This was the best hotel I have stayed in. The entire hotel was immaculate including the pool area. The staff was professional, polite, courteous and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Tomika Thomas was the manager on duty and I just cant say enough good things about her. I wish I could give 10 stars. If I ever find myself within 50 miles of this hotel and need a place to stay, I will drive the extra 50 miles and stay here.

Not a great experience here. First thing the receptionist said when she seen we had 2 kids was… "I hope I dont have to kick you out for them being too loud". I was extremely put off by this comment. As if we were not welcome because we had kids. Then when I called down for more towels I was told she was the only person there and I had to come to the front desk and get them. I dont know if this is normal practice for hotels… but I was exhausted after driving 14 hours. I just wanted to shower… not treck back down stairs. Then I asked if they did late checkouts and she replied sarcastically. Just not a pleasant experience. Also… seen a roach in the hallway. Definitely will not stay at this location again.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were decent sized and breakfast was good. Clean rooms, no bugs or bed bugs.

Room was clean and in good repair when I entered. Bed was very comfortable and did not feel like a cheap hotel bed. Breakfast while limited was prepared well. Only a couple downsides. Distance to main road means lots of traffic noise. The other item was the room keys would wipe easily. If I left to go anywhere I had to get the cards reset.

Horrid service. Loud outside and inside. Pool area locked. Only the food hostess, Pamela and breakfast was awesome.

Excellent staff, I left two shirts in my room and they were nice enough to call me and tell me. Then they put them up so when I returned I could get them. A+ guy's thank you! Very clean and well maintained, will definitely stay here again.

The room itself was great. Had an odor when we first entered, but our Lysol got rid of it. People running up n down the hallway yelling at each other. Otherwise, great place. Little high priced.

The hotel rooms where dirty and the breakfast is awful. We where told this hotel was on base and it was not. I payed way to much for a room that looked like a motel 6. I had to give them one star to be able to post this but they don't deserve it.

This hotel is very clean and the staff was extremely courteous. They offered an excellent free breakfast, and it is close to restaurants in Phenix City. I will stay there again.

A pleasant experience at a location that presents all that I love from the IHG Holiday Inn Express brand. A simple hotel, with a clean and modern look. The rooms are clean and fresh, the staff is friendly. There amenities such as food options and recreation are minimal, but that's not what one expects from an HIE. (Great Thai food can be found just up the road if one doesn't want to deal with driving into Columbus itself) Overall, a great stay.

I was happy they had rooms available. We had book at another place and it didn't work out. The rooms, accommodations and amenities were excellent! The breakfast was an added plus and it was delicious!

Another nice stay at yet another Holiday Inn Express and Suites. More of their great free breakfast buffet with waffles, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy and more! Their beds and pillows both are soft and the rooms get nice and cold, just how like them. The price is great for what you get. I have paid 2 or 3 times more in some areas for hotels not even this nice. And I know what to expect from these hotels. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Great place for a great price!

Just stayed over night, bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure. Hallway's smelled weird but overall good stay. Served it's purpose!

Had work meeting conference room was clean and staff was helpful with anything we needed.

The room was really nice and clean the amenities we're nice and breakfast was a good variety.

The heated pool was very nice and clean. Pool towels located by the pool. Rooms were very nice with cold a/c.

Clean, staff is very patient and clean. Boyfriend and I stayed in a suite. Loved the led mirror in the bathroom. Great for applying makeup! The pool is clean and salt water. The breakfast is very tasty and fresh! A small variety but capable for vegetarians too. Only stayed 1 night but it's the best hotel around the area. Don't forget your AAA discount!

My family and I stayed in two suites and absolutely lived the experience. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was kind. The bed were comfortable, and the price was reasonable. I would recommend Holiday Inn Express in Phenix City, Alabama to everyone.

Amazing friendly staff! They are so warm and welcoming! The rooms were so clean! First time staying in a hotel that didn't smell like cigerates. The rooms were so big and spacious! We stayed for one night on the way to the beach and we would definitely stay here again! The breakfast was so good!

We had stayed here while my nephew graduated from Fort Benning boot camp. I had enjoyable stay. Free pancakes at night. Free breakfast in the morning. The swimming pool was extremely nice. Rachel at front desk was really nice as well. I would definitely stay here again if I'm down visiting. Its convenient to all the places we went to. To Fort Benning and to The National Infranty Museum which was also AwEsoMe!

The staff was awesome. Every person was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely furnished. We used the fitness center and had no problems with anything. The breakfast was great! Would definitely stay there again.
