Best experiance I ever have, low cost with hight value hotel, quite rooms, helpfull and welcoming reciptionest. There was a lady talking english and arabic flauntly her service was the best.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Great quality, extremely modern and clean rooms. Communication is also great because the staff is fluent in English.

Great Value and installations. The managers speak really good english and are aware of your stay and your comfort.

The multi-storey villa complex offers clean and quiet apartments. The restaurant is top, I ate very well there, and the waiters go above and beyond, they do everything to make you feel good.

Very nice hoten in front of the sea staff profissionel and sourion despite that c is rare that you find a Turkish man sourion. Small lunch limited. Just should be banned from smoking in the rooms.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Perfect location for working on the ships or shipyards. Nice view of the bay if your into tankers! Gym is also handy.

We were upgraded to a suite. Amazing room clean and spacious. The staffs at the reception was always very kind and helpful. I do recommend, especially if you want to stay near the airport.

It is very close to the Tuzla shipyard area, everything you want is at your fingertips, the employees are friendly and respectful, the hotel is clean, the food is good, the price and the surroundings

It is a very nice hotel. I would like to thank Mr. Tuğra for his great interest. The last time I went to Tuzla was when I was 7 years old, and the other day I went to Bala hotel.

It is truly one of the nicest and cleanest hotels you can stay in Tuzla. Its rooms are clean and its staff is friendly. I would like to thank Mr. Osman. He never spared his attention.

This hotel is gorgeous. İt has amazing location. Very Close to sea and middle of the city. There is no word to describe it, just visit and make your own experience. Staff are very kind people.
