service was great. Their breakfast was subpar, despite the the amount of things to choose from. I don't think the hotel staff could do better because it seems like the ingredients are really cheap.

To rest excellent. Wi-Fi is costly.

İt was enough for my little family, beds were comfortable and had breakfast. But the heater wasn't working and till the morning it was cold and we couldn't sleep comfortably during the night because it was very cold, when I ran the heater just cold air came. Other than that it was great. I would definitely come back again but I would check the heater before I open my suitcase.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Nice lg lcd tv. Low frills but everything you need for a comfortable stay. The free breakfast has a variety of choices from cheese omelettes to sausage to cold cereal. The coffee is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely a good value.

Great stay! We were here over the weekend, Friday evening through Sunday morning. Breakfast was great each morning, although a little crowded, I am assuming because it was the weekend. The pool was nice, and the rooms clean and comfy. Mini fridge and microwave are always nice to have. I would recommend this hotel, especially for the price! It's a steal!

Hotel right beside the airport and could hear F-16s taking off all night, cool but not what you want to hear in bed. Great breakfast consisting of bagel toppers, maple sausages, and omelets. Staff was friendly although we got there early and the room was not ready we went for lunch and got back and the room was ready. Many great options for food nearby, great location.

The service at this hotel was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The rate was very good, and everything was clean and nice! Of all the hotels we visited this was by far the best experience we had. Breakfast has a large variety, the pool is clean, and the room was cleanly and so comfortable!

I always stay at the Hampton when I go to Tucson. The rooms are always very clean and I love how big they are. I could seriously live there because I feel at home. The breakfast was also delicious. I love how close it is to the airport and I had no trouble being able to sleep because of planes. Their staff is also very friendly and very nice. My experience has always been a positive one and I have no complaints!

Everything was clean and neat. The manager came out to talk to me and was very kind genuine and conscientious of my needs. Room was routinely taken care of. The water pressure was decent which is rare in a hotel. Overall the experience was good, although nearby jets tended to do fly bys which are quite loud.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Power outlets everywhere with usb plugs. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Our TV had a faint black flicker every so often. Decent food selection at the small store.

Went to the hotel next store had bad service stopped in at the Hampton and they took care of us right away would go back there in a heart beat.

I has 4, 000 dollars stolen out of my room by an employee and management covered it up, do yourself a favor dont stay here. If I could give zero stars I would of.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn for 2 days on business. I stayed the night I arrived in Tuscon before heading to Nogales and a 2nd night Before flying back to GA. Night one — went out for dinner and had to park in the back. There was limited parking in the front, and the clerk suggested the back as it was closer to the room. There were nails of some sort in which I stepped on getting out of the car that pierced my feet through my shoe. My coworker helped me in the building and I called the front desk who said I could come down and get a medical kit. After I explained that I couldn't they said they would send someone. The front desk did call back and offer medical assistance. Now I'm back in GA and getting a techna shot. 2nd night — advised the clerk at check in he concern with parking in the back and asked if I could leave car out the way in the front. He agreed. 11:30 pm he calls for me to move my car so it won't get towed. Crazy. I had to get up at 4am, so I moved it and felt unsafe being out alone at that time. Other issue is that I had requested a higher floor at time of booking 4 weeks earlier, but was put on the first floor — no way of another room I was told. The noise was unbearable! I got about 2 hours of sleep tops with the noise and night time shenanigans. Please stay somewhere else.

Great room very modern but the bed was kinda hard soni didn't sleep that well. But the brakefast was ok.

Remodeled and clean. Got a great rate and good breakfast in the morning that is included. About 15 minutes from UofA and downtown. Orange trees outside that have excellent oranges. Great value.
