The rooms are clean and accommodating. I never had a problem with the staff. The refrigerator was always cold, the water pressure was decent and the hot water ran fine. The location is in an easily spotted area off the highway. It is very close and conveniently located near most things that you would need or like.

All in all not bad. Very clean. My night stand light did not work and the tub had a sever drip and the air sensor sometimes did not know I was in the room and shut down the AC but I was never really uncomfortable.

They messed up my reservation, and when I told them I needed a double bed they had to charge me more. Then I found out they don’t clean rooms here until you leave. The bed are hard the blanket was thin. The ac turns it self off when you sleep via motion detector. I found roaches. The lights didn’t work and there were cigarette burns on the tub. Yet they told me there would be a charge if I smoked within 100 ft of the building lol.

The gal at check in was pleasant. It was good that the entire property is "non smoking" but sort of defeats the purpose when the hvac unit needs service and the room stinks like BAD musty air — no fix for that other than maintenance. Although they advertise a 'kitchenette', there are no utensils — you need to request them from the office. Seriously, there was no coffee pot in the room — how even? The "grab and go breakfast" in the office was hot water, coffee pot and granola bars. Next trip to Huntsville we'll find another place.

When I first made my reservation my card was charged for the first week of stay and for a deposit which I didn’t approve and wasn’t stated to me. After going back and forth the charged was finally removed because they did state it was an error on their end after reviewing the call. The money was pulled out AGAIN. They said they didn’t know how it happened but would cancel my reservation and setup another one so it wouldn’t happen again. Well I decided I no longer wanted to stay there and found a better place. They said since I was leaving they would up my rate and they wouldn’t give me a recipet of what I had paid for. The manager had the nerve to say I never paid?! When you stay here you have to pay in advance for a long stay. So by this time I’m really trying to get a recipet because I had already talked to a gentleman the night before and was told my account has been closed out and I owed nothing. Then the next day they said it was $400 and the rate had changed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. They change the rates constantly and it’s very hard to find someone to talk to in the office. No manager is ever present and they say that’s the only person that can help you or to call the home office which the number just rings and rings with nobody picking up. Please beware and find another place to stay.

Great place to stay while my son was at Space Camp. Clean rooms and nice staff.

Never again! My fiance and I recently stayed at this hotel while in town for a five day long event at NASA's facilities. The location is conveniently located near the Space and Rocket Center as well as a number of other points of interest. This is the only reason they earned two stars instead of one. Our check in experience was fair, but slow. The young lady was quite friendly, but instead of getting the transaction completed efficiently, she chose to share with us a rather lengthy story about the drama in her personal life that were much more direct than I felt appropriate. When she was finished she explained the "Take and Go" breakfast and that all of the amenities described as standard had to be requested individually and picked up at the front desk. Effectively the kitchen equipment, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc had to be requested and picked up if we wanted to use them. Upon entering our room, it appeared to be reasonably presentable, and we unpacked. The login to the "Free Wi-Fi" was a bit clumsy, the interface pushed for an upgrade to a "High Speed" connection for an additional $5.95/day, and the connection that resulted was painfully slow. My fiance reset her tablet to use her celular plan because the Wi-Fi was so slow. As we were getting ready to go to bed the first night, my fiance found a small bug in the bedding that looked a lot like a baby cockroach to me but I couldn't be sure.

For the price point it was pretty good. The free breakfast was a real simple grab & go and the water in the shower was very warm but not hot, but overall smelled new and clean and was quiet.

I experienced a very welcoming reception. The rooms are clean and beds and pillows are comfy. There is an elevator and they offer ammenites for cooking if needed. The parking Is directly in front of rooms.

Rooms are ok. Kitchen ammenities are pretty basic. I had to buy some stuff (like paper towels) but I guess it's to be expected for the price. You basically get what you paid for.

Cleen rooms, good rates and most of the time friendly people working up front. If you get lucky you will be greeted by Waniqua! She is super friendly and will help you get the best rate that she can. She will answer your questions and explain how the rates work and how all the discounts work. I always stay here when I come to Huntsville to visit my daughter at school.

Small and no frills (I mean NO frills), but adequate for the task. Great seafood restaurant very close. They really do need to get the cat problem under control. And even the $5/day Wi-Fi is shaky.

Location is convenient. Sheets and towels were dirty upon arrival. Some of the furniture in the room was damaged. Appliances are little out-dated for long term living. Charges extra for decent internet speed; Free internet service is extremely slow.

The Tub was Filty Dirty, you have to go up to thefront desk and return in the old towels before you get new one's. Check in customer said that was a disgrace and not sanitary. The Front Desk spells like Cigarettes everywhere. This is my last stay here. The Hilton Hotel is Next 100% Better. Liz J.

First room we were given did not have clean sheets. Bathroom and kitchen floors were filthy. After shower used bathmat to wipe up water and it turned BROWN. Wet and rinsed mat, wiped floor and it again turned brown. Third time mat was yellow. Kitchen counter sticky. Not our level of clean, so very uncomfortable, rooms much smaller than appear in pictures. Will never stay at Extended Stay anywhere again.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. The rooms are mostly clean. The tub was dirty and the stopper broke. But that was fixed early the next morning by friendly and professional maintenance staff. They claim free Wi-Fi, but the free Wi-Fi is so gimped it's essentially worthless. You can pay for better, but I'd rather just go somewhere that doesn't partake in such games. I come up to Huntsville 3 or 4 times a year. Probably won't stay here again because I need the Wi-Fi for work.

Good location. Friends had a good experience there. Breakfast bag was better than expected. Didn't like the lack of pots and pans in the rooms.

Good location for Space and Rocket Center. Convenient access to 565. It's what you expect from an extended stay. Nothing special but it gets the job done. I haven't had any issues in my room, but teammates have reported roaches so be aware of that.

Very nice place to stay. Very good location in Huntsville.

The room was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. The TV could be a bit bigger but otherwise a great choice of hotels. My only issue was they don't tell you there is a one hundred dollar deposit if your paying with cash. I reserved my room through the 1 800 number and the lady on the phone didn't say anything about a deposit.

Room was very clean and had decent furniture. Bed was harder than I'd like. Kitchen was dated, but functional. Staff was helpful and kind. Not worth the $200+ per night though.

Great room and great value. But breakfast time was mentioned and comfort packages should be a given. But overall great hotel and very quiet area and close to everything.

Clean rooms that are somewhat up to date. The staff was pretty good and gave me extra pillows when I asked for them. I was happy with it and the outside looked inviting when I first got there. I was happy with my stay and would recommend it. For the price we got our room it was well worth it.

Great location for NASA. Good room rate. Unfortunately the room was not clean. Drink bottles under the bed and an old boarding pass from June 5. I stayed there June 26. The bathroom needed to be cleaned. Specifically the floors needed to be mopped. Limited breakfast — Coffee and a muffin. As with other extended stay hotels, no daily maid service.

Convenient, affordable, breakfast is minimal, quality of rooms seems to vary widely. Ask to see the room you'll get before you stay.

Nice, clean room with kitchen (full size fridge and cook top). Very reasonable pricing. Close to everything.

The location was fine not far from restraunts. Near i565. The rooms had functional appliances. The tub in the bathroom needs new or better stoppers. Overall it was a decent room and met my needs.

Pretty decent place. I booked it through one of Priceline's express deals (so I didn't know what hotel I was getting). It turned out to be this one and I got a room for $42/night.

While I enjoyed my stay it was mostly because I was sleeping and visiting with friends. As far as cleanliness overall it was clean however that's the surface of it, when I was checking the room to make sure I had everything before I left I noticed something behind the mattress and found fruity Pebbels on top of the box frame underneath the mattress. So with that in mind who knows when the sheets were changed… The price was good and the location was good however my suggestion for anybody who's going to rent a room not just here but in any hotel is to check the bed and probably request some brand new sheets.

I had no issues at all. I had a studio with king size bed. There was a nice little kitchen area with 2 burner stove, microwave and some counter space plus a nice little 2 seater table to eat dinner. It was very clean when we came in and our mattress looked brand new. Yes, we check the mattresses. The breakfast is kind of lame, just a few bagels and pastries. There's some coffee if that's you're thing. It did have free Wi-Fi which came in handy and was fast and stable. There's no pool or workout room so don't come here for that. It's your basic Inn and it does it well. All in all this is a pretty good place to stay and if I'm ever back in town I will book here again.

Was ok until I had to kill a roach this morning. The lady said she MIGHT be able to find me something LATER. I said ooooohhhhhh no honey.

Stayed here for the Dr. Who convention, close enough to run daughter and her friend for much less money and free Wi-Fi. Nice clean room. Kitchen was nice. AC worked great. Wi-Fi was great. Breakfast was Coffee, Muffins, Fresh Fruit, different favors of Oat Meal. No daily cleaning, but we didn't need it.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to! My room smelled terribly of old cigarettes and a musky smell. Also the air conditioning unit barely cooled the room! We had it set at about 68 left for about 8 hours and the room was hot! On a positive note check out was a breeze and they had a few muffins, fruits, and coffee for a quick on the go breakfast. I would never stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wi-Fi was excellent and the kitchenette was very useful. Can't go wrong for the price if your going to be in the area a few days.

Good comfortable room for the money. Super close to the space center! Only down sides were that the pillows weren't comfortable and the dishes had been "washed and not sanitized" and looked pretty gross. Otherwise room was clean and met our short-term needs.

Hilton is next door — stay here instead. I detected the Hilton's Wi-Fi from my room and just needed the login, as if it were teasing my decision. I had to call the help desk every time I wanted to bring up my internet connection. Admittedly, Guest-Tek had good customer service — I could understand what they said (they spoke clear English) and they were friendly and patient. However, I wasted a total of 36 minutes of my life just to connect to the internet — something that should be automatic, free and easy. Hilton and ESA charge a one time fee of around $4 for internet access btw. I got it free I think b/c they know it's problematic — the help desk instructions came with the check-in. There's no daily cleaning service but the room has four towels, but few toiletries. Utensils, cooking supplies, frige, stove, toaster and coffee maker all clean and in good condition. Bring your own toiletries — all I got was a bar of soap. It was hard to find — I drove by it the first time and if I hadn't seen the Hilton, I would have continued to miss it. In the end, at roughly 55/night, I really can't complain, but keep your expectations low.
