Staff is friendly and helpful the prices are right and the place is clean.

My wife and I have been coming here for many years great hotel plus great service at the check in desk! One of the Best Best Western we have stayed at and we have stayed at many over the years!

They do not bring fresh towels or anything.

Getting ready to leave I noticed the shower temperature didn’t work, called and waited for maintenance, maintenance showed up just in time to check out, no shower for me, asked if there was anything they could do, I’m from out of state, on my way to bury my mom smelling from no shower, but was told there’s nothing they can do.

Rude woman asserted herself with me in a manner that is unacceptable. I do believe her name was Robin. I will never stay with Best Western again and will make sure to inform everyone how disgraceful this woman was.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for two nights. We came to Prescott to visit Watson Lake as a gift to my daughter. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Their complimentary breakfast was better than others I have had. We had only one problem in the room. The front office staff handled it quickly and with a very friendly attitude. We will definitely stay here again!

Room was nice. The staff was pleasant, breakfast was very nice. The biggest problem with our room was the air conditioning. It was dead very loud and kept going on and off. It was either very cold or very warm. My wife became very sick after our stay. We probably will not be back due to that situation. Thank you.

Me and a friend went up to Prescott to get out of the Phoenix heat for my birthday weekend. This hotel is in a great location close to downtown Prescott as well as Bucky's Casino. Willow and Watson lake were also only about a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Since there is no swimming allowed at the lakes we cooled off at the pool for a while. It was a little small but the way it sat on the property it felt secluded and peaceful. The breakfast was super delicious, I love a good waffle bar! The coffee was great and they offered flavored coffee creamer which is always a plus! The rooms were clean, spacious, and even included a mini fridge. Over all, great place to stay would definitely stay again next time I'm in Prescott.

I've stayed at the Best Western Prescottonian several times and find it excellent. The employees are most helpful and the rooms clean and neat. There is a lot of focus in keeping this Motel top-notch. Breakfast is always yummy and the attached Mexican Restaurant, Plaza Bonita, is also a locals favorite. I definitely recommend staying at the Best Western Prescottonian!

The hotel exterior does not do the hotel justice. When you arrive it looks as if you're pulling up to a questionable motel. However, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The amenities in the room are nice and updated. The beds are comfortable. During my stay I was able to connect my computer to the TV and watch Netflix with no problems. The overall staff was very friendly. The breakfast was an average breakfast but still satisfying. I would recommend this hotel if you're making a day trip and only staying a night or two.

Our king-size room was very spacious. It was clean, except the bed coverings had stains and the sheets were very wrinkled. The bed was comfortable though. The breakfast was good—especially the biscuits and gravy. We had an end room which was quiet. Unfortunately, we did have a mouse in our food bag one night. That was not pleasant.

Excellent service throughout. Nice and extremely friendly staff. Couldn’t be happier! Well, yes I could! Just add bacon to the breakfast and it will be perfect!

Guacamayas was amazing. I would highly recommend it. The burrito, the chips, the salsa it was all simply great. In addition, the fried ice cream was superb. I'd recommend it all.

Great location and room. Stayed as a group to attend a wedding and the staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were great, no problems. Breakfast was nice, but go before 8:45am because they run out of some items. Overall a very quality location.

As a business traveler I look for properties that are Clean, Comfy bed, Professional & Friendly Staff. This property is great. I travel with my own pillow but they had comfortable ones as well. Breakfast has something for everyone. A great place to stay and I will be again next time in the area.

We ate at the attached Mexican food restaurant. The food was very good and the portions quite large so splitting was a good idea. The kids enjoyed it as well.

The Prescottonian was a very good value and the room was clean and spacious. It is motor inn style and we had a ground floor room and were able to park right outside our door making loading/unloading extremely easy. We did have dinner at the Guacamayas restaurant and let out waitress know we were guests at the motel so should have received 10% off, but she forgot and we did too when we got the check. The breakfast room is large and the choices were plentiful and very good. Overall it was a good value for our $ and will definitely stay there again when in Prescott!

Bed is great! Staff is friendly. I would stay there again. Can't quite give in 5 stars though. The breakfast provided needs improvement.

Two night stay while hiking and biking in Prescott. Great value and close to the downtown. Older facility but well maintained. Large breakfast area with full hot breakfast. Staff was great — would stay here again.

We came up for a Volleyball tourney and needed a place to stay. There was one room left at the BW. We were so happy with our stay. Very nice staff and the breakfast was great! Saved us over $50 if we were to eat somewhere else. I highly recommend staying there to anyone.

Staff WONDERFUL, Property very well done, Restaurant was great. Full Breakfast was terrific a value added part of the stay. And the BED " holy cow WONDERFUL!. I stayed at a Days in on I-17 on the way to the Grand Canyon I slept maybe 2½ hours of the 8, I had allotted, tossing and turning until at 2:00 am I got up and slept in the chair at the desk in my room. At 4 am I was dressed and at the front desk complaining to the clerk, the complaint was taken curiously but now 2 days have passed and no word from days in. So lesson learned stay at the Best Western on Gurley road or street. The best stay I've ever had. Completely satisfied. Faith and Robin and the rest of the crew will assure you have a great stay.

Great hotel for staying in Prescott. Big parking lot and very nice breakfast area. Decent view of the hills and quick access to other parts for Prescott from this location. Rooms are a little older, but clean.

Stayed at the BW Prescott for a weeks vacation. Our stay was fantastic. Hotel was very clean, and the rooms were large. More then that what really made out trip was the staff. Faith at the front desk was absolutely very professional, and one of the nicest woman my wife and I encountered. Breakfast was great, and with everyone being so nice, it just made for a great experience. When we return we will definitely stay here. Thank you for being a great place! Brad Robey.

Very clean. Wonderful breakfast buffet with nice view. The Mexican restaurant on site is very good also. Staff were very helpful since my husband has broken leg and I am disabled.

This hotel was average for our needs. The room was large and well appointed but the carpet was sticky and the room had a distinct "Iodine" smell. Front desk check in was slow, the clerk chatting about dogs with the guests ahead of me, then she took several phone calls. We had no housekeeping the second day and when reported to the front desk there was no compensation offered. The swimming pool was drained and covered, not mentioned in their listing. The breakfast and the dining room attendant were excellent, the best part of the stay. This was my first time in Prescott so I went with B. W. My default hotel chain. I now know there are other properties that are a much better value.

I have stayed at this Best Western several times. It is always clean and comfortable. I have had issues with the air conditioning during the Summer months. The staff has said that new climate control is on the horizon. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. A family will save a good chunk of money by having the full breakfast. It is not just a continental breakfast, but they offer the works. This is one of the reasons that I have returned to this hotel. The adjoining Mexican restaurant is very good as well. We will definitely stay here again.

I always stay at the Prescottonian Hotel. It is close to downtown Prescott and has the best breakfast of any hotels I have stayed in. The staff is always friendly and it fits the home town atmosphere of Prescott. The value is excellent. Of late some updating will help but all in all it is still the only motel I choose to stay in while in Prescott. I give it a 4 1/2 but couldn't put the half in.

The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was well done and the host was on his game the whole time. The only thing I would say is get a room in the area where heating and cooling has been update. The heater clicked on and off all night. Can't hold back a good review due to that, they seem to be working on it. Otherwise all was good.

Very clean hotel. The free breakfast is not your typical hotel free breakfast. They have almost anything for breakfast u could think of including great coffee. I stayed 3 nights and every employee I came into contact with was very polite and helpful. The rooms are above average in size and super clean. I will be back for sure next time I visit family in Prescott!

Definitely Recommended Breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh, hot food, as well as typical continental breakfast selections. Service was friendly. Very pet friendly — there is a large pet area available. The room was spacious enough to accommodate a pet. The room was also nice, not a substandard "pet room". I would definitely stay here again.

They were very accommodating with our ladies hiking group of ten. Grouped our rooms and let us pay individually for our half room at checkout. The breakfast was great to put us on the hiking trail well fed and nourished. Best free breakfast I've had at any hotel. An actual breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very large and relaxing. Nice showers for aching muscles and tender feet following a day on the trail. Good value for the money.

I was really surprise at the cleanliness and quality of the room. I have driven by this hotel hundreds of times but never stayed there. This weekend, my usual hotels were book, so I took a chance. The room was large and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was the best complementary breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. I was amazed at not only the quality of food, but the choices. Every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to provide quality customer service. The last time I have seen such a friendly staff, was at an overpriced resort at Disney Land. Well Done Prescott Best Western! You are my new First Choice in Prescott.

This is a nice place to stay although very expensive for a place to sleep. $$$. The breakfast buffet is really nice, however, no bacon! And no way to get any! Great coffee! I would recommend this hotel if you absolutely HAD to stay in Prescott and couldn't make it to Phoenix where the same hotel would be between $80 and $90.

This is a very nice motel. Rooms and grounds are clean and well kept. Bed was extremely comfortable. Check in was smooth and fast as was check out. I have stayed in many hotels/motels in Prescott and this is one of the best.

My husband and I (plus two small dogs) will go back on our next trip to Prescott. There is a good area to walk your dogs and the rooms were clean and free of any kind of pet odor. The breakfast spread was good as was the Mexican restaurant. Location is good also.

This was a first class hotel. I was happy with everything. There wasn't any noise from the highway to disturb me and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The breakfast that was available had a great variety to choose from and the staff was very attentive to the guests. I have not stayed with BW in a long time, but I will look for them in the future as I continue to travel.

One of my "pet" peeves is that a Best Western indicates they're pet friendly hotel but then makes little to no effort to make it somewhat easier for those traveling with pets to enjoy the amenities of the hotel such as the restaurant or a place where they can safely go to relieve themselves that aren't around the other guests that don't have dogs. At this hotel, no one ever told us where there's such places and when it came time to eat in the morning we were told not to bring our 6 month old 9 pound puppy into the area. Not even giving us a suggestion as to an alterative seating arrangement. During out stay, there must have been nearly 10 dogs and I finally found out where they were taking their dogs which was in a vacant lot across the facility. Would I stay there again, probably now that I know what I can expect.

Overall stay was quite nice. Breakfast was the highlight. It would be very difficult to find a complimentary breakfast as good as this. Doors allowed quite a bit of noise through so if there was something outside, you heard it. Rooms were fairly clean and we enjoyed our stay.

This was a nice hotel. It was not super-fancy, but nice. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable and clean. (We always check for cleanliness) The breakfast had the best selection of items that I have ever experienced in a hotel… and it was tasty. The folks in the dining room were extremely helpful. It is located in an easy to access area… and there was parking directly in front of our room. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying the in the Prescott area.

The staff was very professional. The room was clean and spacious. All the amenities were great. The breakfast was great and offered lots of options. The room air conditioner was not consistent in temp control. Otherwise I would give a 5. Comfy bed!

The hotel stay was very pleasant overall. The room, while utilitarian in decor and design, was sparkling clean and fresh. Service at the front desk and during breakfast was friendly and professional. We stayed with our service dogs and the staff even provided waste bags in a cute little container for our use. Very thoughtful.

This hotel was much nicer than we expected. The employees were very nice and helpful. The room was bigger than we thought it would be, and bonus, a refrigerator! I haven't stayed in a Best Western in years. Never really had a quality stay in one. But this stay honestly changed my mind on how much nicer they are. Much better stay than expected. Our only problem was that our bathtub didn't drain very fast. But no big deal. We were only there one night. We would definitely stay again!

Great staff. Everyone that I encountered was smiling and so nice. My room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had the best choices to offer for anyone. Hot, fresh and good.

Clean but clearly in need of an update. I couldn't find the light switch for the bathroom, found it in the bedroom. Walk in to one large room with both beds, just outdated. Front desk staff was very friendly and nice. Went out of their way to offer a water bottle and granola bar since I didn't have time for breakfast.

The room was very large even though it came with 2 queen beds. It came with a small refrigerator and and microwave. My son uses a wheelchair and we did not feel crammed in. They have a pool device to get into the pool but no way to get down the steps. I gave the clerk at the desk some alternatives as how to rectify the situation. I have not been back to see if anything has been accomplished.

The rooms are very nice and the staff is very professional and accommodating. They made arrangements to start the breakfast early since there were several softball teams staying that had early games. The only issue was with the a\c unit as it was having intermittent issues. Edit : Dropped from 4 stars to 2 stars. The next morning they didn't serve breakfast early which I can understand but when we asked the front desk about it they said that they didn't care, that it wasn't their problem, and then laughed.

My boss woke up from sleeping for 1 hr. And woke up bitten by bed bugs and killed a few and saw them running away from her when she turned on the lights. Very traumatized. We left immediately. I was next door and had chilled in the pillows for awhile and got bit on my chest. Fair warning.

Helpful service. Room was clean and spacious. I was afraid road noise would be a bother but it was not. Breakfast to was fantastic.

The staff was great and the breakfast amazing; however, the room was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable and the towels short and rough. The bathroom door was hard to close and such when opening. The toilet barely flushed. The tub for the shower was slippery because of the lack of prevention. Worst of all, my feet got dirty walking around the room because of the condition of the carpet. Gross!

The front desk staff was great. Checking in was quick. Our room was perfect. Nice and clean. Breakfast was awesome. Quite the variety of food and the staff was very nice and polite.

Only stayed one night and despite the shady look it was very nice. Room was clean and guest services had no problem helping us out. Helpful morning staff for breakfast. It is nothing special, but will serve great for a one night stay. Major problem is it is right by Highway 89, so in the middle of the night cars will drive by and accelerate right by. Very likely to wake you up if you are a light sleeper.

We liked this hotel — a lot! We recommend staying here. We stayed 5 days while touring the Prescott area. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is great — offers a wide variety of breakfast foods to choose from. The staff were friendly and courteous. It's centrally located so we could get anywhere in the area within 15 minutes.

Small bathroom, walls are paper thin, can hear everything going on outside, swamp cooler is very loud and comes on automatically every hour or so, pool was closed even though mid march in arizona and good weather, very loud beeping sound about every hour outside our room as well (not car locks/or alarms), room does have a fridge amd microwave.

Everything was amazing, awesome location, staff and accommodations! The onsite restaurant was delicious and affordable. The hotel is my go to place whenever I stay in Prescott.

Very good size room with a fridge, microwave, and big screen HDTV. Comfortable beds. I also think it's great that they allow pets. Very close to downtown Prescott.

We came in for a late night last minute family getaway and Robyn at the front desk was amazing! The room was perfect for us and our 9 year old son. Great breakfast this morning, great location, amazing price.

The front desk clerk was friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and we could see daylight around the entire door. We needed a ground floor room and I don't think the place has any sound proofing because we could hear every word and every step from neighbors on all sides, especially the herd of giants stomping around the room above us. Yes, we could have probably asked for a different room, but that is a hassle too after we'd already unloaded everything in the snow. Overall, our stay was miserable and we will not be staying there again.

I thought the price was high compared to other nearby hotels. Also the TV did not work and the front desk offered zero concessions to help.

We took a spur of the moment trip up north to Prescott and decided to stay the night. To our surprise the room was quite spacious, newly renovated, very clean. The bedding was comfortable, the ladies at the front desk (evening and morning) were very pleasant. We slept in so unfortunately we missed the complimentary breakfast which we heard was wonderful. We have a toddler so comfort, space, cleanliness and friendly people made our trip well worth it. We will definitely return and tell our friends.

Worst service ever! This place is a joke. Came in at 2am with husband and our two young children. The guy up front was new and had no idea what he was doing. He told us where our room was and than we headed to our room. Only to find out both of the keys did not work. So my husband went back not only once to fix the key for that particular room but a total of three times. Finally he made the guy working come out and do it himself (after the jerk sent him away 3 times and tried to blame it on us and putting the room keys next to iur phone. Which was not the case). He couldn't even get into the room so he tried another room and still didnt work. Not to mention I got into a car accident earlier in the evening and had a messed up knee along with our two young cranky children who just wanted to get inside from the cold and sleep. He made us wait outside for an hour, till finally he put us in another building. And when we asked him to accommodate us somehow for his screw ups he and the manager told us that it was not their fault so they wouldnt do anything for us. Just overall worst service ever. If I could give no starsi would.

From the front desk to the wonderful breakfast, our recent 9 night stay was just as we had hoped for. The beds were comfortable, the room had a working microwave and frig as described, and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are fresh and clean. Love the microwave and refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was awesome. The attendants that worked the breakfast room were fantastic. Definitely will be staying here again.

Wonderful king bed! Slept so good. Tom, at the desk, was feet nice and helpful. Doggy run out back was so nice. Breakfast? Wow! The best buffet breakfast ever in a hotel and "Chef" was super nice and welcoming! We highly recommend staying here. Great value! Thanks Tom!

I was in Prescott for a conference and stayed at this hotel for three nights. The rooms were comfortable and roomy, the beds comfortable, and price very reasonable. My colleague and I paid around $80 for a double room. It was immaculately clean, and the hotel itself was conveniently located inside the city but away from the noise of the downtown. The breakfasts were a life-saver — — a hot, fresh variety of food that really helped a couple of travelers out of our time zone start the day.

I have stayed in this hotel on previous trips over the last 5-6 years and it gets better every time! The staff is great and there doesn't seem to be alot of turnover so they must like it too! for around $70 a night for a double you get a comfortable, CLEAN room, free breakfast buffet (hot food not stale donuts), free reliable Wi-Fi, great location. This is and always will be my first choice to stay in Prescott. Little things like wonderful smelling soaps, shampoos, etc. — not the average hotel stuff — and super comfortable beds with lots of NICE pillows make this an incredible value good for your soul and your wallet.
