Best Western is always our go-to whenever we travel out of state! The staff is friendly and welcoming! We love the rooms, and the beds are extremely comfortable! The complimentary breakfast is wonderful! Thank you, Best Western!

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a motel. This motel is running some type of scam to take your money. It has happened to my family not just once but twice at this BEST WESTERN PARKER INN. There is no such thing as customer service or customer care at this establishment. My mom booked a room online through BEST WESTERN. Com. You try telling me how that is not affiliated with Bestwestern. The lady at the front desk when checking in accused my mom multiple times that she booked third party. This lady did not care that my mom had the email or confirmation number confirming we went through best western. Com She said your card was not charged and your new fee would be more. My mom did not want her to charge her card since the email when booking said your card would be charged immediately. We were charged twice two years ago and have documentation to prove it. The credit card company had to dispute those charges as well since the manager Laura Logan denied she double charged us and said we had two rooms when we didn't. The lady at the front desk this trip pulled the key from my mom when she said I don't want you to charge my card I do not consent to that. At this time I went in since this was taking a while. My mom is on her cell phone at the front desk saying I have to call customer care she doesn't see the room charge I booked for. I'm holding my dogs in the lobby and said " We can't even have our room?

Get a new manager! This one is rude and scams money from credit cards!

The hotel itself was very nice, and Blanca, the FD girl who checked me in was great. BUT dont complain. Or have any interaction with the Manager, she "The manager" is a psycho! I'll post more updates as soon as I find out how its going to turn out, but basically, she evicted me because I told her she was being rude to question me about my dogs when they were already approved by the lady that checked me in. 1 was a service dog and I offered to show her my proof, and she said, "I don't care, she looks like a pitbull. I didn't ask to see proof did I? " My service dog is a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Boxer mix, has no pit in her, but even if she was a pit, she cannot discriminate like that, so I'll also be filing a complaint about her with the ADA. Anyway, she was supposed to refund my 2nd nights charges, but instead she added on another $300+. So, for 1 nights stay, I have been charged 2x$112, 2x$117, 1x$5, and 1x$34. If it's not fixed by tomorrow night, I will be filing cc fraud on her. I can only imagine that the people who left these great comments, obviously had no interaction with her. Even the employees were afraid of her and told me she does this "all the time to people". Good luck, if you do go, but just warned, stay clear of this wonan, she's mean and rude, and has no clue how to react to guests in the hospitality world!

Very pet friendly. Offered cookies, coffee and flavored water in the lobby 24/7. Gave our pup a doggie bag with treats and poop bags. Room very nice, clean, comfortable.

It's Parker. You go in expecting a dump. But this hotel is actually pretty nice. Very comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Nice breakfast. Couldn't ask for anything else.

The Best Western Parker Inn Was lovely I had a great time Our room was so clean to the T and I’m such a clean and neat freak as it is. The breakfast was amazing. My Kids love it. And Blanca was such a sweetheart for giving me milk to put my boys to sleep. I thank you so very much. When I come back to Parker I will Staying at Best Western Parker Inn.

Would have given a better review if the General Manager did not argue with me about 1 bed bug that I found on the first night. I work as a community social worker, I'm in dozens of homes each day. I have been trained to identify bed bugs. I know what they look like. The bug was likely brought in on a suitcase or clothing items. I check hotel rooms before I even bring in my luggage. There was no other evidence of an infestation. I was simply trying to inform her to be on the look out for them. It is very poor customer service to tell a guest that they don't know what they are talking about.

The Best Western Hotel in Parker Arizona was such an amazing experience! From the staff, to the appearance of the hotel, to the extreme cleanliness of the room. We were so happy with the total experience. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff is wonderful! Blanca was especially nice and helpful. Only thing was we had a 2nd floor room and we had to carry our poor old dog upstairs! Next time we'll request 1st floor. Great breakfast, nice big rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Tammy is a true treasure! They booked me into the 2nd floor. They have no elevator. I have injuries which would not allow me to carry bags upstairs. Tammy kept working on it until she found a solution. Bless her she managed to get me in a room on the first floor! It was beautiful and CLEAN. I enjoyedt stay immensely!

The hotel was clean and rooms were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good with many choices. Most of all, the staff were all wonderful! Would definitely be back!

The General Manager, Laura made me feel very uncomfortable. In all my years of going to Best Western, she's the only one that has ever asked me for my government ID, which, by the way, I do have one. She came to look to see what I was doing, what I had in my hands, especially when It came to breakfast or leaving the hotel, or coming into the hotel. She came outside to look at the things I had on the luggage cart when I was packing my car and questioned me "are you taking our ice bucket? " I had just got some ice and was going to return it when I checked out. While inside, she complained that people always take them and they have to order more. I felt she was very unprofessional. She was fake. I did not feel the warmth welcoming I get when I walk into a Best Western Hotel. After, I paid in cash for my days staying there, my credit card was charged $30 with no explanation. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. Another unnecessary thing I had to do because Laura charged my card extra. I stayed at this Best Western Hotel last year and she was not there because I did not feel, like I felt this time. The rest of the staff was more professional and courteous than she was. If she is there next year, I will not be staying there. It's because of her attitude and character that I did not give this hotel a stronger recommendation. The other receptionists were very friendly and courteous and with a welcoming smile. The housekeepers and grounds men were very nice too!

The hotel was cozy and nice. Very neat, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and informative with the local attractions and things to do.

Stayed two nights on a business trip. Comfortable large quiet rooms, great amenities, good breakfasts and friendly staff. Overall, good value for your buck.

Stayed here this past weekend for Parker 425 race. Easy check-in, clean rooms and they opened breakfast at 4:00 am for guests that had to be at the race early Saturday morning. Gayle at front desk was so polite and helpful!

Great place to stay in Parker. Clean rooms, Comfy pillow, and staff is a pleasure to work with. I travel for business and this will be my go to lodging when in the area. Breakfast starts at 4am vs 6am so when I leave at 6am I can have breakfast. Good thinking!

I've stayed at this hotel for 10 years and it is always very pleasant. The staff is helpful and courteous and the rooms are nicely appointed. The breakfast is very good — lots of options to choose from and always fresh.

Best Western is a great place to stay, very clean & a hot breakfast is included. Don't forget anything in your room when you leave because when you call, they won't have it because the person cleaning the room will have taken it. They apparently don't care as no remedy is offered.

We arrived early afternoon and were greeted by a cheery professional lady who made the check in a painless experience We found the rooms clean and comfortable and in the morning after a nice Continental breakfast our checkout was fast and easy My experience was exactly why I love staying at Best Western.

I love animals… due to the fact my wife is extremely allergic to animal dander, it is very important to us that we have a pet free room. So far, over the past few years BW has provided us with very clean rooms. Will continue to stay at BW in the future. Of course the Belgium waffles have a lot to do with it too.

Our truck broke down right near this Best western and it was 114 degrees and the people here help us and got us a nice room clean air conditioning food pool … I feel they save our life. The chevy dealership is just up the street so they will fix our truck and we can stay in this nice hotel untill its fix. My family and I thank you Best Western.

The staff are always very friendly here and the rooms are clean and adequately comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good and it is the place I always stay when I go to Parker, AZ. There is a pool, although I've never used it, but nice to have in an area that gets so hot. The Wi-Fi generally is good but don't get a room too far away from the lobby because then you won't be able to use it easily from your desk. The exercise room is just ok. It gets pretty hot in there and the equipment is somewhat old… but nice that they have it. Oh, and they have free cookies at the front desk!

Lumpy mattresses. Please invest in new mattresses for the rooms. Prices go way up over weekends and holidays which are high for what is offered, but it is one of the nicer places to stay in parker. This was my last time to stay at this hotel. Check out blue water hotel and casino — guaranteed river views, prices are better and plenty of entertainment.

For my point of view I think it is a hotel with a lot of education and service plus I think very soon this hotel will be the best in Arizona.

The staff was very accommodating to us. We were a bit of a handful, but they were super nice. The rooms and property were clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again.

This Best Western is a hidden gem in the town of Parker, you won't be disappointed. Rooms are extremely clean, — the bed is very comfy, they go the extra mile to cover the TV remote & extra pillows/blankets to keep clean/dust free, BIG soft towels, delicious HOT breakfast, friendly staff, cookies available at the front counter with coffee. We'd stay here again.

We have stayed in Best Western motels (Platinum Member) from coast to coast and this "hidden Gem" has to rank up there with the best. It is a small facility, but one of the cleanest and best maintained of all we have seen. The lady at the reception desk on check in was absolutely the most caring we have had dealings with in many a stays. A great place to stay if in the Parker area.

I love what they have done with there customer service! Great! Rooms very clean! Stayed last night left some business forms behind and housekeeping took to office and called me right away! Very honest and great people! Room was very clean and great price! Thank you very much will be staying there a lot this winter for work. Thx.

Rooms were great had coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. However, there was throw up by the pool and our electricity went out in our room and took quite some time to get it back on. Overall great hotel free breakfast in the morning and great employee personalities.

Rooms were clean and stocked with everything. A/C, TV and fridge worked well. Wifi in rooms; No Ethernet port though. Beds were very comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Basic exercise room and computer access downstairs. Not a huge parking lot but many angled spots on the facing street.

Very clean rooms, smelled clean when we walked in. Breakfast was bountiful, waffle maker. Enjoyed our stay. TV cable wasn't working but fast Wi-Fi so we watched Netflix.

I arrived about 1am. A nice young man was at the front desk, he found me a room and got me checked in in just a few minutes. The room was big and clean.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they had movie channels which was awesome. I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in town and needing a place to rest my head.
