Great place to spend a night or two. Rooms were very clean. Surveillance cameras everywhere. Great room for the price.

Very clean, nicely remodeled and decorated for that part of town. Fair price, huge king size bed, no frills but decent. They have a very strict visitors rule, but that's okay by me. It makes for a much quieter evening. Staff was extremely helpful, I'm not able to get around well at this time and they helped me to load my car when I was leaving. Definitely would stay there again.

We are in town for a graduation from Birmingham. We found a nice clean room and was very comfortable for our stay.

Not bad for a motel. Go for non-smoking.

Good position if you want to visit the NASA Rocket center. Quite economy.
Free coffee in the morning.

Very clean room! Inexpensive. Front desk clerks were very polite. Fast check in! I have to give them a 5 Star. I was a little disappointed by no coffee maker in my room & no breakfast of any kind but there are restaurants all around them.

Cheap rates… including tax its $54/night with one bed. Quiet and friendly place clean and no bugs would stay there again.

Very very very RUDE. I was greeted with "we do not allow guests or pets or we will call the police on you! " Well, I didn't have guests or pets so that didn't apply to me… so I didn't stay. I'm not giving my business to rude people. There's no excuse to treat people like that or to assume anything before you know someone. I was in town alone and needed a place that was economical, quiet and safe. I ended up going to a Holiday inn and it was fine.

A decent hotel for a budget, but don't expect any perks other than slow Wi-Fi. The reason we chose them is it's right across the street from the UAH entrance.

The owners of this hotel are, understandably, very strict. For guests that are older and sensitive to noise or parents with young ones, this would be a good thing. However, if you are single and / or young, restrictions such as absolutely no visitors in the rooms, 1 parking space per room, absolutely no noise at any time and etc. Could and has been known to result in a few night stays with 2 hots and a cot. The hotel has 24 hour surveillance and the owners will not hesitate or reason with guests when restrictions have been violated.

Do not rent here they will take your money then won't rent you a room if you don't have an address, if we had an address we wouldn't be at a hotel. Rude rude the theattend to call the police. The better business bureau will be called as will their affiliation. Disgustingly rude people. Would give zero stars if I could!

My husband and I along with my mom and brother are passing by Alabama and booked a room at knights inn upon arriving we were greeted by a big plasma TV with recordings and a very unhappy lady, we asked if we could be upgraded to a double room since the sleeping arrangements for my mom and brother did not go through, she said she can't because we booked it online (ok understandable) so we booked another room and we specifically asked for a non smoking room just like the one we booked online, she gave us rooms 118&119 she also said that we can't have visitors if they found out that we have more than the people inside the room they will kick us out and there will be no refund! Yet when we parked in front of our rooms there's specific parking spaces strictly for guests! When we got to our rooms as soon as you open the door it reeks of smoke! Their fridge was set at the coldest but it was warm, their bed gave me a rash immediately after laying down and had to put my traveling blanket on top just to be able to sleep, the walls was so thin we could hear the next door occupants talking and doing their adult business. Over all I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The guy at the front desk is extremely rude! The rooms and location is already bad enough so, he should be glad that I was willing to stay there. He didn't want to look up our reservation number, give us a price outside our reservation, or anything else. We then left and went right down the street to get a better, cleaner room.

I would not recommend this place to anyone except if you are desperate or in need of a place to stay. They offer no breakfast and it is by the highway so it is very noisy. I stayed for two nights and on the second morning I saw a couple and the lady was literally walking out the room with a bug on her finger I asked her if it was a bed bug and she said yes I am leaving.

Excellent, close to everything, beautiful view, clean, excellent hospitality and affordable price for being so close to everything… I advice you all!

It doesn't allow people who are not registered guest. Safe. Clean. Quiet. Affordable.

Over the past several years, I have stayed at this Knights Inn and the manager Andy has been nice. I checked in this past Friday evening and wrote on my check in card that I would check out on Sunday. After returning back to my room on Saturday, my key card did not work at my door. I went to the office and he told me I had only paid for one night and that I needed to use my brain and get off his property. His wife had packed my belongs and threaten to call the police if I didn't leave. He shot me the bird and cussed at me the entire time. Due to the large event in the area, I had no where else to go. My experience at the Knights Inn in Huntsville was horrible. The owner in my opinion is a racist. Please stay away from this hotel… its bad news.

Nice receptionist… okay spot to lay you head down for the night. Nothing special.

This is the nastiest place ever. They have bed bugs and when I woke up at 3 am getting ate up by these bed bugs, I called the front desk and told them what was happening, they didn't even want to give me a new room. They gave me my money back and made me check out instantly. So at 3am I had to find somewhere to go and pay for another room at another hotel to leave within 5 hours. Worst place ever!

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Heaven help if you try to sleep at this place. Management continually knocks on the door or calls all time of the night. Management are assholes. Threatened to call the cops on me, so I told them to call the cops it was fine with me because if he called or knocked on my door again at 2am I was going to call the police because he is disturbing me trying to rest. So sorry the rooms are nice and clean but the management needs to be running a prison instead of a motel. I will never stay their again!

The room was really nice, and clean. Not to mention very spacious. But the manager was rude, upon checking inn my husband and I warned him about our infant son (who is only in huntsville to get surgery done) and his screaming fits. Not even an hour after checking in he told us we could stay there 1 night but we would have to leave as soon as checkout time came around because our son is making him lose business.

Nice clean non-smoking room centrally located. Only downsides were very cheap towels & the continental breakfast shown online turned out to be just coffee. We'll definitely use this hotel again for our trips to Huntsville.

Awful rude. I'll never go back or I'd gladly update the photos on here to show what it really looks like. Wouldn't let us rent until we got the $0.10 we were short… yes folks literally TEN CENTS, but we had the whole $46.00. They are just assholes about it all. Calling the room at 9am to ask if we want to pay again or checkout at 11. NO free breakfast, like the ad says. Just nasty coffee in tiny cups with jailhouse cream and sugar yuck…

The staff was very nice and the rooms are not bad, especially for the price. It was quiet and didn't have a lot of noise from the road or other people staying. I think if you need a decent reasonable place to stay this place is not bad.

So I thought Knights Inn was bad. I tried Southern Comfort next door and left my room after an hour. It was nasty and the room hadn't been cleaned. It made me feel like blinds were a luxury because thats right, they had no blinds on my window and when I complained the manager argued with me and refused a refund. The cheapest room at Knights Inn was only $10 more and a five star compared to next door. Eh, you get what you pay for and the price is kinda right.

I asked for a simple cheep one beadroom for me and my Wife because we were passing through late. I said I want the cheapest room you got. He asked multiple times if I wanted smoking or non and I replied multiple times that I don't care wich that I just wanted a cheap one. He told me I had to have 2 rooms! One for my Wife and one for me. I said I only needed one to wich he replied you need 2. I'm just sick of these Indian Muslim who can't speak English worth a dam and has no idea what customer service is yet they run Hotels all over the country.

This place is terrible. The staff are rude. The manager cussed and threatened me after I requested a room on the ground level. He called the police and said I was knocking on room doors. He flipped completely out, calling me a stupid B, shooting me the bird, asking do I know what it meant and to F me. He said was not Indian but Muslim and could have me taken care of. He is not stable and I would never advise anyone to stay here. I never spoke out of turn to this man or any of the staff. He refused to return my money, even though I never entered the room. From his words about his beliefs, and how he used them as a threat, makes me feel like he has a hidden agenda in Huntsville. Who in their right mind would say that with all the terrorist threats and acts going on in this country or around the world. He could be part of something much bigger since he likes to threaten people in such a way. Never will I give my hard working American $'s to such a place.

While on a recent business trip we had reserved a room at this hotel for 12 days. The counter person was being so rude that we simply could not stay at that hotel. I would not stay at this hotel if it was the only room in town. I have not been treated this poorly in a long time.

The place is nasty And the Indian owners stole my stuff! I reported it and they said I was rude and also called police and made me leave the hotel they kept my money and the things they stole from me! If you decide to stay here be aware of the spiders bed bugs and the stealin part and also since it is not chain but property owned they will just refuse the service yell at you and keep your stuff. Don't waste your time and more important don't be a victim of this people when it comes to stealing it is also noisy I have a video of other people complaining at the same time and can also provide it to whoever needs proof of it!

I would never come back to this hotel again it's so low budget. Its not even worth it. I killed two spiders. I stayed here for 4 days one of those days I go and ask for an iron and ironing board. And the guy in the front in the morning does not know how to be helpful he's telling me what to do when I'm a customer. The next morning I noticed one of my cables not being there. So I can I go back to the guy and he's assuming that I lost it when I know I left it on the table this place is horrible.

When I arrive in the parking lot I was looking at something on my phone outside my car this guy tht work there look at me like I'm up to no good so when I was ready to check in tht when my experiences gone down by how I was treated as if I'm a criminal. Which I'm not I'm just a tired traveller tht wanted to sleep. The desk keep asking me if I'm planning on smoking or having visitor when I repeatedly told her No! But offer me a room tht is okay to smoke. I felt like I'm being question at the police station so I politely ask my DL and leave. I'm never going to buy a room where I'm being stereotyped by how I look or wat car I drive. Your lost and bye for good.
