Just checked in 45 minutes ago. This it a MON smoking room but smells like a pack was smoked in the bathroom. I say an employee did it so I pay an additional 150. So far nobody has come to check. So if I pay for someone else’s doing they are listing 2 frequenters.

The only bad is due to covid 19 they really don't have a good selection for breakfast.

but I think so the supervisor doesnt check it up my room before I check in, cause I found inside of fridge small box with food and smells were so bad, also the toilet insnt properly clean.

The breakfast was terrible. Bit into a rotten apple. Breakfast selection was very slim. Check out time was 11 AM, was rudely reminded by a blonde house keeping lady with a yellow shirt. The iron provided by the front desk was broken. But ultimately the breakfast was the deal breaker among with being reminded of check out time rudely.

This hotel had a good rating so I decided to book here. Upon arrival and checking into the room — I am surprised by the high rating. The hotel feels somewhat dates, parking is very limited, and the rooms are quite average. I don't think I would book here again.

This hotel is a 0/5… They have cockroaches in the rooms and when it was brought up to the staff, they thought it was funny and became rude when it was stated that it’s not. We tried to leave that night with a refund but they couldn’t give us our money back “because the manager isn’t in”. They gave us a different room 2 doors down from the cockroaches and told us “live with it, cockroaches are a normal thing”. We drove for 15 hours before this hotel experience so we decided to just try to go to sleep in the new room, the time was now almost 1 A. M… 7 hours later, at 8:20 in the morning, we were woken up by a “room service” lady who just helped herself into the room with no warning, just to be told that we were unable to stay any longer. They charged us for a full night for our 6 hours of sleep and now we are sleeping in the car for our last night because the refund takes 3-5 business days. This is my first time in Tucson, it will be my last. Thank you Baymont for your wonderful service.

Day time/morning Staff needs some training to include housekeeping — on customer service. The late afternoon crew or early evening staff was super nice. But other than that I liked it, the room was great, clean and great location.

The power had gone out in our house last summer on the hottest day of the year. We had walked into the Baymount and explained the situation to the worker at the counter and he got us right into a room no questions asked. Very clean hotel and they offer a good selection for breakfast.

The pool area is nice the location is good the beds are sub par and when you check in they give you tickets for their breakfast. All I can say about their breakfast is why do I need a ticket for powdered eggs and toast. We ate elsewhere every morning. If your looking for average lodging stay here.

None of the staff speak English, except the 1 front desk person. We are smokers, and I'm sure our clothes smell like smoke, but we never lit a cigarette in the room, & they still charged us $150 the last night we were here (stayed for 4 days, from St. Louis). The pool was "closed due to maintenance" for the first 2 days, (Also a reason we chose this hotel). Other than that, pretty quite. But this $150 charge for no reason, makes it very easy to rate this hotel a 1! I am in awe right now. Even when the lady finally came up to our room 6 hours after bringing the sudden charge on the account to her attention and explaining that no one had smoked and please come explain why you say were smoking in the rm. She comes up. Like I said, 6 hours later and says, "Yea, it's smells like smoke. " what? So, take it or leave it, it'll be $150 fee to stay here if you smell like smoke.

Checked for 2 night stay. Desk was helpful and checking was quick. Room was as we requested and very clean and tidy. Maid service was very good and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel based on our experience here. Will certainly stay again in future.

Cosy place, easy access and good breakfast. It has a gym and a living room. It is located a 2-minute drive from Tucson airport.

The rooms are quite neat, the service in reception quite nice, the continental breakfast that offers this too well, has a great variety of food and drinks, the pool leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion, I made the pool something small For my taste, it is a decent hotel, with an Xbox and Playstation games room for young people, everything was fine in my stay there.

For one, the service is pretty good. They have nice big clean rooms and over free breakfast and free high speed Wi-Fi. Netflix ran great. The location was in a good spot but a little difficult pulling into from the other side of the road. Overall a pretty nice affordable place to stay.

Great little hotel. A little far from downtown Tucson but that's what we like. Quiet, nice heated pool and hot tub, video game room for teens, microwave and mini fridge in room. Free breakfast is typical of a chain hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Heated pool, Jacuzzi, and nice staff. Pretty good size rooms, and Forgot two nintendo switches on the counter they actually saved them for us. After 3 days of not noticing they were missing we got them back safe and sound.

Booked a room for one night after driving 4 days from Oregon. Got checked in. Everything was fine. Went to bed about 10 because I was exhausted. Woke up at 12am to a knock on the door. When I answered it, some lady said I wasn't supposed to be in the room. She had double booked it. On top of that, they charged me 3x. It took a week for them to charge me the correct amount for my room and they never offer to make any of the experience I had right. The dry wall above the shower was rotted and falling in to the shower it's self…

Had a great stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Suzie and Peggy always had a smile and were warm and friendly! Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Run down. $178+ tax — Makes this an Incredibly OVERPRICED dive. -Gem show in town — big deal… that didn’t excuse the shabby condition of my room. Toilet ran, sink dripped, window frame broken, burn on bed coverlet. THE STAFF was friendly & helpful — switched my room. Still, run down motel. Worth$50/ night.

Friendly staff, rooms are comfortable, and the price is right. When I stayed there the hotel had recently changed hands and was undergoing numerous updates. I was asked to change rooms once during my extended stay, so that the room I had been in could be updated. The staff was very accommodating, allowing me to use their board room to temporarily store my stuff while I was out for the day, before switching to the new room. I'll definitely stay here again.

By far the best guest relations and service in Tucson for the hotels of the same price range. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean pool, and a good free continental breakfast. The staff are the best and the way they make the guests feel welcomed and appreciated is what won me over.

Clean budget hotel. Was very quiet the three nights we stayed there over Christmas. Limited breakfast, the usual eggs and breakfast meat, cereal or waffles, nothing special.

This place is nasty, housekeeping leaves your room door open all day. Front desk manager won't get off her butt to stand at front desk, she's too worried about eating and putting on makeup all day. The housekeeping manager says she inspects the rooms after the housekeepers clean the room but still there's pubic hairs on the toilet seats and blood on the walls … hairs in the bed … bedbugs in between the mattresses! white powder behind the bed for the roaches. Mold in the tub. But she will say the guest is lying. And the owner is that dumb … All the negative reviews about dirty rooms. And he pats her on the back! THIS HOTEL IS DIRTY AND GHETTO. It will never get better and cleaner until u fix the obvious, your cleaning staff! oh and vehicles always getting broken into at nite, but owner will just say that's not my problem. This place is a dump. Here's the coffee maker AFTER THE ROOM WAS CLEANED.

Second time here and the experience is quite positive. Friendly staff, lobby area very comfortable, big room and very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. I like comfort, as you can tell from my statement.

This is my 2nd stay, and they have really done a good job of renovating. Very nice. They provide some really good makeup removal wipes for women to help prevent staining of their white wash cloths. Great idea. All of the staff have been approachable and pleasant. Front desk staff very helpful. I will return again.

Haider the front desk agent was absolutely the sweetest. I had to go to the ER this morning at 3am and he kept me company and made sure I was comfortable until my uber came. He has to be one of the friendliest and attentive staff I've ever met. The hotel itself is very nice for the price, quiet, clean and close enough to the airairport to walk. Id highly recommend for an overnight layover.

Would not go back. Rooms are nice and clean and cucumber water is good but that is all. No one at check-in desk. He showed up 10 min later. He was really kind though. The hotel literally ran out of towels. They were all in the washer. After asking 3 workers and asking the 3rd 2x, 30 min later, she told me. Doors only open up and one is not informed of that so you think keys don't work. The place is in a bit of shambles with signs saying they are remodeling. The hallways are nasty and dirty. The pool chairs are broken… my butt was touching the ground. The breakfast is gross. Not sure what kind of eggs they were but definitely not real. They tasted as if they were infused with air bubbles. The hash browns were inedible also. At least they had diy waffles. When checking out, the lady asked how the stay was and I stated all of the above and all she said was, "Sorry, I will tell management. " I expected her to either put the manager on the line or give a discount. Disappointed.

Our room was very clean and nice. They are in the middle of updating and looks like they are going to replace all the hallway carpeting. Until they do they could vacuum it a little and maybe clean up the laundry room. But otherwise it was a good value and had a decent breakfast. Should be a very nice place when the updates are done.

The service was fantastic, and everyone there was fantastic. We booked through Expedia, selecting a king size bed. When we got there, due to remodeling, there were none available. We were given a 2 bed room, with what we were told were queens. The beds felt a bit smaller than queens, but were still alright. I would like to see what the place is like after the remodel, as it has potential, and the staff we interacted with were fantastic all around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We arrived at almost midnight after long travels and the front desk representative was ebullient and enthusiastic. He seemed like he was trying to make the best of his long night, which made him more genuine in his interactions, and he made sure to keep us laughing. The next morning, after lots of hot water in the shower, the breakfast was great downstairs. Unfortunately, there was no meat, but they still had variety, freshness, and plenty restocked. The worker was amazingly attentive, loquacious and welcoming. She even served us directly at our table when we couldn't immediately find something after seeing. It's refreshing to be welcomed somewhere we seek comfort.

Nice hotel no frills. When checking in later at night on a Friday the desk clerk was super friendly and while chit chatting told him we were doing the Titan missle museum and he hooked me up with discount coupons! Room was basic and clean and did provide a microwave and fridge. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub during the stay. The breakfast was where they are lacking. Got a bagel and it might as well have been a hockey puck and the bread was hard which might be from storage? They had scrambled eggs, waffle maker and normal Continental breakfast food. Overall great stay!

Location is pretty good, near the airport but offset from the road enough that it was quiet overnight. Room was clean, cool, and comfortable, although the water pressure in the tap was a bit low. TV, fridge, and microwave were all good.

Rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. Only qualm was that seating for the breakfast area was a bit lacking and not a lot of selection of items for breakfast.

Big, comfortable, quiet rooms despite being near an airport. Bathroom was missing the toilet paper holder and someone stole our Do Not Disturb sign but otherwise very pleasant.

Rooms are comfortable enough for a short stay. The airport is very close by and convenient but there was no airplane noise during our stay. Breakfast is included but is all carbs except for the packets of peanut butter. The breakfast area was slammed with people trying to eat before early flights. There was nowhere to sit and it was difficult to get food. I would stay here again since the rate was fair but my expectations would be different.

Pretty solid hotel. The staff were really friendly. The hotel decor, carpet, etc. Were a little outdated. The room was normal, just what you'd expect from a hotel. The breakfast was actually really good.

Arrived at the hotel around 1am after booking online. No problems getting the room. It was clean and the free breakfast had a good variety.

We stayed several days with a truck and car trailer and all was safe and sound. Rented a car across the street and our stay was great. Breakfast was very good and better than most Baymonts. Would stay again and price is right off season.

Very good for the price. Clean rooms and clean overall too. Staff was always very friendly and helped when they could. There were some little things that could have been improved, like some of the floor tiles were cracked and the Wi-Fi wasn't the greatest. But overall it was a very positive experience.

My experience was really good. The staff and service were very good. The price per night was very cheap and the services that was offered to me were higher than my expectations.

Well, first off the room was given at a perfect and fair price in my opinion. $80 after fees for a same-day reservation. Second, it is very close to the airport and Desert Diamond Casino although there are not many restaurants to dine at nearby. And I just have to say that the customer service I received was great. Courtesy of Daniel at the front desk… he was a very helpful, cheerful, personable human being. Not just some guy behind the counter. Great service. Not a luxury stay. Fair price. Close to airport.

Booked a Fairfield, but they changed hands. Not as good as a Marriott for sure.

The hotel is in good condition, has breakfast, and facilities in general are quite acceptable, but what I spend on my does not have a name, I explain: I Made the reservation the night of August 9 by means of another page which omitire the name by respero to tripadvisor, what happened was that upon arriving at the hotel I was asked for the card to which, I answer that I didn't want charges on her for that vat to be paid in cash, the staff told me that no vat to be problems that the card is not vat to charge that nothing but the want to archive, to which I agreed and paid in cash. When you get to Mexico, I realized that if you had collected that night even when at the time they charged me in cash, by means of email talk with Louis Smith of FairField Inn Airport Tucson, Arizona to fix the problem and after several emails, that you don't believe me ask to see the security cameras, which to me says there is no evidence of what he was saying and that I had concluded the matter. And are several emails you sent to the CEO Arne Sorenson and did not answer me or anything. They robbed me of 50 dlls, they took my credit card without my authorization, and besides they charged me in cash, I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT THEM to STEAL MONEY FROM YOUR CARD, Robc.

Underwhelming for a Marriott hotel, but the money is right for the lower grade of establishment so, just the hint of sarcasm on the front desk may be the deciding factor here… Not unhelpful, just mmmmm no :-P not to mention the mosquitos in the room :-!
