Clean / nice location / great owner / great set up to spend a week or 2 / will be back.

We love this place! We have stayed in so many hotels during our years of traveling, usually in the popular chains, and Harbour Inn is roomier and has more comforts of home than any other hotel I can ever remember staying at. Denise is such a wonderful person, getting us by name without our introducing ourselves. We could not think of anything she could change to improve this place. There's even a waffle iron with all the fixings in the kitchen for breakfast!

Absolutly amazing! Rooms are beautiful. I've known the owners for 16 years amazing people! and I'm so proud they have done an amazing job. You will definitely not be disappointed if you stay here.

Absolutely loved every thing about this place! The rooms are spacious, management provided every essential you could possibly think of! We enjoyed the patio and the large bedrooms, kitchen and amazing bathroom with an incredible shower… everything is updated. You will love this place and again management is incredible!

Our favorite place to stay at the river. Close to off roading and water sports, although not on river.

Delightful place with all the comforts of home and more! Large room with full kitchenette along with waffle maker and mix! Big room and big flatscreen TV! Very friendly and helpful staff! Can't wait to go back again!

Best accommodations on or near the river. You will not be disappointed. It was our hidden secret that is now getting out.

We stay here every time we're in parker/havasu springs and we love it. Clean, nice, and close to the springs.

I was charged 3 weeks prior to stay. Due to a change of plans we canceled our room only days after being charged. I called and spoke to a female individual in regards to charges being reversed. She told me she would call me back. She never called back. I called again the next day and politely asked for charges to be reversed and was told they would be reversed in 5 days depending on the bank. I happened to be at my bank and asked if they had reversed charges on the hotel end. Nothing had been done on the hotel end so I called Harbour Inn again and politely asked. The female was extremely rude, didn't give me a chance to speak and hung up on me! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We were looking through the pictures and found several overlooking the river. Sadly the property is across the main highway and nowhere near what these pictures show. We booked a room on that premise of overlooking the river. To our disappointment that does not exist and was apparently photoshopped. NOT COOL and deceptive! Owner or manager was rude when questioned about. Stay away.

Fantastic little motel with great rooms and the owners were great about changing rooms for us when we messed up our booking. Also the great showers deserve special mention, they're spacious even for a big giant 6'4" caveman like me.

Great place owners are very nice people. Rooms are big and clean. Definitely worth the money. Definitely will be staying here again.

The Harbour Inn is definitely a 5 Star… very clean, renovated with a full kitchenette. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We would certainly stay there on our next trip. Bob and Sue.

Stayed in their newly renovated 3 bed rooms for a night. The unit we were in had a full kitchenette with ice and bottle water. The bathroom was brand new az well with a really nice tiled walk on shower. This place reminded me more of a home than a hotel especially with the materials used. Super clean and very nice looking. Highly recommend and would return.

The service was fantastic! And the rooms were comfortable and very pleasing. I will definitely return for another vacation!

Really nice place to stay clean room with couch, TV, fridge, stove, and really nice shower we had a separate bedroom from the kitchenette. The staff is really nice and accommodating my only complaint is the launch ramp but it's free with the room so I'll deal with it lol but all in all we're definitely staying here again. Thanks harbor Inn for making our stay pleasant.

Love this place. Very clean and comfortable. Denise and Ken that run the place are very helpful and attentive to our needs including my kids. I will be going back for sure. There are different types of rooms just ask them and they let you know whats available. Plenty of room for boats to be parked close to your room which was nice and felt very safe. Cant say enough about the place or the people who run it. Check it out!

This hotel is by far the best hotel we have stayed at! Spotlessly clean, newly remodeled rooms. Kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful views and the managers Denise and Ken are the best.

The owners are the best people you would ever want to meet. Denise and Tim are helpful we know they helped us out when we were a hard spot. They have reasonable price you can not go wrong here visit them if you are in the area. It will be worth your time if you are in need of a place to stay.

Clean, big, quiet and very comfortable rooms inside a small roadside inn. You will never hear a sound from outside and you will rest easy from your exhausting day on the lake. The management staff is extremely nice making your stay as if you were visiting family. Truly an oasis in the middle of the desert. You can tell the owners care for the comfort of their guest because every detail has been considered and delivered. If you can find a room here you will not be disappointed. I am one that stays at the finest 5 star hotels when I travel and I was very surprised to find this little inn could satisfy my taste. Two thumbs up.
