I stay at this hotel whenever I visit my son and his family. I find it comfortable and the staff are great to me. They are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent. I did not care for tge loud guests in the hallway after 10pm during my last stay because my grandchildren were sleeping, but thats just inconsiderate people and when I called the front desk, the noise stopped soon after. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great service rooms and prices.

The lady Mary at the front desk was very unprofessional. When I checked in, I waited 10-15 minutes for someone to get to the front desk. After that, there was nothing mentioned about a pet fee (which was Mary’s job) after I checked out I noticed a $50 fee. I called and again spoke with Mary, who stated there is a $25 pet fee per day (again that she did not tell me at check in). The only thing Mary told me is if there was any room damage I would be charged, which there wasn’t. She told me she knew I had a pet because the maid came in my room (let me remind you she did not knock and it was around 9 a. M. And I was still in the room). After all of that I went to look on the website for a pet fee and again my surprise there wasn’t one, when Mary clearly stated there was. Mary made my stay very unpleasant.

Traveler beware! worst hotel experience in 55 years. No working TV entire stay. Soiled sheets upon arrival. Microwave and fridge did not ever work. Pool area was focal point of this family trip. Pool water looked like toilet water. Had to stand in line for room keys to be reprogrammed on every re-entry. Housekeeping took used towels everyday, but never replaced with fresh unless we searched them out. Staff was sympathetic & kind, in a way that showed their awareness of how terribly underfunded and poorly managed this property is. Asked for some financial consideration for the trouble, which manager declined.

I was visiting some family members Friday. I stayed in room 115 I went to take a shower the shower head had Rust on it. I seen hair on the wall and bottom of tub, there was stains on the walls that could have been wiped off and the stains on the ironing board. The customer service was great, when I called and told them I need some cleaning spray and she apologize and offfered to clean it her self but I knew she was really busy with a whole line of customers that were upset. The rooms could have been cleaned a little better.

Hotel is fairly clean and has a recent paint job. The rooms are about the norm for this grade of property. Pros: clean rooms and friendly staff. Cons: not conveniently located to food or other necessities except gas, noisy guests. Sort of puts the whole of Phenix City into perspective.

Nice hotel friendly staff, I give it 3 stars because I can in from work one day bed was not made and I didn't have any clean towels.

Ran into a situation where needed a room for the night so I called the number on the website page for a hotel next to the Quality Inn and got a "3rd party reservation company" which could only find a room available at Quality Inn. The receipt got mixed up in email and I called the hotel directly for a copy to be reimbursed by company, the receipt emailed was for a completely different amount. When I called back both the 3rd party and the hotel NEITHER of them was the slightest bit interested in explaining the difference or helping me and just kept pointing fingers at each other. The agent at the Quality Inn was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and VERY UNHELPFUL!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. The free breakfast offered at this motel goes beyond the usual muffins, bagels, waffles and cereal… I enjoyed a delicious biscuit and gravy for breakfast! Hard to find pet friendly motels these days, and this Quality Inn allows pet for an additional small fee. I would highly recommend this motel for anyone looking for a place to stay in Phenix City/ Columbus area!

Best place to stay in Phenix City ala. The folks are nice in every way possible.

Newly renovated rooms. Great breakfast! Staff is friendly but a little slow.

The front desk was helpful, but the door to the room had settled and you had to put all your weight to open the door, the bed sheets where not installed correctly on the bed and keep coming off the matress all night. Not the worse stay in a hotel, but certainly not the best.

Stayed in room 206, woke up 2 hours later COVERED in welts. Bedbugs all over both beds. Was moved to a room on the first floor. Took plenty of pictures, will not be returning.

Convenient to most areas of Phenix City and Columbus. Friendly staff. Good value. Rooms do need more attention to detail and the breakfast needs to be fresher. Our overall experience was pleasant and would recommend.

Great stay. Only room for improvement are: weak/spotty Wi-Fi; no meat on breakfast menu; and room wear and tear (loose lamps, chipped paint and loose fridge knob).

Check into room which smells like pet urine. Try to get moved the next morning into another room so that I would stay another nite. The front desk was very rude and told me that I could not switch rooms. Front desk did solve the problem. Im very pleased.

Decent hotel for the value. Okay breakfast bar and nice common areas. I however didn't like the fact that I asked to be put in a room that was not previously occupied by a dog and their owner, because I am allergic to dog hair. I was told that they would make a note of it. I get in the room, did my lil inspection and noticed that there was dog hair on the chair cushion in the room! I didn't even want to look under the bed or elsewhere, because of what I may find. The TV and remote did not work properly and the front desk attendant informed me that the maintenance man had gone home for the day and not work on the weekends. I checked in on Thursday afternoon! I would recommend that you choose another hotel, if you have a problem with staying in a room that was previously occupied by pet owners and their pets, and don't expect any maintenance on items in the room, if you have an issue during your stay if it is on a Thursday afternoon abd through out the weekend. I mean like … Really?

Friendly & Professional Front Desk staff. Beautiful & clean rooms. Right off interstate. Breakfast 630 am to 830am will get 5 stars☺ VS Breakfast 830am to 930 am get 2 stars. Basically if you want great hot breakfast. Go early. Overall, affordable beautiful hotel.

First room the ac did not work and it was very humid. I was then switched to another room. The second room was better but the lights in the bathroom were out. Breakfast was sub par with many of the items not being restocked. The entire second floor hallway was hot and stuffy. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

It's NO longer the Days Inn! It's now called the Quality Inn and I love it. They've remodeled everything and it smell so lovely. The employees are awesome! They are very understandable, friendly, and helpful.

Overall it was a pretty good today. There were a couple of maintenance issues in the room, but nothing serious. I can put up with one electrical outlet not working.

Quality Inn is a very nice hotel in the Phenix City, Alabama/Columbus, Georgia area. This was my second time to stay here at this hotel on April 12-14, 2016, the first time was when it was formerly Days Inn and I must say I was very impressed with this upgrade to Quality Inn hotel. It's a great family atmosphere and there is a swimming pool, laundry mat, lobby area with television, snack bar with free ice machine, free Wi-Fi, and free continental breakfast with many restaurants and shopping centers and even local attractions including The National Infantry Museum as well as the Coca Cola Space Museum in the area. The rooms are very spacious with cold air conditioner to comfort you during your stay. I will definitely come back again and visit Quality Inn Hotel whenever I visit this area again!

Breakfast was "ok", room was nice and clean.

The hotel seemed okay at a first glance. I started to see roaches inside of the bathroom area, my faucet was leaking and there was no housekeepers on duty during the night. I stayed a total of three days and for the price I payed, it was definitely not worth it. I recommend anyone to pay the extra $10-30 for a more high quality hotel!

This is now a Quality Inn and has clearly been redone. Our room is nice all new furniture and amenities. Fridge, microwave, and a flat screen TV. Bed is comfy and everything is clean.

This is no longer a Days Inn. It has changed to a Quality Inn without the Quality. If you make reservations here, be sure to verify what you are booking. I booked a King, when checking in and signing the credit card receipt; they confirmed a King. When we got to the room, it was a double. They then told me that they had no kings when I called to complain and get it changed. Lots of issues in the room, but mostly they are not truthful. Beware. Will not stay here again.

This hotel had absolutely poor customer service. The day before we were to stay there (son's graduation from Basic Training) we were notified that our stay could not be honored (after I had already paid for it). This was graduation time and many families were in town for this reason. Their explanation was there was flooding in the hotel and they could not offer me the room. However, when driving by they had a full parking lot. The woman who I had spoke with previous to this at the desk was absolutely rude. My guess is they had found someone to fill the room before we got there and therefore put us out. I am leaving this review on other websites as well just to warn families that you may have a room now but be cautious because even after you have paid they will still call you and tell you they can not honor your reservation. We were stuck in another disgusting Days Inn elsewhere as I had no time to prepare a stay anywhere else. I still had an amazing time with my soldier but could have done without the last minute rushing to find another room.

We booked this hotel in June when we combined with a Southwest flight. The reason for the early booking was because we were attending our son's graduation from Fort Benning and hotels fill up quick. Anyway we arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm to be told that our hotel room had apparently been cancelled at 11:30am that morning and they no longer had any rooms available. Calls to the hotel helpline on our confirmation resulted in us discovering that Southwest uses Orbitz. Orbitz called hotel and had an argument with the hotel employee about who cancelled the room. Apparently a refund was issued, but we never received either a refund or a confirmation email about the cancellation. Hotel employee told us they own all the hotels in the area and proceeded to call around to find us a room, "Luckily" the only room available was in the brand new and more expensive Courtyard Inn (was a very nice hotel). Still waiting for a response from Southwest, Days Inn and/or Orbitz about how this happened and a refund! Personally I think our late arrival and busy weekend of graduations presented an opportunity to our hotel…

The staff was wonderful. Very clean rooms and front end.

Our room was very smelly (mildewy). We eventually discovered it was coming from the AC unit. We notified the front desk and were moved to another room — when they opened the door (I was in the hall way not yet to the room — it smelled twice as bad). We were taken to another room and my husband asked for some odor neutralizing spray or something. This helped a lot and we were able to finally get to sleep at 4am. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast the next morning was cereal, yogurt, toast and a apple — Not what we expected. Thank God there is a great Waffle King next door — great food. Thank you.

Our stay was great. It was really clean and the bed and pillows were so comfy. We had the non smoking floor. Staff was very nice and friendly.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Upon check-in we found that we did not have an iron, microwave, towels in the room, there were no drawers in the nightstand. It was horrible. The bathroom floor was not clean.

Wow. I can put up with a lot, but this was too much. The smell, the sticky carpet. I am checking out in the morning and going somewhere else.

I loved all of the customer service people there! I specifically am thankful for Sharon! She was great! There were 3 other women from the front desk who were also very wonderful! The rooms were clean and they had decent breakfast. The manager was very nice too :) Everything was great especially for the price! I will definitely stay there again when I go back! ~Rachelle and Micah~.
