Kind and helpful staff, excellent location. The only small change would be to maybe install larger sinks in the bathrooms, because the one we had in ours was a little bit too small/narrow.

The location of the hotel is so perfect if you choose to stay near Galata Tower. Next to the hotel is the ficcini restaurant where the food and the vibe is so good. The host of the hotel is so nice.

This is the third time I’ve chosen to stay at this hotel, and each visit continues to confirm that it is truly the perfect choice with no competition.

Great location next to Istiklal Avenue with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping near by. All the staff were amazing and always happy to answer questions and very helpful (especially Musa)!

I recently stayed at Taksim Palace hotel again, and I must say, I was impressed by the remarkable renovation they've done. My room was exceptionally comfortable, and I felt right at home.

I was very happy with the staff, they helped me in the middle of night because of some trouble on another location. The rooms are not to big, but really luxery and comfort, which is all you need.

The staff are so helpful, and the location is very centralized and close from many restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel is renovated about 3 months ago and very comfortable.

Loved the location of this place so close to istiklal street and taksim square, given that the rooms themselves were quite small but nothing compared to european hotels so I was not too bothered,

I stayed here 3 nights during my Istanbul visit and was very satisfied. The room and especially the bathroom were extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is an optimum accommodation experience. A small hotel, nice design. The location is really the heart of Istanbul.

The moment I walked in, I felt super warm vibe. The staff were smiling, easy to talk to, no awkwardness at all. I didn’t feel alone even on day one, ended up meeting people right away.

Great hotel! Super clean, housekeeper guy was super nice, always prompt to help. Emre at the reception was kind, very friendly and assisted me ordering food and he was very polite and helpful.

There is a small store right next to it, convenient for backpackers. However, it is hilly, not suitable for those who are using luggage bag.

Fantastic hotel in a side street. We stayed 6 nights on the 2nd floor. Only a couple of rooms on floor and quiet. Close to train station, reasonable walking distance to tourist attractions.

Everything here is amazing! The location is great, it is right next to a lot of restaurants and beautiful streets and not far from many attractions.
