Very friendly staff. Work in process to freshen up for the season, but no inconvenience at all.

Can’t even express my disappointment in this hotel. My 2 year old opened the drawer and found drug paraphernalia. Do what you want in your own space. But wtf. Housekeeping should have caught this before a 2 year old….

Came to Prescott for the night and had reservations. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly, and helped quickly. The hotel was dog friendly and the concierge was very accommodating. We enjoyed our visit, and I would recommend this hotel.

The atmosphere was comfortable for an overnight stay.

Good price. Convenient to downtown Prescott. Quiet and clean rooms. Pet friendly. Free breakfast, free coffee. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Enjoyable visit.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and it was excellent! Firstly, the prices were extremely competitive with its neighbor literally right next door, Motel 6, for cheap places to stay in the area. Looking at the Motel 6, nothing stood out or was impressive about that place. However… The Quality Inn right next door was 10 times as aesthetically pleasing for the same price. Customer service here was extremely nice and friendly, as well as the breakfast staff The breakfast here was on point! There's nothing more to say than that.

Staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast is awesome! My wife and I are here for our bi-annual church conference and it they have been more than accommodating.

This renovated hotel checked all my boxes. A comfortable place to sleep, refrigerator, coffee maker and free breakfast. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. This is a great location and I would stay here again.

Room was adequate. Hotel was clean and staff was pleasant. The breakfast was great with a good variety.

Stayed two nights 6/13, 14. Staff was exceptionally nice. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good and not crowded. Great location.

I liked the floor plan of the room. The bed sheets were clean and nothing felt really dirty good stay overall.

The staff here are wonderful and willing to help. They have a great breakfast. Rooms are super clean. Nice pool area.

Nice place. Everyone was friendly. The rooms are kind of small but it looks like it has been remodeled from an older building. Still nice and they serve breakfast which is a plus. I stayed on and off for a few weeks. No bad experiences.

The room was fully stocked. (fridge, micro, etc) the front desk was extremely nice and it includes breakfast. They have a fire pit at night with a beautiful view!

Love my stay here staff is awesome… I'll be more than happy to give them 5 stars… It's rare to find a place that actually cares. Everyone was personable… Breakfast is great.

My first room was covered in LONG brown hair all over both beds and the bathroom. Told the front desk and she moved us into another room. Found hair on the top blanket and one of the four pillows. Too tired to change rooms or find another hotel so I just used a sheet and pretended I wasn't grossed out.

The night crew and the place was great it was close to anything you might need. The morning crew was horrible I had to tow my car home and the tow truck arrived at 11. The manager of house keeping came and told my little sisters check out was 11 they explained they were waiting for me and her response was “Well Jay Said Check Out Was 15 Minutes Ago. ”She stood there as if she didn’t hear what was going on. I arrived by 11:27 and went to the front desk manger and asked “ Is there a problem going on with my room. ” She instantly began to raise her voice saying “Yeah check out was at 11! ”I began to become infuriated with the service I was receiving. So I began to raise my voice and explained what was going on then she jumped to “ And you guys can’t be smoking weed up there! ” Knowing nothing had been smoked in that hotel room. They would have came and said something if that was the case. She just wanted to find any reason to rush us out and give us a hard time. I told her to check the room and stormed off to grab my stuff. I will never stay here again and it’s sad because the people that worked the front desk at night were so nice I enjoyed my stay until check out. As long as Jeanine isn’t working the front desk you should enjoy your stay. I have stayed at many hotels and I never had someone threaten to call the police on two young ladies for waiting 27 minutes past check out for their ride.

Clean, staff was friendly, nice breakfast.

The Continental breakfast is ok, nothing great. Housekeeping is pretty bad. They barely put the bed back together. The magnetic keys to get into your room work half the time. We spoke with other guest as well who had the same issue with their keys. Outdoor pool only, so closed for the winter season. This is an ok motel. I would not stay here again though.

Location was great because it was close to numerous places to eat. The breakfast in the morning was good (eggs, bisquits and gravy, bagels, cereal, etc…) So something for everyone. The rooms were very clean and it was quiet, even with lots of high school athletes.

The rooms and house keeping were good. But the receptionist lady during the night shift who walked around the rooms yelling at everyone to stay in their rooms at 10, and watching me buy food at the vending machines as if I was going to steal was very rude. Not only did I feel annoyed with her but same with many other people who were trying to go out to get food. Treating your visitors as children is very disrespectful, if she fixes her attitude problem maybe I will come back.

Clean Hotel, great price, comfortable bed and pillows, breakfast and Wi-Fi.

Very friendly staff. Nice, clean, though somewhat small rooms, very good hot breakfast in the morning, and even has a gas fire pit out on the patio that was great to sit by on the cooler evenings.

Clean, comfortable. But my room had a messed up door lock and my key cards took 10 tries to work on average. Minor details, I'd stay there again for sure.

My husband and I stayed here for our 17th wedding anniversary. The bed was so uncomfortable. My husband and I both could not sleep. On top of that we had the room facing the busy street (we were told it was their best room) and our window was right over the outside patio so there was constant noise. The breakfast was mediocre. The staff were nice and Prescott is a beautiful place. We will stay somewhere else the next time we visit Prescott.

Hotel was ok, was given water, a free drink for a local bar which was nice. Beds were comfortable but breakfast left little to the imagination. Location was good and overall a decent stay.

Stayed at this hotel while I was attending the Rodeo over 4th of July. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how friendly the staff was. What I liked the most was the breakfast that is offered to all the customers. It was a full meal and it tasted great!

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, fast internet and very good breakfast. Walls could be a little thicker but other than that no complaint. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We've had a great stay here. Great staff, location and facilities. The pool, and fire pit are nice places to relax outdoors. We will definitely be back!

The staff really cared. Rooms clean. Continental breakfast better than at a sit down dinner. Plus they gave me a prices break. Very impressed and will stay there next time. 5 stars.

It was the worst room ever. Door did not close properly, light from hallway poured into room. Beds were broke down springs and so low at head of bed had to prop up the head area. Walls thin and very noisy. Put next to elevator and side entrance. Was so bad we left and drove the night thru to reach our next destination. So paid for a night we couldn't use. That's just wrong. Shame on you for not taking care of properties that the customer feels safe and able to rest well. That's what they are paying for.

Come join us during the holidays. We still have plenty of rooms and great rates.

Stayed here once many years ago. I believe it has changed hands since then. Rooms were typical, but clean and comfortable. Girlfriend and I had a good nights sleep.

I didn't find this location very comfortable, beds were too hard for my liking. Property was clean. No gym. Breakfast was good, waffle machines, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogart, pastries, bagels, etc.

Great location close to downtown, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and a helpful staff, I would stay there again.

We had gracious and friendly staff. The rooms very well appointed and comfortable. The location was convenient to the city of Prescott.

OTHER REVIEWS ARE OUT OF DATE! I almost didn't stay here because of the terrible reviews. This hotel has been totally remodeled top to bottom. Everything is brand new and service was perfect. Price was a little high, but, I got the last room available and I think all hotels charge more for their last available rooms.
