I luv luv this hotel! It’s new, clean, super modern, and delivers great customer service. I wanted to personally thank Cedrick and Tom for their graciousness and stellar customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone… you will not regret it. Great location with nearby restaurants and bars! Don’t need to go anywhere else.

Another great visit to at another Hilton branded hotel here in the Providence area of Huntsville. This Hampton Inn's staff was very friendly and helpful. Audrey, Susan, and Marcus — just to name a few — were always looking to help and provide assistance. The room was standard but yet welcoming. The gym was well equipped for the size of the hotel; 3 treadmills, an elliptical, a recumbent bike, dumbbells, an exercise ball, and a weight machine. The morning breakfast was fresh with varying meats available each morning (i. E. Turkey sausage, chicken patties, turkey patties, as well as pork options). Of course the make it yourself waffles were available daily in addition to eggs, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and the like. For our 3 night stay, we could not have asked for much more.

Very clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of healthy options. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed a few days and I only had an issue with storage in the room. The place to put your clothes is kind of odd, there are no drawers in the place, just sliding shelves and metal baskets that slide in and out. Most things needed to be hung up. Great amount of outlets to charge everything. Wifi worked great. There are a variety of places within walking distance to eat, drink, hear live music. We would definitely stay here again.

This would easily have been a 5-star review, had it not been for the night desk attendant. My fiancé returned late, by himself, and was treated in a very dismissive manner when he asked her a few basic questions. She then questioned whether or not he was even a guest Yikes! The breakfast is fantastic. But the low-key racial profiling at the front desk tarnished the whole experience. Hey Hampton — — your minority guests matter, too.

Beautiful location in the heart of Providence Village. There are excellent options for dining and drinks all around, some shopping, plenty of parking. I highly recommend Edgar's down the street for breakfast the next morning, outstanding as well! This was a very nice, new location and the staff was wonderful. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was about as friendly and inviting as anyone I've ever met. We will stay here again.

The hotel stay itself was excellent! Clean, comfortable room. Nice breakfast. As another reviewer mentioned, the sliding door on the bathroom is less than desirable especially with a toddler who wanted to play with it. Unfortunately, the hotel is tough to find! Worst Signage Ever! Arrived after dark and drove past the hotel twice. Had to call to find out exactly where it was. You should know your signage is bad when you have to direct your customers to the Taco Mama before they can see your Hampton Inn sign. The running joke was that we were staying the night at the Taco Mama. Their sign was more prominent than the Hampton Inn's.

The quality and location of this hotel combined will make me come back my next business trip. Zero problems parking, Wi-Fi, nor staff. Evening front desk worker amazing. Reminds me of my trips to Germany and other European countries how amazing the staff are over seas.

24Feb18… Although the staff was outstanding, the facility lacks the comforts I expected. The closet door that slides to close the bathroom wasn't a positive convenience. There was not a way to lock the bathroom, if I needed to. I could hear the people in the room above me walking throughout the night. The AC unit was wall controlled, but was a window unit that was quite noisy. The breakfast quality was less than I expected. It was edible.

Our hotel room was booked last minute and I was nervous! We got the room and bed size we wanted! The night and morning staff were so sweet and friendly too. Breakfast was alrighty and the checkout process was stress free! Would definitely stay here again, it’s so clean. Can’t lose with that.

Location was great! Easy walking access to shops and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was top notch. Easy check in and check out.

Honestly, one of the better hotel experiences in town for value/luxury. They might have recently renovated because rooms and lounges are nice. Location is good for business.

This is a nice mid-level hotel. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the staff are all very friendly.

Great location, clean rooms, access to many restaurants that are walking distance. I'd have to say that I'm very satisfied. Whether you're traveling with self or family this is a great location. I'd have to say my favorite part is the large Loft like Windows did open up the entire wall. I recommend getting a street side near the square it's an awesome View for you class Seekers.

The location is very central to all the best restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the staff is super friendly.

Nice modern property, clean rooms, friendly staff. Only reason for 4 stars was the bathroom sink was slightly pulled away from the wall and tilted down. I informed the staff and they were on it.

This Hampton has been wonderful to us as we wait out Hurricane Irma in Florida. It's a clean, comfortable, pretty hotel.

New facility with very friendly staff. Ha difficulty finding it. Small sign near top of building difficult to see with other objects hiding it at street level. Called hotel for directions. Great places to eat with easy well lit sidewalks. Love it.

Very new, very very immaculate, friendly, helpful staff in a charming urban village surrounded by many delightful places for dining. So why not totally satisfied with the one evening stay? The queen sized beds have fantastic mattresses​ and super lovely, comfy bedding, really great pillows! Nice desktop and chair plus an impressive number of outlets for charging any and all tech devices. And the size of the flat screen TV is unheralded in most moderate hotels. Nice configuration of the bathroom essentials with, at long last, nice, soft nightlight for those dark overnight hours. Very clever sliding panel door moves easily and quietly doubling as closet door/bathroom door as needed. All in all, contemporary, compact but cozy. So the very classic and oftentimes most common quest complaint, extremely, excessively loud air conditioning unit at the heart of a most unrestfull night! I made the decision to make the best of it and did not speak with the remarkable young woman on the evening desk because there really were no good options to solve the issue which would have further disrupted the night. The problem was reported the next morning and it was good to have received a concerned expression of regret from our morning desk clerk. We enjoyed many aspects of our stay and we definitely will book there again.

Great location in downtown Providence. Plenty of parking. All the comfort you've come to expect from Hampton Inn. LED lighting throughout, which I like and appreciate. Excellent beds. Lots of USB ports (I counted 8 in my room) to charge all of those electronic devices. The entire facility is very nicely appointed.

I stayed here while on business travel for a nearby government contractor in the Research Park area. Overall, the staff and accommodations were top notch, with one very important exception — housekeeping. When I arrived at my room, I unpacked, got comfortable, and went out for dinner. I woke up early the next morning and when I got in the shower, I noticed a bunch of hair on the walls of the tile in the shower. I was so late for work that I didn't have time to call the desk to complain about it, but it was obviously a problem that had been growing over time. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that there were at least seven hairs from three different people on the shower wall. Two of them were short, jet-black, and curly/kinky. Another two were blond-ish and very long. Another few were mid-length and brownish. All of them were at eye level so they were all presumably hairs from various people's heads. Additionally, the hotel is brand new — open for only a few months, but the tile in the shower wall was separating/cracking. Lastly, every single time I used the toilet for more than a "number one, " the toilet clogged. This happened twice during my stay (the only two times I needed to use it for such activities). Even the front desk agent mentioned to me that they get a lot of calls for unclogging toilets. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary and I didn't "blow it up" so to speak, so my best guess is that it's either bad design or poor water pressure or something.

We stayed at this hotel as a midway point for our trip from Florida to Michigan. The hotel was very clean and nice, with a great breakfast. It was everything we needed, and served our purpose perfectly!

The staff was awesome. Barb pretty much made the place. She was fantastic! Absolutely loved the decor of everything (I want to redo my bathroom to look like that! ). The kids had a blast in the indoor pool. Great views of the promenade. The area was a wonderful little trendy piece of Huntsville. Gorgeous! Complimentary breakfast was great. The next time we stay in Huntsville, we will most definitely stay there! Loved it!

With the exception of one incident with our service dog, this place has been amazing! The staff is so nice! I love the area of town as well. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and three of them offer vegan/ vegetarian options.

This hotel is the best kept secret! My family decided to take a weekend getaway and this was the hotel of choice. The location was amazing. It was more of a small town setting. It was clean, spacious, smelled great, and had the most wonderful hospitality staff! While checking in, Shaneka greeted us with the most genuine, friendly and professional smile and conversation. She also provided us with stellar service! As long time Hilton Honors members, perception is everything and that was a great start. I highly recommend this location for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
