Stayed at your facility this past weekend. We really had a great room and the facility was very clean. Staff very friendly… However… When we got back to the hotel early Sunday morning, the parking lot was filled, so we had to park at the very end of lot. When we got ready to leave premises after checking out Sunday morning… we discovered lots of fire ants crawling all over our car as well as a swarm of them around the backside of the car and the ground beneath. We parked at the very end of the lot. I feel u all need to know about this. Over 24 hours later, my car is still loaded with ant trails. There is a bad infestation of fire ants on your property, and I felt it needed to be brought to your attention. Car wash is not even helping this situation. I would not want this to happen to another customer.

Worst hotel experience ever. My child got sick while swimming in their pool. My mom ran my sick child back to the room. She told the front desk as they were otw to the room. I was at the store while this happened. As I walked back into the hotel the front desk lady & assistant manager were waiting for me said I need to clean up my childs vomit. There were still other kids in there swimming. They didnt close down the pool area just left the vomit there for me to clean up. Said they werent full service and I shouldnt expect to be catered to. The assistant manager said I wasn't a decent person for asking maintenance to do it (considering they left it there for 30 min) The asst. Manager was SO rude! NEVER ever will I stay at a comfort inn.

Room not clean, furniture stained. Odor in room, had to air room out. Will not return or recommend.

Clean room, quiet hotel. Parking lot well lit, and it's right off the highway. Minus one star because the AC unit in our room, while definitely giving off some cold air, did not entirely work (the room it said was 60 degrees was much closer to 77) and I spent the night roasting in my bed.

The room was comfortable. We had a sofa sleeper in the room which they made me come downstairs to the desk to pick up linen for, which is odd since I paid to have the extra bed and then I had to make it as well. Check-in guy was short with me in answering my questions, and how to get credit for staying with their points system… Never did get the points for staying which would've gotten me a $50 gift card.

The hotel is located close to the shops at east chase, which has a bunch of stores and food places which is nice. The hotel also has easy access to the interstate. The room was clean and the staff was very friendlt.

Honestly the hotel may have been fine, but I was so upset upon arriving at the door of our room. Not what I requested! Six travelers with me and I asked for a room with 2 beds and a sleeper sofa. Oh yes we have 6 of those would you like 1? Yes thank you. Opened the door and 1 bed with a small sleeper love seat. After checking at the front desk, this is all they have. Which means 2 of our very weary travelers are expected too sleep on the floor. Not only was this expected but no one offered any discount or anything else. Very disappointed! Could we have asked for a refund and went some place else, yes… it was 11:30pm and we already unloaded. Thanks for the back ache and we won't be back!

This had to be the worst hotel experience we have ever had! The room was hot, there were bugs, and it took an act of Congress to just get a wash cloth and towel. Do not stay here!

Danique went above and beyond to assist me with my reservation. I had a special request and he was very professional in assisting me with it. Unfortunately, my plans had to change and I no longer needed the room but I wanted to recognize his professionalism and I will certainly stay at this location in the future.

The overall stay was a nice. Staff didn’t do such a great job cleaning the bathroom. I wonder if they touched it at all besides folding the tissue back. The room itself was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast bar was good. They even had nice to go breakfast bags. The price was fair and with such short notice I was able to get a two bed w/pull out. I’ll definitely visit here again when I’m in the area.

This Comfort Inn and Suites is really nice and reasonably priced. The rooms are neat, clean, and spacious. The lobby and other facilities are all well maintained, and the hotel staff are very friendly and made me feel very welcome during my entire stay!

Best Comfort Inn I’ve ever stayed at. It could be a result of the exceedingly low expectations I have for Comfort Inns, but in large part, I think the management is doing a great job keeping the place desirable.

Not the most up to date. But the rooms were clean. Housekeeping did good work. The staff was great!

I stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Montgomery for one month while attending training at Maxwell AFB. The hotel was great. I had a King Suite that had a king bed, couch, desk, smaller fridge, a microwave, and a spacious bathroom. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the staff was great. In our group we had about 30 people and the staff took great care of all of us. I'm not sure if it is something they do all the time, but they had a social every week, Monday-Thursday. They provided food and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Every Thursday they also held a Pizza Night for our group. The social/pizza night was for government/military workers that were attending events at Maxwell. The breakfast was for all hotel guests and it usually consisted of waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, coffee, and juices. The location of the hotel was awesome. There is a Walmart, Mall, Movie Theater, and several great restaurants nearby. The area is generally referred to as "East Chase". It was a nice & updated area compared to other parts of Montgomery. Huge shout out to Hythen (the manager). He went above and beyond trying to take care of me and the group I was with. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable. Overall, my stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Everything looked clean, the service from staff was great, the breakfast (which was included in the fee) was fresh and and food area was also clean. My wife and I couldn't have been more comfortable. We would definitely return. Thanks.

We arrived here late in the afternoon, having booked through one of the greedy booking sites that forces the hotel to pay them a fee if you book through them. They changed the date of our scheduled arrival and departure to match their "deal" even though the dates we were using had already been "confirmed" by them. Thank goodness Tina and Chuck were there that day. With their encouragement and good advice, we were able to get a lovely room, a little rest, and an excellent pizza for dinner that night. No more "expeditious" deals for us. Straight through the actual hotel from now on. Thanks Tina and Chuck.

Everything great. Just try to get a room away from interstate. Also. You should be able to swivel TV so you can watch sitting on couch.

I booked my father a hotel on Hotwire and ended up getting this establishment for $83. Upon his arrival, they asked for a card for incidentals which should not have been charged but the hotel did later charge $70.39 which was the rate for the room that night (actually lower than hotwire's rate). Upon calling the hotel after the charge for $70.39 posted my father's bank account on 1/5, 3 days after his 1 night stay, the clerk (Kierra) was very dismissive and rude over the phone and she hung up on us. I have never been treated in such a rude manner by any hotel personnel but I guess they feel they can treat you ANY KIND OF way when you are not standing in front of them. The hotel did not care about my father's experience of staying at the hotel or to effectively resolved the overdraft charge which was incurred by them processing the unauthorized transaction. Do not stay here, very poor service.

Nice clean hotel. Extremely friendly staff. A bit tricky to get from the main road into the hotel parking lot. But just follow the hotel's arrows to the entrance to the parking lot.

Nothing special and nothing horrible. Rooms had microwave and mini fridge. Shower was nice, beds comfortable, breakfast standard. Our coffee maker was missing a leg and spilled everywhere the first time. Put some wrapper under it for the next morning. Their side door to the hotel was suppose to open with key cards. Would go green but the manner lock would not disengage. Told front office about it and they just said "ok" literally no apology or thanks for letting us know or we'll get on that. When we arrived they had us down for the wrong days, under the wrong address. Needless to say their customer service needs some work. The young ladies cleaning always smiled and were polite. Probably won't stay here again however it's not completely ruled out.

There's a man by the name of Robert that works that the front desk that was EXTREMELY rude and beligerent to me and my husband. We booked reservations through Expedia and he claimed there were no reservations under our name. He told us to go across the street to the other hotels. How rude! We went across the street to the Holiday Inn Express and had absolutely no problems at all. The next time we visit Montgomery, we will NOT book at Comfort Suites, at least while Robert is still working there.

Had to stay here when irma was threatening the west coast of Florida. The staff was nice. The breakfast was actually cooked by a staff member. The facility was clean. Has a work out room with a few treadmills and a small total gym. Has an indoor pool. Was not heated tho during our stay.

Super comfortable beds and great staff! Highly recommend!

It was ok, just didn't like the late processing fee on my room which thru me into a negative balance, thanks a lot.

We had no reservations, stopped to check availability. Hotel was very nice, clean, and the staff was helpful. We loved the comfortable bed and pillows, we slept well during our stay. The price was a great value. Did not exp breakfast, do to late sleeping, but the eating area in the hotel appeared to be set up very nicely, and I was able to get fresh coffee every morning in the lobby. The hotel is located about 4 miles from Wind Creek Casino, Montgomery. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Little trouble with room key and with getting it corrected. Otherwise no issues.

The room was clean and didn't smell of smoke. We had a hard time finding somewhere to park because of a party there, but that and people playing on the elevators were probably my only complaints. The beds were comfortable, staff friendly, bathroom was clean and stocked.

Great Hotel! The interior was very modern. A nice hotel to stay in.

11/22/15 apparently the do not deserve sign that you put your little lock on your door doesn't work because they bang on your damn door 5 hours after you just checked in demanding I open the door telling you its check out timeyou complain to the manager all he does is shrug shoulders is OK not even an apology I blame him.

We had a great time at the Convention Room.

Receptionist was super nice and helpful. Hotel was clean, room was nice and big. Great hot breakfast.
