The owners are very friendly, they make you feel very welcomed, the beds are comfortable, rooms clean. The only hotel we use anymore.

Rooms are mediocre and not entirely clean. The lady in charge has one of the worst personalities for customer service. Second time I have stayed here and she is just the rudest and most inhospitable caretaker imaginable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I used my business credit card to pay fo a room on the 13th of April and received a fraud alert today may 5th that someone used my credit card today at Frys supermarket the same city! Beware of owner!

Great place, like the other reviews noted. Basic needs well met. Good Wi-Fi, clean, quiet, close to downtown. Microwave and mini fridges that are clean and work. 32 Samsung's with cable. Reminds me of how hotels used to be.

Great location, fair prices, clean rooms. Not too fancy, older hotel in the edge of everything in Prescott, food, shops, national forest is 15 minutes away. I'd stay here again.

I was attending a wedding and as one of the bridesmaids I was planning on having the other girls come to get ready in my room. The manager was quickly on the case of anyone who came by to drop their dress off. We ended up getting ready in another motel because of how poorly we we're treated the first day. Overall the room was fine. It was clean and the bathroom was nice. The beds were stiff, but there were no problems with noisy neighbors. If I ever go back to this motel it would only be under the circumstances that I would not be seeing anyone at all while there.

I booked a room for my elderly grandparents for an overnight stay and it was ABSOLUTELY HORRID! The woman who checked us in was rude, she charged my card after I called to say I would be paying cash and to top it all off, she insisted on speaking to. My grandmother and I in Spanish. I am American, of Native American and Spanish descent and speak some Spanish, but my family and I all speak English as our first language. Even after we asked her to speak to us in English, she REFUSED and continued to speak to us in Spanish. If there had been any way to get my money back and find another room for them, I would have, because I was BEYOND offended! She mentioned several times about not smoking in the rooms, but allowed smoking in the courtyard next to the doors. Much closer than legally allowed. Do. OT BOOK HERE unless you want a racist, rude experience with subpar rooms and even worse parking!

Was in Prescott for work Hotel is clean roomy and the best velue in town Grace and Zigi are great people very friendly fun to have a conversation with and treated us like family. I will never stay any where else when im in Prescott Az.

Much cheaper than most other hotels in the area and it's a short walk to downtown. The rooms are clean with a spacious bathroom. Mini fridge and microwave are in each room as well. The only complaint I have is the woman who worked in the office made me pay an extra $10 when I checked out because she noticed there was an extra person that slept in my room that I didn't originally tell them about. I would stay again despite that woman.

Absolutely terrible. I called to purchase a room for my family and the woman that answered the phone (from china or india) started asking questions about who would be in the room. I said my daughter is 18, and she said I would have to come down there in person to pay for the room. I am a local business owner and I will put these people out out of business. The bottom line is… don't purchase a room here. Hopefully the new owners will treat customers better.

Never in my entire experience of trying to reserve a room have I ever been treated so rude! My brother and I live in Mesa and we needed a room just for a night because we had some business to take care of in Prescott. I called Heritage House to get the rate for a room with two beds. The woman told me that it would be $94.63 with tax. I told her Thank you and we hung up. Then my brother called back to pay for the reservation about twenty minutes later and a man answered and told him that it would be $88.00 + tax and $100.00 deposit for damages. (Now I have heard of putting money towards the reservation to hold the room but never for damages! ) My brother told the man that he would call him back. Well I had been trying to find a room all morning with no luck, so he decided to take the room anyway. My Brother called the man back to make the reservation and the man took his credit card information and personal information and we thought that we had a room. A few minutes later the man called him back and said that they do not rent rooms to people from out of town. My brother told him and the woman who later got on the phone that he feels discriminated against. The woman then started to get rude with my brother and hung up on him. In hopes of miscommunication, I called back to try and talk to both the man and woman about the situation as we were only trying to rent a room for the night.

It wasn't horrible by any means, it was the staff that was awful. A bottle of water was spilled on the bed, and the hotel called me 15 minutes after checkout and told me that they need to charge me for special mattress cleaning. Bull, it was water. So they threatened to charge me. Good luck charging my gift card that I paid with! Terrible service. Average room. Stay at your own risk.
