Lovely clean hotel. We liked the friendly staff in the restaurant, Karina & Ahmed. The only recommendation we would make is fresh fruit and juice for breakfast.

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Unal Hotel in Istanbul. The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable.

I don't have enough good words to describe this hotel.

Staff always ready to help.
Kitchen had various foods and drinks.
Room was well arranged and clean. Towels, toilet paper and soap changed all the time.

We just had a very good couple Turkish spa and massage experience in this hotel. The two ladies are very good and we truly enjoyed the experience. We will come back for sure.
