Clean, reasonable prices, friendly staff, walk in shower, comfortable beds, pool and hot tub. Only draw back is parking lot fills up fast. They no longer have the rooms with hot tubs in them, which is a bummer, but still nice rooms overall. We almost always stay here when in Payson and not camping.

Great stay, nice pool, sad hot tub didn't work in room, but the one outside was ok.

Beautiful area. Our room was large but upstairs. No elevator. Cannot get into lobby with a walker or wheelchair. Super clean carpeting in our room.

Wonderful expierence! Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Pool with water feature and hot tub. Waffles at breakfast had a small 4 piece design which is great for children and adults.

Room was great. Got a upgraded room. Parking lot is small. I had to park out in the dirt in front of the hotel the 2nd night.

0 would be better. Smoke alarm went off every hour increasing the beeps from 1 am until I checked out at 4 am. Would like to have stayed but the new employee did not know what to do, she had no one to call and no maintenance person on duty. She offer 2 double AA batteries that did not fit and shrugged her shoulders, then lied to the manager or the manager lied to me. He said, "This is not a Hilton" and offered to investigate and perhaps offer us a discount in the future. No way am I staying there again. Here tonight at the Hassayampa in Prescott it was cheaper, cleaner, I receive 3 of everything, got a welcome call to make sure our room is good. Bad manager Bad service.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My family and I visited payson for a day trip of fishing. We decided it was late and we didn't want to make the drive back in town at 8pm so we spur of the moment booked a room through Expedia for super 8. We woke up to a bed bug above our bed on the wall. I took pictures because I really couldn't believe it. When I told Brian in the office and even showed him in the room. He simply said every hotel in AZ has bed bugs they just get the room treated! No apology at all! Then I asked for his name and corporates number and was told he was going to call the cops on me so I left. I contacted Expedia spoke to 4 people who could do nothing because after contacting Brian here told them I was lying and refused a refund. I will never booked through Expedia and will never stay at hotels because how horrible of a situation this was for my kids and I.

What a pleasanr surprise! We had just left Pinetop-Lakeside at 8 p. M. Trying to beat an approaching winter storm. Well, we didn't beat the storm. As soon as we approached Payson, we saw the Super 8 sign. It looked like a welcoming lighthouse in a storm. The beds were super comfortable more comfortable than the timeshare we just left. … would return anytime and skip the expensive timeshare.

Room 119 is an amazing suite! The jets on high are so relaxing. Just don't drop the provided bubble bath into the tub, to many bubbles. Great stiff bed.

Super clean! Awesome pool! Close enough to walk to 4-5 different restaurants. Amazing customer service.

This is a beautiful hotel for a great price! The owner is friendly and helpful, rhe rooms are full of amenities and very clean. Great with kids! We will definitely come here again!

We stayed in the jacuzzi & fireplace room, neither one worked but was ok with me. Big room! The TV was to small for the size of room, GF had 3 nights booked but for some unknown reason could only get us two (2) nights. Overall GR8!

Very clean and modern but the best part was the customer service I received. When coming through this area again I will definitely be a return customer.

I had car trouble and needed a quick and reasonable place to stay for the night! It was clean and convenient, the room was spacious, I would definitely stay there again! My only complaint and this is not really anyone’s fault is that the air conditioner was really loud and I woke up at 3am to turn it off.

Will never stay here again. After the invasion of privacy and giving out my private information to to a friends abusive husband. We we're woken up at 1am to him banging on the door and had to call the cops to have him arrested. Good going dummies!

This was okay, the check in was a long wait there was no front office person to check us in for 30 mins. The pool and jacuzzi are really nice, the beds are comfortable. The rooms have a refrigerator, microwave, tv, and Wi-Fi. The breakfast here is pretty good you have a couple choices of what to eat.

If you have a mexican cell or idk which other reason, the Wi-Fi does not grabs you.

Good for a budget hotel buyer. Although it can't be compared to any other hotels like Holiday inn or any 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for. I went there when it was snowing so we couldn't use the pool. The breakfast was okay but limited space and food. The rooms were ok too. As mentioned earlier, you get what you pay for.

Room was clean and quiet. Beds were comfy. Check in and check out went smoothly. Couldn't ask for anything more from a quick one night stay on our way through town. These budget properties can be hit or miss but I would definitely stay here again.

Nice room, clean shower/tub and decent breakfast. The toast and bagels were all gone j including milk when I arrived about 10am. Only thing left were waffles which were fresh and delicious. The pool and hot tub were closed apparently out of season great 80 ° weather all weekend. It was working and clean water, just had a lock on it, still paid full price for a night and the night were purchased through the super 8 website not a 3rd party and they still couldn't refund the $ directly for other 2 nights.

The beds were comfortable. Having a mini fridge and microwave were very convenient. The Wi-Fi is terrible.

The pool was really nice and I had a good night! Just as I expected it would be.

Okay… Clean only stayed there because the tire in my truck was Gunna blow. $100 a night I expected a little more. At least it had Wi-Fi.

It is what it is. A Super 8. Cheap and clean place to stay. It deserves 5 stars though. For the low price we got a clean room, some free breakfast, and a clean operational hot tub. Perfect for a place to get clean and rested between hikes and exploring the area. I will be back.

This is a beautiful hotel with updated furnishings. The breakfast was an okay typical continental breakfast. However it is overpriced.

The facilities were very clean. The people the at the front desk are very nice. Great stay. This might be our new spot!

Worst experience of my life. Ive stayed at dumpier hotels and still received better service. Electricity went out in the whole building. No back up generator/lights/air condition. Nothing. Manager said there will be no refunds. We had to sleep with the hotel door open for air. Had other people and their kids going in and out of our room. Electricity was out 9pm-4:45am. They did nothing to make anything right. Not even an apology. All the other hotels in town were booked so couldn't even stay anywhere else. I have a baby and 2 dogs that were with me. When I tried to talk to manager he walked away from me. Even the lady at the front desk ignored me. And when I called today and said I called corporate and 5 on your side they responded "oh ok whatever"

Horrible service. Anti-military. Myself and a fellow wounded veteran were held to a very strick check in time of 3pm, but everyone else who cam in between 9am and 3pm were immediately given a key and sent to their rooms.

It would have been a 5 star rating except for the shower/tub issues. Tub didn't drain, shower didn't get full water power. A portion of the flow kept coming out of the tub nozzle. Everything else was fantastic. It's the best looking Super 8 I've ever seen. Adobe Southwest design. Waterfall spilling into adorable pool. Great hot tub. And clean hotel room that is spacious for most hotels of this price range.

Best Super 8 we have stayed in. Big, clean rooms with fridge and microwave. Nice pool and hot tub, easy access location, very good hosts. Nice breakfast and computer and printer to use.

HORRIBLE! We tried to cancel our reservation (due to family emergency) two days before arriving (their policy only requires 24 hours) and the "manager" Bethany said she would give us a call back. No call back, big surprise right? So since she wouldn't cancel it, we still showed up. My husband went in to check in and she was upset that we were there. Then she was questioning him about why we were there. Uhm you wouldn't let us cancel and you were going to charge us anyways, so why wouldn't we? Come to find out, she over booked and planned on making double the money for our suite. Then she started to talk trash about me, saying I was a liar, and using very rude words, talking directly to my husband. So after 20 minutes of her going on and on saying we shouldn't be there, we finally got out room. Once my husband told me this, I went in to the office. I told her I did not understand why she was so rude about the situation and why she said what she did, also that our family situation was none of her business. She raised her voice, calling me every name in the book. What kind of manager acts like that?!?! I just walked out, and went up to the room. The room appeared nice but when I was about to put food in the fridge, I saw a big opened bag of string cheese left from the last guest or the guest from 6 months ago, judging on the expiration date. The expiration date was from 5 months ago. Clearly, the maids didn't even check the fridge.

Staff were rude and incompetent, especially the "manager" Bryan who refused to give his last name. Would sleep in my vehicle before staying at this establishment again. The "continental breakfast" was a joke, HORRIBLE coffee and hard/stale bread.

Basic, comfortable, and adequate.
