Rooms are modern and nice. They said they are working on remodeling the bathrooms, they are a little dated. The AC is a wall unit and struggled a bit, but it is hot out. Would stay again.

Overpriced! Hard to find as there was no address displayed. Floor appeared to have not been swept for weeks. Window screens were broken and on the ground. Room is laid out so the TV can only be watched from the bed. Pool was too cold. Free coffee was cold.

The room was AMAZING! Very big room freshly renovated, with a kitchen. The staff was very nice. We will be booking here for all future Prescott stays!

I've stayed here several times, the staff is very friendly and make u feel at home. This time we stayed in one of the lower budget rooms, It is still a decent room for the price! The local motel 6 doesn't have fridge, microwave, or coffe pot in a majority of their rooms. And they charge $3 a day, per device for Wi-Fi, that u constantly looses signal. Budget host as free unlimited Wi-Fi, and a hub/access point inside ur room, so signal is awesome! Hands down, this place is definitely the best bang for your buck, here in prescott. Oh and if your family requires bigger, better rooms; Budget host doesnt dissapoint. They have rooms with full kitchens, and fire place included as well.

LOVE IT HERE! Pretty quiet, very calm and safe for kids. Pool is a bit chilly yet though!

Great spot for the price, friendly owner. Dave is a good guy who takes pride in his hotel. The pool is actually up and running, VERY nice landscape surrounding the rooms. Definitely a 5 star view for a 2 star price. There is a very nice gazebo and barbeque. Water pressure is nice. Just dont leave the Key in the room its an old school key and you'll have to wake up the owner to get back in your room.

This “Budget” hotel was very nice for the price. Great location right of the main road through Prescott. The clerks up front were very nice and helpful with getting us checked in earlier than 11am. Big help! The room was newly remodeled but was nicely done. Clean bathroom. Water pressure was low but you can get clean.

Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Employees are friendly. Had a very good nites sleep.

I initially was pleased when I checked into my room. The very first full day I returned to my room and it was not cleaned at all. I had to go to the office and complained and picked up clean towels so I could shower. The second day they did clean my room. The third day they failed to clean the room again. This is unacceptable and for that reason I am giving this motel a 1 star rating.

Dave is a great owner/manager who will go above and beyomd to make your stay pleasant. The hotel has recently renovated the rooms for a more modern look and brand new tile bathrooms.

Got one of the updated rooms for our family of 6 and our dog. This is our second time staying here and both experiences have been great. However, it was a little expensive, our room didn't have a phone, there was no way to cover the bathroom window and the "continental breakfast" was only a small box of cinnamon donut holes and coffee. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

They are fair prices and the room was nice and clean. I had to check out late and they were real cool about it.

I've stayed here 3 times now. 2 weeks in October 2017, 3 weeks in December 2017 and the whole month of January 2018, all while being in the process of relocating to Prescott. I LOVE this place. It's quiet. The staff is awesome. Close to downtown, even walk-able. The owner is a really nice guy. He goes out of his way to be accommodating. Friendly, conversational. Constantly working on improving each unit. Great value!

Cozy rooms with a kitchenette (w/ some kitchen accessories), Wi-Fi, and very comfortable beds (I'm very picky about beds). Some rooms have fireplaces and they are in the process of upgrading the rooms. The owner/manager is an extremely nice man who wants to make sure everyone is comfortable and has what they need! Beware: Use caution if you deal with his wife in the office.

We stayed here for one night just two weeks ago. We chose this place because it was dog friendly and very close to downtown. The room we stayed in was not updated so it wasn't fancy by any means but it worked well for the night. We were there to sight-see so didn't spend much time in the room anyways. The sheets and towels were clean and the shower had hot water and great pressure. Pretty much all we needed for the evening. The guy at the front desk was very nice and we enjoyed a little quiet time in the gazebo in the evening. Good spot. I would go back and check out one of their updated rooms.

I've been here 8 days and would stay longer if I could! This place is awesome and the staff and owners are simply the best! Look no further… this place has it all! Thanks again Dave!

Wonderful owners, wonderful pool, clean spacious comfy quiet rooms, great room prices expecially for weekly rates! Close to downtown Prescott! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Service is great — — — stayed there last year and it never fails. The guy said "assuming you're age I'm gonna guess you want the Wi-Fi password. " They were so kind. Would recommend it to anyone.

Tremendous Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to get a room at the last minute. Great price and a friendly smile. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel if you stay in Prescott AZ!

Looks good on the outside but don't let that fool you! Terrible place for the money. $110 a night for a nasty room. AC barely worked. The coffee pot hasn't been cleaned in months it was disgusting! I just hope I didn't get bed bugs! This place is nasty and should only be charging $30 a night. Never staying here again and you shouldn't either!

Rooms were clean and tidy, Loved the electric fireplace, very cozy. The staff was OUTSTANDING! Friendly, personable and went above and beyond to be helpful. When our rental car broke down, Nikki at the front desk researched shuttles knowing that we needed to get to Phoenix for an early flight home the next morning, then arranged transport for us. Met the new owner who shared his plans for renovating the Inn. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay despite the old interior and desperate need of updating. However, it is definitely priced higher than it should be. I haven't been to a hotel that uses metal keys since I was a kid, so that was interesting.

Rooms are outdated, AC was cold buy loud, staff was nice, a little expensive.

Office personnel lied and told me I had to cancel my booking through Expedia, when in fact I had directly booked the room. Shady as shady gets. Never booking here again.

Well place is friendly and clean and they help with whatever you need. But place is a little overpriced.

BED BUGS! The owners won't own up to them either. Nice people. Just bedbugs are disgusting. So I give them a 1 star.

The door work didn't lock, the room smells, the remote didn't work phone didn't work and she charged us $99, the Wi-Fi didn't work Worst room ever.

The first thing you notice when entering your room, is the OVERWHELMING Stinch of Animal Urine! We had to find a place that took 2 small dogs, while our floor was being re-done. DON'T make our Mistake! Better to sleep in your car, than this Hell Hole! Told by manager that coffee could be found in Lobby (because no coffee in rooms) But, they Lock the Lobby doors when they retire for the night, about 7:30 pm, and when we left at 7:30am the doors were still locked! The microwave had to be put on the bed to reach the plug. The electrical plug was cracked and dangling from the wall! Management turns off ALL Outside lighting at 10:00 pm, so if you need to walk your dog, your doing it in COMPLETE Darkness! We slept with the windows open (because the Urine Smell was giving us the dry heaves) and the Heater (which you have to stand on the bed to turn on) running All Night! PLEASE Don't subject your self to this Hotel.

I was looking for the cheapest room possible in Prescott. I was pleasantly surprised to find a great quiet location close to the downtown entertainment strip, some real kitchen facilities, clean room, great service, a real fireplace, etc. Couldn't ask for more for the price and got all I would expect from the more expensive options. Breakfast was minimal but I didn't care because I ate elsewhere. However, what they did have was better than I've seen at the typical chain hotels.

I Stayed at the Sierra Inn Last week, The room was very nasty carpets was soiled and stained, the bath room was very nasty the tile on the floor was coming off, The lady at the front desk told me when I checked in that there was coffee in the morning I was 4 days and They clean the room 1 time, had to go get my coffee at the station down the street. There was never anyone in the office they would put a sign in the front that says” BE BACK IN 10MIN” and it would be hours. I will never go back there! and for the money you can stay a much better motel, so if you decide to stay there anyway I would recommend that you look at the room that you’re going to stay in first.

Half of the rooms are across the highway. To use the pool or lobby facilities you must walk across the highway. Very unsafe. Lighting in my room not suitable for reading. Room clean.

They recently re-decorated and the rooms are very nice! If you get a good deal through a hotel discount website this place is a wonderful value! Pool is outdated, but other than that it is very nice and the staff is friendly.
