Perfect! Zero complaints. Exceedingly better that comfort inn… Radison Corp. Really knows it's customer base. Country Inn and Suites is the best place to stay away from home!

Easily accessible from the interstate. The lobby was welcoming with a charming staircase. Good, clean room, though the bathroom looked like it was mid remodel, with holes and patches where an old mirror was. Only place that delivered was a local pizza joint (tasty! ). Breakfast was included. All the usual things plus waffles. Note: The coffee maker in the room had a label on it warning that it was NOT SANITIZED. The free coffee in the lobby was not my taste.

The hotel is good enough. The rooms are clean, the staff was pleasant, the breakfast was edible. The location sucks, though. I mean really bad. The entrance to the parking lot requires you to drive to the next light, then turn around at this goofy roundabout u turn thing, then drive into the entrance. I wound stay here again, if it wasn't for that.

Great place to get a quiet night sleep. Very clean and frindlfr staff. Marshay was very helpful and made me feel at home.

This place looked awesome from the outside, but was fairly basic in the rooms. Dated and falling apart. 3 stars based on price per what the room looked like. Overall very functional, just disappointed for what I paid.

I stayed here for a week for work, the staff was friendly, the room was cleaned perfectly every day and the breakfast was great. I would stay here again I loved the experience.

First I wanna say that I enjoyed my stay marshay at check in were fast and ever time I talk to her she always had a smile on her face and I wanna thank marshay for her hospitality she have went beyond the call of duty to make my self and my family feel welcome I my self work at country inn and suite in Monroeville she has done a excellent job with the guests the only thing I hate is that y'all didn't have any heat in the pool area and no cheese grits and oatmeal everything is were good.

I just wanted to say how unwelcomed I felt from your night time registration girl on March 5th. We were there for a family funeral, I am from California I was treated better at your chik filet! So much for HER southern hospitality! You don't like your job don't get one if you don't like the public, you should be happy you have a job! Sad!

Maid service much better than some Country Inns I've seen; room was spotlessly clean and fresh. Breakfast was well prepared, although basic. The pool was clean, but freezing cold when it was supposed to be heated (visited in December).

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The front desk attendant was rude. We were given a room which wasn't cleaned, I had to experience her rudeness again. The walls are incredibly thin and the cleaning staff will knock on your door at 9 am, yet the check out time is supposedly at noon. until they overhaul their staff ****avoid this place at all costs, even if they offered you a free room.

Welcome area, breakfast area were nice and clean, continental breakfast was very good. All the staff I interacted with were all pleasant and helpful. However the cleanliness of my room, neglected fixtures, and cobbled together television left a bad impression. Bathroom light fixtures were caked in dust and had several blown bulbs. The decorative cover that's placed on the bed was both stained, and spotted with some fresh unknown detritus. The television was connected to the cable box by a coaxial cable instead of the HDMI port that's available, which makes having a HDTV pointless. Also, the channels were not programmed in to the TV (I did it for them) and the remote control provided is barely functional (I gave up and used my Peel Remote App. ) All in all, this place just felt like it was skating by.

Only met someone there, but the lobby and parking lot was very clean. Staff was very friendly and professional.

The room we got was and clean. Enjoyed some time in the pool. The breakfast bar was delicious! Very family friendly. Excellent staff customer service!

The staff and hotel were great. It would of got five stars but my wife was approached by a homeless man in the lobby who asked for money in a kind of intimidating way.

Roaches amd fraudulent charges! Worst hotel stay ever! My family and I have been traveling cross country from Colorado to Georgia and we always stay at Country Inns and Suites because we love how friendly the front desk always is, nice rooms, and they have a good military rate. After taking a shower we saw the first roach on the bathroom floor and had enough sense to snap a photo. Then in the middle of the night we kept hearing rustling in the walmart bag next to the bed. When we switched on the light they were too fast to catch pictures of but there they were again. We discussed what we should do, the hotel would switch our room but that wouldn't solve the problem because if there are roaches in one room there are roaches everywhere in the hotel! We decided to stay put until morning since we had no where else to go. When we talked to them about seeing the roaches and even snapping pictures we were told the best they could do was deduct $5 from our bill! We got no sleep or peace because of the cockroaches! I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone after how nonchalant the front desk was about cockroaches being in the rooms. After I wrote my first review something else happened that I believe people should be aware of before staying here. They charged us twice for the room we stayed in one night.

This has to be the worst place in Montgomery. I reseved a meeting room for my engagement gathering. And the Air wasn't working and Shawn the Manager/co Owner kept lying saying he will fix it and the technician wasn't available. My Event started at 4pm in the heat of the day. When it was time to take care of the bill he wasn't there so I told the front desk clerk to tell him to contact me so we can discuss payment for discounts. Or whatever and he decided to take upon himself to charge FULL payment to my card the next day without consulting with me. Not to mention all my guest LEFT do to the heat because the thermostat said 85 degrees and ruin my engagement function. Please seek other establishments for your best interest. I wish I could rate it 0 stars.

It was an excellent place to stay on a nice side of town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Though I don't remember needing anything from them. Got the USA Today everyday and the kids loved to pick what they wanted to eat at breakfast. The breakfast was okay. We also picked books from their free library/bookshelf so the kids could have bed time stories. The review could have been 5 stars except I think the walls are kind of thin. At least to the point of being able to hear the heated argument between the folks who stayed next to us for one night. Also the handheld shower head didn't work at all. That would have been great to use for the kids. Lastly the pool was a bit small. It was great because my wife could move around the whole pool, but was bad because I felt like I was in a kiddie pool. The kids liked it though. There was no smoking so that was great too. Didn't have to worry about smoke coming in from other rooms.

The walls are thin, the breakfast is horrible, housekeeping is loud and rude, the management staff is greedy and rude. They over-charged my card without authorization, and will not cooporate in discussing the problem. I live in hotels 9 months a year and this was my worst hotel experience in 5 years.
