Lady at front desk was rude told us they were located In lake Havasu also charged us for reservations even when we couldn't even stay cause NOT handicap accessible.

If I had a option to put zero stars I would. There were ROACHES in the lights. Room smelled stale and room wasnt clean. Toilet did not flush and the sink did not drain.

Typical third world LEECHES, they take your money and haven't put a dime back into their government granted business,

You get what you pay for and I was pleasently supprised. Although I did think it was closed when I turned up. Rooms are good engough, working air con and a fridge and clean. For n overnight stay ideal.

This is the best place to good.

Overall really good experience, it just happened to be really pricey but yet the cheapest cuz we were in a tourist trap town.

Great Motel I stay here every time I go to Parker. Great prices, clean rooms and the guy at the front desk is really cool guy. Give it a shot you will like it.

The room I stayed in was very small; prefect if your alone because if you had anymore people in this room it would be as crowded as the welfare office on the 1st of the month. I emailed the website that I booked the room from asking for extra towels and pillows and when I checked in and went to my room there wasn't anything that I asked for.

Really nice place and the employees were really nice too. But a little lady at the counter was even especially nice wont forget that little woman, alway made me smile.

Best price and clean. Not to mention the lovely family who owns it. Thank you. We will be back the day after Christmas.

Small but clean room. It's definitely not a fancy place but it's better than what I expected for the price. Wi-Fi was good.

I don't like to complain. You can decide. They gave us a key for room 105. When we entered, the appearance of the room wasn't great but that was nothing compared to what happened next. My daughter went to enter the bathroom, she screamed. I went to see what the matter was. Huge cockroaches were visible in the shower. My husband captured one with a washcloth and took it to the office to ask for a different room. They gave us another room of course, but you would have expected them to be apologetic, which was not the case. The a. C. Barely cooled part of the room. I could say more, much more, but keeping it short; they were knocking on the door before check out time to rush us out. This was my second stay here. Never again.

The room is definitely a one star and my husband was bit by something in bed and the owners were not concerned at all. He asked them to change the sheets and they agreed but they were not apologetic at all. Additionally, there was a Priority Mail Envelope that my husband really needed. It had Signature Confirmation required on it to ensure that it was received and that my husband received it in a timely manner. The hotel REFUSED the Signature Confirmation Envelope! Unbelievable! I would NOT stay at this hotel ever again.

I understand there ate not a lot of visitors to Parker, AZ. However, I had a few problems with this location. This is not about the staff, everyone I interacted with was better than average. First problem I encountered was when my travel company using his walker tried to enter the front office. The steep steps were very difficult to navigate. Second, the steep steps with no handrail going to out room. Third, the door handle was broken (it almost looked like a tactical entry team kick the door open). Fourth and last, cockroaches, yes I said cockroaches in the kitchen area, the ceiling and the bathroom. Not huge Brazilian hissing cockroaches, but small domestic cockroaches the size of a dime. Overall, the staff was pleasant, but the rooms not some TLC.

I made my reservations way in advance for a room for 2 nights 2 beds. When I arrived I told the woman at the desk who I was and that I had a reservation for Friday and Saturday night. She rang it all up and charged me the rate for having a reservation, and she gave me a room with one bed, which was fine because my guest did not come with me. I asked if she was going to charge my card right then or just run an authorization and she said she would charge the room right then. I went to the room she told me and tried the key but it wouldn't work then someone inside the room yelled that there were already people in the room. I went back and go the room I stayed in, 1 bed, maybe the first room had two beds in it?! After checking out and then looking at my bank account I saw an additional authorization for $70. I thought this would fall off after a day or two but NO they actually charged my card for a totally bogus $70. I called to ask about this and their explanation was that I did not tell the girl that I had a reservation and the charge for no reservation was $10 a night more. If I did not have a reservation why did she charge me the reservation rate? And why charge me $70 rather than $20? I told the man on the phone that I had proof of my reservation and could fax or email it to him but he said that didn't matter, I didn't tell the girl at the desk that I had a reservation.

Stayed there and got bed bug bites all over my neck and arms. When I called to tell them all I got was an ok, no apology or to say they would look into it. Beware, we will never go back.

The location of the hotel and the overall accommodations were not bad. This is obviously an older hotel, and it definitely is not someplace you would probably want to go if you were looking to have a really fancy 5 Star accommodations weekend. But with a group, we were able to get a really big room and enough beds for everyone, for a really cheap price. So all-in-all for the location this is a really great value. There is food nearby and everyone was really friendly, I'd definitely book this hotel again when heading to Parker.

I would like to give 0 stars for this roach hotel but sadly I have to give 1. booked a room 3 1/2 weeks in advance for 2016 tube float they gave me a price then when I got there they told me a different price. Which was 246 dollars more It smelled so bad the place was Un kept and I wouldn't allow my worst enemy stay there. Poor service poor establishment stayed at the quality inn instead was so happy to spend my money there.

Nice people but rooms were disgusting we were so tierd that we just needed to sleep the next day as we're are loading up for check out I see the "maid service " in the next room and it was literally the father and daughter with a garbage can and they were wiping the beds off with there hands no clean sheets or pillow cases they just shook everything off ugh gross that's what happens when you try to save a buck. Also pool was very gross it was a disappointment. Bathrooms were so bad we couldn't even shower and the fridge was so loud we had to unplug it. Next visit I will pass that place and pay whatever more because it should be shut down.

This place is terrible. We had to get the front desk person every time we wanted to come in our rook because the door didn't work. Not our key, but the door itself. The shower is so small you can barely move. The drain in the shower was clogged and when you are showering you'll be standing in a couple inches of water. The pillows are so flat you might as well not even use it. Faucets leak when you turn them on. Room smelled terrible when we first walked in. Tile floor in the kitchenette was peeling apart. Would not stay there again. Would rather camp out by the river after an off-road race, being covered in dirt.

Last time I stud hire very good experience. The first time I stud hire was back in 1979and 05, 07, 08, 10 11, I have no problem this hot el. I'm headings out there for the week.

Not to sound picky but when I am going to stay at a place I expect the mattresses to be clean and not stained. Looks like they were bought in an alley! If you saw the 60 minutes episode on how the lower end motels buy their mattresses and dont have a care in the world about what you sleep on as long as they make money it is very disguisting. You have the right to check it out, do so and see for yourself! and if you have class go down the street and go to Best Western. Eateries are within walking distance. The saying is you get what you pay for! Soo true! Check it out before you pay… I did!
